On July 15,2023 I received an email stating that Google YouTube had stole $64.99 out of my account for NFL Tickets YouTube TV. Recently After filing and getting into contact with Google YouTube. They had made a deposit to mm my Go2bank account stating that they had put the $64.99 ba c k into my account on August 26,2023. Once I received this message I tried calling Go2bank in which they had me on hold four different times to chat with customer support chat. Finally, after waiting so long then the agent had then picked up and told me I had only the remaining balance of $16.18. First off I do not know where my $64.99. The agent at Go 2 bank told me later on that I had paid for my rent with the money. For sure I have not done because for one Google YouTube did not send me my deposit $64.99 until as stated on August 26, 2023 at 7:33 a.m. and Go 2 bank shows that my direct deposit was sent out my bill payment for this amount of $50.00 until3:33a.m.
The reason for my complaint is because they refused to send me my $64.99 and the ending balance of $16.18 in a check since I no longer have an account because of them letting Google YouTube take the money from my Go 2 bank account. I will send more details picture to. prove my information is true.
Desired outcome: I would like to have the remaining amounts sent in a check after this review.is received and taken care of. Also, I have filed a complaint to the Federal Reserve consumers.
