Two items paid for but not received.
1) 21/12/21. Mystery parcel. Ticket no # [protected]. Ordered 1, charged for 2. Only one arrived, wrongly addressed damaged and depleted. Refund promised but never received.
2) Desert boots voucher code [protected] ordered in February. Never arrived. Refund promised on 4 occasions but never received. Up to date I have messaged the company 25 times without achieving a result. They keep promising refunds which never come.
Desired outcome: I require a refund as I am out of pocket by £75.

I ordered a scissors as advertised by Gogroopie, unfortunately, the wrong products was sent to me.
The wrong order was effectively returned through the provided Royal Mail retrun channel on the 10th of February 2022, via scanned reference # QQ 4239 2103 4GB#
I contacted gogroopie customer services and after a while my email was blocked. To me gogroopie is fraudulently fleeceing me of my money by ex-communicating my email from their customer services.

Holiday we paid for to Rhodes
We paid for a holiday to Rhodes for our retirement present from my husband. It was all inclusive for 7 nights. I spent an our on the phone after I redeemed the 2 vouchers. After giving all our details was told we could have a cheaper holiday? He said the holiday we had picked & paid for was not available for that price. This is ridiculous way of doing business. iPad
I brought an iPad on line for my granddaughter, it’s only really for her to watch YouTube videos and download a few games, she’s 2 so only wanted a second hand one as she will most likely drop it.
The iPad is that old it’s software is iOS 10, it needs to be a minimum of iOS 14, to download anything. Apple would allow me to update the iOS as they don’t support it, I have contacted go many times to either get a refund or replacement and I am completely ignored.

Holiday booking
I booked a holiday to Germany for the 26th of this month, we contacted the company who was dealing with the holiday, they asked us to send them the booking info via email, the man on the phone was called Leo. He told us he was checking availability for flights and then told us we were departing at 7pm Friday and returning 7am sunday.
The times weren't ideal but he said that's the only times. We accepted that fact and continued to proceed. Then he told us he would email our confirmation via email for the flights and hotel which would take up to 2 hours. Which is very strange as any other company would send it all as soon as you make the booking.
We still to this day haven't received our boarding passes nor did we get an email.
We both called numerous times to see what was going on and every time they said Leo wasn't working so we would have to call back. I even said well can someone else assist me with this then and they all said they can't as Leo will have to do it.
This is an absolute disgrace as go groopie should not have dodgey companies on there website.
I would like a full refund plus I would also like to see what else you can do at this was booked prior to my other half's birthday.
We also asked Leo what we have to do if we weren't vaccinated and he said just a negative PCR test 24hrs before flying. Which was a lie as because we wanted to check as he didn't sound convincing.
We then found out we are not aloud to travel and o Germany as we are not residents. (He only told us that so we booked it) which is what it sounded like on the phone but he kept on reassuring us.
If this not sorted out soon I will be taking this further.
I am also going to put a bad review on trust pilot and on every website possible just to show everyone what a shambles these websites really are!
