I signed up for youtube plus months ago to watch a basketball game during a free trial. I was not able to watch the game on youtube plus so canceled in the next day or two.

My full name is Kenneth Alan Margolies. I used a Discover card that ends in 0225

I didn't use the service ever and didn't notice that I was charged for a subscription. When I did notice it I disputed the Discover charge and Discover told me Google Youtube had evidence that I signed up for the service. However, I have not be able to reach Google Youtube to confirm that I canceled it also.

I am requesting:

1. Cancel any service I have for Google Youtube Plus immediately
2. Refund all monthly subscription charges

I did not want this subscription, I remember cancelling it.

I cannot find any confirmation of subscribing or cancelling the subscription.

I have been using Apple TV and do not need and have not used Google Youtube Plus service.

I keep receiving gmails from agency's that are asking for personal Information because I have millions of dollars waiting for me . could you please block them . Below I have my banking transactions, screen shoted of proof of these transactions pending I'd like them stopped immediately before they go threw onto my account. Please do so! I have reported to my bank to stop these pending transactions, but it's a saturday and my bank will not be back open until monday! I have order a automobile rim for a Honda 2019 on Sept. 06, 2019 with order #[protected], because there is some much variation of styles for the same rim that would fit the same vehicle, I end up ordering the incorrect shade on the design, Well I have contact Auto Rim Shop of 30 Central DR, Farmingdale, NY, 11735 since Sept. 16th, 2021 and till today I have no communications from them. I called them multiple time at their main number at [protected] and waited for over 38 minutes as well as left my information and details on the order but to no avail. I I have also emailed their support staff about an exchange for the correct shade on the same rim and still no contact on their behave, only an acknowledgement that my email was received but no response from them either way. Watch out with this company, they do not answer any phone calls and do not take any actions to correct any issues with your orders. very poor quality customer service if any and definite one company that cares about their clients.

Over a month ago Google Adwords wiped out my Adwords Click Ads and Landing Pages. We have used formats for 5 years. Unable to retrieve them & the information I wrote. Can not create new ones or rewrite the old ones. Next Google India Techs are piecemealing my ads together leaving out key sentences. I am still being billed based upon these patched together ads that I did not write. When I asked to explain why this happened the support tech's supervisors indicated to him they did not know and he apologized. I attempted to set up a meeting with a new tech to rebuild what was erased. I was stood up. Throughout this once again being billed running down my monthly budget and watching our patient calls dropping to almost nothing. Also Keywords having been using for years are being limited by Trademarks. Specifically Adwords: Unitron, Widex and Starkey. Clearance was obtained from each mfg as we are a dealer for these companies buthas been ignored by Google. There are dozens of dealer ads just like ours thus we are being discriminated against. Everything has have been documented by screen shots and emails. I am forced to pay a company to rebuild it. Complete Ad misrepresentation occurred Sat. A new issue due to Tech complaint retaliation - Oticon 9/19. Merged piecemealed ad into another companies. I have also filed a complaint with MInnesota Att General's Minnesota Office and Google Legal. After confirmation of action, will supply verifing emails and screen shots to your board but from reviews action for this complaint may be a waste of time and just end up in litigation anyway. Postscript: During the last wek my front desk ahs been receiving calls asking where our Minnetonka Office is located. Upon review Sat. 9-18, 2:30 AM CST, we found a piercemeal ad sitting on top of an AllSounds ad under OTICON HEARING AIDS. The Budget Hearing two line add did not have a space between the AllSound add thus customers though AllSounds was offering 50% off on their OTICON HEARING AIDS. Taking place in their Minnetonka office and others. My front desk receptionists indicated they had approx. 10 calls not including lost business.

Frack your company for removing the voting app in Tussia. Glad to see where you take priorities. Will be removing all accounts and dropping all google affilliated programs. Google and Apple will learn what happens when Americans hold them accountable for actions overseas.

When I try to download a free game, all I get is Pending. It has been this way for several weeks now and I would like to know what the problem is? If I owe money or something, let me know. Also, it really rubs me the wrong way when you say you are there to Help and when I call, you want to Charge me money, does not seem right. Just my thoughts. Thank you for reading this.
P.S. I am a 75 year old Viet Nam Veteran who spends a lot of time playing games. GOOGLE has always been easy to work with and I thank you for that. Please fix this, please.

" An Unauthorized Purchase for $431.99 was made on Aug. 26th, 2021 Through my wife's debit card and It took every penny she had. I put in 3 or more complaints to google and supposedly they found nothing. Funny though since 2015 no purchase made through the play store ever exceeded $25.00. I did not Authorize anything through that app period. Please for the love of Life help

Lost over 5000 dollars ! Google YALLA tech charged my card on 9/2/21 for 5, 440 with 174 transactions! Who is this people ?! I have filed a dispute with the debit card company and Awaiting to get my money back !

I have been using Nest thermostat for over two years. I had no problem. I used an Nest App to control settings from my cell phone. However, the Nest app on my cell phone stopped working. I thought something went wrong with the App. After learning from the Internet that Googe has acquired Nest.
I sent several messages to Google Nest technical support. To date, I have not received a reply from them.

I received a $97.41 charge on 9/14/21 .
I am including a screenshot of charge.
There is no number to call and have no idea where this came from. I googled what was on the charge and came to this website. Havee no idea what this is or why I am being charged. I made no google purchases at all. Need a refund immediately. Please contact me asap. [protected]@gmail.com thank you

I checked my credit card 9/14/21. I noted a charge made on 9/13/21 for $64.56 made by Google Services on 9/13/21. I did not charge anything to google, never have. There is no telephone number listed to contact Google listed on the charge.
Please remove this charge from my credit card or I will be filing a fraud complaint with my credit card company.
Contact me immediately to resolve this issue or I will be taking further steps as necessary.

I have an old LG Tracfone which I like because it's same and easy to carry. It's been obsoleted, but I only use my phone for texting, contacts, notes, some pics, and 911. About a year ago I accedentially touched an update and Google came in and over wrote all my apps taking away the navigational app I used.

I DO NOT LIKE GOOGLE, so I removed what I could of their apps. Recently, there have been issues with my phone wanting to automatically shut off when I'm using it. Yesterday 9/13/21 it rebooted came back with NEW GOOGLE updates and in the process REMOVED EVERYTHING OFF MY PHONE!

I'M EXTREMELY UPSET...pictures of when I first moved into my home when it snowed and hasn't since. Pictures of a 2 pronged stag sunning on my front lawn. etc... All my doctors apts., and calendar, all my notes tracking health conditions, medication, food etc. All my texts for homecare providers etc... All my phone numbers and contact information...

I called Tracfone and they told me their updates would not have removed any of my information, nor would they do it automatically. I am seriously considering calling a lawyer to see if I can sue Google for destruction of personal property.

My husband had $436.99 taken out of checking acct fraudulently since 08/14/21. On, on 08/21/21, 08/21/21, on 08/28/21, on 09/04/21, and on 09/11/21, all in the same amount, $436.99 to Google. The bank only just flagged it last week as fraudulent, and we were not aware it was being done. I have checked all of the accounts and there are is only 1 subscriptions, authorized to go to paypal. There are no communications, no receipts from Google pay, on any of our accounts. In researching this, I have found similar complaints online, with similar amounts, in the similar timeframe. All are POS WITHDRAWALS to POS GOOGLE *ogrifina Mountain View CA or POS GOOGLE *ogrifina [protected]. I do not want to post any pictures of our banking information, as this would put us further at risk. It seems that there has been a breech of some sort at Google. I want the total amount refunded. I am not sure what else has been stolen? This may just be the beginning of a larger identity theft scheme.

I discovered that my credit card/debit card was fraudulently used on 9/11/2021 and 9/12/2021 as I was reviewing my email and credit card charges. I was angry and appalled that this has happened to me again! I contacted my credit card company immediately. My card was immediately cancelled and another card will be mailed to me. As a single mother, this is very inconvenient to me as I am unable to access my account which means that I do not have any funds available. I have asked the credit card company to expedite my new card so that I can have access to my hard earned funds! I do not understand how GOOGLE does not take any action regarding individuals hacking and using other individuals credit cards for use. Please address this issue!

Recently I have been the victim of fraud. This fact is very obvious in fact. Despite this however, when I finally got through to the customer support, they rejected my refund request and stated that "our decision is final" with no explanation or good reason. Annoyed I submitted a second claim as they suggested. Only to have that rejected as well. At this point they are outright refusing to refund the money that is rightfully mine. That was stolen by the hacker who compromised my account and my card details. Leeching money off of my account without my knowledge or consent. I am beyond fed up with google as a whole with how they've handled this and how they hide behind an annoying wall of categories. I am sick of how they treat us, the very people who use their service. I expect better from a big corporation. I will be taking further action against them as they have done nothing to help me in this desperate time.

[protected] over 25 charges to this total over $200.00 stolen from my debit card. I have filed a complaint with my debit card company and contested all charges. Can't. c9mplain to Yalla Tech. I can't read Arabic. how many times do you people have to see that someone either within Google is doing this or up your security to stop this. I don't use Google for anything. don't have Google pay. start dealing with this crap and stop taking money you don't earn.

My devices have been hacked and taken control of by a man named Robert Saunders. He owns a company called Verifaction and has harassed me for years. He exploits googles infrastructure to obfuscate his hacking of my devices. He is also a dangerous man and has no boundaries in what he is willing to do to people. Please Google, can you look into the exploitation of your email services by so called legitimate actors.
