Google review: unauthorized debit of game 142

My account has been debited £30.38 by Google which I have no way authorised whatsoever. I demand a full refund immediately. Total SCAM!

I had paid 1 dollar to be taken out of my account for google trial version and wanted nothing else and to day i checked my bank and another 28.95 has been taken out, i demand my money back as i did not agree this and paid back into my account asp please ring me to get this sorted.

I would like my google succes kit cancled as i got charged 1 dolar and never got anything but now i have been charged 28.95 and i want it canceld because its a SCAM and demand my 28.95 back to my account .ref:[protected] please confirm to dobermen104@aol.com THANKS

I was to receive a confirmation e-mail containing my receipt and detailed order information and if I didn't get it to be sure to check my junk mail. I did not receive this in my e-mail or junk mail, so I was to contact Googles customer support staff. I would like to know how to do this, since they did not provide a number or anyway to contact them.

For the last two months google have taken 2 consecutive payments from my wifes bank account without my consent for them to do so. I want this stopped immediately and when my wife contacted her bank she was told that there wasn't anything that they can do about it because it wasnt a direct debit that they can cancel. Please help

Yes, you're correct. They ask for "only $1.00 / one time charge" but then you start getting debitted from other companies and junk you never authorized. Let me give you a phone number that most likely is what where you're getting charged from: [protected]. "They are called the Identity Theft Prevention Security". They say you supposedly agreed to this when you signed up for the "$1.00 one-time" charge from Google. Also, this is Google's cancelation line phone number: [protected]. The Google Success Kit might or might not be a scam, but they are sure doing things in a very DISHONEST way and that I know, no one appreciates. Hopefully this helps and maybe you can pass the word. let me know how it works out.

after paying for shipping for a succeskit they posted online, i later founf out they charged my checking account 29.95, an amount that was previously stated to be $1.00 and still up to date havent sent me the product even though they overcharged me

I was charged $3 for S&H and then a subsequent $73. Still havent received anything

I Too have been ripped off with these unwarranted credit card charges, also for a kit which i never recieved. I live in Australia however so cannot use the numbers that everyone else has been using...can anyone from australia tell me how they've managed to get out of this...and if anyone is seriously considering a class action against Google, then let us all know...THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS! They make millions off of paid advertising as it is.

I have gotten my bank statement come through and I have been charge £1.00 overseas transaction and £21.23 twice now, which is close to £45 of money taken that I have not authorised, everytime I manage to find a way of contacting them, I get nothing. Im not wanting to go through this every month. Please Advise.

I had authorized for $1.00 trial anf now I have been charged Mar 27, 2009 GOOGLESUCCESSKIT [protected] 25.16 . I never authorized this and I would like this refunded! I am appalled at this! Pleasae contact me as soon as possible to refund me.

Even this happened to me, but I dont think it's a scam, may be the people who know our card details.

I understood that I would work from home for google.com. But only received a phone call telling me I would receive a "kit" whatever that is. I told the caller to cancel my order and he was rather hostile and asked me why didn't want to earn money like he did. I repeated my cancellation order.

I was charged $72.21 by google that I did not authorize. I can't contact the company and don't know what to do.

I too felt the same way as you until I read a comment from another person who suggested I file a claim at www.bbb.org I did just that (case # [protected]) There is power in numbers and hopefully this scam will be stopped ASAP and shut down so that other people do not get ripped off like I did. I guess this lesson cost me the $72.21 that Google Treasure Chest stole from me. I feel lucky as some people were charged for months before they became aware of this SCAM. I hope this helps...

Call you credit card company and have the disallow the second charge.

A success kit which I was tricked to buy using a reputable company name as google only take monies every month which I want all the 4 / 5 months money being paid by direct debit plan. They has not been any follow up accept to get my money as in this guise below:

I did receive a receipt type thing saying they took my money, for the google profit kit. Which i never received, this was done on 04/29/2009. Now what is going to be done about this i want my money back now. Like i said i made a copy of the receipt, stating they took the money.

Signed up for Working from Home on the Internet! Google Start-up Kit for $1.97 s/h chargers. Asked for my Credit Card, # Exp date CVV2 Code, name address Ph #. It looked very ligitimate. How can you determine from actual Google and Scam? What to do next if I have not receive anything from Google? Will I hear back form you? Do you have a Ph no to speak with a person? don't buy globaltel cards, I bought this card and it only lasted 35 min for £5, costomer suppeter agens also useless. My advise is not to buy this card anymore.

Unauthorized debit in the amount of $72.21. No kit received, no phone numbers, no other contact information received, no useful information received, just a bunch of spam in my inbox1-[protected] is no a helpful number. You consistently get a message that tells you to call back during business hours

I did not authorize Google to use my credit card for all these chargeson my bank statement. The only charge was supposed to be $1.88 for software. So far, I have been charged $120.00 for something that should have only cost me $2.00.

I want my money back in my account, immediately. I am cancelling everything. There was only supposed to be a charge of $1.88 for software. You owe me over $100.00 for all these other charges I never agreed to.

Google overcharged my bank account $1881.50 this morning at 6.37 am.
They replied it was problem in the system. This is turn took the funds for my daily spending limit and has knocked all my adwords advertsing off-line. I have potentially lost 1000's of dollars in sales.
They have not returned the money nor have they reset my add campaign.
They said they would call me before 5pm, no-one has called.

Never got the starter package, guess they forgot to send it but sure did REMEMBER to charge my credit card!

There seems to be a LOT of scam companies using the "GOOGLE" name. Why wouldn't GOOGLE, attempt to stop these entities from forming bogus companies using their trademark?

What makes you think they aren't trying to stop this? Do you work for them?

I sent Google debit card information which came back showing my card was expired. I then considered the transacion denied and closed. On the 17th of July, 2009 an amount of 72.71 from mykeywordsnow.com was deducted from my checking account. I have not received any information from Google since. I request reimbursement of 72.71 immediately and any further deductions stopped, and if gone through reimbursed also.

Hi, For over a month now I wanted to contact Google.com. I have few numbers for them. When I try two things happen a busy signal or no one answers. This is not helpful. It is still not to late hopefully google can improve.
