Greatneck Motorsports sold me a messed up car
Greatneck Motorsports sold me a messed up car. They didn't fix it and now I'm stuck paying 27k for a car that sounds like a truck. I'm only 19 and this is a huge burden.
Greatneck Motorsports is the best!
Greatneck Motorsports is the best! Bryan was so helpful in finding me the perfect car. The whole process was super easy and smooth. I'll definitely be coming back for my next car purchase.
They're scammers, plain and simple
They're scammers, plain and simple. I found a used car on their website for $13,000 and went to check it out. But when I got there, the salesman tried to jack up the price to $19,000! I was livid. He tried to sell me an extended warranty, but I said no. So he dropped the price a bit, but then said I had to pay a couple thousand for "certification." He showed me some fine print on the website that said the $13,000 price was only if I put down a $2,000 deposit. And even though the car was supposed to be certified pre-owned, he wanted to charge me more to make it "certified." He even had the nerve to ask if I came to buy a car! He pointed out other cars on the internet that were priced similarly, as if that made it okay to charge me an extra $4,000. I told him I came for the $13,000 price, not $16,000 or $19,000. Their sales tactics are so slimy.
Don't go to Greatneck Motorsports, they're a bunch of crooks
Don't go to Greatneck Motorsports, they're a bunch of crooks. I tried to buy a used 2017 *** 3 for my mom that they had listed for *** online. I called them six times and talked to *** and *** and asked if there were any hidden fees, and they said no every time. I made an appointment and when I got there, *** added fake fees and quoted me *** before taxes and financing for a car with slashed tires, taped sideboards, and maybe cracked backlights. When I asked about the reconditioning fees, *** got aggressive and started yelling and calling me stupid. When my 63-year-old mom asked for a Spanish-speaking salesman, *** made racist comments and laughed at us. They were mean and lied to us. I lost 500 bucks in wages and cab fare and left with a bad taste in my mouth and my mom crying.

I got a 2017 Discovery Sport SE from Greatneck Motorsports on Jan
I got a 2017 Discovery Sport SE from Greatneck Motorsports on Jan. 30, 2022 for an advertised price of ***. But when I signed the contract, the total price was way higher, which is ***. I even gave them *** cash, so I still have a car loan amounting to *** to be paid within 72 payments of ***. So there's an interest charge of ***. The total, including the ***% interest, is ***. I called *** of America to stop the loan process because there's fraud on this transaction since the collection hasn't started yet. It will start on March 15, 2022. They have many hidden fees, and I don't know why they came up with the total price. On the contract, they put a different seller's name ***. There's also another total amount of ***. The dealer representative tried to distract my attention from the transaction so I can't focus on the contract amount. They gave me an unreadable contract at first, so I asked them for a good one. I want to return this car to them and get my refund. They gave me only one broken key for the car, which makes it almost hard for me to open the car. Please help me with this matter.
I bought a car from Greatneck Motorsports on September *,
I bought a car from Greatneck Motorsports on September *,. When I drove to Webster, NY the next day, I noticed that the tire pressure was too low and the car wasn't safe to drive. I called Baron but they didn't pick up. On September ***, I had to replace all four tires because three of them were defective and shouldn't have passed NYS inspection. A tire expert at Firestone told me that I needed new tires and a wheel alignment to drive safely. It cost me $1,085. When I got back to Long Island, I called Jonathon, the salesman, but he didn't want to pay me back the full amount. He didn't take responsibility for selling me a car with three bad tires and didn't care about my family's safety. He wouldn't give me his manager's name or transfer me to him. I left a review on *** that night. The next day, Jonathon called me and said his boss was mad about the review and wanted to talk to me. I went to the office and the manager was angry about the bad review. He threatened to post false claims about me on social media if I didn't take it down. He gave me a check for $500, but I felt uncomfortable and left.
