Motion Autosport I called to make sure that truck I liked was still there and made an appointment

I called to make sure that truck I liked was still there and made an appointment. I also said we were an hour and a half away. When we got there, our sales guy was talking to another customer about the truck we called about. While we waited for an hour, he had us look at the truck and said we could take it for a test drive. He even told us where to go since we didn't know the area and went to get the keys. We sat in the truck for about 15 minutes when he came out and said the truck was already sold.

Motion Autosport I bought the 2017 F-450 Super-duty online and Mr B*** was helpful with all the paperwork

I bought the 2017 F-450 Super-duty online and Mr B was helpful with all the paperwork. I flew in on 12/15 to pick up the vehicle. The finance company paid what he asked for the vehicle. The next day, I noticed the right side passenger floor was extremely wet. I stayed in a hotel and took it back to Motion. He told me the sunroof was leaking and promised to fix it. I made it back to Memphis and noticed an oil leak. I called Motion and he told me to take it to the shop and he would take care of it. The salesman tried to contact him all day but there was no answer. So, he left me with the bill. I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone since the payment was made. Don't deal with these guys, or you will regret it. Read the reviews on them, nothing good was said about them.

Motion Autosport I bought a truck from this dealership and it broke down exactly one month after purchase

I bought a truck from this dealership and it broke down exactly one month after purchase. All 4 coolant lines snapped. Thankfully, we had purchased the extended warranty. However, we faced issues with the warranty not being valid with the towing company because it was listed for a different vehicle. Consequently, we had to pay out of pocket for the towing expenses. We kept the dealership informed about the situation, but they never mentioned bringing the truck to them for repairs. While at the repair shop covered by the warranty, we were informed that the rear brakes were only at 2mm. A reputable dealership should never have allowed the truck to leave the lot in that condition. We had to spend over $1000 to fix the brakes. I reached out to the dealership to address this issue and was promised a call back on Monday (it was Friday at the time). However, when Wednesday came around and I hadn't received any communication, I decided to call them myself. The management was extremely rude and offered a mere $300, which is the amount they would have charged for the brake repair. I declined their offer because this situation could have been resolved if they had done the right thing before selling the faulty vehicle. They eventually called back and offered $500 as a "good faith" gesture, even though they were the ones who sold us the defective vehicle. Once again, I declined and requested at least the cost of the parts, which was just over $700. However, the management flatly refused and claimed that we should have brought the truck to them for repairs. So, why weren't we informed about this when we initially contacted them regarding the vehicle and towing? The management stated that they were not notified about our previous contact, but it sounds like a convenient excuse to hide their incompetence as a dealership. A truly "good faith" dealership would have shown remorse for selling a car that breaks down within a month and would have offered to cover at least the cost of the parts. I didn't even ask for the full amount. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

Motion Autosport I bought a truck from Motion Autosport without seeing it first

I bought a truck from Motion Autosport without seeing it first. I'm from *** GA. The GM assured me that everything was fine and the truck had been serviced. They even sent me videos where the truck looked good. However, when I flew out there due to transport issues, I noticed a strange vibration in the truck. I expressed my concerns to two managers, BRANDON and BRETT, and they both drove the truck and immediately felt that something was wrong. I told them I would wait for them to look at it, but Brandon, the GM, said they couldn't have someone look at it until Monday. This was on a Saturday when I arrived. Both Brandon and Brett told me not to worry and to have it checked when I got back to ***. They promised to take care of me. However, now they're saying that I signed the papers and it's my problem, along with a faulty step motor. They only offered to pay 20% of the cost. But they knew about these issues and I have to pay for a problem they were aware of. There's nothing they can say to justify treating me this way. If they are truly reputable, they should take full responsibility for this issue. It just doesn't make sense that a customer should be treated like this for the sake of making a buck! I'm a *** in ***, GA, and I deal with dishonest people and stressful situations every day. I never thought I would have to deal with dealership stress as well. As a military veteran who has served tours and faced the possibility of not coming home, I never expected to have to worry about this kind of thing when I'm back home. But as you can see, we do! Thanks to Brandon and Brett for providing such dishonest service to someone who has given everything to their country and continues to do so! "VETERAN" "COMBAT ENGINEER" "SAPPERS LEAD THE WAY"!

Motion Autosport I bought a 2003 Corvette Z06 50th anniversary from Motion Autosport, thinking it would be a good investment for my retirement

I bought a 2003 Corvette Z06 50th anniversary from Motion Autosport, thinking it would be a good investment for my retirement. The carfax showed a clean title with no reported damages, and the pictures looked nice, so I decided to go ahead and purchase it. I gathered all my funds and gave them a call. The people I spoke to were very nice and we reached an agreement. They even helped me find a reputable shipping company to bring the vehicle to North Carolina, where I live.

However, as soon as the car arrived, I noticed some flaws. The headlight didn't align with the bumper and the fenders on both sides were off as well. The hood was also misaligned. This didn't make any sense to me. I also noticed trash in the paint and paint runs on the fenders. It became clear that the car had been repainted and all the parts had been replaced, but they didn't align them properly. They even forgot to put back the front spoiler bottom chin. I continued to inspect the car and found that the trunk paint was bubbling, as if the vehicle had been flooded. When I opened the driver's door, I was hit with a moldy, musty smell. I pulled back the seat and noticed that the new carpet had been installed, but they forgot to tighten the seat nuts in the rear (they were loose). The heads-up display cover was also broken, probably because the windshield had been replaced. You could see all the windshield adhesive on top. When I looked underneath the car, I saw corrosion and rust spots throughout.

This is a clear case of misrepresentation and false advertising. There is no reason why a vehicle with only 5,600 miles and a "clean" carfax should be sold to the public. I am extremely disgusted by this and want nothing to do with the vehicle. I haven't even driven it yet. I tried contacting Motion Autosport three times to discuss the issue, but they completely ignored me.

Motion Autosport Unethical | Untrustworthy | BUYERS BEWARE

Unethical | Untrustworthy | BUYERS BEWARE. I live in south Texas and recently went on a nationwide search for a Cement Gray Toyota Tundra TRD Pro (hard truck to find). Motion Autosport had one of the few I could find at a fair price. The plan was to trade in my 2014 Tundra for this one. I asked for a fair price for my trade and sent all the photos they wanted. We came to terms and I drove 1700 miles to North Canton Ohio to pick up my new truck. Upon arrival, I notice that the maintenance light was on and that it obviously needed new brakes. I understand purchasing a vehicle "as is" but it would stand to reason that it should be safe to drive off the lot. I brought this to the General Manager's attention and his first response was "I will ship you new rotors and brakes". How the heck am I supposed to drive a vehicle 1700 miles back home with bad brakes? These guys knew I was coming to pick up this vehicle and didn't bother (or didn't care) to make sure it was safe to drive off the lot. I had to stay the night, get a hotel and wait for the brakes and oil change. Moreover, the stress level was through the roof because the General Manager was trying to nickel and dime me over giving the truck an oil change and new brakes (as should have been done before trying to sell the truck). The General Manager was abrasive, toxic, and dead set on taking advantage of the position I was in (driving 1700 miles to pick up a truck makes it hard to just walk away). The Worst part: When they installed the "New Brakes" they did not install new rear brakes. So either the Goodyear Tire shop they took it to missed the installation of rear brakes on a truck with a 4-wheel ABS system OR the General Manager told them not to install the rear brakes to save a few more bucks. It was obvious that this was the case as it was the General Manager who picked up the truck and drove it to the dealership (There is NO WAY he didn't feel how spongy/soft the brakes were). Thinking all was good with the truck, I signed the contract and left. A few miles down the road I noticed how soft the breaks were and thought the sponginess was due to improper bleeding. It was a Saturday afternoon, I tried calling a break shop to squeeze me in but no luck. I was stressed out the whole way back to Texas and thank God I made it home safe! This was the worst car buying experience of my life! Its not right what they did to me and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Motion Autosport I bought a car in March from motion auto sports

I bought a car in March from motion auto sports. When I got the car, I had it checked by a certified mechanic. The report I got was not good. This car had lots of problems that the dealership didn't tell me about. If I didn't get it checked and let my kid drive it, they could have had a bad accident or even died. I have all the papers from when I bought it to the list of problems they didn't tell me about. I might take legal action if they don't give me my money back for the repairs and all the time I wasted dealing with this problem that wasn't my fault.

Motion Autosport I bought a used (2018) Jeep Cherokee and they said they would replace the chipped windshield

I bought a used (2018) Jeep Cherokee and they said they would replace the chipped windshield. They gave me a "We Owe" form (# ***) saying they would replace it. They said they would order the part and call me. But it's been 2-1/2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I called the salesman (Tim) to ask about the windshield. He said the parts guy (Tom) wasn't there that day and he would call me back the next day. But he never called. Another week went by and I called Tim again. He checked and said the part was in, and that he would call me back after talking to the installer. That was 3 days ago and still no call.

Motion Autosport I bought a truck from Motion Autosport on 10/29

I bought a truck from Motion Autosport on 10/29. I got an extended warranty plan from them for $2070.00. Later, on January 14, I sold the truck to another dealer and went back to Motion Autosports to cancel the Vehicle Service Plan. They initially refused to give me a refund because they claimed I had refinanced the truck with another lender after they had arranged financing for me. On the day of the sale, I had a check from my credit union, but they wouldn't accept it. I agreed to use one of their lenders and informed them that I would refinance with my credit union after the purchase, which they understood. Now, after 3 months, I went to get a refund for the upfront payment I made for the service plan, but they refused to give it to me. They said they lost money from the bank because I refinanced my loan. After discussing the matter with the finance manager and the manager, they finally agreed to pay me a total of $1854.00, deducting $354. I kindly agreed to give them the deduction. Both the sales manager and the finance lady, ***, signed this agreement. This issue has nothing to do with my right to refinance my loan, and I believe I am entitled to the full remaining balance of $1854.00.
