I bought a Groupon for lash extensions, somewhere I’ve been before. Thought I trusted but ended up getting an eye infection, on top of not being happy with results off the bat. I wanted a refund because the technician told me to get them removed elsewhere, as she didn’t have time. And didn’t care that I wasn’t happy, or that my lashes didn’t match on both sides. I asked if I should put fake individual lashes to even them out, which is a no-no, and she told me to experiment.. how professional!
I accidentally bought 2 of these, which isn’t allowed as it’s “1 per person”, so shouldn’t have even worked. Tried cancelling/getting a refund for days before it expired but it wasn’t working. Informed the support team of this and they couldn’t understand the situation I explained over 5 times. Apparently I spoke with management and they didn’t either. I’ve received credit for 1, even though I said I wanted a refund because I didn’t wish to support Groupon ever again, because of the terrible customer support I got and headache of everything. Ended up caving and agreeing, but said there’s no way I’m not getting the other refund I deserve.
Groupon is literally stealing my money! This company is terrible. Not even deals unless they do their 25% off promos. Anytime you use a Groupon, businesses are annoyed. How does this many sense? Now the support team is ignoring me. They don’t care that I mentioned I’m going to report them. They offered some measly amount that would be credited to my account and that didn’t even happen. Only the first refund to my account that I wanted on my card-_- WHY is this an issue?!?
