trust you are well, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from gym company. I do not go to gym on a daily basis and I had initially joined month to month due to the fact that I had explained to the agent that I dont come to gym weekly however it has came to my attention that the month to month clause does not include paying as you come but has monthly payments which raises questions as to what difference is it from having a monthly contract and that was not disclosed to me.My monthly payments accumulated as I did not use the gym,recently I made payments pf R600 because my debt was +- R900 in the beginning of January when I checked my profile under the link provided by gym online payments. I then paid what I could and remained with R200 atleast and now I am told my account is blocked because I owe R992.00 on top of the amount I paid last month,those “arrears “ where never displayed on my profile.Kindly not that I do not appreciate this as now I will be paying DOUBLE for what was NEVER disclosed on my bill. I will not be able to pay as I joined “month to month" on terms that I pay as I come,this is very unfair and inconvenient for clients. I told them to terminate my contract as this is ridiculous.
