I am complaining about the systematically quality of the delivering service in jazan branch - saudi arabia
I would like to complain to you about your worst branch in jazan city that don't care about the quality that your company follows, they have the worst delivery ever. They don't care about the delivering time and it's quality and the customer satisfaction. I'm a captain and i follow a very punctual standardization in every day in my work and whenever i order from this branch they never stick to the time and i ended up canceling the order. They have no good supervisor to keep an eye on them and apply the quality standards of your and never give you the complains of the customersand their voice to you never reach . So i wish my voice reach you and correct the mistakes in this branch of jazan who are never punctual . For an example, today in the morning 11:00 am while there no jam on order and delivering i made an order and the estimated delivery time to reach was 30 minutes but 45 minutes passed and nothing reach but a call from the delivering guy say that he needs more time because they didn't make the order yet ! and i still have his messages on what's up app !
so i wish you take my complaint serious and correct this .

I was at the Hardee's in Spring City this morning & was highly disappointed. The service was pitiful. The girl running both the drive thru & frontline tried her best & was pleasant. The manager on duty was on backline talking to a girl who was not able to get the orders out. She was holding on everything. I waited around 15 mins on a gravy biscuit & I was the only one in line in the dining room. Drive thru had cars pulling up waiting on their food & the girl running the register asked for pennies 3 times while I was there. The manager on duty I believe her name was Connie never acknowledged that she needed pennies. She didn't care if her customers were taken care of or not. When I left the girl on backline was at the office door talking with the manager on duty, drive thru was still waiting on their food & the biscuit maker was having to make the food for the lady on the register. And she still did not have her pennies. If Ed Stuteville was still the district manager, he would have cleaned house this morning. When I worked for him his motto was if you have time to lean you have time to clean. We would have never gotten away with talking & not taking care of the customers. Some people just do not realize that without customers, you don't have a paycheck.

I don't know what is going on with the Hardee's restaurant here in my hometown but something seriously needs to be done! It was amazing for the first month or so but I'm telling you this store is going down fast! Horrible Horrible service, rude employees, nasty filthy store, ect. I honestly sat in the drive thru today for at least 10 mins behind 1 vehicle, no vehicles in the parking lot so I know they weren't busy inside so I left and went to BK right across the street! Had 1 car in front of me and we both placed our orders, paid and received our food in less than 3 mins and when I was leaving from Bk the truck that was in front of me was STILL sitting at the window over at Hardee's! I think someone from corporate should show up unannounced for a surprise visit just to see what's really going on bc until then you guys are paying employees that are causing you to lose business. Oh and I know that there's been a few people that has been robbed of their change so you may want to check on the financial side of this location as well. I along with ALOT of my friends and family will never go there again until something changes.

The restaurant NEVER opens on time. Then whenever they do decide to open we still have to pull up. Some people have to go to work in the morning. And this is like a everyday thing. The store hrs at suppose to open at 4a.m Monday -Saturday if I'm not mistaken. They don't start taking orders til 5. Then on top of all that they be wanting you to come in because the drive thru cashier don't even be done made it yet. It's sad and ridiculous
drive through service
Yesterday morning around 8:20 in Lucedale I tried ordering a pork chop biscuit combo with a coke and a frisco combo with 2 milks.
She asked two?
Yes ma'am.
She told me the total and I noticed she put 2 frisco combos.
I said ma'am I just need one frisco combo and before I could finish talking she yelled at me saying
YOU SAID 2!
And I said not two combos just 2 milks.
And she didn't talk to me for a few minutes
Then she said ma'am I'm getting someone to fix that order.
And I told her to cancel it because she has poor customer service and she sarcastically said okay now you have a good day.
( I'm writing this because if she doesn't have any more patients than that she doesn't need to be working fast food yelling at people)

There are many occasions I would go thru the drive thru and get food but I go other places when it's pouring down rain because I work very hard and take care of my vehicle. I don't enjoy my face, body and door panel getting soaked if the place of business can't honor and provide a courtesy for their customers. Just bringing this to your attention. Thank you for any help in this matter.

The hamburgers and chicken was cold. Took to the front counter and they got you another sandwich and the sandwich was cold again. It took three times to get a warm not hot hamburger. It should not take three tries to get a hamburger cooked to the correct temperature. They need to make sure the chicken amd hamburger is cooked and at the right temperature. Very disappointed in the Hardees in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Went thru the drive thru and order a sausage biscuit with cheese period every single time I go hear the employees are rude the food is crappy sausage doesn't taste right and biscuits are not even cooked all the way. This is the closest convenient thing for me every morning for breakfast. And this morning broke the ice when I had ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and ended up getting a plain biscuit went back to get my sausage biscuit with cheese and got a rude remark from the staff this needs to be taken care of immediately this has been like this for a long time. The store is dirty staff is dirty they need some straightening up rude rude staff especially Martha and the girl that has the long black hair kind of skinny girl didn't even get to catch her name but she works through the drive-thru they both need a good talking they are rude women better yet I need to be fired will happen to the one lady that used to work there after long brown hair no teeth I got better service from her and kindness from her than any other person that's working there. If something's not done I'll keep complaining until something is done

My daughter work at the Parsons Tennessee location and has been bullied from the 1st shift manager by the name of Cathy Riggs. I will be calling that location when a real manager is there. I have a lot more to say and so does my daughter. This so called manager always makes my daughter late because she won't unlock the door and lets her stand out in the cold and rain. Another employee placed a stack of pans behind my daughter to where when she turned she would fall and she did and hurt her knee, no official accident report was made, no safety infraction was giving to the other employee. Producall she should have been offered to see a doctor and choose from a panel of workers comp doctor's. None of that was offered. The list goes in and on.

roach in cookie
I bought takeout from the Hardees on Jefferson Ave in Cookeville TN. on March 2, 2018. Along with my order I decided to buy cookies. I took them home and decided to eat while watching TV. I always keep the lights low while watching TV so I picked what I thought was a chocolate chip from the side of my cookie. Popped it in my mouth and bite down. My mouth exploded with a horrible taste that was like bug spray. I spit it out in my hand and took it into the kitchen for better light. What I saw was a roach! My tongue was burning and I was gagging. My husband called the Hardees and the guy told him he could come get another one or they would refund our money. Well the cookies were 2 for $1 so that was laughable. He further stated that they got the cookie dough already made. Well that's fine but the roach wasn't inside the cookie it was on the outside edge and it was a whole roach (until I bite it of course) . The man said he would have the manager to call but we haven't heard from him. And when asked if he wanted us to send a picture he said no. I don't know what a desirable resolution for this is. I know the experience was terrible! And a refund is laughable and I will never eat at Hardees again! This is one of the worse things that can happen in the food industry. I'm attaching a picture.
unfair to employee
I have a daughter in law that began working in Liberty Hardees back in September, she has a learning disability and General anxiety disorder and a bit slow, but was very tickled to work at Hardees. Whatever was going on they didn't fire her like a normal place might fire her they just left her off the schedule allowing her to come in and keep checking and rechecking it knowing they don't want her back. This was pretty much confirmed by a former employee of the same Hardees who started working at the Casey Hospital, she said and I quote, a lot of the managers and supervisors were mean to my daughter in law even though she worked the best she could. rudeness of employees and manager
On 2-25-18, at approximately 3:45pm, after leaving the hospital in Memphis, TN my family and I decided to stop by Hardee's on Good man Rd. In Horn Lake, Ms. When we first entered the restaurant and approached the counter there was another customer standing there, he informed us he had ordered already to go ahead of him. While reviewing the menu the cashier approach the counter, his phone begins to ring. He ignores the phone a few times but never address us, the customers. We speaks to him and in return he speaks. After placing our orders, the cashier leaves the front line and precedes to the restroom. Upon his return to the front line, he walked over to the area the food was being prepared. After observation of this my family member called him to the counter, explained to him the actions to take the next time he leaves and return to work areas. He said ok but I'm off work, our concern is, if your employees are off work why are you behind the counter? Upon telling us he's off he precedes to the register as to continue taking orders, the former customer asked about his order that he observed being prepared twice and was issued to customers in the drive thru. He ask for the manager to come to the front. The manager comes to the front and yells, we're working on your order now! The gentleman explained he had been standing there since 3:35pm. It was 4:00pm this customer should had been left. As we're standing there, two other families that were previously there were returning to complain about their food. It's now approximately 4:15, my family member request a refund and the manager was called because the cashier, that stated he was off work had irritated my family member and said he wasn't giving her anything. The manager comes to front line yelling at my family member, she asks for her money and he's yelling at her to calm down. He tells her if she didn't calm down he would call the police. So she continues to ask for her money, he calls the police and explain he had an outright customer in his store. As she leaves out he asked me how much was our order. He shouts to the cashier to return the money. Explained to the police dispatch that we were leaving...
This was overall the worse service I've ever encountered at any fast food restaurant.

My daughter & I visited your resturant yesterday feb.24, 2018 at around 3:30-3:45 pm when we first arrived we went straight to use the restroom & to wash our hands. When we enter the restroom there was an employee in there who was clearly having a bowel movement as I was waiting for my daughter to come out of the stall your employee came out and went straight back to work without washing her hands at all in restroom or behind the counter I know this because I followed her out to see and watch her go right back to handling peoples food in the drive-thru. I did not order food and quickly left and I am very seriously think about contacting the board of health because that probably is an everyday occurrence and hundreds of people are eating food that she's handling after using the restroom and touching herself upon wiping. This woman should be fired immediately. Her description is short husky lady mid-to-late 50s with a short ponytail her name tag clearly read tammy and she was working the drive-thru on that day

I went to Bedford IN Hardees on 2/24/18 I tired to go inside to order the doors were locked this at 8:30pm so I went to the drive thru they took my order and were so rude the whole time after I got to the window I asked why the doors were locked the nasty rude "shift leader" said that she couldn't count the money and watch the doors I could see other workers in there then after that I got my food and drink I couldn't even drink my drink because it was flat and all my food was cold and the frys were so old they were so nasty me nor my husband could eat them! Rude serive and horrible food I will not be going back here!
chicken sandwich combo
I visited your establishment in Rock Island, Illinois today, 2/20/18. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with onion rings.. I received my order in the drive up and pulled away, when I got back to my place of employment and began eating I took a bite and my chicken was deep fried so bad I could barely eat it. It was basically burnt. I could only eat some of the center. It was awfully disappointing, and not having any time to return and ask them to make it right I went with a bad lunch experience... plus paid ten dollars and some change I was pretty angry. That's a lot for lunch which I don't mind paying if I get what I asked for. It tasted as if it had been previously cooked and thrown back in the deep fryer to warm it up. Needless to stay I will never return to this Hardees again. I've tried it off and on thru the yewars and more often then not the food has been sloppily prepared. Thank you for your time, and hopefully you can correct this issue.

On 2/15/2018, [protected] AM I went into Harbee's restaurant in Temple, Ga. on Hwy 113 off I-20 exit. Drive-thru takes too long any time I've been there in the past. I ordered one single chicken biscuit and paid for it. 10 minutes later, I'm still waiting and I have to go. Had an appointment I could not miss. Must be silly to expect something fast in a fast food restaurant these days right? I said I had to leave and needed receipt. They didn't give it to me saying my order was ready, but it was not ready. I asked for receipt a 2nd time and did not get it. I left to my appointment and came back 2 hrs later. A manager was present, I told her about incident and got my money back. A 2nd employee was there claiming they tried to give me receipt. I told her she was wrong, didn't have time for such a stupid argument and left. All they gotta do is check the cameras.

Our order was completely wrong both Meals were ordered with combos only got one fry and barely any fries in it we didn't get any napkins no salt no ketchup and didnt asked if we wanted any salt or any ketchup. The other hardees across town is just as bad. we went in to dine in and after we ordered we waited about 20 -25 minutes for our food. When the food was ready none of our orders were even right...the lady who took our order was too busy socializing, and the manager could care less!
I went to hARDEES this morning with my brother. He has just returned from wintering in FL and so our saturday tradition had been interrupted for a couple of months. Anyway, I brought my llifetime free refill coffee cup as I always do but over the past few months that I have not gone to breakfast with him, I was told that they no longer honor the Free Lifetime Coffee anymore. According to the dictionary, lifetime refers to the owners' life until he dies. Well, I am still very much alive and and being denied the free coffee tells me that Hardee's has decided not to play anymore. I would be more apt to accept the no free coffee agreement if it were Hardee's that died. I would say making bonehead decisions to stop with a lifetime agreement shows that my attendance there doesn't mean very much so you are declaring me dead to coffee at Hardee's effective today. What does a cup of coffee without the styrofoam cup cost? ...a couple of cents. Plus, I paid for the glass cup! Not good business.
The Hardee's in Greenwood on the 72-Bypass is the WORST! This place needs to be cleaned out! Every time I go there, you must wait for no less than 20 minutes. Then, on top of that, my order is rarely correct. I'm sick of having my orders ruined, and then, they treat you horribly when you show them their mistake and ask for it to be corrected! The female manager even attempted to remake my biscuit with her BARE HANDS! Just the other day, the Hardee's over in front of the Wal-Mart left food out of my bag that I had to turn around and go back to get. Then, when I opened my Thickburger, I couldn't even eat it because of the mess! I know they say if it's a messy burger, then, it must be good. Not in this case! The condiments were everywhere, and so much so that I had to use a paper towel to wipe off the excess! I'm done with Hardee's!

The general manager only sits in the office as her employees are slam packed on frontline and backline, The general managers name is Michelle she is in control of Oxford Alabama Hardees, She shows to help to her employees and the employees have even told customers they are sorry for her poor attempt at helping the team. She has been seen by customers just olaying on her phone with her HEADPHONES in. She needs to be demoted and they need someome who is worth the money to work the job. The only issue with this store is the General Manager.
2nd complaint. 2nd visit in 4 months. On February 15, 2018 between [protected] I went into the Temple, Ga Hardee's lobby and ordered a single chicken sandwich. Drive thru takes too long. I paid for it and waited. I was only customer in lobby. 5-10 minutes later, I asked where it was and they said they were cooking it. I was in a hurry (stopping in a fast food restaurant when you're in a hurry must be silly, right?). I explained I had to leave then, but wanted my receipt because the chicken biscuit wasn't ready. I asked for my receipt, but they wouldn't give it to me saying my order was ready. Nope, it wasn't.I asked again for receipt as it was in cashiers hand, but didn't get it. I left for an appointment I had and came back about 2 hrs later.A Manager was present when I came back, very cool about it. But another employee present 2 hrs earlier claimed they tried to give me receipt, but THAT did not happen. Look at the cameras. I'm not going back. My 1st complaint for same Hardee's was 4 months ago when I came in to get a burger, asked what the #1is and THAT manager present charged me for it w/out answering my question. I was very polite and asked again what the #1 is and she started rambling about how she wasn't doing this anymore and disappeared to the back. I left w/out my food then too.

This morning, Feb. 11, 2018 me and my husband went through Hardee's, in Cumberland Ky. 40823, drive through. We ordered 4 gravy & biscuits and 4 apple pies. And like usual we were asked to pull over and wait. Due to the time clock. And we did. Along with 11 other customers waiting in their cars . Waiting. As we waited we witnessed a customer getting very upset and when he was delivered the wrong order, he talked angrily to the employee. I know it wasn't the employees fault but management. Only 4 employees were working, On Sunday . And manager wasn't there. Anyway after 45 minutes we were delivered our fast foods.
This a usual thing here. Even with smaller orders 9 times out 0f 10 customers are asked to pull aside and wait. One Wednesday night after church I drove my friend to Hardee's to get her 3 kids something quick to eat . We waited for 1 hour and there was very few customers dining in and not many going through drive through. Please help improve customer services here. Don't take my word for it. Come see for yourself or send in an undercover boss. Just pull in parking lot or drive through and give and order. Either way something needs to be done. The employees at this Hardee's could not survive in a restaurant is a large city like Lexington, Kentucky.

Co worker dancing inside place is a disgrace and nasty. Never going back! She already was fighting and then they hire her back. What kind of restaurant they running. Then she already be throwing people food at them. How can they let someone like that work for them. Then on her break she go seat in car in smoke weed, can't be high and working at same time. Hardee's need to start testing there employee.
