rude cashier/don't get what u pay for
On October 20th around noon ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger pulled up to the window to the cashier handed credit card machine to swipe my card I swiped my card she proceeded to yank it out of my hand finally after 10 minutes away at the window for my hamburger...i got home and it was cold and there was barely anything on it and I paid $5.46 for basically nothing

I go to Hardee's every morning and have religiously for the past year, and up until about two weeks ago, the food was great for the most part, hot and fresh almost everyday, even if they needed to pull me up to wait on the product. Recently, the food has been old and rubbery. If I were interested in eating food like this, I would microwave something for free at home instead of going to Hardee's every morning and paying for this awful food. I spend between $6 and $10 daily and over the past couple weeks, every morning has been to feed to the dog. The biscuits taste and feel like they have been made up and sitting under the light for hours or maybe even days. It is disgusting and I hope someone is able to resolve this issue so I don't have to find another place to eat breakfast.
receiving the incorrect order.
I stopped by the Hardee’s on Illinois & St. Joe. I ordered a steak & egg biscuit w/o cheese. When I got to work I had an egg, bacon & cheese biscuit.
I called the restaurant but the phone just rang & rang. Several hours later I tried again only to get a busy line. I then tried later in the day. The phone rang but no one ever answered. This is NO way to operate a business. I want my money back . If I had enough time I would have returned my order!

Shift leader Robert S. Came in off shift to yell at other shift leader for letting us eat inside with our children. We came in 10-15 minutes before closing and ordered, we had our food ready and prepared. Robert S. Tried getting the other shift leader to kick us out and wasn't so quiet about it. He was very rude and disruptive to our experience and in front of our children. I am a frequent customer and I'm not looking to go back anytime soon.

Oct 14, 2017 at 6:50 a.m orderd a Frisco sandwich with sausage for almost five dollars as the general manager making my sandwich put everything on the table nothing under it. Ask the cashier was it sanitized and she hesitated and said yes hmmm. Lucky i was a work . Jus tge thought of it makes me not want to eat it. Done waste $5. That was a turn-off. I really hope that all hardees doesn't do this if so i won't be eating at Hardee's no more, and yes when i go to a different location i will ask before i order that is if i do gi
butler alabama service
I was just in your butler alabama store.. today is 10/13/2017, and it was about 2:00 pm... i walked up to the register to order and asked the lady behind the counter (short, african american lady wearing a black uniform), if she could read me what one of the five dollar boxes contained because i left my glasses at home and could not see well enough to read it.. she looked at me like i was stupid and then smartly read the menu... i placed my order and when it was ready she just handed me the box and i asked her if i could have a bag because i was walking back to the place i worked, she stopped, looked at another employee, rolled her eyes, and shook her head. to the other employee.. she took the bag off the rack and just sat it down and very rudely looked at me.. if it helps with employee recognition my reference number was [protected] and my authorization code is 143066.. i was checked out on register 5... sorry my complaint is in all caps, that is the way my computer is automatically set.

On October the 12th 8:15 in the morning I came to Hardee's and went the drive-thru, no one took my order and I sat there almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and no one ever did so I pulled up to the window and she took my order she told me they was out of Hi-C and gave me sweet tea but when she gave me sweet tea it was unsweet so I asked for sweet and she said that it was sweet even though it tasted like, it wasn't sweet then the main manager came and told me to pull up that she was going to bring me a new drink but she never did so I had to get out my car and go ask for my drink then when I get home my biscuit is hard. I heard the manager yelling at one of the employees and saying loudly, you going to drive me crazy. The main manager for today is very rude and this is not the first time I've been there and seen her be rude to the employees. Every since they got this new manager I hate going to Hardee's but I love the breakfast menu. I'm so sorry to be complaining but it has became very unpleasant to get breakfast there anymore

I pulled into the drive thru, with 1 car ahead of me. I ordered a loaded omelette biscuit with extra cheese. I paid 4.30 for it. I get to work pull it out to eat at my sandwich and what do I get a crosssanwich sandwich. Nothing as to what i ordered. I call anf the 1st call i wad hung up on, 2nd call i finally get a manage no id'ing herself. Instead she gives me snotty attitude. So no offer to send a voupon cause I did not get what I pay for. But beleive me social media is grwat I will let all know do not go to this restaurant and not to patronize Hardee's at all ig this is the type of people rhey employ. I am out money for something I did not order and get. Shame on you.
drive through experience
I hate to complain, but as I pulled up to the Hardee's drive through menu I was the first in the line with only one customer in the dine in area. I waited 15 minutes (No, I am by no means a restaurant worker and I do not know what it takes to prepare for a fast food restaurant, but I have been to countless fast food drive throughs which have not taken 15 minutes to prepare) while other drive through customers passed me by. The big issue is not only did I have to wait 15 minutes in a drive through it was that the fries were cold, which was VERY disappointing.

I had called Hardee's in Cookeville tn on Jefferson Ave this morning it was almost 9 a.m. Kayla Allen answered the phone and there was a man in the background who was cussing saying tell them to stop [censor] calling. I asked who that was yelling and she said another manager! I'm sorry but no manager should ever talk like that to anyone weather it be a customer wanting information about a biscuit or a collector trying to get ahold of an employee. That is TERRIBLE service and I was extremely offended. I am a human being and should not be screamed at through a phone in that manner. In my own opinion I am a manager of a company myself I would not tolerate that behavior from anyone!
Sadly, that seems to be a growing trend these days. I've managed restaurants and owned a couple of businesses. I don' bother arguing especially when I'm the one being polite. I simply leave it alone or walk away. Today's restaurants act as if they're doing you a favor by being there and behave as if you should pay them upfront and not their boss.
unprofessional hiring manager
my daughter worked for Hardees. She attended an orientation and was hired but only worked there 2 days out of two months she was hired. She never received her money because come to find out she was never put in the system nor on any payroll. I spoke with another parent who child works there because recently the same thing happened to her child. When I went to the store the generald manager was sitting down cursing people out which I could hear from the lobby. The lack of professionalism and organization makes me sick to my stomach. I don't recommend anyone to work there because it's not right to play with young children money. To be a great company it starts with the upper management.

I was told that the CS and delivery for Hardees in United Arab Emirates is one of the worse... Till just now, I experienced it. I placed an order at 12 30 and the online website showed a delivery at 01 00. I called at 01 30 and the CS tranfered me to a courier who had no idea but said he will be there in 10 minutes. I waited and then called the CS again at 02 15. He put me on hold and came back saying that the courier will call me in 5 minutes... It never happened!... The facebook page for Hardees Arabia is full of complaints... What is wrong with your company? Are you really looking to lose customers? If that's the case... You are on the right track. Your lazy UAE management is sleeping...
work situation i'm a current employee
I'm currently employed at the Benton KY store and I have this manager telling something different from what's on the prep list like tonight she wanted me to do produce prep which I don't have a problem with but I don't know the count on it, and she also has me do the ham and cheese she tells me ten trays when the list says 8 then I have another manager writing notes saying she's going to write me up for preping to much I don't have a problem doing my job I just need the different counts to stop because that confuses me and distracts me. I also feel like some times they are over working me. Which I can not have because I have health problems like carpal tunnel syndrome in my right hand
double cheeseburger
Ordered a double cheeseburger and a hot ham and cheese at 9:15pm on a thursday night. I got home amd ate both but the ham was dried out and almost lukewarm. I was really upset with the dbl cheeseburger though. It wasnt even warm enough to melt ANY cheese in the 4mins it took me to get home from the drive thru. The burger was also dried out and not pleasant to eat. Bun seemed almost old. I won't be visiting a hardees again but i want to cause i usually enjoy some of your products when they ate actually somewhat fresh and cooked maybe within the last, idk, HOUR?!?!
does your company promote gangs and drugs??
My 14 yr old son has recently started hanging out with a young man that is employed by your company named Roderick, he works in your Sumter Sc area. Well I found out that my son has joined a gang thanks to your employee recruiting. I told my son Malik to show me this young man that insists on following and he showed me one of his social media sites and not only does your employee promote gangs he also promotes drugs as well. Now i don't know it this is the kind of stuff your business allows, but i will no longer have my family come there if that is what your company stands by. I do feel like everyone is entitled to have a life outside of their jobs, but i'm pretty sure you don't want your name behind this kind of foolishness.
wait time and food
I went into Hardee's restaurant gave a simple order of 2 all star meals and a cheeseburger. There were 2 people in front of me they ordered the all star meals too like I said simple. 30 count them 30 minutes later I finally got my food walked to my car and realized the food was ice cold! Why did I have to wait 30 minutes in a fast food restaurant only to get cold food? What was i waiting all that time for apparently they weren't cooking food! I am 55 yrs old and never complain but this time it was just ridiculous. The other 2 people in front of me missed their bus and had to sit there for an additional hr before the next bus came. I am sad because Hardee's used to be a good restaurant but not anymore.
complain about what I observed happen
I visited Hardees in Bryant, Arkansas and observed a shift leader and guessing a corporate lady talking, but what I seen was the shift leader being degraded and disrespected to the point she wanted to walk out, I could tell by the look on her face.I'm sorry but everyone should be respected and treated right in a business and I would not blame that shift leader if she quit.
awful customer service.
I was at the 421 W. Main Street location on 09/28/17. I received the worst customer service from am employee, Leona Hanning, she was rude and spiteful. She seemed like she had no interest in serving me and she constantly kept rolling her eyes. Her demeanor was very unprofessional. What topped it off was her snatching my money out my hand and throwing my change back at me. I was never rude or ugly towards her. I enjoy eating at this establishment and I hope I can go back soon. Hopefully with nobody like that giving out poor customer service.
hawaiian chicken sandwich not available
i usually don't do this but it ruined my saturday (09/30) night last night! i have had the hawaiian chicken sandwich once and enjoyed it. i went to hardee's last night to get one, because i had a coupon that expire on 09/30. well i got there and gal at the counter that they discontinue the sandwich just a week ago, but i had a coupon that it was still valid ?! couldn't you stop the sandwich after the coupon expired... i had a buy one get one free. i debate on going to arby's or hardees but chose hardees only because of the h.c.s. ! i walked out and went to arby's. i know things are on the menu for a "limited time" deal but man... was i disappointed and i guess i still am. or, i wouldn't be writing this comment.
worker discrimination
I orderd some food the manager was yelling at an employee with a mental disability right in front of me the manager was yelling at the other employees too this happened on Friday September 30th around say 11:40 or later it was a little bit slow but that's ok but my main concern is the discrimation of that employee that day but I want you to have somebody talk to that manager because I know there is a Zero tolerance policy and it's against the law for discrimination
