compromise time of delivery but always late
We placed an order today, 06 May 2012 at around 10:35 am..I asked a favor to the crew if they can put a number on each of our order for me to be easy to distribute it with my office colleague and she agreed with that..after placing my order, the crew comprpmised to me that our order will be delivered at 11:45am. So i agreed with her. And at 12:00pm, I've done the follow up call, and the crew told me that he will follow up to the store... And then, I've done second follow up at 12:20pm, the crew told me that I have to give few minutes and my order will come.
How many times the customer will follow up for their order. I would suggest that dont compromised or dont give time to your customer.. Be honest - that your customer order will be delivered after 3 hours.. And it is always late... that you have a poor services in terms delivery... Or I suggest that don't offer delivery services, you are very poor on that!

Come on Hardees! YOUR food SUCKS so you have to sell sex to our kids! This is outrageous and completely inappropriate! I have grandchildren that DO NOT need to see this CRAP! And we wonder why our teenage girls are committing suicide and killing each other! Do we want our children/grandchildren to think this is how the average female is supposed to look and more than that...ACT! I guess if they could actually ACT, they wouldn't be doing this commercial. This is bordering on "soft porn" and should not be in our homes unless WE CHOOSE, not the media! Adults can make these choices, children cannot, so QUIT CRAMING it down their throats! I do explain to my kids, but to them at such a young age, it's scary to see things like that, I do however always explain when something is not right. It's easy, everyone who's got morals, go for it and make the complaint, the more the better! :D Of course I think it's not just Carl's/Hardees, but also other commercials/previews. They should rate all of these, at least that way they won't be able to bypass the rating limits we have set on our televisions.

That person just assumes we have our kids in a bubble. My kids learn by trial and error and as a nurse there's no way I will let an opportunity like showing my kids what happens when people do drugs, smoke, or get in with the wrong sort of people. At the Highway 41 north Hardee's, near the airport in evansville, IN, on friday, 03/09/2012, I order 4 thickburgers with a coupon, 2 ham & cheese with a coupon, and a large fry. I paid the total, waited, and got my order. I told the worker (older white female) that i was short two thickburgers. she said she needed the receipt and dug through the bag looking for it, I said thanks for putting your bare hands on my fries. NO RECEIPT. it was still on the grill. the manager (short blonde woman) asked me for $5.40 more, I said no, thats not right, you didnt give me the discount for one of the ham&cheese. she said "you should have said something before". Not being a human calculator, I couldnt do that WITHOUT THE RECEIPT. The worker put new fries in the bag and said in a smart tone, "I got you some new fries because you said I stuck my hand in your fries". Wrong order. No receipt. Touched my food. Smart tone from two workers. At least FIVE reasons I should have gotten my food free, or at least a GODDAM APOLOGY. I got nothing. She just said "Here" and pushed the bag at me. And Hardees website doesnt even list an email to complain to. Just a number to call Pakistan probably. Wont go there anymore.

Hardees is currently airing a commercial that appears in prime time showing a woman in a convertable at a drive -in movie seductively eating a jalapeno burger. It shows her becoming more aroused as she eats the burger to the point it looks as though she is masturbating in the back seat at the end. I have seen it as early as the 8pm - 8:30pm time slot. Do we now have to rate TV commercials to know whether children should be protected from seeing it? I wouldn't want a teenager watching this commercial.

Today I went through the Hardee's drive thru in Casper Wy and while I was placing my order the drive thru employee Lauren cut me off, gave me my total and told me to drive forward even though I hadn't completed my order. I drive forward and the woman at the window takes my money and when I informed her (come to find out she was the morning manager and her name was Linda) that I hadn't finished ordering she just walked away. When another employee came near the window and it opened I stated to Linda that I didn't know Hardee's now decided when a customer was done ordering she stated that they didn't. At this time she had 2 chances to allow me to finish my order but failed to do so. We finally get our food along with an attitude from Ms. Linda and as we are pulling away my 16 year old announces that she is laughing at us. That just topped off the total lack of customer service that I received. The irony in this was that the order that didn't get placed was mine and I was actually hungry and as a cancer patient I don't actually get hungry very often anymore. The Hardee's in Casper Wy nearest the mall totally sucks, I am highly recommending that no one ever go there. When I got home to Riverton I did call and speak to the night manager and he wrote down my complaint and said sorry. No offers for coupons, no offers for anything other than I hope that you come back. I doubt I ever will as it seems that no Hardee's cares anymore about customer service, trying to keep a customer, or doing anything to make up for rude and horrible service to the offended customer. The night manager at this Hardees did inform me that when he does have a difficult customer he will mutter his feelings under his breath, I sort of found it odd that while I was complaining of bad customer service he is telling me that he practices that same disrespect for his customers but just not as obviously as the morning manager did. I guess disrespect for your customers is a common practice at this Hardees.

Yes I do have cancer, to be exact this is the third time and I included it as I found it ironic in a not so funny way and it was included in the discussion I had with the night manager and was trying to be as factual with my complaint as possible. I am sorry that what I found ironic offended you and no I don't want coupons as I don't plan to return to any Hardee's and I am guessing you are more than likely an employee. Why else do you find it necessary to say such rude and offensive things? I said what I said about nothing being offered because normally you say something more than sorry to try to fix the wrong your employee did. If you know anything about customer service then you would realize that bad customer service nets you unhappy customers whose word of mouth will cost you more customers. As stated in many of the complaints, the food is OK but the customer satisfaction/service really sucks.
There appears to be a trend with poor customer satisfaction. Went through drive through and requested two creams and two sugars with the coffee. OOPS none in the bag. Called back and was basically told it was MY FAULT! I would think that if Hardees corp. cared about it's customers it would educate the resturants. Oh ya, I sent an email to Hardees corporate and got no response. What a surprise! IT'S not about the costs, it's about their lack of customer service.

I hope that you pass this along this to the Hardees CEO, and I hope that he or she had a good breakfast because I did not. My daughter went to the Hardees in Lebanon, Indiana, around 10:30am this morning. She goes there for me because I am disabled. I like the breakfast selections and it's right across the street from where I live. She ordered four breakfast sandwiches (among other things) and only received two. One of them had a long black hair sticking out of it. As a result, my wife and I paid for breakfast this morning without actually eating any. Hope you had a nice meal this morning. After seeing the hair, we obviously didn't want to take a chance on anything else we received.
I called and asked for the Hardees Manager. She didn't seem to care about what happened and showed no interest in trying to get us our food. Because my daughter had already gone to work, there was no way to go back to the restaurant to get the replacement food. She also did NOT give me the 800 number for complaints when I asked for it. She did give me the phone number of the District Manager. When I finally spoke to him, he also seemed to care less about what happened to me and showed no interest in makiing it right.
Having owned several businesses over the years and having managed fast food restaurants when I was younger (a KFC and a Burger Chef), I can honestly say that the people I spoke to were useless in terms of preserving customer loyalty or making things right. My wife also once worked as a Fast Food Restaurant Manager at a nearby Popeyes and agrees with my assessment of this situation from a purely business point of view.
Thankfully, I was treated much better by the person that took my complaint over the 800 number that I had to look up online for Hardees. She deserves a raise!
By the time that someone who identified herself as the Vice President of Operations called me, I had already decided that I wanted nothing further to do with Hardees. Two days ago they forgot part of my breakfast, a day ago they forgot a small fries we ordered at lunchtime and today, well, I already told that story.
The Vice President in charge of Operations did offer my money back. Well, that ship has sailed. I didn't want money, just the breakfast I paid for. Besides, a refund cannot make up for being so dissed or replace a missed meal. I guess that the Pizza Hut and Subway store up the street just got a once loyal Hardees customer. Subway has nice breakfast sanchwiches and I love Pizza Hut's Pi'zones.
All I can say is that when it comes to Hardees, buyer beware and check your food before eating it for goodness sake!

I would like to complain about hardies new standards as was explained to my by one of the workers. I usually visit Hardee's number 7 in Greenville SC. Today I orderd a loaded omlet biscut-it was not good at all. The egg was hard and cold and the omlet was very flat not enough to even consider loaded (I believe Hardee's may want to stop the flase advertising) About a week ago I had the same issue when I odered the breakfast burrito. This was a mistake, it was horrible, barely had anything in it and it was cold. I called management today and spoke with someone who had no management skills she just brused me off like she could have cared less..Well I believe this was my last time visiting ANY hardee's location unless you inprove on your food and staff !

The Hardee's in Wilkesboro NC has some really rude managment. There's this one lady manager, she has a really nasty mouth tword her customers and i have been setting in the dinning area and have heard her curse and yell at her employee's we are a very christian family with a young child, i don't want to eat in a place like that with my child and family, and have to listen to that. I really think who ever that womans boss is should fire her or demote her and teach her how to act and the right way to treat her customers and employee's. I can tell you that i will NOT be eating at that Hardee's agian as long as that woman is running that store.

My husband & I stopped at a hardees in portage, in for breakfast around 1 week ago. We had eaten at many before & the last one we ate at was in kokomo (Which was awesome!) anyway, we walked in around 8:00 a. M. No customers in sight what so ever. The place was filthy! Tables needed to be cleaned, floors had pop & ketchup dried on them (Looked like they have not been mopped in a month) bathrooms were disgusting! The toilet paper that goes in that big holder? Was on the filthy floor! We went to the counter to place our order & the counter girl picked up a dead fly! (She did not think we noticed, but we did) anyway, we went on our merry way w/that in mind. A week later decided to give it another chance & stopped by for breakfast. Same thing! Floors filthy, dried ketchup & pop on the floor & counter tops. Garbage on the table & floor not picked up! The windows were really smudged and dirty! Then, I got an ham, egg cheese croissant; hmmmmmm... ? It was hard on top & soggy on the bottom. Took it back, they gave me another one; no better. It was gross! Man, I think they need to do an episode of undercover boss in that place! We have been to many hardees in illinois & indiana. No complaints in illinois or kokomo, but this one? You can bet your money we'll never go there again! I can understand to some point if they were busy... But there were no others customers in there! And most of the staff was just standing around & chatting! Are you hearing this... Boss man?

I have numerous complaint at this particular Hardees.1) People usually get 1/2 hour for lunc beginning at noon to 12:30 this I have heard the manager allow people to take breaks and instantly the place moves slower, No one including the manager have a sense of urgency to get peoples food out. Yesterday JUNE 17, 2011 my party and I arrived at 12 on the nose ordered our food, counted 13 orders taken and watched people in the drive thru and walk outs get their food and leave. We got our food at 12:19 which did not allow us time to eat and get back to work at 12:30.2) the one employee has large dreadlocks wears his hat on top of the bunched up dreads which looks silly and walks around so slow we joke he might just slip in a coma. We have witnesses him on many occasions sweep off the seats with a filthy broom instead of a damp clean rag. 3) NEVER order a burger with a hamburger bun order the frisco burger with toast the bun is alway old in taste and texture, and there is good reason they wrap it up like they do it keeps the bun from crumbling we sit and watch people eating...its Hilarious THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, NO ONE SMILES, NO ONE HAS A SENSE OF URGENCY, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAY ALL MUMBLE. I just came back from citystars branch... I really had a very bad experience thier... I oredered their new burger wrap... But what the worest could be !
Burger is not cooked well... Sandwich is not hot... And what make it so bad is how the manager and the staff of the branch was looking and was dealing with each other !

failure to give change
On Monday, May2, 2011, my daughter and I stopped at Hardee's in Carthage, NC, while on our way to see my grandson play in a golf tournament. The bill was $5.95 and we gave the clerk ma $20.00 bill. The receipt shows that the change was $14.05 but no change was offered. In our haste we left without the change, and were not able to go back by the store to ask about the change. How do we check to see if the error in not offereing the change can be rectified

I have a problem with hardees of brundidge alabama. I have called there regional manager several different times in reference to the service and the food. The regional promises to correct the problem but it has not gotten any better. Then on top up everything else you pull up to the drive in window and are asked to put up and wait even though there is no one behind you! The regional manager said that that was against company policy but yet the employees to do it! It pisses me off! But what really makes me mad is that it has become the standard for hardees and the other fast food places in this country! The owners do not give a ### about their customers. I am writing this email in regards of the leadership you have in place at drake ave store in Huntsville. I been working for this company since June 18, 2010 and on may14 2011 i had to finally call it quits. First of all i had been promised a raise for at least two months and it never came evaluation what my GM called it but she never ever tried i been making service times for that company for as long as i can remember. I know everything there is to know when it comes to the back line cook position i felt as though she didn't make a attempt to get me a raise and she knows that i am worth it if not more. Also Ms Gwen talked to me with no respect on the 14 she cursed and said some things that wouldn't come out of a GM mouth i was trying to explain to her that the shift before did none of there cleaning duties and she kind of blew up on me flexed her position on me saying if i don't like the way she run her store i can leave and all kinds of things were flying out of her mouth. I worked for Hardee's when they use to sell the whole chicken way back in the day and i have never felt so belittled or disrespected in my life she has no professionalism and is a terrible GM she has here pick and choose of who she wanted to give the raise to and honestly no one in the store works as hard as as closing back line cook. I think there was numerous amount of ways to handle the situation other than blowing up on a loyal employee i am very displeased with her attitude as GM thats why i had no choice but to quit because i see that things in that drake ave store will never change you can check my record i am one of the best cooks she had and she talked and treated me like nothing im wondering when the corporate office is going to do something about it. I have been a resturant manager for almost 20 years, in several different types of resturants, I can honestly say I have never in my life seen a store managed the way that one is.Sometimes I go there and just sit back and watch.I have on more than one occassion seen the manager on duty sit in the dining room and play cards with another employee, for a pretty good amount of time.She might break herself away to walk to the back and shout orders at the only employees who are working back there.I have walked in and had the employee who is working the front counter, leaning against the counter, biting her fingernails, not doing anything to help any of the other employees, who are just busting it in the back. There is NO sense of teamwork at all. I have seen employees late at night, put a container of hot grease on top of a garbage can and wheel it across the parking lot to dump it, they hit something in the parking lot, and the hot container of grease spilled in the parking lot, the manager on duty yelled at him, and said he had to go to the store and buy kitty litter to soak it up, but he had to pay for it out of his own money, or be fired, absolutly no concern that the employee might be burned, he left, I am assuming he did, because I have seen him in there since.Is that legal that he had to pay that money out of his own pocket, when he was clocked in and doing a task that seems pretty dangerous to begin with? All I seem to hear when I am in there is managers shouting orders, or discilining employees where customers can hear.I love Hardees food, your hamburgers are the best, but lately I go in there just to be shocked that anyone would actually work there and be happy to go to work everyday, I feel sorry for some of those people who work there, I have offered an employee a job in my store, I believe that store could do a lot more volumn of business with a team of new management.This message will probably never get read by anyone who will do anything to fix this problem, but experience says that store could do a lot better.

Traveling from NC to PA, wanted to make a speedy stop for lunch and was completely discussted by Hardees and will probaably never stop again at one of these restaurants. Everything from the bathroom to the food. The place was dirty, the bathrooms were gross- plungers next to the toilet with ### on them and paper everywhere. The wait was 20 minutes or longer- when I got what was suppose to be a cheesebuger, it was burger on a bun that was smushed to the side- with so much mustard it was coming out the side and all over the place, and a small amount of ketchup. When I took it back up to the counter they acted like it was my mistake. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes. All they said was that it was shift change and they were short staffed. (not what a customer wants to hear). I am a Registered Nurse and take care of people and that last thing my patients want to hear is that we are SHORT STAFFED of ITS SHIFT CHANGE! I have never had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant than this one.

I love the burgers. However, I am a former customer of Hardees in the Mt. Juliet/Old Hickory, tn area. I will not go to any Hardees anywhere due to the poor treatment, site manager, Suzanne Tidball, was inflicting on one of her staff. There was no excuse for it..there is never any excuse to mistreat people. Even if you are having personal issues. She was also complaining about a married man by the name of "Bobby" not dumping his wife fast enough to suit her. Everyone that was at the cash register could hear what she was saying...I am really surprised that it is permitted to go on. Maybe upper managment will someday do something about this particular manager and replace her with a more professional one.
My boyfriend works at Hardees in Hopkinsville, KY. He works in the morning and the majority of the time he is there he works by himself. He has to put the food in to cook, make all of the sandwiches, if he runs out of something he has to go get it himself, prep food for the night shift, and wash all of the dishes that he uses while he is there. Apparently the store is not getting enough allowable hours for labor because the managers are telling employees that three people for one shift is too many people. Of course maybe it is because almost every employee at this location is either a manager or some type of shift leader but with the general manager in rehab and one of the other managers doing weekends in jail i find it hard to believe that all of the people are manager material. Now i personally have worked for a lot of fast food restaurants and i have never came across a restaurant where i have had to do all of the work by myself especially for minimum wage. So basically my complaint at this time is that this restaurant either needs to let go of some of their managers for some employees that will actually help do some work or move to a different location where they can make more money to increase their allowable hours for labor so that one person is not responsible for the majority of the work while being paid pennies.
I love Hardees breakfast the most but I also like their burgers. I will go out of my way, when traveling, for a meal at Hardees. Problem is, all the Hardees I have seen close down is because of lack of management. Usually it is under staffed at the most needed time (especially breakfast time). This happens at every Hardees I have seen closed. I have talked to a lot of people who likes Hardees and they all agree lack of service.
My last experience was Seneca, SC which has always been very busy. They had one little girl doing the best she could do with no help trying to wait on a line of customers, on top of that she could not get the food from the back. The two large ladies working the drive thru window had five cars go through but had lost three of the orders. One man came in very mad but the lady at the window refused to correct the order. The little girl at the counter, already overloaded, hand wrote the orders, posted them and then got them for them. Everyone in the resturant and out side was angry. The worst part was most took it out on the young girl out front.
What does it take for people to see why so many Hardees are closeing ? Does the company not care or is it just poor management ?
me and my husband went to hardees tonight in bluefield va collage ave the menue said 10 peice chicken dinner with tw o sides and a gallen of free tea for 12.99 when the y done up our order it came to 17.59 the sides and tea came with the meal so it should have been 12.99 but it was 15.99 plus 1.60 tax made it 17.99 that was wrong that was 3or4 dollers over charge, i will not go back to hardees, and they have the best sausage biscuits anywhere but thats it for me order #496193. time6.21 pm
horrible management
I went into the hardees in Champaign Illinois about a month ago. There was an older man who had a black shirt on and his name tag said BoB. He was filthy and disgusting in appearence. He was wearing sweatpants, had facial hair, and was overall just dirty. That was not the only dirty thing. The other was his mouth. He was so rude to his employees. He yelled at one young man in front of us and I know he had to have hurt his feelings. One of the other female employees had to advise him not to talk to him like that in front of customers or at any time. Now that is sad. She would be a better representitive than him any day. The thing is that I go in there quite a bit and it was not that he was just having a bad day. I have seen him look like this every time. He is so rude and am not sure how anyone like him could ever run a business or be the chosen one to do so. I am officially not going back to the Champaign Hardees ever again until this complaint is resolved and the manager is sent to a customer service course. It is sad that this is all that they have to represent themselves as a company.

poor management (unprofessional)
After my girlfriend was a loyal employee for eleven months, she was constantly coming home crying and telling me how she was having problems with her manager. Every night she had something new telling me that her manger was harassing her about and I quote, "being a young spoiled white child". She said that she felt like she would never give her a break when she wanted one but because she was a part time worker she was not obligated one, but other would get a chance to take one. Well I finally convinced her to try and sit down with her and let the manager how she feels and try and work it out, so she did. The very next day after talking with the manager, she walked into work and was took off of schedule. Well she looked over that but then when she tried to get her last check, the manger refused to give it to her unless she sign a three write ups that was recently just made that day but dated four weeks prior to her termination. So she refused to sign them. She found her a new job at subway a few days later and as soon as the her old manager found out, she volunteered herself to call my girlfriends new job saying a bunch of unecessary lies, resulting in her not getting hired at her new job. I think is so unprofessional to try and cause this much torment to someone after trying to be respectful and solve a situation. I really hope this happens to anyone else.
The website works excellent. You have to give the recruiter the 5 digit number to use for verification. More and more companies are using employment verification sites to avoid lawsuits.
badly prepared, unsanitary and shorted food
I went into the aforementioned Hardee's drivein a little before midnight and ordered the 5 piece chicken strip meal. Though I was the only one there and only one other car came throught the drivein, I was told to pull over the side and waited what seemed a very long time for my order. When I got home I had three overcooked pieces instead of the five that I paid for. The BBQ sauce I ordered was not there. The Texas toast was hard like it had been sitting on the counter all day with a third of it smashed like somebody stepped on it. I complained online and recieved an email from Hardee's that management from the store would contact me. No one did. I will not eat there and advise others to do the same.
