The Hardees that I am contacting you about is in Nashville IL (1500843). First off is it a company policy to have the customer pull forward in the drive thru to wait for your order? Well this is the policy in the Nashville Hardees. Every time I visit, this happens even if I'm the only one in the drive thru. And every time I do this my order is never correct, so I have to get out of my vehicle and walk in and complain. Well yesterday I appartently didn't "pull" forward far enough, so the manager hangs out the drive thru window and yells for me to "pull" forward even farther - THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND ME! What's the Deal? Nashville wants to Know.
