They messed up my truck and over priced
I Brought my truck in because my radio screen went out i asked for my old radio they proceeded to tell me they need to send the one to where they were getting the radio from lie #1,that was not the ordinal radio in my truck when I purchased it. Lie #2 when I brought my truck in I new knew the dents that were their I picked the truck up it had Major damage to the back rear scratches and some kind of Black stuff which I knew came from their shop. So they called they self running back the camera which they had people standing in the way they fixed the Camera to look like a still shot. Then the said they found something else wrong with the truck. The Thermostat was leaking they charged me like 1,700 I went to another profession with their diagnosis they said the whole job would be like 800. I would never recommend this place people be warned.
Recommendation: Don't trust these peoples.

After having car on lift 3 times, 30 point inspection completed, they released the car
After having car on lift 3 times, 30 point inspection completed, they released the car. Potential ball joint problems was never discussed. Lost my ball joint and axle on 10-12. Spoke with service manager, who said thet would not work with me on a 10000 bill to fix the car.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
To whom it my concern 6/26 Friday Car broke down in Elmhurst havc , radio, went dark. power windows would not work all the lights on instrument panel lite up. restarted car twice in neutral started right up but car was sluggish. Put car in park restarted started right up but could not move out of park. Tried restarting car six or seven times started right up. When tow truck arrived restarted several times it started up every time finally able to get out of park put on truck. Took To Hawk Chrysler tow truck driver left car in neutral with the emergancy brake on key in the ignition did want to put in park since we could not get out of park. Went to service department Explane what was going on. The young lady wrote it up as transmission problem, electrial trouble, key stuck in the ignition. I informed her this was wrong she did not correct the information. Went out to car with porter to cover open window. We heard something clicking on and off so we put the car in park turn off the car completely removing the keys frome the ignition turn them in to the service department. 7/1 Went in the afternoon to pick up my car was told they had replaced the battery, and where able to get the key out of the ignition! After paying $275 for a battery, I went out to my car started, lowered the windows and went to wash the windshield, again havc , radio, went dark. power windows would not work all the lights on instrument panel lite up could not move out of park. Went in to service department Got Zia showed him the problem said the would take care of it. I went home. 7/6 Called in the morning at 8am talked to a different servce person. I explain that I had done some checking on the internet pointing to the problem being with the TIPM under the hood specficatly with the circut grounds bundled togather under the hood. I confirmed this with a famlily freind who was a retired Chrysler mechanic. I was told Zia would call me back at 9am. When I did receive a Call back I called

The dealership where I purchased my vehicle has failed to repair the problem
The dealership where I purchased my vehicle has failed to repair the problem. They have had my vehicle since the 25th of February . Their response has been that they cannot get the part. The problem started in September with the heating/ cooling system and I have brought my vehicle in every month for the past 5 months. Each time they stated that they fixed the problem and they replaced parts and that the vehicle was fixed only to be taken back for the same problem. The last time was 25 February when the dealership/repair shop said I needed a head gasket replaced then they stated that the cylinder head had to be replaced because they have had a problem with the Jeep Wrangler heating and cooling system. It has been 55 days since they have had my vehicle in for repair which is under my extended warranty

After recently having my check engine light come on
After recently having my check engine light come on. I had my oxygen sensor and a tune up done and the light persisted so l was told to take it to the dealer. In doing so on August 23 l took my car to the dealer explaining what had been done already l was told of a$145 charge to find the problem. My service person Oscar contacted me a few hours later saying l needed a PCM which my total came to $1300. After the repair the light persisted on their test drive so l inquired about such a expensive repair that didn't fix the problem to which l was told Oscar was fired due to his guess work. They proceeded by redoing repair l had already had done asking me to pay for and l continue to bring up the $1300 part that didn't need to be replaced. This went on with them having my truck 2 months. I was given a loner that was not only filthy but almost on empty. Before getting my truck back l was told by Cory my truck was fixed but my tire rod broke during a test drive and it was repaired for free. And the whole time it was a bad ire that needed to be replaced easy fix. After recieving my car 10/28. I noticed paint chipped off my front bumper. Contacted Cory and was told he couldn't say for sure it didn't happen during the test drive. Cory gave me an email address to a supervisor that l emailed with a picture that l have give two weeks and no response. I paid for what was not needed to be repaired and my Truck was ran into something. That wire replacement would not have ran me $1300 from what l was told. I have motes l was taking during the process a d on picture of the truck for more details but not all of them
