I purchased a bed from Contour Beds in St Paul MN when I got the finance stuff in the mail and saw the amount of interest I immediately cancelled the bed. I told them I would never pay that amount of interest for anything. We then began a haggle process and ended up with a plan of no interest for the first year and what I was told was a much lower interest...

HC Processing Center deceptive practices

They are linked with the purchase of fitness equipment, do not purchase your equipment if they are the finance or lending company. They are deceptive in their practices, if you are even a few hours too early in paying your monthly bill, they raise your interest rate and your payment doubles. They do not give you this information until after you have already made the purchase and by then it is too late. You send in your payment and they tell you it was too soon so you breached the terms of the contract. If you are unfortunate enough to have to call them, they are rude and offer nothing to you other than to remind you that you paid too soon therefore, your interest has gone up. Deceptive and unfair!

HC Processing Center rip off

Hc processing credit is a rip off. They gave us a loan to pay off our chiropractor and said it was 6 months no interest. They kept changing the monthly payment date. One month it was the 30th and the next month it would be the 20th. We missed one payment because of the erratic dates of payment and our interest jumped up to 25%. They were very nasty to work with.

I am a help card member and i was only into my second month with them. They are full of FEES! I am warning all you customers don't sign up to this card! You will get Ripped off! The Manager was not respectful at all could not even help me with nothing his name was TIm! Beware!

HC Processing Center late fees

Same thing happened to me. I would mail my payment with plenty of time to get there and low and behold, it would be one day late and boop... 39.00 bucks. Well, I called them the last time they did it and told them, "one more time and you are going to be added to my, 'your paid list'. Last month I mailed the payment 2 weeks before it was due, late fee. Now i'm standing true to my word and man I didn't go a week late and they were on the phone.. Haha. Most people don't have my attitude toward credit, but in this economy, and the way the banksters are robbing us blind that score isn't going to mean squat.

HC Processing Center billing

My story is similar in detail as the others. I pay my bills faithfully and on time. This past july 4th they decided my payment was late. It was sent 6/30/2009 online to them and they received it 7/3/09 and decided to post it 7/7/09 with $39.00 dollar late fee. My total payment is $41.00 dollars. They would not remove the charge. I asked for a supervisor and got alex who was blaming my bank of course of the error and would not remove it. I told him I wanted to pay my entire balance in full (331.76) and he told me it would cost me $19.95 to do it over the phone. A joke! I pleaded with him to look at the big picture... He hung up on me! I never raised my voice or swore. What a complete tool.in these economic times where good bill payors and tricked and hc is using false tactics to subsidize their bottom line. Not to mention the piece of crap eliptical I got via icon... Buyers beware! If you want fitness equipment go to a store or go get a membership.

I agree. File a report with the Attorney General Office for a full investigation. They need to be put out of business.
I had the same problem. We need to all get together for a Class Action suit.

HC Processing Center fraudulent account

A account was opened in my name without my approval or authorization. I have tried to resolve this issue with them with no success. I have notified the credit reporting agency's, filed ftc complaints, requested assistance from the bbb also with no luck what-so-ever, filed police reports, and they have been notified numerous times and the serious nature of there actions. Each and every time I call to close these accounts due to the fraudulent nature they re-open a new account so I have to constantly review my credit reports for discrepancies. I need this to be closed and all adverse remarks from this company corrected. This company has very bad business practices and are just scam artists-trying to rip off hard working people how can this government allow these practices to continue. They must be stopped!

HC Processing Center credit payment on website

This place is a scam! They have multiple ways to get you. I’m on my way to the bbb website, but i’m filling out every site on the way. I bought a nordictrack treadmill with financing from hccredit.
The first way they get you — they constantly change their due dates. I saw the part on the contract that told me when they would send the statement — mine is the third friday of every month — but I missed the part that the date changes. What other company does this? When I called today and spoke the csr (who told me he was the floor supervisor answering the phone due to high call volume) and asked him several times for their billing cycle, he told me it could run anywhere from 28-35 days. Don’t think that they don’t know that that will screw up your budgeting and make you have a late slip up.
The second way they get you — i’m curious as to how many times they have changed their website. I called today-5/8-after trying to pay my bill yesterday online. I couldn’t pay it online because they changed their website. You couldn’t go in with your old login and set up your account again that way — you had to enter all the information in again, including this “access code” from your statement. I don’t save my paper, I try not to get it if I don’t have to, and I shred. I get electronic confirmations. I didn’t have the access code, so I couldn't set up my account (that I just set up 3-4 months ago) and couldn’t pay my bill. Additionally, I have never worked with a company that changed their website and login procedure that didn’t send you some type of notification to give you a heads up.
Now I know I made some mistakes. I wrote down that my bill was due the 8th rather than the 7th, however, I tried to pay it on the website on the 7th, but couldn’t. But here’s the third way they get you…
The third way — if you try and call to get any information, they stonewall you. If they don’t want to talk to you anymore, they apparently hang up on you. I was hung up on by a woman named "kat" who wouldn't put me on the phone with the supervisor that I had been speaking to less than 5 minutes before. That is just ridiculous!
So now, because my payment was 10 hours late one time, truly because of the changed website, I have a $39.00 late fee (i’ll take some responsibility — i’d pay that), and my “promotional” interest rate went up more than 5% (there is no way i’m taking that!)

very unhappy with your deferred interest plan on the promotion plan, here it is only march 20 and already been charged $ 273.51, that is more than all 3 payments for 2017, jan, feb, mar. this is overly ridiculos and my balance went up about $ 150.00, my payment went up $ 6.00, I don't pay my bill's that seem to go up on the balance and payment. when I pay my bills with what I get on my disability check I expect them to go down if anything. don't think I have ever been late with paying your payments one time and this is how I am rewarded by just looking at it looks like just a scam to punish a worthy card holder. if this is how it's going to be I am done with this card and will mail the card to you shortly !

I'm in the same situation. I pay my bill on time monthly paying more than the minimum and still my balance doesn't go down. They keep adding interest monthly. This is the worst company I have dealt with and the highest scam artist I had to deal with. This needs to stop. When I asked for a payoff amount, the surprising thing was that the amount was the same as the balance even if I paid it off early.. I haven't been with them a year and it seems like the more I pay the more I owe. I won't recommend them to no one because they are a scam and a ripoff

CUSTMER NOTICE: Please write in to your Attorney General's office, Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and better business bureau to collectively report FORMAL COMPLAINTS about deceptive business practices against this company Enhanced Patient Financing/HC Credit (and what is their true name anyway!) as I am having my attorney do this when I contact them tomorrow! You must contact an attorney and collectively we will all be heard to potentially have this company brought up on charges of deceptive business practices, false advertisement, etc. via a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT! If you don't think you can afford an attorney, buy a pre-paid legal services membership (and always keep it; range $17.95 - 19.95 per mo depending on your state) and have an attorney represent you. As I type this complaint, I am on my 4th phone call (I can hear my cell phone still ringing after calling their, supposedly automated phone system for bill payment, by now, it's probably rang 100 times, but HC Credit's automated system won't let my call switch into the next step to actually either pay my bill or pay off the balance before my promo period ends tomorrow.) I initially called their automated payment system at 11:49 pm (CST) and HC Credit disconnected my call (I have the call recorded as proof) after progressing to a certain point within the automated payment process in the middle of attempting to make a payment due the next day. Now at first I thought, that's strange, I dialed the phone number in my billing statement of [protected], pressed opt 5 to use the automated system as done many times before, and after I entered the automated system to begin my bill payment, the call suddenly just dropped. Ok, so I am thinking, my call must have just dropped, so I dialed in again, not once, but 4 additional times, only now, the system is obviously been put on notice, maybe based on my phone number programmed in their ("automated system) that this person is trying to pay her bill, never mind that her promo period ends tomorrow and she might also be trying to pay off her balance and thereby prevent us from taking even more of her money "illegally" by manipulating our automated payment systems to rack up even more late fees revenues from her! (Once before I made a payment in good faith before on the date it was due via their website, but was still slapped, illegally, with a whopping $38 late!) HC Credit appears to be carrying out deceptive business practices by playing all types of games with their customers who attempt to make their payments "by the due date!" in order to rack up additional late fees and finance charges. late fees, so it stopped answering my calls at all by just simply allowing their automated system to ring about 100 times, but never allowing me to make my payment. Now here is what's happened to me with this company over the past year: I paid a bill online by the due date (front of billing statement warns, "If we do not receive your payment by the date listed above, you may have to pay a late fee of up to $38), but this company still found a way around my good faith effort to charge me this late fee by saying, "but you didn't pay it online before the due date, and our company has the right to decide when you actually made that payment." So, they are manipulating the system to rack up late fees. Okay, I am attempting to make this payment again, by now it's after 12:30 am, and walla! The system allows my call to progress to the point of finally answering my call and allowing me to proceed with making my payment! REALLY? Can you believe this? Now, I am gearing up for the fake late fee to appear on my next statement, but we are not simply complaining over the internet, we will be proactive by getting attorneys on this immediately. This has gone on long enough and I can't take their customer or abuse of the public community anymore! Do you know how much money companies like HC Credit rack up each year in late fee revenues? It's astronomical! So, clearly they have a vested interested in scamming their customers as long as they are allowed to get away with it! This stops today!

I went to a Select Comfort store and purchased a new bed. I received my financing through the Help Card. At the store the salesman told me that the credit had no interest for the first 6 months. Now that my 6 months are up apparently, it was deferred interest NOT no interest. The "HELP" Card then charged my account almost $400 on "deferred interest". When I called them, they advised that it shows on my statements. Well I thought it was just showing me the what the interest normally would be, so I would not have any surprises when it kicked it. Nope, apparently they were trying to get me to to pay the interest, so that I don't get a deferred balance, which I did. I think it is funny that the salesmen did not mention this. Apparently they lie to their customers, or the credit company is just not clear, nor does it mind telling those who sell the card to clarify the information. When I called everybody just kept telling me it is on my statement. Well am I a banker? No. How the HELL am I suppose to understand what all that is, if nobody bothers to point it out upon my sale. I would have never purchased this bed, nor gotten this credit card if it was explained properly. What a bunch of money hungry pigs.

Ive been making billing payments to hccredit since 6-09-09 and my whole bill should be payed up by now everytime they put out a statment it seems they wanna add more money to the bill today when I called and tried to figure out how many payments I had left hccredit was no help with information

HCCredit/The Helpcard are underhanded in the way they even open individual credit accounts without the person actually purchasing a product.
In February 2012 I visited my local Sleep Number store to try out their products, the sales lady was very good at her job, I tried out various different beds, selected an option and continued to make a credit application. For whatever reason my application was denied for the amount required to purchase the bed of my choice so even though the sales lady tried to push different options I backed out and left the store.
About six weeks later a letter appeared in the mail from HCCredit with my approved application for credit with The Helpcard enclosed. This provided my with a credit account with them for $2500 and they were congratulating me on my successful application. I was bemused by this and could only think that this was as a result of my visit to the Sleep Number store.
As I didn't owe they anything I didn't think it would hurt just to have a credit account open with a zero balance, surely it wouldn't do any damage to my credit history, it really should be a benefit.
About six months later I started to think about this again and did some research into HCCredit only to find some terrible feedback on website such as this, all mentioning an annual fee for holding an account. Based on this I wrote to HCCredit, returning The Helpcard (which was only a printed piece of card!) instructing my wish to close the account.
To this date the account still appears on my credit report with all three agencies, yes it is all positive information, $2500 credit limit, no high balance, zero outstanding and a perfect payment history, the question remains, why are HCCredit still reporting the account to the credit agencies.
I have never borrowed any amount from this company, what do I have to do to have the account closed and stop them reporting each month. I no longer want the credit facility they offer based on all the scare stories I have read but I am also mad at the Sleep Number store as it is them that instigated this whole situation without explaining anything in the store.

This company is still deceiptful and running the same kind of scams. I bought a Nordik Track Treadmill financed through HCCredit/HC Processing and they have changed the due date many times and also made accessing their website very difficult. It is not a user friendly website and not easily accessible. They are not a customer oriented company and will scam their customers for every dime they can get. So, because of their deceitful ways, I had to pay a total of $249 in late fees wich currently are $49, not to mention the yearly $59 annual fee. This was in 13 months. I also see 2 to 3 seperate interest charges on my online bill for the same day and billing period. I will never purchase anything from any retailer who has financing through HCCredit/HC Processing and I would recommend the same to anyone else. They are a nasty company and will take what you actually owe and more than double the amount with late charges, fees and interest. I suggest complaining to the company you purchased the product from. This is what I am going to do and maybe if enough people do this, they will finance through a different company.

This company has been more of a pain in the behind than they are worth! The due date changes and most of the time my payment amount changes from month to month. I am hard pressed to get in touch with anyone unless of course my payment is one minutes late. Look out if you are late...their fees are through the roof! A few late payments, a hike in the interest rate and WHAMO, I owe more than I borrowed and I have been paying on the dang treadmill for over two years!
Their customer service is borderline harassment when you do talk to them and they are no help whatsoever. The website has changed several times and each time it is more difficult to navigate and make a payment through. Save the darn account information like every other site does people!
I just tried to log in to get a payoff amount so we could get out from under these people with our tax refund and apparently the site is being changed AGAIN. The server can't be found. I am going to bet it will be the same when I try to make my payment. I won't be able to log in and I won't be able to get anyone on the phone to help me. Here comes another late fee I can't avoid unless I learn how to read minds.
This place is a joke. Don't borrow anything from them and if you have get out from under them as quickly as you can.

Here is another vote against them...
You can freely access information about their site that shouldn't be so easily accessed. If they allow their own underbelly to be so open then what are they doing with our information?

They are insane. They called my mother, who apparently was the emergency out of state contact. My husband is deployed and they kept calling his cellphone instead of my home phone. I had NO clue this bill was due. Partial blame on my husband of course but I have NO bill what so ever, have never received them. When I tried to call them to remove my mothers name, they yelled at me telling me they cant authorize that. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said fine but you will get her voice mail. I tried to explain to her that I didnt want to leave a message and she hung up on me. I tried to call back and got a wrong number, he was rude and pathetic. Just flat out upset and pissed over them. Derek was the name of the rude person. Perry was the supervisor AVOID HIM like the plague! I hate them, worst company ever! Once I paid, she also informed me I had a 9.99 processing fee tacked onto the end of the loan. I will pay these people every week to get them out of my life forever.

HCCredit is run by complete dirt-bags! After financing new flooring through them. I paid on time for 6 months. I changed banks which resulted in my auto-payment being 2 days late. I called to explain the situation but they wouldn't even consider letting me slide for any reason. Being 2 days late cost me slightly more than $500!

They love this - it's one of the many ways they screw their customers. If you are a day late for ANY reason, it doesn't matter - you're screwed and they laugh on the way to the bank.

Seriously, I wish the people running this organization would all die painful deaths - the sooner the better!

HC Processing Center unethical lending practices

After paying for a craftmatic bed financed by hc processing for 2 years (more than $1, 400), I noticed in december that I still owed $46 more than the original amount financed. This company charges 25% interest (or more if you're late for one payment), and posts the interest daily.

They are the most unethical company i've ever dealt with and i've filed a formal complaint against hc processing with the arkansas attorney general.

My name is Charlene Emeterio. Feel free to contact me. This company is unethical and fraudulent. I totally agree.I am in the process of filing with the attorney general's office in New York. I will send a duplicate letter to Arizona.This business needs to be shut down. They are taking advantage of people.

I bought a temperpedic bed at 24 months no interest. The company claimed they got my payment late and
charged me for a whole year of double compounded interest plus a late fee of $38.00 and some strange annual fee of $49.00. When I asked for the written contract where I was made aware of these terms, I was told it is all verbal.I filed a dispute and they took a long time to respond by telling me that I agreed to these terms and sent me papers I have never seen. Within 30 days I owed $450.00 total in interest and fees. When I tried to pay it off, they wanted to charge me $19.95 for a debit or visa card. They also told me that I would still get another bill for more interest because interest rate is daily! I don't know how these customer service people sleep at night. It is not legal to do what they are doing. I have no respect for the bed company. also, during the 30 day dispute period they are not suppose to charge any further but I was charged $46.00 more within 22 billing cycles. The due dated keep changing. It leaves very little time to pay and get there on time. It is set up this way to make you pay more.TOTAL SCAM...We should all get together on this.

If there is a class action suit, I want to be part of it.

HC Processing Center billing problems

While in the dental chair needing a root canal, I was approached by the dental billing agent to sign up for credit as my insurance would not cover the entire expense. I did and was approved. I started making my payments within 30 days and continued to make them every month. Even with this my bill kept going up and I didn't know why. I asked my mom to do some research as she is home and I am at work. She discovered that they have been charging me $39. Every month late fee. I paid by internet for almost a year and then changed jobs and did not have access to the internet from work so I paid by phone. They charged an additional $10. For this service. With the bill going up I could never get anywhere. They dinged my good credit 150 points so I stopped making payments and I am working on a class action suit against them and have filed with the ftc a complaint. My mom asked them to waive the late charges and we would pay the bill in full. They said no they do not negotiate. Do not get sucked into signing anythi8ng while under duress like I did. If your dentist or doctor suggest this to you run as fast as you can. If you go online you will find other compaints just like this one. I am not alone in this boat.

I am trying to pay my bill online. I couldn't get to the correct website. I have been trying now for a few days. I finally called today and spoke with a representative who told me that I wasn't typing in the web address correctly. Once I finally convinced him that I was typing the web address correctly, he told me that several people are having this same problem and to just try back in a few minutes. It has been several hours. If I am late on my payment I will get charge a ridiculously high interest rate on a balance between $1, 000 and $2, 000; i'm a single low-income mother. This is terrible.

HC Processing Center disappeared, can't pay my bill

I purchased a bowflex last year and was financed through hc credit. I received a letter a month ago that they had closed my account, with no explanation and for no reason. I have been trying to logon to their website to make a payment but I kept getting errors. I mailed a check to their snail mail address and it came back, undelivered. I cannot make payment to this company which means that my low 0% interest rate is going to jump to whatever they want it to be, this has got to be some kind of scam! I've never been late on a payment, but i'm going to be because hc credit has given me no options to pay them!

They said the site will be back up by the end of the day. You can also use their automated phone pay system if you have your billing statement and the access code given in the "To pay by phone" paragraph.

HC Processing Center closeing of act

I feel they have a real poor way of dealing with people, last mounth I got a letter saying I had to make a payment for a annual fee to keep card for future use. I made this payment, this mounth I get a letter saying the act was closed, and the annual fee not refundable, now what makes this so hard to take the act was paid off over ayear, and now just when I was ready to use again, they close it for no reason, I owed no money to them, never was late on a payment, and paid loan of way early, I don't understand how they do things

Oct 2008 HC Processing had a major layoff (ie firing) due to losing their funding. Should you have an account, you can probably get a major reduced settlement as they seem to really be hurting for money.

I agree completely with Ronald. This company is very unconcerned about their customers and unwilling to assist. I have never been so upset with a financing company before in my life. I value my credit but I am almost at the point where I am not going to pay them at all!

I had deferred interest for 18 months and thought that I changed my bill date and paid on that date...only to find out that the date change was not accepted, thus making my payment late. This was 1 time and I had never been late before. They have tacked on the 22.99% interest and was not even willing to stop future interest because of a mistake. Then I get this letter, just as Ronald, saying that due to economic conditions they are closing all accounts! How about that!?!?

Should I pay? I don't need any credit extended to me anyway.

HC Processing Center refused to let me speak with a manager

I am a AVP at one of the top 3 largest banks in the U.S. and I have a card with HC Processing when I bought my BOWFLEX, I have never missed a payment until I recently was married and left on my honeymoon and my online banking did not work correctly. My interest rate went from 3.85 to 21.8%. I called and tried to speak with them and was told they could do nothing about it, it was there policy. I asked to speak with the manager, she got on and said well I am sorry about your luck, but due to inactivity on your card it was closed anyways so it is not profitable for me to help you. I told her I managed a bank, and she said well we are not a bank. I asked if she could tell me what other companies out of the 50 she stated did they service and if I could get a copy of that mailed to me. She said no because it was not profitable to them. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she she did not have to let me and I asked her if she was refusing to let me speak with her manager and she said YES! Her name is Karla Wood and she is a manager at HC PROCESSING CENTER. DO NOT do business with them, not to mention that the practices going on there are illegal!

I started a contract with HC Processing in 2008. Unfortunately I didn't realize that my payment was not due on a certain date, (i.e. the 11th of each month) but it was in fact something like the second Wednesday. Consequently I was late on a payment and, like you, my interest rate went through the roof. After calling to talk to them they told me essentially tough and my payment went up substantially. I have continued to pay them each month even though my husband being out of work. There were a few late payment due to out financial hardship but they were unwilling to wave the fees.

So, after 4 years of paying them I owe them more today then I did when I bought the darn treadmill! They are quick about reporting to the credit bureaus and my credit has taken a real hit. My place of employment recently had a plant wide shut down and I was out of work for 6 weeks. I called and told them I could not make the payment and I was sent straight to collections. The woman who had my account was rude, combative, and threatening. I asked her not to call me again and then asked to be transferred to her supervisor. I asked him to have my account transferred to another employee. He and I made an arrangement that he could lower my interest rate and take care of the past due amount. Within a few days the same woman called me again. Again she was rude and hostile and again I asked her to transfer me to her supervisor. He told me I now owed right around $150 in fees...fees he said before they would waive. I told him I could not pay them right away and I would make the monthly payment he and I had discussed and pay extra if at all possible...and to PLEASE not have that woman call me again. He told me she had my account and I asked him, again, to transfer it because I could not work with her.

She still calls me, 1-2 times a week even after having made the arrangements with the supervisor. I refuse to answer the phone anymore. I have called the supervisor several times and only managed to talk to him once. Each time I ask him to have her stop calling me, that I am willing to work with him but not his hostile employee. This week I received a bill for almost $300, late fees on the late fees he was supposed to have waived. My credit is crap compared to what it was when I started with them, I owe more today than when I started, they refuse to have a hostile employee stop harassing me, and they don't honor their agreements. I will not give this company any more of my money directly. They will have to turn me over to a collection company. They can't hurt my credit anymore then they already have and I know I will be able to negotiate with a collection agency. If you are thinking about getting a loan through these people DON'T! Even my ex-husband hasn't haunted me this much!

We have been paying for this darn bowflex for 5 years, late maybe once or twice when I called to find out what I owned expecting to be told that I was almost done with the balance and was completely floored and that Karla told me that I stilled owned $2300.00. I said what and asked to speak to the manager and she refused me the right to speak to him so that he could explain to me why I was still owned them that much. This company is terrible and will not work with you. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with them.

The SAME thing happened to me. My payments for my Bowflex doubled because I failed to make a payment on time ONCE. I was a day late because I got the due dates for this bill and another one mixed up. These people are screw jobs and now my credit has a ding on it. DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT do business with this company.

HC Processing Center harassment

My son owes some money to a chiropractor who turned over the amount to hc processing for collection. Hc processing obtained my phone number off of my son's health records. We were never listed as on any of the finance records. My son has not lived with us for over 10 years and is not a minor. Hc processing is harassing us for the collection of this bill. Calling 3-4 times a day.
I believe this is a violation of hippa and a privacy invasion and harassment for us.

HC Processing Center overcharging

I have done business with these people for one year and my account has not gone down. I too only pay the payment and no interest. If there is a movement to do a class action suit against them, I would be interested.

HC Processing is a company of low life bottom feeders. They take your money and refuse to own up to their mistakes which they make often. I took out a small amount $2500 and paid on it for a year and half, was 3 days past the grace period for no interest and ended up owing the exact same amount that I had begun with. They refused to do the ethical thing by honoring their agreement. I ended up paying the full amount immediately and told them they were heartless disgusting people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I called Bowflex to see if I would be eligilble. They took down my information and then said that I would hear back later. Next thing I know I have a bowflex coming to my house. I never signed anything or okayed anything over the phone. Then we got missing and some damaged goods. They wouldn't return anything or give us a discount. Then my husband and I separated and he kept the bowflex. The loan is in my name, but for the past 1 1/2 years I have paid for something I don't have. I have explained and explained to them that he has agreed to pay it and yet they call me. Then we finally went to mediation and he signed stating that he will either take it permanetly and pay for it or give it to me to sell as I never wanted it in the first place. So now I have a debt that has never gone down, lowered interest rate and the amount due has gone from 52.oo a month to 114.oo with a high balance. I have monthly interest rate 14.9% and a daily interest of .32%. I called FTC and they said that it is illegal what they are doing, but you have to be sure that they are not actually part of the company saying that they are a separate credit agency. I think everyone ought to report them to the federal trade commission and then they will take action.

I have purchased two pcs. of equipment through Nordic Track and financed through Icon or HC Processing - I purchased 2000 dollars worth of items, I have made 1327 in payments and I CURRENTLY OWE [protected]? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I owe three times the amount as I should... I am filing a complaint now but complaints are worthless unless someone does something about them, I am at a loss, I dont know what to do or what to pursue but you bet I will look into it.
Further, my statement (according to HC) is generated on the 24th of the month, apparently I have 20 days to pay it. So by the time it gets to me, we are near the end of the month. I pay on the 12th of the month and I incur a 39 dollar deliquency fee, this 39 dollar fee them pushed me above my credit 'limit' which then I incurred a 29 dollar fee - now mind you I had NO LATE PAYS, NO DELINQUENCIES IN 2.5 YEARS and all of a sudden this eroneous 39 dollar fee and it has gone down hill from there. Each and ever single month 39 plus 29, 39 plus 29 every single month since july...

I am having the same problem with HC Processing on a Craftmatic bed I purchased. My balance has not gone down, it has gone up. They call me 3 - 4 times a day at home and on my job. I asked for a print out on my account and it took 1 month until I finally received it. I have even had them set me up on Hardship due to work hours being cut. This was done several times. Then I get calls from some very rude employees at HC Processing that tells me that they can not offer the Harship to me any longer. When I was making the hardship pmts. they were charging me a late fee. Then I looked over the print out of my account. All of the pmts. I have made added up to more than what my balance was.
I would also like to know about a class action against this company.

I agree...I have a insomnia problem, Icalled to get info on a sleep number bed, wellllll I was told that I was turned down by HSBC ( I have a credit card with HSBC now, they have never denied me access to lending?) but they had a second company that would fund it
I was nver made aware that this was a high interest credit cad!The bed is now brken and I am paying for something that is not working...not only have they harrassed me but they have harrassed my employer, they have called our accounting office, they have asked for information on me and talked to the office manager about personal information on this account)...I am sure that this is aviolation of HIPPA, I would happily join any class action suit out there against ...now that they have identified themselves to my employer, and spoke about my personal account with my office manager...I think I now can charge them with breach of privacy as a lender! So please let me know what I can do to join any and all law suits against this company!

My account has gone up on a treadclimber that I bought a year ago! Up - a 1000 more than purchasing price. And I have a payment arrangement. today they called 4 days before the due date! And then they called my neighbor (how'd they get that number?) and told him all about it!

Hello, I am going through the same thing that all of you have experience with this company. They are now calling my cell phone and my job and it's really getting to me. I have not sent them a letter yet to cease all communication but I have left several messages for them not to call my job or my cell anymore and they continue to call. Is there anything else that I can besides do sending the letter? I really want to get them off my back.

Was there a class action against these a**holes! If not one needs to be started.

I took out a loan thru HC Processing two years ago for medical treatments on my back and the total of my loan still doesnt seem to be going down, they even upped my interest rate without any reason. I am a senior citizen and my finances are very limited. I am now in the position that I have to sell my home to pay this loan. My prayers go out to anyone who uses this company.

I purchased an elliptical 7 months ago and I am finding the same issue of nothing being paid down on my loan. I would also be interested in a class action lawsuit for this matter.

I totally agree... I am still paying these people for an elliptical that I have financed over a year and a half ago and yet my balance remains the same. If anyone starts a class action suit please contact me.

I wont go into detail regarding the poor customer service of this organization. However I will suggest that you would be better off going down to you local pub for a loan. A broken leg would be better than the harassment you will receive. This is not a reputable company and I sure would not want them representing my company.
