HDFC Bank din't give loan after sanctioned

Hi Authority,
I have applied for home loan from HDFC, From starting they made me harass to much as well as after sanctioned of loan approx 20 days passed they din't give my cheque. Always they ask for new documents on daily basis, I have changed employer 1 month back and submitted all relevant documents for that also, Even I din't get my cheque. I have complaint to high authority many times and they forward it to local department, and they always try to make me harass by demanding documents. It is because I have complaint coz 2 times on call they like threaten me not to put mail. Now I got frustrated and harass, I only need my processing fee for approval of loan, I don't want loan at the cost of my metal peace.
Please help me out, I am putting my mail trend here please see and help me out to sort this.
My 1st Mail : -
HELLO SIR/MADAM, GREETINGS! WITH DUE
RESPECT I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT MY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH HOME LOAN OF HDFC
BANK. I FILLED APPLICATION APPROX 23 DAYS BACK WITH ALL DEMANDED
DOCUMENTS. AFTER COMPLETION OF MY EVERY DOCUMENTS AND GOOD ITR ACCORDING
TO LOAN AMOUNT, BEEN HARASSED BY YOUR JAIPUR HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT FOR
DOCUMENTS ON DAILY BASIS. FINALLY, ON 3RD SEP, I GOT MESSAGE THAT MY LOAN
HAS BEEN SANCTIONED, AND THE PERSON WHO IS TAKING CARE OF ALL THESE
(MR.RAVI)TOLD ME THAT HE HAS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WILL MAKE ME PROVIDE
CHEQUE AFTER 3-4 DAYS. I ALSO AGREED WITH SAYING THAT IF ANY OTHER QUERY
OR PENDING THEN DO CLEAR IT BEFORE SATURDAY 13-09-2014, BECAUSE I HAVE
TO GO BANK TO SIGN AND I ONLY BE FREE ON SAT. HE ALSO AGREED WITH SAYING
THAT HE WILL BE READY AND I WILL GET MY CHEQUE ON SAT 13-09-2014. NOW
ON FRIDAY 12-09-2014 NO ONE CALLED ME, I HAD A CALL TO HIM 3-4 TIMES BUT
NO REPLY FROM THAT SIDE. THEN I MADE A CALL TO SENIOR OF THAT PERSON
THROUGH JAIPSINGHPURA, JAIPUR BM. AND THEY ALSO PROMISED ME THAT I WILL
GET IT ON 13TH AS PROMISED. AGAIN FALSE COMMITMENT. NOW I HAVE QUERY
THAT AFTER LOAN SANCTIONED AND ALL DOCS WHICH DOCUMENTS HDFC NEEDED
MORE. AND IF A EMPLOYEE GO FOR A LEAVE THEN IS LOAN DEPARTMENT GET
CLOASE OR WHAT? ITS REALLY HARASSED ME A LOT. MY FILE NO. ARE : -

DAYS MORE. JUST DUE TO SUCH KIND OF EMPLOYEES HDFC NAME GETTING WORSE IN

Hi Shikha, I have given my Appointment letter to
Anil Godha (Your Employee), And salary slip I have already mailed to
you. Also, my salary slip contains all things like deduction and
designation all but not understanding that why you need my appointment
letter.And, for last month salary I have deposited Cheque in my Axis
bank account (Salary account of last employer), because again HDFC bank
who has taken approx 10 days to open only salary account. So for that I
am attaching my last three month Axis bank account statement.Anyways,
I have given all documents which you have asked, and now I got
frustrated with documentation. If you need documents please guide your
sales persons to collect all documents at one shot, not on daily basis.Now, Request you to please don't make me harass again for documentation and verification whether I will get the loan or not.Many Thanks and Regards, Saurabh Sharma+91-[protected]

Then I was waiting for call that they will call me Saturday, I din't get revert then I made a mail :-
Hello Anil, Tomorrow is Saturday. I was waiting for a call from your side, As you have again promised me to give my final cheque on
20th, Sep 2014 as my loan is already sanctioned on 3rd of Sep. 2014.
How unprofessional behave you have. Again customer is waiting for a call
whether he has to come or not. If I have to come then you had to
confirm me time, on call or a message or if not then also had to make a
call. Are you in co-operate sector or what? No communication by your
side, only customer has to follow up, as if HDFC is giving donation to
customer.If you are not able to fulfill your commitments then you have no rights to give false commitment to customers.Now, I don't have trust on your words so writing your words here regarding my concern before loan applied : - 1. As per you said, There will be no foreclosure charges.2.
As per you said, I can give partial or full payment any time without
any extra charges and that amount will be deducted from my principal
amount.3. As per you said, There will be no hidden charges.@

all is crystal clear, but I got fed up with your employees commitments
and conversations. Very much attitude in talking with customers. Really

HDFC Bank approval process

I just want to iterate my harassment which HDFC did while applying for the Plot Loan. I heard the all the nightmare experiences which my friend got. But still applied for the loan in HDFC (Such a fool I am !). Before applying the loan I repetitively asked the HDFC employee for the approx. Lead time for all the approval and disbursement process. He, along with one more Third Party Group (who is Third Party to HDFC for Loan process ) promised me that at the max process will take max 30 days.
I was relaxed and accordingly promised the owner about the probable completion time. But then all the harassment started. The HDFC employee was not knowing all the documentation needed and the purpose of the documentation. This is basic thing and even I was aware of the all the documentation needed from a Loan perspective but HDFC employee was not aware.
First all the personal documents were given in 2-3 days and he verified the documents. He could not give me all the documents required in one go. He kept on asking me various documents for me and my wife which I diligently provided. A simple work of personal document verification took 15 days.
After that I submitted all the Property Verification documents. After submitting he mentioned that in 2-3 days we will verify this. I was happy. After a week, I called him about the completion of verification. Respected Sir (?) told me that BAnk has not started. Reason - Bank has only one person and he verifies the said property only once a month. I think this is a known fact in bank then why do they promise that it will get finished in 2-3 days.
I was again on Oxygen. In between we started Disbursement Document preparation and i submitted all the necessary document from my side and Owner's side. After almost 3 week's he confirmed me that Property verification is done and only 1 week time will be needed for disbursement. You simply give me date on which you need Disbursement cheque. I felt It was end to all my mental harassment which I faced in that 5 weeks time. But it was not end.
Whatever document which I gave for disbursement purpose, this HDFC employee simply misplaced it and now telling me that I have not given the documents to him. at the same time due to some System glitch at their end, disbursement cheques can not be printed for another 15 days :(.
At point I felt am I a beggar ?... Then I realised.. Yes.. I am.. This is exactly what HDFC employees will make you feel. Its not only the Loan Agent on the field, but his Office manager, Branch manager, Legal Department, Disbursement department... everyone will make sure that you are treated like a beggar..
its seventh week and still I am waiting for the disbursement... Next time if I need money, rather than going to HDFC, I will try all other banks.. But HDFC..

HDFC Bank delay in clearing a cheque

I have deposited a hdfc cheque in state bank of india branch pulivendula kadapa dist ap on 13-08-2014, then sbi people have forwarded that complaint to hdfc branch pulivendula. When I enquired at hdfc bank about the delay in cheque clearing they said they have wrongly sent the cheque to another branch and my amount will be deposited in two days. Today is 19th day from the date when I deposited the cheque. As per rbi rules a cheque has to be cleared in 14 days which is also max time. I dont know why the hdfc pepole are taking this much time to clear a cheque

HDFC Bank amount not credited for cancelled transaction

Amount $249.44 not credited to my HDFC Corporate Forex card though the order is cancelled and pre-authorisation amount is reversed. Many of the card holders have the same issue with HDFC Forex card. Proper action should be taken care by the management so that in case of cancelled transaction the amount is automatically credited to the card account and customers are not harassed.I badly need the amount asap but not getting the refund in time which is frustating. Hope you will look into the issue and credit the amount. Please refer attached document for the detailed information and proof.

1) Order 634988 placed on 4th August with HDFC Forex card $249.44. The source initiated Pre-Authorized transaction (Authorization code - 430383).
2) Order 634988 got cancelled as the source accepts only Canadian Credit card.
3) Pre-Authorization transaction cancelled.
4) The source reversed the transaction successfully.
5) The amount of $249.44 is not credited to my Forex card account yet

HDFC Bank non payment of electricity bills

I had rented the ground floor of my House at G - 149, Vikas Puri, New Delhi to HDFC Bank since June 2009. A duly registered court agreement was signed between HDFC Bank & myself, incorporating all the terms and conditions. I was to provide a 40 KW electricity connection for the use of the Bank at the premises; which I did and a security deposit of Rs. 88, 000 was paid by me to BSES Rajdhani Power Limited for granting the connection as per the rules.
BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. pays interest on this security deposit on annual basis, in the month of April every year. This interest amount ( about Rs. 4, 700/-, per year ), is adjusted in the Electricity Bill of the Bank and the Bank is supposed to reimburse this amount to me on yearly basis as this is the Interest paid by BSES on security deposit paid by me.
I have been submitting the Invoice for the Interest amount EVERY YEAR. The Branch Manager ( presently, Mrs. JAGRITI WADHWA ) accepts the letter but nothing moves thereafter. I have sent several mails to her, she DOES NOT ANSWER. I meet her personally, she says...WE ARE WORKING ON IT... . I personally meet her and request her to PLEASE REPLY to the mails sent by me ... she says I WILL ... but no results.
Can any one tell me if this can not BULLYING, what else will be ? If any consumer of power supply company, does not pay the electricity bill for 1 month, the authorities impose penalty + interest for 1 to 3 months and disconnect the electricity supply thereafter. Here is a classic example - HDFC Bank, supposed to be one of the LEADING BANK, settings examples and standards for other banks, goes on HOLDING BACK my nearly Rs. 20, 000 for MORE THAN FOUR Years, yet its Branch Heads say ...WE ARE WORKING ON IT. Working on it for last FOUR+ YEARS ?
Since the connection is in my name - I can have it disconnected. HOW WILL IT LOOK ?- HDFC BANK, WITHOUT POWER ? ALL ITS customers waiting outside its BLACKENED branch. I have explained this to Branch Head, Mrs. JAGRITI WADHWA but BULLYING BY HDFC Bank through its Managers CONTINUES.
I have held my patience for 4+ years, How long more I can not say.
Hope SOMEONE in AUTHORITY at HDFC Bank will take a note of it before it is too late.
ADVICE - for others who have or intend to rent premises to HDFC Bank - PLS BE WELL INFORMED what is the TRUTH OF one of LEADING BANK - HDFC Bank.

HDFC Bank mental harassment from bank agent

I am Hariharan K my Credit Card No. [protected].

I am having this credit since 2005, I was using the card and paying the amount properly you can verify my statement from 2005, even I had taken the 2 two wheeler loan from HDFC Bank and paid properly. I lost my job in recession time on Oct 2009 till now I am jobless. When I lost my job after two month I went to HDFC Credit Card bank and request to cancel my card there are not done the cancellation. They are convinced me no problem sir you will get job till that you use it. For an emergency purpose I used for my son medical expense About Rs.6000.00. and Unable to pay that amount because of jobless. Now they made Rs.52000 and asking us to clear the amount immediately, I requested them please reduce some amount. the Agent said pay Rs.15000.00 and do the final settle immediate. I said I cannot pay the even Rs.15000.00 immediately please provide this amount for 10 month installment basis ie., Rs.1500 for 10 month even though I am jobless they are not ready to accept and doing the mental torched and using abuse language with me and my family.
The Agent person Name is Mr. Prakash and Other person Name I don't remember they are torching me and using bad language and they threaten me they will do come with Goudas and will do body contact.

Kindly help us to sort out this issue

HDFC Bank complain registered for reissue card

I made an request for credit card. My first form was rejected but i haven't received any confirmation after that i have updated my sign in the bank again form was rejected due to the multiple sign. Bank agent guided me to do multiple sign. After come days i have drop one more form that also rejected. Again i have send the form for card reissue through DTDC Courier which shows received on 21 July Still i haven't received any updated continuously taking follow up i had a conversation with Karan in customer care still card issue was pending. I made given a request in the month of may still my issue was not resolved. there is no procedure to escalate this matter.. pathetic procedure there.

The old customers remain tied to the existing spread as the RPLR remains unchanged. HDFC Bank request for stop processing hl

I have applied for HL in HDFC, I have given all the documents to HDFC team. Before giving the documents, I asked the team, I want 27 lakhs and I have one HL in DHFL, I am paying 5500 PM. If I have eligibility to get 27 lakhs then I will pay the advance amount to the builder. If not I will not go further. Then after checking the documents they said, you will be eligible for 27 lakhs. Then I paid advance to builder Rs 1 lakh. After I got the verification call from HDFC, you have eligible for 22lakhs. Then I said pls stop the processing and return back my all the documents. Very next day HDFC team came for verification, then I said pls return the documents. Till today they did not return the documents and they have taken the processing fee from my account. Now builder not ready to pay back my advance. Before log in the application local processing team should intimate me for eligibility. Pls take necessary action against HDFC Team and penalize.

HDFC Bank complaint against hdfc life for misleading and cheating

Hello,
Please BEWARE before you even think to take any HDFC policy.

PPR Policy no - [protected]

I have been misled by hdfc life through HDFC agent w.r.t. policy number [protected].

I have paid pemium of 3 years - Rs. 1, 80, 000 excluding service tax

I was informed that If for some reason I have to surrender this policy, I shall get minimum amount of rs. 154, 211 after 3 years.

Same has been stated in a very very very small font on the policy document as well. When I applied for surrender few days back, I was told that value of the same is 70, 128.

I have worked very hard to earn money and I just cannot accept that hdfc life - through HDFC agent and HDFC is cheating me by taking my 3 years instalments.

This is not acceptable. I have been HDFCs customer for very long time and I have never faced any issues with the bank. But this is really intolerable. This is very disappointing HDFC promises to give you the benefits but with such hidden terms and conditions that you are going to regret it for sure.

Please BEWARE before you even think to take any HDFC policy.

Complaint against HDFC Life for Misleading and cheating – Best part is that they don’t even reply your emails.
Please be careful before you even think to take any HDFC policy.
I have four policies in my name from HDFC Life: i.e.
• [protected] Growth Fund II - HDFC Pension Supreme –SIR UTHA KE JIYO
• [protected] - Blue Chip Fund - HDFC SL ProGrowth Super II,
• [protected] - Opportunity Fund, HDFC SL ProGrowth Super II,
• [protected] Defensive Managed Fund,
All are in extreme loss. I am writing to them continuously emails for advising me what to do with these policies. But they have not even bothered to reply my mails.
At the time of selling their policies, their executives comes they misled you and give so much of appreciation and benefits of the product, that you are bound to change your mind and go ahead to enroll yourself. Their representative say that you just sign this policy and rest themselves will fill up the form. Their slogan says ‘SAR UTHAKE JIYO’ but at what cost and how? Their no policy is good at all, they are eating your hard earned money.
I need to know how they have calculated the policies like I have completed one policy of 10 years i.e. [protected], on their site as they have mentioned I’m not supposed to get even the amount what I have deposited.
Even you put your money in your saving account, at least you are sure that your money is safe and you will get interest at least.
But buying HDFC Life policies you are not going to get the amount what you have deposited leave aside all the benefits which is intolerable and disappointing.
I have a biggest regret of my life that I have an association with HDFC Life.

HDFC Bank wrong invoice calcuation

I have hdfc credit card - I received my current month statement from hdfc bank. They have calculate wrong invoice :
Debit Amount Details should be (Expected)
There charge me : 2710.66 (Which is Baseless). Below Total Amount is : 2598.58
Airtel : 1800
Late Fee 400
Membership Fee 279
Cess TAX 1.66
Billed Finance Charges 61.54
Service Tex 56.38

This bank is not good they charged and send the wrong invoice to their customer. Now I am planning to Close my Account with HDFC BANK.

I have HDFC CREDIT CARD - I received my current month statement from HDFC BANK.
They have calculated wrong invoice:
They have sent me Invoice as below:

Airtel : 1800
Late Fee 400
Membership Fee 279
Cess TAX 1.66
Billed Finance Charges 61.54
Service Tex 56.38
Total Amount (Expected) 2598.58

Actual Invoice they have sent to me 2710.66 (Which is Baseless).
This bank is doing the fraud – There billing department is pathetic. How they calculated wrong total Amount.
This bank is not good they charged and send the wrong invoice to their customer. Now I am planning to close my Account with HDFC BANK.

My name is Sumit pruthi, custmer id-[protected], credit card number-[protected], expiry date-07/14, billing address b-77 greenfield colony faridabad india.
I am having 3 hdfc accounts from last more than 3 years.2 accounts are saving and 1 is current account, 1 demat account and 1 credit card.i have very good reputation of your bank, thatwhy, my family is also having all accounts in your bank
your bank is not safe in terms of credit cards, i would like to infom you, there are some websites, where anyone can use, others cards without using the password.it happened to me also before, some body misused my card, and i paid it.now it happened again.
somebody miss used my credit card on 16/4/2012 and 17/04/2012..which is a amount of 16000 inr approx..and this is not a small amount.i work out side india, so i normaly check my all accounts once or twice a week.
now i have blocked my credit card.but i would like to inform you, that i will not pay you this amount this time.
i have also requested for reissue of new card, if you want to reissue it, you can do it..but this time i will not pay this 16000 inr, which i have not used

Poor policy from HDFC Ergo, they cheat the customers and do not pass any claim, keep you waiting in the hospital, and do not give you clear statement.

HDFC Ergo Denial for Cashless Claim due to which my Wife Suffered a Lot

We have a HDFC ERGO FAMILY HEALTH POLICY. Which cover my Son, Wife and myself. My policy no is – [protected] and my cashless card no is – [protected] and expiry date is 14-Dec-2014. My complaint is regarding denial of Cashless service from HDFC Ergo without any Proper Reason.

This is to state that my Wife Mrs. Samira Surabhi Gupta, is suffering from Acute Pain in Gal Bledder . On 3rd Feb 2014 I admited her in CHL Convienent Hospitals Ltd . which is one of the network hospital of HDFC Ergo. I inform to TPA and complete all the formalities. On 4th of Feb Doctor decided to Operate her but that time I know through TPA that my claim is denial and reason behind that is HDFC Ergo Consultant show it is a New case of Surgery and this is not covered in that policy. At that crucial time I arrange the Big Amount to deposite and started the treatment. Doctor saved my Wife.

But due to insufficient funds we can not able to give her proper treatment.

I need your help to get the justice and learned them a lesson so anybody else never faced this type of problem. At the time of Policy your Agent would never tell you such problems. Even at the time of Admission Hospital will also Accept your Cashless Card.

I have all the documents regarding this matter. But I don’t know how to proceed.

Please suggest me what to do And request all of you never ever go for a HDFC ERGO FAMILY HEALTH POLICY

Maim I am priti srivastava and my employee code is cp22534 in working in hdfc bank malaviya nagar branch new delhi .and my mentor is mr sfraj baig and his employee code is S15271. Maim/Sir I did join hdfc bank since 1 oct 2013 and my interview has been taken by Mr Mehtab singh maan at M39 hdfc bank barhkhamba road new delhi. He appointed me as a cse for malaviya nagar branch under the sales manager of mr sarfraj baig.But Maim/Sir from first day sarfraj sir told to me, I am having you in my team only under the pressure of Mr . mehtab sir even I do, nt want you in my team, I could not understand why he is saying like this. Now finally I have appointed and doing the working under the Mr.sarfraj but since 1st oct to till date I did didn?t get my offer letter and did not open my salary account when I ask to sarfraj sir about my offer letter he told me wait I will give you but till the date 12nov2013 I could not get my offer letter. And Maim/Sir my training hold on 28oct2013 and next day I went in field and got the business like one rd and 1 gi, From the first day I am working very hard . But when Sarfraz sir came from holiday and I gave him rd and gi on 30oct2013 then he demand for a account then I told to him sir am giving my best and will try to give the account on next day so please give me one day more but he become angry and told me go away with your id and gi, he through id and gi and told I don?t want to any type of business to you and you sit here and write your resignation and he started shouting on me. And when I came next day 31st oct 2013 his behavior was same and in a room he again started shouting on me go away from here othe wise I will call the guard if you did not give your resignation and when I ask the reason of resignation to Mr. Sarfraj, he sir told me, I don't like you and don't want to you in my team, this is enough for you so write your resignation when I didn't write he told to another cse Mr KP Singh that he went and called the guard then I told ok sir I am going today from branch and tomorrow I will do what ever you want then he again told to Mr K.P Singh don?t call to guard she will be do as like I want And I come out from branch and called the Mr mehtab Sir BUT he said I got transferred so it will be better to talk with Mr. Dhananjay Pandey because now he is the area manager Then I called to Mr Dhananjay Pandey Sir and told but on that day he was going out of station and told me when I will delhi then you contact with me I told my problem to Dhananjay Sir and said that now too I don?t have any problem in work with Sarfraz sir if he can sort out all these matter, Dhnanjay sir told that he will come on 8th nov and told me that you call on 8th nov to me . On 8th nov I called Dhananjay sir then he told me he just came in delhi and he will call back in hour.After the few minutes Sarfraz Sir called me and ask me do you want to work under me or want to transfer whatever you want come to office rightnow and meet to me then I told to Sarfraz sir I want to working under you and am coming office.After this I called Dananjay sir and told to him the all conversion of between me and sarfraz sir after listening me dhananjay sir told to me ok if he is calling you so you should go to office. But in a office the Seen was deferent Sarfraz sir don?t want to back me in his team and he did meet with me 2 hour and told me between the meet gave you resignation and I will again appoint you within 1week but in recent you gave your resignation and he told that if you did not give resignation then I have to be give my resignation When I ask the again reason of resignation he told your cpv is negative.Mam I didn?t conceal anything and my address and my reference both are correct Sir also had talk with my reference. And when Sarfraz sir said that your cpv come negative then I told to him sir my address is correct you can check any time whenever you want and my reference number too is right you had also talk with him and my reference too had talk verification team and he told to me take this number the person on this number asking about you Priti And I told to sarfraz sir that he is giving the number of that person who did call him that am calling from hdfc bank do you know priti srivastva ?then Sarfraz sir told me it?s ok what I will be do of those number And Maim two other CSe Mr Bajarang Pandey and Miss Akancha Tripathi also have the negative CPV but Sarfraz Sir did verify personally their address ten why he did not doing same with me like he do with other CSE . I don?t know Maim What is the problem of Mr.Sarfraz sir with me Please Maim do the favor and take the matter in light and do what is right acording to law. And Maim, Sarfrz Sir again and again taking the issue of negative cpv whereas the truth is that my address and reference both are correct you can do check in your way . But I don?t know why Sarfraz Sir doing like this with me where as I achieved my work target. And Maim on 1st NOV2013 when I informed to sir that am suffering from fever and not able to come in office and when will feel better will be back in office then he replied me don?t come . Maim this massage is save in my mobile phone you can check this So its my humble request to you that do the my favor and give me justice and please sort-out all the problem . And now till the date from my join I don?t get my salary of October Month and this month he did not give me attendance register for sign. Sarfraj sir last Friday and Saturday to call me in office and repeat same voice gave your resignation even you want this that me Sarfraz gave his resignation so don?t create problem for me and you write your resignation and trust on me I will appoint you within week. but now on 27nov 2013 i got a termination letter by hdfc bank without reason .The Hdfc team send me termination only in influence of the conpiracy of my former boss Mr Sarfraz baig emp code S15271. Dear Sir

HDFC BANK destroyed my career their HR team send me a termination letter without reason and when i ask the reason of this termination then no body has been able to give me a single reason.The all conspiracy against to me have created by my boss Mr Sarfraz Baig his empcode isS15271 and his boss Mr Dhananjay Pandey.

And when i discussed my problem with Mr Vikas MOdi then in starting he did take interest but now he too did not showing his interest .

Sir so please do the justice with me because they all are fail in giving me justice.

Sir i did work 2 month in HDFC bank but could not get offer letter but without reason your HDFC bank has been issue me termination.

HDFC Bank incorrect billing & harrasment

Hi All,

I'm Rahul Kumar Verma using HDFC Credit Card for last 3 years, I never had any issue with HDFC service but something happened in March 2013 due to which, I could not concentrate in any of the things, everytime I feel insecure & scared.

I shopped by using HDFC Credit Card & I was very regular in payment as well, one day I got a call from HDFC collection team to pay the due amount, the amount seemed unfair for which I chekced my records as well, so I asked for detailed clarification apart from Billing Statement(I guess I can ask for it as being HDFC customer).
I didn’t recieved any corrospondance for that from HDFC & few days later again I received a call from the very same gentleman & was convinced for payment, however since I was busy in some other tasks I forgot to pay the amount, but later I received call from HDFC by using some Mobile & was threatned to pay the amount, in actual words it was, “MR. VERMA, AAP PAYMENT KAR DEIN YEHI AAPKE LIYE ACHHA HOGA”, is this the way to talk to your customer, again for few days I kept receiving the calls but ignored & didn’t answered. Week on week, day on day I was receiving the calls for making the payment but I had only 1 query “WHY THE AMOUNT IS HIGHER THAN ACTUAL”, since I wasn’t satisfied with the billing hence I didn’t made the payment.

As per HDFC, they have charged me interest for non payment on time, but I want to know why HDFC have alot of time for making collection related calls but no one has time to clarify why had I recieved threatning calls & why have I been harassed badly.

For last 6-7 months I’m in a serious mental harrasment state.
On following up with HDFC, I recieved a mail from their so called AVP Service Quality -Rajeswari Jayasekar for reversal of INR 1900 plus ST.

Is HDFC doing any favor on me? They are reversing the interest charged on my card but what about my mental harrasment due to which neither I was able to spend & concentrate time with my family nor I was able to concentrate in my work due to which I had to suffer a lot.

HDFC has given me a reference ID as [protected] but even their Customer Support doesn’t have any details for that.

I’ve really lost my hope & want to live threat free life, please see if anyone could help me.

HDFC Bank compalint against hdfc bank ltd, navsari-0135 branch & hr-ahmedabad

I was the ex-employee of the hdfc bank ltd. Navsai-0135 branch and resigned from the bank because of the many discrimination issues and non adherence of rbi policies of the branch manager and other senior employees of the branch. Branch manager pressurized me to give resignation from the bank because I asked many question which were against the rbi policies, bank act and human (Customers) basic rights at bank. Same was communicated to the mr. Aditya puri managing director) and mr. Navin puri (Branch banking head) but no actions were taken against the branch employees.

Issues
New currency notes;
New currency notes issued by rbi during diwali did not distributed to customer who inquired about the new notes to the tellers and senior employees. Large cake distributed to the preferred customer, classic customer by senior employees. (See the cctv clippings, employees packed the new currency notes in green big envelopes).
Instant a/c openings: (Saving, current, salary a/c and no frills a/c);
Instant a/c s are not opened in the stipulated time period as per hdfc bank policy. (Mr. Rajesh prajapati provided necessary documents and initial pay in of 5000/- for opening kids a/c of his son kishan prajapati in the middle of the month of dec 2012, but did not open till jan 15, 2013. Mr. Sharma opened the saving max a/c (25000 balance maintenance) and completed the all procedures on jan 2, 2013 but a/c opened on jan 17, 2013).
Mr. Mayank patel changed the value date in case of kids advantage a/cs without informing the customers which affect their financial planning. (Sometimes he first change the value date and then informed the customers)
When a/cs are opened with cash, initial pay-in remains with co-executives of the branch till the necessary a/c opening procedures did not completed by the mr. Mayank patel. As per the hdfc bank policy, initial pay-in must be deposited by the customers at cash counter.
Instant welcome kit and deliverables:
Instant welcome kits and deliverables were not verified on a daily basis as per the bank process.
I asked many times to mr. Mayank patel but he did not provide me proper answer for the question. Many times it happened that when kits and deliverables were out of the frfc cabinet, neither of the custodians - ms. Shraddha engineer and mr. Mayank patel were present and kits and deliverable out of the frfc cabinet without custodians more than one hour. (29/04/2013)
Fixed deposits/recurring deposits:
Fixed deposits and recurring deposits did not booked at the same day when the customer submitted the forms. (Mr. Jigar desai submitted the recurring deposit form and documents on 02/04/2013 but recurring deposit booked on 17/04/2013)
Fixed and recurring deposits were made on wrong product codes and customers lost their financial wealth.
Fixed and recurring deposits did not send by the central units to all customers mailing or permanent addresses. At branch level also, any declaration regarding duplicate receipt or customers were not receiving the receipts taken by all employees as per banking act. Senior employees did not inform me about this me during my job period so I was not taking the same.
Charges:
When there is any change in hdfc bank policies, did not inform by concerned units or senior employees to customers in the form of written communication.
Central team levied the monthly non maintenance of a/cs after two-three months.
When there is change in minimum balance requirement of the different a/cs from quarterly to monthly, many customers said me that bank unit or employees were not informed them and made the necessary entries for reverse the charges.
Insta-alerts quarterly 15/- charge taken by bank did not informed by banks to customers in the form of written communication on a individual basis.
Quarterly statements:
Quarterly statements did not sent by the central units to all customers on customer mailing address as per the bank policy.
Senior employees did not take the statement request from the customers when they demanded at branch. This point rose by auditors at the time of audit (07/01/2013-11/01/2013), but they did not give any remarks for that in audit reports.
Gifts
Gifts those sent by the central units to the branch according to occasion, did not distributed by the senior employees to customers. (During navatri, dandiya sent by the central team to give it to the preferred customers, but relationship manager did not distribute dandiyas to them.) when scheme for new a/c opening with gift launched from centrally, gifts were not distributed to the new a/c opening holders.
Lockers
Vacant lockers were not allotted by mr. Mayank patel to the customers who inquired about the lockers. Even locker waiting registers were not maintained by him. The main reason for that may be the customer who will give the branch senior employee to mayank patel, locker will be allotted to him/her. Waiting list for locker was in custody of mr. Mayank patel, but he sent the customer to me for taking their request. Any customer surrendered the locker, then key changed and procedures did not made by him for many days. Vacant locker keys were not in proper sealed condition as per the rbi and bank procedure. This issue rose by the auditors during the audit but they did not give any remarks in audit reports.
Authorization by supervisors
They was delay in authorization for insta debit card, net banking password authorization, rtgs-neft and fund transfer entries by teller and personal banker authorization (In case of instant debit card authorization). They preferred to authorized those entries which given by their knowing customers irrespective of when they submitted the request. Sometimes I saw that lead generator employee code was of other employee than him, they deliberately delay in authorization of customer request (In case of instant debit card authorization)
Teller area report and other document checking
Before audit, when branch manager mr. Aadarsh surmawala said to four tellers about go through the fund transfer vouchers, rtgf-neft, fixed deposits and recurring deposits with necessary stamps affix or not, these reports were checked by co-executives ms. Shivani patel which I think violating the bank and rbi rules. Ms. Shraddha engineer took the vouches and neft-rtgs request for checking purpose at her home even though there was other three tellers and other senior employees available at branch.
Audit at branch (07/01/2013-11/01/2013)
For the financial year [protected], auditors gave the branch “adequate” rating to the branch. So as per the process, auditors were at branch during jan 7, 2013 to jan 11, 2013. Auditors were asked about the vacant locker keys which were not in proper seal condition, no. Of vacant locker are not as per the locker data report, vacant locker keys are not replaced with new locker within the stipulated time as per hdfc bank policy, malpractices in locker records.
Auditors said to branch manager that, vouchers stamping were not proper by teller employee and some of the vouchers without stamping. Branch manager mr. Aadarsh surmawala told the teller authoiser mr. Anniruddha pathak that do some setting with the auditors so as they (Auditors) will not give negative remarks in audit.
Wrong audit remarks by auditors:
Because of the setting with auditors, branch did not get any negative remarks in teller area. Auditors gave the remarks that ms. Shraddha engineer is in the same branch and at the same teller area since her inception at branch which was the wrong remark. My question to management, branch manager, teller authorizer and to ms. Shraddha engineer that why did not they raise their voice against this wrong remarks? Why auditors did not concern the respective unit for employee job profile and branches she served till the audit date.
Password sharing by branch manager:
Branch manager mr. Aadarsh surmawala shared his laptop password with co-executive ms. Shivani patel to send the mail to customer when he was out of the branch. Ms. Shivani patel sent the mail to nri customers and customers who have the lockers at branch with mr. Aadarsh surmawala consent. (Month aug-sept, 2012).
Other than employee present at teller cabinet & in vault:
Son of mr. Aadarsh sumawala, ansh surmawala was at teller cabinet and also in the vault when vault custodians mr. Mayank patel and mr. Anniruddha pathak were taking out of the cash (13/04/2013)
Ms. Shivani aptel was also in teller cabinet for making the challans as per the mr. Aadarsh surmawala order.

Branch manager mr. Aadarsh surmawala said me that because of that negative remarks to ms. Shraddha engineer, I must be served the teller counter and she will be at welcome desk. I replied positively to mr. Aadarsh surmawala but teller authorizer said to branch manager that she (Nancy modi) will have to learn all teller area duties before coming to teller area. Branch manager replied to mr. Anniruddha pathak that this is your job to learn nancy modi, how to make necessary entries and other function because she (Nancy modi) is new in banking sector. But he never ever taught me how to make necessary entries in system with necessary stamp and other employees gave me comment that please do the complete work so we will not have any problem at the next audit.
After all this issues, when I said to branch manager mr. Aadarsh surmawala that please give me again welcome desk, then he said that this is the management decision that you served at teller and I cannot change that decision. Then I said please give me transfer to other branch, he said that you never ever get transfer in other branch. You serve as a teller otherwise give resignation from the branch. Mr. Aadarsh surmawala didn’t have any right to told me that you never ever transfer to other branch without conculting the hr. I finally gave resignation with great pain but after pressurization of mr. Aadarsh surmawala, his discrimination, teller authorizer and other employees’ behaviour and hr discrimination policies.
Hr policies
Hr, at ahmedabad, ms. Suchita limaye did not give the job description to employees when they joined the bank. Same was not given by the branch manager mr. Aadarsh surmawala to me.
Mr. Aadarsh surmawala gave the job description to ms. Shraddha engineer (Welcome desk (on 07/03/2013) at a new designation, mu designation was also changed on the same date but mr. Aadarsh surmawala did not issue job description to me.
When talked to ms. Suchita limaye that I want the training for teller area so she replied that bank did not provide training every time. When hr unit and management initiated my (Nancy modi) entry as a teller at a branch then my question is to why I was not able to receiving the mail of teller areas?
Ms. Suchita limaye is very rude with low level employees and not to listen the issue from their side. She only concern with the senior level employees issue.
Ms. Suchita limaye did not issue “transfer letter” to me and there is no such practice at hdfc bank ltd.

I think that there was a ms. Shraddha engineer said to mr. Aadarsh surmawala to change her job profile because her performance at teller area was not so good and leads were not generated by her at teller counter. More than one year, she did not login insurance.

Discrimination issues at branch:
1) front area employees called the tellers as “bangladeshi” which was against the indian constitution.
2) branch manager mr. Aadarsh surmawala easily approve the approve the leave of ms. Shraddha engineer because she is married/ has a kid then my question that all other employees have the family and reside in other city. Why that soft corner only for “ ms. Shraddha engineer.”
3) when ms. Shraddha enginner gave her resignation twice in a financial year [protected] (Aug 2013, jan 03, 2013), then what was the reason for non-acceptance of her resignation by mr. Aadarsh surmawala and did not discuss this issue with cluster head (Mr. Jignesh ruperalia) and hr-ahmedabad. Any personal reason for such non-acceptance?
4) after diwali 2012, management decided for every employee to left the branch premises at the most 7:30 p. M. But this decision did not followed by branch manager and back up branch manager and they worked in a way that I left the branch premises after 7:30 p. M. And sometimes at 8:30 p. M.
5) cash was not put back in vault at the end of day even at 8:00 p. M. And teller authorizer told me that you want to go home early that’s why you forced to put the cash in vault.
6) when main system –finware, host did not working of mine and informed the same to system administer at branch - mr. Mayank patel and mr. Anniruddha pathak, they deliberately delay in system clearance. Even mr. Anniruddha pathak denied me for system clearance on 13/04/2013.
7) rtgs authorization forgot by teller authorizer mr. Anniruddha pathak and communicated other staff and customer as if this was imputer mistake - ms. Nancy modi.
8) ms. Shraddha engineer (Teller) told me that before 4:00 p. M., give me a/c closure dd/mc vouchers. But for non financial transaction, branch can be opened till 5:00 p. M. How can I defined this type of behaviour at corporate-banking culture.
9) branch manager decided that I must not be set at teller counter on march – 30, 31; 2013 and set ms. Shraddha engineer on my counter. Branch manager did not permit me to login my personal computer at branch, even not allowed me to check my banking mail in these two days.
10) after discrimination, I gave my written resignation on 30/03/2013, but hr did not initiate the exit entry on the same day. I received the exit checklist mail on 17/04/2013. What was the reason for such a delay, more than 15 days by ms. Suchita limaye for enter that entry in the respective system. Such delay was according to hdfc bank policy and bank hr policy approve, authenticate this type of practice.
11) when I was at the personal banker area, only I had the iams, debos and dcms system password even when twelve are the permanent employees in the branch. This means that when was on a leave, no one in the branch was able to serve the customer for the above system related quaries.
12) when transfer initiated, after so many days iams, debos and dcms ids were not created for ms. Shraddha engineer. Only I have the system password, so I worked as a welcome desk and teller, then how the mumbai grievance redressal team said that I was not able to perform the duty that’s why gave the resignation.
13) every employees have the right to take one leave per month but this practiced did not follow by mr. Aadarsh surmawala and when any one go to take leave, he (Mr. Aadarsh surmawala) said that he/she took so many leaves except ms. Shraddha enginner.
14)

Many times branch manager told me that you as “management trainee”received much more salary than we received at our time.

Because of many non-adherences of rbi and banking policies, I questioned to senior employees and they were not able to answer the questions. So first they changed my job profile, after that they did not provide me proper guidance so able to serve the teller counter.

Finally branch manager told me that “you tellers are the jamae of the bank.”you did not have any contribution to login the insurance at branch.

My request is that you must visit the navsari-0135 branch with dbs-mumbai, rbi manager personally and investigate according my complaint issues. If you want my presence at branch premises or any kind of clarification, I will always supporting your investigation. I already sent the complaint letter to rbi-mumbai as per the rbi process. Please do the needful on a priority basis.

I informed you that neither hr-ahmedabad nor branch manager mr. Aadarsh surmawala issued me the transfer letter and job description letter to me. My job profile till the lase date at hdfc bank was "personal banker welcome desk". My exit checklist screen at hdfc bank system after my resignation and released by hr team shown the job profile name as "personal banker welcome desk" eventhough branch manager said that this was the management decision on 07/02/2013. I gave my written resignation on 30/03/2013 but hr-ahmedabad entred its entry in the system on 17/04/2013, though my notice period was 1 month. What was the reason for such delay?

HDFC Bank misbehaviour

One of hdfc bank credit card department c. s. a. (miss. divya) is don't know how to talk with customers, she is talk with me in very harsh tone. its really vary shameful for bank that this kind of csa over there for customer service.
I m really very disappoint, from that kind of behavior. I suggest to bank that gave proper training of csa, how to talk customers.
This total bad effect on only on hdfc bank.
Why these kind of csa sitting in possess.
When I again call on customer care, phone picked by another csa (miss komal). I requested to komal that plz transfer my call to your senior but she said all team leaders, floor in-charge & seniors are busy. but she (komal) fwd my complain and give me ref. no.
But I did'nt get any call from bank.
Now I wanted that do the needfull action against miss divya.

HDFC Bank claiming 2% of loan as penalty

HDFC has taken my application for Personal loan purpose, Sales executive has brought many documents to sign, among those documents, they informed that my previous employer relieving letter was fake and the application has been rejected.
I have a proof that I worked in that company, but since they had not given me a relieving letter, I had prepared the same and submitted to the executive. I know it was my fault, but I have other original documents with me to prove that I worked in that company.

Since, they found its fake... they want to claim a penalty of 2%.

People are getting fooled with hidden charges and they have not also sunk my personal loans but want to claim 2% penalty too...

Plz somebody suggest what to do!

i am clear the all personal loan emis are paid through agency executives (malavika agency executive swamy, , he was saying that you cbc & lpp waived after emi clearance but i am not received clearance letter loan no [protected] my contact no [protected]
