I applied for finance of 32 Lacs on Which HDFC has given me approval and charged 11400. Mr Hiren [protected], agent of HDFC in Navrangpura branch Ahemdabad was behind me to take finance . They never informed of finance disbursement amount break up which i was told later. I have given my Hard earn money to Safal goyel in AHemdabad and now i am been asked to pay another 4 Lac first post which HDFC will give, me after 10 days. This is the most Unethical Practise been done in Market by HDFC. Pathetic.
I am going to take this matter to Ministry of Finance now.

I have applied for credit card on 27th july, 2015. I have subbmitted all the valid documents with all the required information.
Inspite of these I have not received the card not amy information is given byt the person who had collected my documents. I just get the calls everyday asking for verifiaction for the same questions again and again. These is thw worst service that I have seen. Hi,
I am holding HDFC Credit card since more than 5 years, Last year without my concern/request they upgraded my credit card to "Regalia Card" and card is dispatched. Now after an year they charged 2850/- as annual fee. The strange thing is I haven't got any SMS for this transaction . So they feel them self that they are robbing customer money. So like a thief they haven't made noise. After checking my online transaction I realized and called customer care, then got to know about this.
I am a loyal customer to bank 6 years and these kind of cheap behavior is not fair. Please keep some dignity when you are in banking business.

My hdfc saving bank a/c no. is [protected] at kolkatta, c. i. t. road branch (br code 1224)
Without my knowledge the bank has debited me more than 23000 / - previously as amb charges (dormant charges for not operating the sb a/c. , without informing me) my sb a/c balance was showig nil balance as on 22.6.15 when I visited the bank personally. the bank informed me to deposit rs.25000 / - in the abv sb a/c to activate the account. the branch manager informed me that he will reverse the debits for the year 2015 for not operating the account. accordingly I had deposited rs.25000 / - on 22.6.15 to activate the account. but on 27.6.15 the bank has again debited rs. 5076 / - as dormant charges (amb). this is very unfair on the part of hdfc bank. I request the bank manager of the bank to kindly reverse the debit amount of rs. 5076 / - immediatedly.

My home loan a/c no: [protected]. I was sanctioned rs. 8, 55, 017 / - and flat construction was carried out by heritage ltd but delayed due to their financial problems beyond the agreement period.
Rs 674637 has been disbursed already.
We (govt employees in igcar, dae) went with pelican ltd as builder and the work is resumed now and going on smoothly.
Due to delay by previous builder, the interest paid to you along with rental loss causes huge financial burden on me and i’m unable to avail tax rebate without completion of flat and your delay in part payment might further aggravate the problem.
on may 5th I requested for part payment for brickwork and plastering of rs.91, 341 / - but you have not released it of already sanctioned amt and not replying what is the reason for indefinite delay.
The work claimed (brickwork and plastering) is completed and can be verified by proper site visit. i even sent photos to velacherry officials.
I do not understand why the delay without a single fault from my side. (i'm paying pre emi regularly even after 2 year delay approx by hpdc).
I request you to enhance my total loan amt to rs. 11, 50, 000 / - since cost of construction is escalated by rs.350 / sqft. I am a central govt employee and hope I fulfill all your requirements for enhancement of loan and if not please give me the valid reason for delaying the process. (documents reqd are attached)
The unprofessional attitude of hdfc makes huge financial loss and depression.
Hdfc team visited the site on 27th june and found satisfactory work progress but branch till now not paid the part payment.

Please buckup otherwise the DSA'S and other third party to whom the loan queries may have gone may take things for grated and online partners like paisabazaar and others and banks like hdfc and others will have to bear the brunt
My major concern was that I had selected option of HDFC BANK for personal loan requirement on your website but never approached any DSA or third party for the same.
Even if the query is directed to the DSA or third party, the customer should have knowledge of their agency name, address and contact details so that the customer may verify if it is fake or genuine
In my case the concerned person Mr Pramod had misleaded me stating that he was executive of HDFC BANK, LB NAGAR BRANCH, NAGOLE which had opened recently two to three months back.
So please take strict measures and action in this case

It is very disgusting to know that the
advertisement in paisabazaar.com, bankbazaar.com or any
other website shows about banks but does not specify that
DSA or third party
would be handling the loan processes. I had not contacted
any DSA for
processing the hdfc bank personal loan.The advertisement is
misleading the customers as the DSA’s or third party who
are accessing the queries are turning out to be fake or
fraud cases.
Even HDFC BANK is responsibe for such
fake and fraud cases to happen as they have given an
opportunity to the DSA’s or third party which list is not
provided by HDFC
bank. to the customers or not availabe on website.
To sum it up both the online partners
paisabazaar.com and co and BANKS like HDFC AND OTHER BANKS are directly or
indirectly encouraging the DSA’S or third party to take
advantage of customer’s requirements.Please stop such
practices when you cannot provide security to the
processes.
I had undergone lot of pain and stress the
past week both losing the amount of Rs 3500/- and also
unprocessed personal loan.
It is high time both the online partners like paisabazaar
and others and the banks like HDFC BANK and others take care
of such malpractices and loop holes so that the customers do

Ihave applied for housing loan in 2009. But due to inordinate delay loan was not availed. Complaint lodged with director of public grievances. On pursuing the matter refund order conveyed by hdfc durgapur but till date no payment made. Now complaint lodged with hdfc for non payment but they declihed to pay on vatrious pretext. Loan was required in 2009 and applied 2009. But sanctionedon file no [protected] / sen when there is no requirement due to payment on personal capacity the instalment raised in 2009 by builders. Naturally they agreed topay, now they are declining on various pretext. Please look into the matter.

Credit card expired in Mar but showing transactions and payments in Apr and May. When emailed attaching the card statement HDFC Bank senior executives and management turned deaf ear. All outstanding dues are paid but transactions are showing in months of Apr and May on expired credit card.
I have been working with BRANCH COEX AND MY CODE IS 77223 Since 8/7/2010. I had resigned from the services and got relieved on 11/11/2010. Since then i am trying to get my settlement dues i.e my last month salary, pf and the adjusted leave along with my insentives due. But i am not getting any answer from HDFC bank as it has taken over.
The ATM outlet in Vashi railway station building is out of service since last more than one (1) month. The complaint for same is already lodged with HDFC; acknowledgement for same is recieved via mail (copy attached).
Till date no action is taken for same. Another nearby HDFC ATM is at a distance of 15 to 20 minutes walking.

I was having a Saving acount with HDFC Bank, Aligarh - Account No. 3852. When I attained the age of 60 I requested the bank to close my said account and open a new account. Accordingly my new account No.3736 was opened. When I contacted the bank and asked them why my old account has not been closed. I was asked to fill the account closure form which I had already given to them. Then they informed me that since D-Mat account is opened with my account No.3852, I wiil have t0 first get the D-Mat account closed then my saving account will be closed. Accordingly I had completed the formalities and surrendered D-Mat account papers about two months ago but till date neither my old account no. 3852 has been closed yet nor the amount transferred to my new account. The new account was opened under Senior Citizen category.
I would request you to please ensure that my old account number 3852 is closed immediately under intimation to me at the earliest.

Hi,
I am having a home loan Account with HDFC bilaspur, chattishgard([protected]). I signed for this loan on Apr 2014.
While signing this loan, I made it clear that as i stay in hyderabad, Its not feasible to travel to and fro for documents & so they told me we will get all signature done and when starting the loan will intimate you for acknowledgment. I gave them pre-emi cheque and one more cheque of 20K which as per them will be used for next month as pre-emi.
On July 2014 i got a call from recovery asking me to immediately clear due of 20K EMI, Shocking i told them that I was unaware of the EMI been started. They contacted the bilaspur branch and asked me to sent the intimation letter which i received on 21 July 2014. I judicially made the payment till Aug 2014.
Now in Sept again got a mail from recovery that my due id 40+k, While enquiring found out that as my EMI was started in May 2014(which i was not aware of) i missed on payment of June 2014. Which i need to pay in suddenly in Sept. else it will keep on Increasing.
My question:
1. Will the HDFC not intimate well in advance about the EMI to the customer.
2. Why every month they surprise with new amounts and the customer has to run around to get the exact information why is the amount 40K.
3. My total disbursement is not yet done by the bank, then why is my EMI 20K?
4. I never use to get the amount disburse to the builder, but i use to get calls to acknowledge the disburse amount.
Please can someone help me with HDFC issue that i am facing every month.
I am having HDFC bank credit card No.[protected]. I received statement for paying late fee without explanation for what purpose late fee is asked to pay. Upon giving complaint the representative advise to pay late fee first then you wull get late fee details. But instead of getting details I got statement again to pay late fee again for paying late fee late. Infact I paid late fee in time but I got statement to pay late fee for paying late fee. This is how bank wants to recover annual fee ( which was waived ).

i went to Hdfc Bank Gopinath Bazar, Delhi Cantt on 26th April 2010 & requested the Receptionist(some Ladie)to please update my passbook on which she said our reports are being printing collect it in afternoon. Next day i reached there to collect my passbook then the same lady said our printer is not working & gave me back my passbook without upgrading it. on which I asked when should I come for it on which she said I dont know the date go to some other branch.When I was about to leave I found the ladie laughing with her friend on same matter.

This is to inform you about the fraud happening in the HDFC ERGO Car Insurance with mutuality of Surveyors and Volkswagen Service Center.
My car got a major accident on 14 February while returning home when the door and the side got badly rammed by a speeding car.
Mr Agarwal tells me that he will give me 50% cover on doors since there might be old damage but later refused for which I made a complaint to [protected]@hdfcergo.com
On good faith I had told the service center that whatever parts need to be changed and fixed, please coordinate with the surveyor and do the needful. Mr Agarwal added a hierarchy of parts to the car that he should not like mudflaps, etc (that have nothing to do with the accident).
Now, there were bearings that had got punched, so new ones were added to the car. The bill for these were around Rs 15, 000 (Part + Labor). Mr Manzar tells me the bill has been generated and so now he cannot do anything. (Mr MK Agarwal did not tell me I am supposed to pay for this and gave the job to be done )
Now when I call Mr. Aggarwal who has no meaning to words he speaks and has been repeatedly cutting my calls (busy) for the last 10 days. Acting inappropriately and talking rudely on conference with Mr. Manzar and not replying to even formal emails. I have not had a worst experience with any man whatsoever.
Is this the attitude your surveyors have against customers ?
Is it wrong to know the status of my car or how im supposed to pay 100% for the bearings when they were damaged in the accident as it can clearly be seen.
I had talked to Mr. Manzar (on 17th March) that I want to be there for the RI and Inspection of all parts added to my car, he told me that RI will take place on 19 March, and then the service center informs me that RI has already taken place on 18th March.
If this is not a serious case of a super fraud going within the company. If this is not an open dacoity then what is it. my car had been standing in the service center for the last 38 days and Im feeling helpless.
Now, Yesterday I collected my car after waiting for 38 days. I deep pockets of Mr. Aggarwal and Mr. Manzar who are surely very smart people to finish this company.
I have 7 more cars for which most are insured with HDFC ergo, Will I ever insure with such a company ? Will I not spread the word about this companies quality and there boss-like-surveyors? Shouldn't I post it online on some forums to help others too ?
Surveyors like MK Agarwal here have deep pockets that salaries don't essentially fill and so have contacts in service center and create confusion and create additional room for pocket money.

I was holding an old account with HDFC bank Account No: [protected] which have a Demat Account Linked with Demat Account No: [protected], I didn't used this account till date. I tried twice to close the above mentioned Salary Account and Demat Account and i got the reply from Techno park Branch, that we are unable to close this account since demat account is "unable to close". Now they are Holding an amount of 2881.89 from my Alternate Salary Account: [protected], Today I was trying to pay my Credit card bill and it showed that the account have no sufficient money to pay your Credit Card bill. As a customer i tried to close my Demat Account twice 2 years before and its rejected as confirmed by Bank officials. It might be the problem of the bank staffs that caused the rejection of my request to cancel demat account, then why they are holding my alternate account Funds.
As a privilege customer why the bank is holding my account for this reason. Please do the needful to reverse my Hold fund back to my Account: : [protected],

First transaction tried with rm1500 - cash withdraw and amount not dispense from atm.
Second transaction tried with rm1500 - cash withdraw and amount and amount dispense success.
Third transaction tried with rm1500 - cash withdraw and amount and amount dispense success.
Enclosed my un-dispense receipt.
I need a resolution for my problem and need my amount to refunded back on urgency basis. I am a regular customer of hdfc and now I being in overseas. Please need your high level co-operation in this issue resolution.

Dear HDFC authority,
I am Richa Gupta, I had HDFC East of Kailash Delhi salaried account : [protected].
In 2013, due to my job transfer I moved to Bangalore. HDFC Domlur branch officials contacted my office for salaried saving accounts tie-up.
When they contacted me regarding this, I had communicated that I do not want to open another HDFC account as I already had one in Delhi and my company can transfer my salary amount to that account only.
However Domlur branch officials convinced me that they will close Delhi account, will transfer the money to their branch and my customer id will be carried forward. I had confirmed the same time and again and they had assured me. And I went with their suggestion as it was also convenient for me. My HDFC Domlur branch account no. is- [protected]
For first few months my online account showed both the accounts (Delhi account with zero balance), and when I inquired about it, I was told that it will go automatically after few months.
However now my Delhi account is showing a negative balance of Rs. -4039.33
Upon inquiring the same from customer care, they told me that the accounts have just been merged and Delhi account has not been closed. Also I did not receive single intimation mail / call regarding the negative balance.
Now this is the worst kind of service you can provide to your customer: False information, and false assurance: just to open 1 more saving account ; no proper communication and pathetic customer care.
I am certainly hoping that HDFC officials will take notice of my request and will do the needful.
Otherwise, I am so pissed-off that consumer court and social media are the only options left-out for me.

I have applied Housing loan on Mount road, Chennai HDFC branch on April 2014. Clearly informed to sales representative Mr.Subramanian ([protected]), I plan to purchase 437 sq ft at mandaivelipakkam, chennai. He got signed all document and Rs.10000 cheque. I submitted all relevant documents and sanctioned my home loan (Loan Account No [protected]). Now Bank responded that Technical team not approved you home loan since less than 600 sq ft and deducted amount Rs.10000/-. I went on 19.09.2014 to branch and branch incharge informed that sales representation told as wrongly and reverse your processing charges. Many times mailed to HDFC, no response. Pl advice how to get my processing charges.
