Health Monthly: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service - Is it a Scam?
I placed an order for some vitamin tablets on September 13th, 2020 from Health Monthly and I still haven't received them. I've been in touch with their customer care team multiple times and spoke with a guy named John Antigua. He keeps blaming the delay on Covid, but it's been 67 days since I placed my order and I'm starting to lose my patience.
I reached out to John again and asked for a refund, but he assured me that the items will arrive soon. I find it funny that he can't provide me with a tracking number, but he seems to have a sixth sense about when my items will arrive.
Honestly, I'm starting to think that this is all a scam. I've never had such a long delay with an online order before and the lack of communication from Health Monthly is frustrating. I just want my money back at this point.
Top-Notch Service and Quality Products: My Review of Health Monthly
I gotta say, I'm pretty darn happy with Health Monthly! I've been shopping with them for years now, and every time I visit their website, I'm impressed by how easy it is to find what I'm looking for. The product descriptions are clear and informative, and the pictures really help me get a good sense of what I'm buying.
And let me tell you, when my orders arrive, they're always in tip-top shape. The packaging is sturdy and well-organized, and I've never had any issues with damaged or missing items.
But what really sets Health Monthly apart, in my opinion, is their customer service. Every time I've had a question or concern, the reps I've spoken with have been super helpful and respectful. It's clear that they really care about their customers, and that means a lot to me.
Overall, I'm just really pleased with Health Monthly. They've got everything I need to keep myself healthy and happy, and their service is top-notch. Keep up the good work, guys!
Health Monthly Review: Impressive Variety, but Beware of Delivery Policies
I recently made an order from Health Monthly, thinking they were based in Jersey, UK. However, I later found out that they are actually based in New Jersey, USA. As I live in the UK, I had to wait for three long weeks for my goods to arrive. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver within the promised time, so I requested a refund. To their credit, they did give me a refund and even apologized via email.
One thing that I found disappointing was that they do not use tracking numbers to monitor the progress of packages. When I asked about my order, they told me that the goods were lost, stolen, or possibly seized by Customs. It was a confusing experience, and I felt misled. However, three weeks after receiving my refund, the goods finally arrived. It took a total of six weeks since placing the order and after cancellation.
Despite the confusion and delay, I must say that Health Monthly does have an impressive variety of supplements on offer. They are legit, but whether you choose to use them is entirely at your own discretion. Perhaps the three-week delivery guarantee they offer only applies to customers based in the USA.
Overall, I may use Health Monthly again in the future, but I would be more cautious and aware of their location and delivery policies. It's important to keep in mind that they are based in the USA, so delivery times may be longer for international customers.
Disappointing Experience with Health Monthly: Delayed Delivery and Refusal of Refund
I recently made a purchase from Health Monthly, an online company that claims to be based in the UK. I ordered Swanson Stinging Nettle Root - 500 mg, 100 Capsules on 25-09-20 and was disappointed to find that my product had not arrived after a few weeks. I decided to contact the company to ask for a full refund, but they refused and informed me that the item was coming from the USA. I was frustrated because when I bought the product from their website, it said it was available and nothing was mentioned about the product being ordered from another country.
After waiting for a while, I received an email from the company stating that the product would be delivered by 26-10-20, but I still have not received it. I decided to open a case with PayPal to see if they could help me. The company then emailed me again and said that my product would be delivered, but it was taking longer than expected. The amount I paid was not much, only ?10.71, but the behavior of this company is concerning. I don't think they believe in refunds, even if it means damaging their reputation.
I would advise others to be careful before making a purchase from Health Monthly. It is frustrating to deal with a company that does not seem to value their customers or their reputation. I hope that my experience will help others make an informed decision before buying from this company.
Disappointing Shipping Experience with Health Monthly During COVID-19 Pandemic
I recently made a purchase from Health Monthly, specifically one bottle of supplements, on April 10th. I was excited to receive my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, upon receiving my email receipt, I was disappointed to see that the estimated delivery date was set for April 29th - almost three weeks after my initial purchase.
I was frustrated by this delay and decided to reach out to the company to express my concerns. I received a standard email response that cited the current COVID-19 situation as the reason for the delay. The email explained that the company was experiencing staffing issues due to isolation measures and strict checks, which was causing delays in their shipping process.
While I understand that the pandemic has caused disruptions in many industries, I found it hard to believe that this was the sole reason for such a long delay. I have ordered from other online retailers who have not experienced such significant delays, and I was disappointed that Health Monthly was unable to provide me with better service.
To make matters worse, the automated email I received from the company stated that I should expect an additional seven days on top of the already lengthy delivery estimate. This would mean that my order would not arrive until June 5th - over a month after my initial purchase.
I was extremely disappointed by this experience and ultimately decided to purchase the supplements from another retailer. I would caution others against using Health Monthly, as their shipping process seems to be unreliable and their customer service was not helpful in resolving my concerns.
My Frustrating Experience with Health Monthly: Perseverance and Consumer Protection Agencies are Key
to anyone else experiencing issues with Health Monthly. My advice would be to persevere and seek help from consumer protection agencies if necessary.
I recently had an experience with Health Monthly that left me frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order on September 4th, 2020 and was given an expected delivery date of October 5th. However, when that date came and went, I had received nothing. To make matters worse, there was no customer phone line to call and my emails resulted in automated replies.
After some persistence, I was offered a 'credit code' that could only be used on their sister website, healthshop.net. I checked out the site and found that even with the 'credit' applied, they wanted an extra ?12.96 to place the order. To make matters worse, the products would be shipped from the USA! I was not happy about this and declined their offer, requesting a full refund instead.
Their next response was even more frustrating. They claimed that they were unable to provide refunds until I returned the goods. They did provide a UK returns address, but this was still a hassle. I was not happy about this and felt like they were taking advantage of me.
I decided to seek help from Citizen Advice, who provided me with details of Jersey Trading Standards. I emailed ***@gov.je and received a response the same day requesting more information from me. I Googled Jersey Trading Standards for their email address and provided them with the necessary information.
To my surprise, I received a full refund within 24 hours. While I am happy that I eventually received my refund, I am disappointed that it took so much effort and persistence on my part. I would advise anyone else experiencing issues with Health Monthly to persevere and seek help from consumer protection agencies if necessary. Good luck!
Disappointing Experience with Health Monthly: Don't Waste Your Money
I have to say, I'm not too impressed with Health Monthly. I placed an order way back on August 29th, 2020 and it's now been almost four months and my package still hasn't arrived. I've tried to get a refund, but they keep giving me the same old excuse: "Due to the fact that the items are still in transit I am afraid we are unable to issue a refund at this time." I mean, come on! How long do they expect me to wait? And even if the package does eventually arrive, who knows what kind of condition it will be in?
Honestly, it's pretty disappointing to see a company act this way. You'd think they'd be a bit more responsible and customer-focused. I'm starting to wonder if they're even a legitimate business. Either way, I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them. They don't seem to care about their customers or admit when they've made a mistake. It's just not worth the risk of losing your money.
In contrast, I've had a much better experience with iherb. I've placed four orders with them recently and every single one has arrived on time and in good condition. And when I had an issue with a package being delayed a couple of years ago, they were quick to refund my money and even told me to keep the product when it eventually arrived. That's how you do business!
So, all in all, I'd say stay far away from Health Monthly. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and won't scam you.
Health Monthly: Unreliable, Unethical, and Unworthy of Your Business
I had a major health issue a few months ago and was recommended to buy medical supplements from Health Monthly. I was excited to receive my order and start taking the supplements to improve my health. However, I was disappointed to find out that my order had not arrived even after waiting for a long time. I had to incur the cost again and buy from another company. I was frustrated and decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund.
To my surprise, Health Monthly refused to give me a refund despite my many emails and pleas. They completely ignored their legal obligations and the needs of their customers. It was clear that they were taking orders that they could not deliver. Their customer service was terrible, and they sent me gaslighting messages instead of acknowledging my request to pass the matter to management or their legal team. They even complained about the impact of the pandemic, which we all have to deal with, as an excuse for their poor service.
I was left with no choice but to take legal action against Health Monthly. I reported them to the relevant ombudsman and regulator and also reported the issue to all major card companies. It was important for me to do this to prevent unsuspecting customers, especially those dealing with health issues, from being defrauded during these financially difficult times.
Health Monthly needs to be flagged as a fraud online so that people are aware of their unethical practices. It is unacceptable for them to take money from people knowing that they cannot deliver. The owners of Health Monthly should be ashamed of themselves for running a business in this manner. Their customer service staff should also be ashamed of facilitating this fraud.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Health Monthly to anyone. They are not a reliable company and do not care about their customers. It is important to be cautious when dealing with online companies, especially during these uncertain times.
Disappointing Experience with Health Monthly: Expired Vitamins and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with Health Monthly that left me feeling quite disappointed. I purchased two bottles of Swanson Daily Multi Vitamins and Minerals, each containing 250 tablets, without any warning or disclosure about the product's expiration date. Upon receiving the bottles, I noticed that the BEST BY date was only 200 days away, but there were still 250 tablets in each bottle. The recommended usage was to take one capsule once or twice a day, but like most people, I only take my vitamins once a day.
As a chemist, I would expect Health Monthly to take more care in selling products that are not past their expiration date. It is not acceptable to sell expensive products without any warning or disclosure about the expiration date, especially when it is not being sold at a major discount in their overstock or clearance sale. I was disappointed that Health Monthly did not take the time to ensure that the products they were selling were fresh and safe for consumption.
I was also disappointed with their customer service. When I contacted them about the issue, they seemed to think it was okay for me to waste my time and money returning the product for a refund. I have nothing else to do all day except mop up after their mess! It took me hounding them for three days to get a response, which was quite lame.
Overall, I am totally disgusted with Health Monthly's attitude towards their customers. If this is how chemists take care of us, what hope do we have? I would advise Swanson to find another seller, as these people are trying to kill us! Health Monthly apparently states that freshness is guaranteed, but my experience has shown otherwise. I would not recommend purchasing from this company, as they do not seem to care about the quality of the products they are selling or the satisfaction of their customers.
A Former Employee's Experience with Health Monthly: A Toxic Environment and Unpaid Wages
This review is different from the others you'll find here, because I'm not a customer of Health Monthly (HM). In fact, I used to work for them, and let me tell you, it was the worst career decision I ever made.
I won't reveal my job title, partly to protect my identity, but also because I was moved around so much without proper training that I'm not sure what my role was anymore. All I know is that I was one of the lowest-paid team members, and as of now, I'm still owed a month's salary.
There was a sense among my colleagues that the company was failing and would eventually collapse, which it did at the end of 2020. Even if it wasn't failing, it was a toxic environment to work in. Since most of us worked remotely, communication was mostly through written messages on Discord. The CEO had a habit of writing long, belittling messages if they found something to criticize.
Once, they wrote a rant that was over 6,000 words long, with the @here tag, about the number of refunds being sent out to customers who never received their products. This was a common issue, as you can see on the TrustPolit website.
I won't quote the messages here, as the CEO could easily find them and identify me, but my former colleagues will know what I'm talking about. Those of us who tried to suggest improvements were shut down and forced to do things the CEO's way.
The CEO also had a habit of redoing our work, even if we completed it before the deadline and followed the instructions. This made me wonder why I bothered trying in the first place.
It's ironic that the brand was all about living healthily, as my mental health suffered greatly during my time at HM. I almost attempted suicide, but my partner stopped me. Every Monday, I felt sick with anxiety, wondering what I would do wrong that week. Perhaps if we weren't working remotely, someone would have noticed something was wrong.
To be clear, HM wasn't the only factor in my suicidal thoughts, but they were a significant part of it. Since the company closed down, I've found better work that's been better for my mental health. It pays minimum wage, but at least I'm appreciated and paid on time.
If I could repay every customer who never received their products or refunds, I would. None of you deserved to be victims of the CEO's poor management. However, I'm still owed a month's salary, and I doubt I'll ever see that money.
I don't wish ill on the CEO or my former colleagues. I hope they can move on from HM and lead good lives. However, I'll never work for the CEO again, even if they offered me a high-paying job. My life is worth more than that.

Unreliable and Unresponsive: My Experience with Health Monthly
Health Monthly is a website that I recently tried to purchase from, but unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I paid for my order a month ago, but I have yet to receive my items. To make matters worse, this week I noticed that my order had been deleted from my account, as if it never existed in the first place. I have tried to contact Health Monthly through email and phone, but I have not received any response from them. It is very frustrating to have paid for something and not receive it, and it is even more frustrating to not receive any communication from the company. I would advise others to stay away from Health Monthly and find a more reliable website to purchase from.
Disappointing Experience with Health Monthly: Delayed Order and Lack of Customer Support
So, I ordered some stuff from Health Monthly and paid for it. But, all I got was an automated message saying that my order is delayed because of COVID. I don't have access to the account from which I paid for it, so I'm stuck. It's really frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.
Nightmare Experience with Health Monthly: Poor Customer Service and Failed Goodwill Gesture Code
Yo, so I ordered some stuff from Health Monthly and it's been a total nightmare. Like, my goods haven't even arrived yet and I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service but they straight up ignore me. It's so frustrating, you know?
Anyway, they finally gave me this "goodwill gesture code" to use on their other company, Health Net. But guess what? That code was a total bust and didn't even work. So much for goodwill, am I right?
Honestly, I would just save yourself the hassle and get a refund from your bank if you paid with a credit card. It's not worth the headache dealing with these guys.

Disappointing Experience with Health Monthly: Don't Waste Your Money Here
So, I had a really bad experience with Health Monthly. I gave them my hard-earned money, but they didn't deliver the goods. I was so disappointed! And when I tried to contact them, they just gave me a bunch of excuses that didn't make any sense. They promised me all sorts of things in their ads, but it was all just a bunch of hot air.
Their website looks really professional, but it's all just a facade. They don't actually care about their customers. They just want to take your money and run. And their admin system is a joke. It's designed to make you feel like everything is under control, but it's all just smoke and mirrors.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from Health Monthly. They're just not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and deliver on their promises. So save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Experience with Health Monthly
I can't believe how bad Health Monthly is. I ordered some vitamins way back in October and it's now January and I still haven't received them. I've been trying to get in touch with them for months but they just keep telling me to wait. They won't even give me a refund! It's so frustrating.
I don't know what to do now. I've tried emailing them but they're just ignoring me. I feel like I've been stolen by Health Monthly. I trusted them to deliver my vitamins but they've let me down so badly.
I wouldn't recommend Health Monthly to anyone. They're unreliable and untrustworthy. If you're thinking of ordering from them, don't bother. You'll just end up like me, waiting for months and getting nowhere.
I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same mistake I made. Don't waste your time or money on Health Monthly.
Disappointing Experience with Health Monthly: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Delivery
So, I made an order on Health Monthly website on the 31st of August. I was really excited to receive my package, but unfortunately, it didn't arrive on time. I waited and waited, but still no package. I was getting really frustrated, so I decided to email them on the 17th of November to ask for a full refund. However, they told me that my order was already on its way, so they couldn't give me a refund.
I was really disappointed with their response, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. I contacted Jersey Trading Standards on the 19th of November to see if they could help me get my money back. To my surprise, I received a full refund on the 20th of November. I was really happy that I finally got my money back, but my experience with Health Monthly was not a good one.
To make matters worse, I received an email from Health Monthly asking me to return my order when it finally arrived or pay for it again. I couldn't believe it! After all the trouble I went through to get my money back, they still wanted me to pay for the order. I was really angry and frustrated with their customer service.
Overall, my experience with Health Monthly was not a good one. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service was terrible, and they did not care about my concerns. I will never order from them again.
Health Monthly Review: Good Quality, but Long Wait Time; Piping Rock is Better
So, I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a rough time with Health Monthly. I put in an order back in September, and it didn't show up until December 16th. That's like, 86 days! I mean, I know it was coming from the US and all, but still. That's a long time to wait for some health stuff.
On the other hand, I also ordered from Piping Rock in December, and it only took 10 days to get to me. That's more like it! So, needless to say, I won't be ordering from Health Monthly again. Piping Rock is gonna be my go-to from now on.
I will say, though, that the stuff I got from Health Monthly was good quality. It's just that the wait was a bit much for me. And I gotta admit, I was a little worried that my order had gotten lost or something. But it did eventually show up, so that's something.
Overall, I'd say that if you're not in a hurry to get your health stuff, Health Monthly might be worth checking out. But if you want your stuff ASAP, you might wanna look elsewhere. And for me, that's gonna be Piping Rock.
Health Monthly Review: Delivery Issues and Frustration with Refunds
Health Monthly is a company that has been having some issues lately. It seems like they are having trouble getting their products to their customers. I am one of those customers who has been waiting for my order since September 22nd. Unfortunately, it has not arrived yet, and I am starting to think that it never will. I have tried to get a refund, but I have not had any luck with that either. It is frustrating because I really needed the products that I ordered, and now I am left without them.
I know that I am not the only one who is having this problem with Health Monthly. Many other customers have reported similar issues. It is a shame because they have a good selection of products, but if they cannot deliver them, then what is the point? I am considering involving my bank to try and get my money back, but I really do not want to have to do that. It is a hassle that I could do without.
Overall, I would say that you should avoid Health Monthly like the plague. They may have some good products, but if they cannot deliver them, then it is not worth the hassle. I hope that they can sort out their delivery issues soon because I would like to be able to order from them again in the future.
Health Monthly Review: Unreliable and Untrustworthy - Beware!
I bought 3 packs of 180 vitamin C wafers from Health Monthly, but when I received my order, I found out that I only got 3 packs of 90 wafers each. I contacted their customer service, and they told me that there was an error in the listing, and there was nothing they could do about it. I was really disappointed with their response, and I felt like they didn't care about their customers at all.
I decided to open a case with PayPal, and Health Monthly tried to convince me to close the case so that they could refund me. I didn't trust them, and I didn't want to take any chances, so I kept the case open. Eventually, PayPal refunded me, and I was relieved that I didn't fall for their con.
Overall, I would say that Health Monthly is not a trustworthy site. They don't seem to care about their customers, and they are not transparent about their products. I would advise anyone who is thinking of buying from them to be very careful and to read the reviews carefully before making a purchase. In my opinion, this site is a scam, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Demanding a Refund from Health Monthly: How Can Customers Come Together?
So, I heard from someone that Health Monthly might have gone into administration. I placed a huge order with them towards the end of last year and now they owe me a lot of money. I'm not sure what to do now. How can we as customers come together and demand a refund?
It's not fair that we are at the bottom of the list of creditors, but maybe if we speak up and make our voices heard, we can get some attention and hopefully get our money back. It's frustrating to be in this situation, but we have to stay positive and work together to get what we deserve.
Never received the last 2 items I ordered.
Ordered 2 supplements on the 23 November 2020 at 7:25 and 6:15 PM and they never arrived. Order numbers: 2176547 and 2176544. Ive emailed them quite a few times since but no reply. First order cost £23.32 sterling and second order cost £9.22 sterling. I had ordered supplements from them before and delivery was always slow but this time they never arrived. I would like a refund.
Desired outcome: Refund.
Delivery
Order number 2166819
I ordered these supplements on 26 September. I was told that the order should arrive by 6 Nov. It is now 13 Nov and they still haven't arrived. This is unacceptable. I have emailed the company on a number of occasions all the replies I get say it's on its way. This is disgraceful service and should not take this long. I am very upset. I have asked for a refund and they will not refund me because they say it's on its way. I have order items from all over the world and nothing has taken this this long. This company needs to be looked at.
Health supplements
I was scammed out of £17.55 by a company based in Jersey called HealthMonthly after I placed an order for supplements that they never sent me. They ignore all emails and refuse to allow me to speak to their Manager. They are even claiming that they cannot find me on their system. However, I have evidence from my bank that they have taken the money from my account. They have simply scammed me or ripped me off. They must be doing this to a minority of other customers as well as one customer in Italy never received his vitamin supplements from them according to Trustpilot reviews (look on internet).
