Nerve pain pills
I ordered this nerve pain pills on 8/1/2023 for $69.00 but due to my health issues and medications I am taking I cannot take this pills. Therefore, I returned them back. I sent them emails cancelling the account and requesting a return receipt form to return the pills. Saturday, 8/10/2023, I finally returned the sealed pills bottle. Afterwards, I sent them emails requesting the status of my refund but to no avail. I called them today regarding this issue but they asked me about the address where I returned the pills to but I didn’t have it at the time. I returned the pills to an address in Aurora, CO 80011. The USPS tracking number [protected] 78. I want them to refund my money. I want justice

I immediately canceled because I have been through that scam before and I knew how it goes. I canceled and yet they still took 99 dollars from my debut card without my knowledge or consent and did not notify me either. The only way I found out was because I had no money in my account on my card. I had to cancel my card so they don't get any more money so I can no longer even get a refund to the card they took it from.
On October 18th, I requested a sample of Truewells "nerve medicine" for fibromyalgia. They required full credit card information to pay for the sample delivery at $4.99. I did not receive the "sample" by November 5th, 17 days after the order, and within the refund or cancellation 30-day window. They had charged my credit card $99.97 for autoship even though I had canceled the order and asked for a refund as provided in their purchase terms within 30 days of purchase. (At first, they tried to say I was "outside" the allowed 30 days because I ordered the sample in September, not October. I provided the order date and number as being Octiober 18th, 2020. They said they could return 30% of the refund. I said no. They then said 60% of the refund. I said no I wanted the full amount. On November 7th, they said they had refunded the payment of $99.97 they charged to my account as DIM*WWW.TRUEWELL.COM. for Order #*** and "Be advised it takes 4-5 business days for this to post to your account." By November 17th there was no refund. I called and emailed them again several times. I asked to speak to a manager on several occasions They said there was no manager available. I asked them to re-confirm they had sent the refund. Again they said the refund was sent but they had "no control over the credit account timing:" for payment. My bank confirmed that no refund had been received on 11/7, nor by 11/15 but suggested waiting "another few days". By ONE MONTH LATER post the order, (to-day) I called to say the refund had not been received and could they cancel the original and reinstate the refund? They refused and again refused to let me speak to a 'manager' and said they did not have access to any accounts from which they could provide a receipt for the refund or refund payment or confirmation of refund payment. IF they had indeed made the refund. They kept my funds saying only that they had paid them and refused any kind of proof they had paid me such as a receipt or other confirmation of payment. Neither I nor the bank has any proof of refund. We both, of course, have proof of payment. My bank has noted that many companies like them will charge for a trial shipment to get your credit card information to potentially misuse the card. Now I must change all the monthly and annually recurring accounts on that account according to my bank in addition to not receiving the refund I am due. As noted by others, these people appear to fraudulently advertise they will provide a refund in 30 days. I have NOT ordered any product from them nor have I received any. They charged me improperly and refused on request within 30 days to refund my payment or to provide evidence of payment in spite of several requests. This complaint is almost identical to the 12 you have posted on the ComplaintsBoard.com website for this company.
My complaint is Truewell CUSTOMER SERVICE and the way I was treated on the phone 2x tonite. Checking where sample was, told order was cancelled. By whom? Told by myself. Proof? Wouldn't tell me what proof...privacy! Questioned how this was all handled, just repeated order cancelled, & refunded. In middle of question, this 'cheerful CRS' hung up on me. Second lady was worse. Tried to tell me 'just knew' it was I that cancelled. Asked if she needed identifying info about me to pull up my acct, how could she say she 'just knew' that I cancelled? Said that was rude. Told her SHE was the rude one. Wouldn't tell me the owner or give me the mgr to make a complaint. Then hung up. This is treatment we ALL get nowadays. Has to stop and that's why I'm putting this in writing. WE potentially put their paychecks in their pockets. They sure treat us as if they don't understand this concept. I'm fed up. MUST STOP. Do they REALLY want business ? Refuse to take this any longer!
