They told me they had my prescription
They told me they had my prescription. I told them I don't want to pay for it until you know for sure you are going to mail me my prescription. They charged me $54 dollars and are now giving me a hard time about giving me my money back. I looked at my bank account and the $54 was taken out and not refunded. Also told me they had the prescription and it said on the website it is available. Today they tell me the prescription is being recalled.

I have used HealthWarehouse.com for about one year to auto-order prescription medications for a relative. I discovered Health Warehouse via a Consumer Reports magazine article. They are accredited in all 50 states, and their prices are likely the lowest in the industry, normally lower than even *** or ***. Their customer service is outstanding. Telephone calls are immediately answered, and prescriptions are delivered right to your door or mailbox.
Excellent! Healthwarehouse had a product a could get nowhere else. Fast and efficient shipping; product nicely packaged so there would be no leaks; no hiccups in the ordering. Will enjoy future business with Healthwarehouse.
Kudos to HealthWarehouse for their professionalism, knowledge and dedication to the pharmaceutical mission of cared for patients. HealthWarehouse is the definition of health products excellence. Their superlative customer service team and certified pharmacy staff are located in KY. CPhT Rebecca listened to my concerns about excessive vitamin D (fat-soluble) in *** and she mentioned ***, a mid-generic *** option, for future prescriptions. Over the past 2 decades, *** insurance emphasis on generics have destroyed the affordability of prescription medicines. When brand names were $80 and generics were $15 in 2007, I specifically requested brand names to pay for research. Conservatively, $65 per prescription x 3 billion prescriptions x 15 years = $2.925 trillion less research funding! With politicians clamoring for lower prescription prices, you only get what you pay for. The result is $84,000 for critical *** treatment or $4 generic medication which may not work.
Healthwarehouse can be a rip off. When *** went off the market my local privately owned pharmacy didn't have the generics, so I went to Healthwarehouse.com. Brand name *** was costing $95 per month. Healthwarehouse charged $450 for a 22 day supply! Generics cost $90 now that evryone has it, but it is still $450 if you go through Healthwarehouse, so check around before getting ripped off!

I recently retired and found that some of my meds on my supplemental plan are very expensive. Through HealthWarehouse I found one med that was a sliver of a fraction in price, unbelievable. I received an e-mail letting me know I was ready for a refill, and just like that here it was for the same extraordinary low price. If they carried all the Meds I take I would drop my supplemental plan. In the meantime, it's worth being bombarded with HealthWare house pop-up annoying ads on the computer.
First time order from Healthwarehouse and was very pleased with the service. Product arrived in a timely manner and was packaged for shipment very well, something that some other companies don't do a good job of.

I ordered 3 bottles of the Crystal Roll on deodorant. The picture was of the original product which has 4 ingredients. What I received was 3 bottles of a Crystal mineral-enriched product which has 8 ingredients. Apparently, they aren't selling the original and just substituted this knock off for the original. I purchased this knock off by accident at *** a while back and the chemicals in it make my skin itch. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. The girl said they would mail me a return label.

Total incompetence
Total incompetence. They fail at every step of the way. Question and harass the prescribing veterinarian, the customer, and mess up the order even after multiple calls. The few dollars you save in their pricing, does not justify the extra time (hours) to correct their ineptitude. I will be filing formal complaints against their pharmacy license and the individual pharmacist directly. Their customer service reps are utterly useless as well, and I have yet been offered the opportunity to speak with a manager, or anyone who can in theory could correct their problems.

Never had problems with BD needles and I've been doing my injections for years. I ordered 2 boxes of different types of the BD needles. Both boxes contain needles that are so dull I have to push hard to get them to pierce the vial stopper and to pierce my skin. I wonder if these are even real BD. I contacted Healthwarehouse and they won't accept them as a return or refund the money. I think these must be knockoffs not real BD. I've contacted BD about them. I wouldn't trust this place, they don't stand behind the products they are selling. I'm going to be making a complaint to ComplaintsBoard.com.

Terrible Client Service experience
Terrible Client Service experience. Never responded to an open ticket on their website regarding my Rx. Cancelled order without contacting me. When I finally inquired, as I found a local pharmacy where I live to fill the Rx, the CS Manager said they never inputted the Rx, and they COULD NOT forward Rx to my Pharmacy because the usage directions were "too vague" which was "Take as Directed". It's obvious they simply didn't want to forward the Rx because they couldn't perform. Nothing about their excuses makes any sense. I will probably file a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com after this. Bad client service=NO CLIENTS.

I have some good things and some bad things to say about them. There customer service on the phone is terrible. You have to figure things out for yourself when you get your scripts from them. They want you to pay first online and then wait for script to go through. If you do this you will get a discount. If you pay after it goes through you won't get your discount. Why they do it that way I'm not sure. Also if you call them to see if the script has come in yet and you don't see it online they will not let you know. Don't ask me why they won't they just won't. With all that said the 800 number is more trouble than good.

HealthWarehouse provided excellent service and absolutely fabulous pricing. My prescription was for a cream requiring long term application. The initial fill was through a local pharmacy. The bill was $139.95 for a 90g tube. Turning to HealthWarehouse, my refills are costing me $16.00 a tube AND I get free shipping. In addition, because of administrative problems at my physician's office, multiple communications among that office, HealthWarehouse's Customer Service Department and yours truly were required over a period of several weeks. Everyone in Customer Service was attentive, polite and efficient and has earned my great appreciation and gratitude.

I ordered a 3 month supply of my prescriptions 4 months ago. I waited and waited, and was never contacted by HealthWarehouse that the order was still processing (their language.) I emailed but never received a response. Finally, I called and was able to get through to a customer service rep (a real feat), and when she looked into it, she couldn't understand why it had not shipped. Finally, I got it. Then, guess what ! Here we are 3 months later and I filled the prescription again on Nov. 1. It's now the 18th and their tracker says its "processing." I sent multiple emails and finally called an got a customer service rep who couldn't understand why it had not shipped. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I would be very reluctant to use Health Warehouse again. With all the discount plans for drugs, they are no longer the low cost provider and certainly have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Healthwarehouse is a viable low cost source for prescriptions if you have a long term prescription that is renewed with regularity. But if you have any changes to your prescription beware they have real difficulty dealing with change. For example recently I hada doctor increase the dosage on a prescription. Healthwarehouse unilaterally held up delivery for 2 weeks to review the change and never notified me. Makes sense the doctor says take more and they withhold it. without telling you.They also have periods where they run low on various medications also resulting in material delays. The worst part is that they don't communicate with you about the delays. You find out about it when the meds simply don't show up. If you complain they apologize, but all they do is tell you what they can't do and make no effort to fix the problem. If you use them be certain to have an excess supply on hand at all times and make absolutely certain you have a back up at a local pharmacy becauise at some point they will leave you hanging

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received with my order
I was very disappointed with the customer service I received with my order. My order was placed on April 13 and approved by my doctor on April 1`4. I heard nothing from Health Warehouse until an email arrived on April 19 stating that they just received my order. I contacted Health Warehouse on April 20 to check the status of my order and my concerns that it took 6 days from the time I sent the order and 5 days from the time my doctor approved it for the order to even be placed. The customer service representative, Morgan, was very rude and tried to tell me that I had my dates mixed up. I provided Morgan with a copy of the email order I had sent on April 13. Then Morgan rudely informed me that it would take up to 5 business days from April 19 to process and another 5 days to ship. This would be a total of 16 days from the day the order was actually placed. Although this is not a life dependent medication it was concerning that it would take more than two weeks to receive my medication. Morgan, keeping with the rude behavior, told me I would just have to wait my turn. I feel for the other customers that have to wait over 2 weeks for medication that may save their lives.
