When we got the car, we never opened the door or sat in it or drove it. We're in our 80s and find it really hard to get in and out of the car. When we talked to the dealer, they said the car we just leased is now used and they weren't willing to assist us in finding a vehicle that we can easily get in and out of, unless we opt for a cheaper one. We'd like to switch to an SUV that we can comfortably enter and exit, with the same price tag and monthly payment as our current one.

I bought a truck from here 2 months ago. It's been in for service 4 times because of a problem with the door lock. They haven't fixed it yet. The only solution they've given me is to bring it in again. Last time, I dropped it off at 7:30am and told them I had to work and needed it back by 1pm. They didn't finish it by 1pm, so I had to leave town and it stayed there the whole weekend. It's still not fixed. It was a big mistake buying from them. The only solution they offer is to drop it off for the day. I really need my vehicle. They don't provide loaners. I'll go to *** chevy next time. I learned my lesson. The service manager never got back to me. It's been a nightmare.

I talked to Henderson Chevrolet about it, and the only solution they offered was to trade in the Camero and finance a new car. So, we agreed and signed a finance deal with GM Financial. We left the 2010 Camero at their lot and drove away in a brand-new car. My wife and I were feeling good about it, but then we got rejection letters in the mail for our financing agreement. We went back and forth with Henderson Chevrolet about the financing issue, and in late June, we decided to return the new car and asked them to give us back the 2010 Camero. However, it seems like Henderson Chevrolet had already sold the car and won't give it back to us.

They agreed to accept the trade and add the remaining amount to my new loan. The total loan amount is $31,190.50. I agreed to put $2,000 down on the new vehicle loan. After finalizing the paperwork, I received the tags and registration more than a month later, on April 12th, 2022.
Today, I got a phone call from the Financing Department. They said they made a mistake with the numbers on the trade-in, and now I owe them $1,075. It's been over a month, and it seems like someone messed up. Instead of the company taking responsibility, they're trying to get more money from me, which seems suspicious. All contracts should be final at this point, so this situation raises some concerns.
I reached out to my attorney, who advised me to carefully review the contract to ensure they can't charge me after the fact. I have done so and will include it as part of my dispute.

I told them to stop taking my truck to *** for repairs, but they didn't listen. The last time they had it, *** did something he called "flashing the motor" to prevent the engine light from coming on. Since then, I've been having issues with my oil pressure, and now my radio doesn't work. Despite repeatedly asking for invoices, I never received a single one for all the times my truck was being worked on. When I expressed concern about the zip ties on my engine, they brushed it off and said it wasn't a big deal. They even suggested that I shouldn't expect much since I only spent $20,000 on a truck. We gave all the info needed for financing. We met with the finance director named *** and finished everything. They said we had to bring the truck back for a final check because they were too busy when we bought it. But as soon as we left, the truck started making loud noises under the hood. We took it back on March 28, 2022 to get it fixed. It's now April 12, 2022 and we still haven't heard anything about the truck. The salesman has called us many times to come back and sign more finance papers, but the finance company doesn't have our account. We paid $3,000 down for the truck and we haven't had it for over 2 weeks now with no answers. I went to the company but they were too busy to help me. I asked to talk to the boss, but they never called me back. The salesman said we'll lose our $3,000 down payment no matter what. This experience has been crazy, confusing, ignored by the staff, and just bad business.

Yesterday, I received a piece of mail that required a signature. However, I didn't sign for it because I found it in my mailbox when I woke up. The mail stated that my old vehicle was towed on May 27th, and now I owe $850 to retrieve it from storage.
I wasn't notified beforehand about the need to move my vehicle, nor did anyone call me to inform me about the possibility of it being towed. When I called the main manager, he was very rude and didn't handle the situation professionally. I mentioned that I had two witnesses who could confirm what I was told, but he dismissed their importance. He also said that the dealership should have offered to take my old vehicle back home, which they didn't. If they had, this issue wouldn't have occurred in the first place.
In my opinion, the dealership should pay the tow company the full amount owed for storage and towing since I was never notified about the towing. They should then have the tow company return my car to its original location and inform me so I can retrieve it. I request a two-week period to arrange for its retrieval. The manager claimed that I had plenty of time, as if he knows everything about my personal life. If I truly had the opportunity to get it earlier, I would have done so. However, I haven't had the time or money due to various expenses and responsibilities, especially with kids.
