High 5 Games / High 5 Casino review: No payout

I won $450 not too long c ago.. I have cased put with high 5 once before and everything went very smoothly.. this time however, I'm not so lucky.. my account has been verified for quite some time... so when I won $450 I clicked on redeem and it wants me to enter all of my info again. as if its for the first time.. so I tried to enter my info, but it says that my username already exists. When I X out or try to close that page it sends me to the login page. when I login it sends me straight to the same page that wants all my info... it's just an endless loop. customer support is a joke.. they keep telling to enter a phone number,. which has absolutely nothing to do with my problem. the site is rigged to do that. and customer support knows all about it. its their job to play stupid... I don't understand how they're still in business. and I don't understand why there is no one other than websites like this one to complain to. I don't care about complaining. I want to know who to talk to that can recover my money.
