I am writing to you to raise an issue about:Electrical Products
The issue that I have experienced was: I bought samsung products (washing machine, fridge and a tv in question) on the 16 June 2017 and the product was a display item. It a was playing and the staff members disconnected it and places it on the floor while they were still looking for a box for several minuets and I went to ask on what is causing the delay and I was told they are still looking for a box to package the tv. Then a guy came with a box and took the tv and he placed it facing down on top of a washing ma machine to unscrew the tv stand of which he experienced some difficulties to unscrew it. Eventually he managed to do it and another guy then came to assist to package the tv, I went passed the security at the door after she checked my slip and I then took the tv home and I kept it at a safe place still in its box. On the 28th the dstv guy came for installation, when he was done we removed the tv from the box to proceed with the settings only to find out the tv is not showing a full screen and there was a crack on the bottom right of the screen. I then informed the store and my matter was referred to a samsung technician and Im still waiting for my issue to be resolved to this day. Its even school holidays and kids can't watch tv

I would like the company to escalate my issue and solve this problem
