Home Depot Credit card services

This is the worst card I have ever had, I bought a stove and fridge for the amount of 4000.00 4 years later I still owe 3725300 what the hell, 85.00 intrest each month. I guess I will just not pay them they got their money on interest. I am 65 and not much time left for me. I called to see if they would lower the 27.99% interest rate...Nope. It was a dumb move on my part but I needed appliances they really suck you in!

Home Depot Home appliance delivery service

I purchased a Refrigerator (order #H0725-174606) at your Hickory hill Memphis tn. location on 10/30/2021 with a delivery date of 11/18/2021. I received a call from Home depot delivery service that the refrigerator would be delivered between 1:30PM and 5:30 PM and I would receive a call 30 Min. prior to delivery. We cleaned out our old refrigerator and put everything in ice chest and waited for the delivery call.{ NO CALL AND NO SHOW} I called your customer service number the following day, they said they would contact the delivery driver. They called me back and told me my delivery date had been change to 12/1/2021. No one notified me of this change I spent my whole day waiting for a delivery that never showed up. I ask why no one had notified me of this change Customer service at the Hickory Hill Store in Memphis, TN, told me it was a automated system and they could not do anything. I told her that Home depot's NO SHOW NO CALL DELIVERY SERVICE would not get any more of my business.

Desired outcome: All customers should be called when there is a change ahead of the appointment.

Home Depot Non service animals in store

Hello, I'm writing about the Egg Harbor Township NJ store. The last time I was there, I saw two customers with non service dogs shopping. This is a safety and sanitation hazard. Once I finish what is left on this Gift Card I will gladly go to Lowe's because at least that store doesn't seem to have over entitled narcissistic pet owners. What would happen if I brought my birds in to go shop, will I get thrown out? What happens if a dog bites a child? This is a huge liability suit waiting to happen.

Home Depot Job Material Delivery

Home Depot Delivery has become a joke.. Missing 3 all day delivery windows.. When they arrive they drop a shower at the job site that has very obvious damage. They've now missed 2 delivery windows to replace the shower..

So I've had to pay a crew to sit for 6 days... Now the $600 dollar shower really costs $6600 dollars.. So we only lost $6000 to bring Home Depot on the project.. The whole point of being is business is to turn a profit... I notice Home Depot has no problem turning a profit because they do it on the backs of their customers.. Those awesome revenue numbers they report to Wall Street~? $6000 of it was stolen from me... And this isn't the first time..

They know they have problems they won't even let managers address because they know it cost money.. It's just way easier to steal the money from their customers..

The store managers attitude~? To bad so sad I have no control we'll try to be there in a all day window on Saturday... So now I have to pay this crew overtime because after hosing me 5 times.. It's the only time they have available.. This would be a joke if it wasn't a nightmare..

Home Depot MASK MANDATE - Why are we wearing masks? Are you a company bent on controling your employees?

As of November 12th, I live in Kansas City where the mandate has just been lifted for everyone. It was such a sense of relief when I heard the news, however I now feel that nothing has changed for my coworkers and I once I found out that corporate chose to not lift it and give us a choice. Shame on you Home Depot for caving into backwards thinking like wokeness, BLM, and CRT! And choosing fear over freedom. What you should know is that we, the USA, started out as a Christian nation and we will continue as one! God Bless the United States of America! The resolution that I would like see, is that our stores in Missouri have the choice to keep the rule or not keep it, because we don't live in woke Atlanta. This would be greatly appreciated!

Home Depot Recommended painter handyman

I was connected with a handyman/painter in August via the Westbank BC Home Depot store, SASKO KIROV, and initially he seemed good, I checked him out on Home Depot site for ratings and whatnot, however the job he did painting 572 sq. ft. for $3000, was poor, and as time passed I saw more defects than I was expecting or willing to accept, and frankly he has done nothing to remedy them, he ignores all my calls, emails, and texts, multiple attempts. He gave me an estimate of costs to do more work, such as floors, tiling, redoing a bathroom etc, and I responded stating I was going to be gone from December to April so could we resume the project then on my return and to let me know his thoughts. Again several attempts to contact him, even if he was inclined to say no, or he didn't want the job, and all via emails, texts, and calls, and he ignores me totally! Not even a respectful response that he can't do it, nothing! I gave this guy many pieces of good furniture, a load of good lighting, 3 stainless steel appliances in great condition, a washer/dryer set, and he also lost my FOB to the entrance which cost me $75 to replace, and he offered nothing to cover that cost, and now this is how he treats a customer? I tried to add my rating for him on the Home Depot site under his name, where I initially checked him out, as there are only two rating/comments there, and of course they're 5 star but also two years old, and could not add mine. Why? No one else should have to deal with this rude disrespectful and ungrateful man and I feel I should be able to add my rating as well which would be about a 2 * at best. So how do I rate him same as others have done on the Home Depot site, and at this link I'll attach? https://www.homedepot.ca/home-services/local-pro/profile/handyperson-paint/sasko-kirov---/12508784280 There is NO provision for me to rate him or comment. WHY? See all attachments and photos of his ratings! As well as the photos of his shoddy work! Thank you.

Home Depot Duct cleaning

The duct cleaning was not performed as advertised in The Home Depot Professional Services paper.
No camera inspection on the main duct line as advertised.
No free filter as advertised.
I made a complaint at [protected]. I was promised to be contacted by the manager and have received no contact.

Home Depot No show delivery no call

We purchased an LG Washer and Dryer on 10/29.. We were set up for delivery on 11/4.. We got an email with our time frame window the night before.. 2:30-6:30 pm... They never showed up... We called the Home Depot location and they basically couldn't help us and gave us the phone number for the delivery company... we were told at 7:47pm "good news! they are just running late and will be there any minute" 8pm comes - nothing — call back.. CLOSED! Waited until Friday morning, called the delivery place 8am sharp... no one knew what was going on — promised a call within 45 mins from mgr.. NO CALL - call back.. told us rescheduled for next week.. 8 days later!... still no one called us with explanation,., call back saying we need it delivered that day... 3 kids no washer dryer been waiting weeks... we call AGAIN... RUDE lady says "you werent the ONLY ONES who didnt get their delivery, have a good day" AND HUNG UP! UNACCEPTABLE! WE canceled ORDER AND WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Home Depot Store Handicap Electric Carts

In the new Pasadena, CA store: I am disappointed that Home Depot does not provide adequate electric carts for its customers. I am handicapped and need an electric cart in order to shop at your store. I had to wait for half an hour while a worker had to search the whole building and parking lot several times. It is my understanding that they have only 3 which is totally inadequate for a store that size. If you cannot provide more carts then I will have to take my business elsewhere. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Home Depot Samsung washer

Asurion has failed their obligations of Home Depot Protection Plan. Bought in Oct 2019. Washer computer board and inverter board failed after 2 years! Because of their inaction, I'm without a washer for a month. I'm backed in to a corner with no other option than to purchase new machine myself. First service provider closed claim because cost of repair plus labor is more than machine is worth. Next 3 refused to take job. Asurion won't give me machine buyout without 3 opinions that machine is lemon. This is not stated in contract. And requires I take time out of my day 3 times to meet their service providers. Time is money. Have now waited 4 weeks since original claim and have clocked at least 10 hours on phone explaining that better to cut losses and replace machine than to continue throwing good money after bad. In terms of my billable hours, I have now spent more than twice the cost of washer while trying to get resolution.

Desired outcome: Refund for value of my Samsung machine when new, plus cost of protection plan

Home Depot Anderson storm door 3000 series

Purchased Anderson storm door 3000 series October 2020. retractable top window. Waiting on third part to replace center mullion it expands in the heat between the main door and storm door leaving glass edge exposed. Not a good design.

Home Depot customer service

I am a long standing customer with Home Depot Store and recently my credit limit was decreased from $3000 to 500 dollars because I paid several payments late. Really poor way to treat a customer with approximately over a 80% decrease in credit limit Loss of work and I still ended up paying them the amounts needed in second payment do. Horrible way to kick someone when there down and no understanding of whats taking place in our economy like some other companies.Called customer service and they were useless.Might not consider being a customer of this business if I were you

Home Depot Appliances delivery +shady dealings

I Ordered an appliance that according to the ad was 1 day delivery for $35, First the appliance didn`t come that day, I called to find out what the problem was, they gave me an inane response "it was put in the wrong truck", OK I said, what`s the next delivery was to be made? NOV 2 they said, and we won`t charge you for the delivery, I was in need of the appliance sooner so I tried to cancel the order, they explained to me: the portion of your payment that was for the delivery ($35)will be credited to your account the rest will be in cash at the store(red flag came up)I said it was unacceptable, they became very nervous and tried to explain that that was the only way to get it, I find that situation very disturbing, smells bad, you do what you must perhaps...

Home Depot Delivery of glass shower doors

The delivery guys first brought the wrong package to our porch, then dropped it on the steps of my porch and broke a step off and put a large gouge in the top deck.

When my wife told them it was the wrong package (an electric fireplace) they put it on the lift of the truck and pushed it over and it drop like a rock. Then they complained and were very rude.

Needless to say I would not order or have anything delivers delivered again.

This behavior is not part of my life but you better screen the delivery service a little better. I would not want to be the guy who ordered that fireplace.

We did not know at the time the step was broken and my wife FELL down them later when getting the mail.

I attached the video of the delivery guys dropping the fireplace on my steps.

Home Depot Damaged appliance

On Sept 29, 2021 I had an LG dryer delivered to my house. After installing the unit and turning it on, there was a loud banging when the drum rotated. I contacted Home Depot customer service to try and get an exchange but was referred to LG customer service. After explaining my situation, I was told it was a HD issue and transferred back to HD. Spoke with a different person who then transferred me back to LG. Due to a health issue, I was not able to leave the house for a few days. I then went to a local HD and got a number for the MDO department who would handle the situation. The contacted LG and arranged for a repair tech to come out and check the unit. But due to the health concern, the appointment was pushed back 2 weeks. The tech then diagnosed the problem as a unit damaged in transit. Apparently a clamp lift is used to lift and move the units when loading trucks and the are had pushed in the side so the drum was banging against the side of the unit. Today I spent 2.5 hours be passed back and forth by various customer service personnel with no resolution. I have given up on customer service and probably on HD for any purchases as there is a competitor across the street I will start going to.

Desired outcome: Exchange for an undamaged unit
