On or around February 18th, I went to the Cleveland Avenue store located in Columbus Ohio.
At the time, a gentleman by the name of Larry (store manager) assisted with my appliance purchase. Larry indicated, I had the option of having my water line connected with a braided line or what they usually use . He then explained what they used would be sufficient.
Today my appliance was delivered and delivery personal stated there wasn't anything on file indicating they were to install water line. ( they went on to say this happens all the time ). They would not install my water line even though I was told by the manager the y would.
I tried to reach Larry (mgr) and was referred to Brandon(another store mgr) to be told there was nothing they could do .
Anyway, I told them to take the appliance back to the store and would like to see if we can resolve this issue ? I have always been a loyal Home depot customer and have never received this type of service before! Hopefully someone cares enough to follow up with this.
