Bought a gas stove s/steel and waited almost 2 weeks for it after being told 2 - 3 days because I paid cash. I logged a complaint as I had to make several calls to the store before the delivered which they did free of charge (courtesy) on receipt of the unit it was not what I ordered and had to go back to the store to complain again and the shop assistant Malibongwe told me after going back and forth the his Manager who did not even have the decency to apologise as it was a package error just told him to tell me they will try and get a stainless steel one from another store and call me. A week went by and I had to make another call by this time I told them to collect the wrong unit and give my money back. I was told to come to the store and speak to the Manager Moray who told me I cannot get my money until the collect the stove which they eventually did but I still did not get my money. I guess I need to back to the store. VERY BAD SERVICE
