It is extremely disappointing to be running around in circles with no response from House and Home telephonically and via email. We placed an order on 24/11/2023. This was a Black Friday special. Firstly this had no indication that there is no stock on hand. Only to be told after payment, there is no stock and we will be informed when stock arrives. Today is 05/12/2023, no response, no update and still no stock yet when checking your website the very same item is advertised indicating that stock is available. There is absolutely no answer on any numbers on your website.
We need to arrange for a collection for this item before we close for the holidays.

Black Friday is over, payment is done so there is no ay that we can check with other trademarks even so because there is no answer from House and Home.
Proof of communication can be provided. Before I resort to social media reviews which will definitely not be favorable , please contact me ASAP.
Desired outcome: I require feedback and that House and Home arrange for a free delivery.
