On 12/09/2019 we purchased the following alliances at House and Home Cape Gate:

Kic 207lt chest freezer
We paid cash for the transaction to the amount of R11566, 99. Invoice number 146603 account no [protected]
The chest freezer that was delivred was so badly damaged that the lid did not close. Only a week after I complained again and again the chet freezer was replaced. On 07/11/2019 KIC came and repaired the lid of the replaced chest freezer as the lid did not seal again.
I was promised by both KIC and House and Home Cape Gate to have the chest freezer replaced as it was a manufacturing problem. The store promises to refund me and replace the chest freezer. I contacted the store and the customer service but up to today 8/03/2020 they have not responded to the complaint. We are still without a chest freezer and all my food spoiled in the chest freezer becase the lid does not close proper.
