HSBC Holdings review: home insurance

Yes I have a complaint about HSBC Mortgage Company in Brandon, FL. They are the worst mortgage company there is because they have insurance on my home and they won't fix the roof. Three years ago we had a storm to come through and it had some straight line winds and it torn off several of our shingles and the post that we had on our front porch it knocked them out from under the porch. They wouldn't even fix the roof or the porch post. So now our home is leaking bad. I mean there is several places in our living room that just pours water when it rains. In the master bedroom it leaks and gets our bed wet. The living room is the worst because the sheet rock is beginning to fall from the ceiling. I am so afraid that we are gonna get mold in our attic and start to make us sick. I have called HSBC they stated that they would check in on it. I have sent several letters in the mail no response so therefore we are paying a mortgage payment and can't even get our roof fix and we are paying for the insurance in our mortgage payment. I don't understand why they won't help us. Our home is a 89, 000 dollar home and the value is going down because of the leaks please someone that reads this please tell me what to do about this problem. We are paying them 722.00 a month and can't get any results from them. The reason they have the homeowners insurance is because we can't afford it ourselves right now. But if we wanted to get some we couldn't because of the roof leaking and shingles gone.
