I sent an email enquiry containing attached pictures regarding a recently purchased Husqvarna TS 142TXD ride-on mower to at 1255, (please note all times shall be local times), on the 3/11/2023, it should be noted early that it clearly states on the {website https://www.husqvarna.com/au/support/contact-us/} that "We will answer within 48 working hours", however on the 13/11/2023 when I had still not received a reply I rang the number [protected] at 1053 and was assisted by Monica, who was very helpful and said she would get someone from the Technical Department, (Namely Martin Slater) to call.
It was also requested that I resend the email to and include , which I did at 1105 on the 13/112023, I included a cover note at the top of said email.
I was contacted by Martin at 1310 on the same day via phone, a call I missed, I then rang back and spoke to Martin at 1358, we discussed the subjects detailed in the email, one being advice advice given by a Husqvarna Dealer that contradicted safety standards laid out in the ride-on mowers manual, the other being the dealers statement that the Ignition Switch (ROS) can have a movement tolerance of 3 to 4 mm, something I find odd, Martin stated this "sounds excessive".
After the phone call I received an email from Martin at 1413 on the 13/11/2023 only addressing the misinformation rendered regarding the advice which contradicted the safety guidelines listed in the Husqvarna manual.
I sent a reply at 1502 on 13/11/2023 with pictures attached displaying the movement in the Ignition Switch (ROS) and of course requesting advice on the same.
At this stage 1300 on the 16/11/2023 I have had no reply to my last email.
I am not sure why my emails are were and are being ignored.
Desired outcome: Could you please advise please advise?
