allegro
I attempted to order the introductory offer, but after I received a message stating my transaction did not go through I never gave a second thought and did attempt to reorder. After noticing that my account was charged the initial introductory charge and additional $103 for a product I never received; I contacted customer service. In was told that I did receive a product that I had not received and it was passed the 14 day trial to cancel; even though today would be the 14th day from the supposedly original transaction date. Company is a scam and does not provide the basic standards of customer service. They refuse to give me a refund and acknowledge that the transactions were authorized. I even requested a refund and cancellation of any subscriptions via email.
allegro
On March 12, 2017 I saw an ad on FB to receive a free sample of allegro anti ageing cream if I agreed to pay the $4.95 shipping charge. My credit card was billed $3.96-Revital skin, .99-Revital Skin, 59.99-Fresh skin, 3.96-Cli Beauty Care. Then on 3/27/17 there was a charge of $109.00-Revital skin and on 3/29/17 a charge of $103.00 -Instant Beauty.
I did receive 6 different items, however, I did not sign up for anything other then a free sample. When I called on 3/27/17 the gentlemen I spoke to said I was on their subscription list. I did not sign up for anything other then the free sample. I did receive 6 different items that I received all before this $109.00 charge. I told the guy I didn't want to be on any subscription and he agreed to cancel the subscription which I received an e-mail with a confirmation number, yet on 3/29/17 there was yet another charge for $103.00 which I have no idea what it is for. I have contacted my credit card company and am working with them to have this stopped.
unauthorized charges for allegro & brio (hydra skin sciences)
On mar 7th, 2017 I ordered a product from the site that said to pay for shipping only which was 4.94 and my card was charged for that amount.
Today when I was looking at the charges on my card I see a charge of 109 dollars charged on 3/22/2017. I did not authorize this amount. What have I been charged 109 dollars can you please explain and refund my money immediately. Never even used the product and wasn't even 30 days when had $109.00 showed up on my card. Told that I did not contact company.
allegro cream
On 11/23/16 I ordered a “trial” jar of Allegro face cream for a shipping charge of $5.95. I was subsequently billed an additional $103.00 for this shipment. The next month I received a second jar for which I was then billed $109.94 ($103.0 plus $6.94 for shipping) as a continuum. Neither the first or second shipment contained any packing slip or order number for identification. It was necessary to go online to find the name of the company and look for information. Billing on my credit card is by BUY*STA SKINCARE. (I have been unable to locate any location for this name.) I returned the second shipment immediately and called to ask for refunds. Phone connection is a "boiler room" of noise. After talking for 30 minutes, I was eventually given credit for the 2nd shipment, $109.94 that I returned. I am still trying to receive a credit for the first $103.00.
allegro and brio
Unauthorized debits; unethical behavior. I ordered the free samples; received Allegro and Brio on March 9th. Charged $3.96 times 2 and $.99 times 2. Never even used the product and wasn't even 30 days when had $103.00 debited from my account for Allegro. Told that I did not contact company to cancel further shipments within 30 day period, indicating that I wanted ongoing shipments. No product was sent to me but my account was hit for $103.00. I called; rep was hard to understand. Told that I would be charged #109.00 for Brio too. If I returned product I would get 40% discount. Hung up in anger when no manager was put on the phone. Called again yesterday and another rep told me that if I returned the product I would have $85.00 credited to my account. This company is completely fraudulent. I have been seeking justice through various channels.
brio and allegra
As others have said above, My mother ordered a trial and received what she thought was a sample. She was billed 2 shipping and handling charges (three different amounts each) Then, a few weeks later, she was charged $103.00 and $109.00. After calling two different customer service centers and asking to speak to a supervisor who was not available, then asking for the supervisor's boss, who was not available, I was told to ship it all back in 2 separate packages and, within 72 hours of them receiving the packages, they would refund all except the restocking fee. One was $10 and the other was $20. In the meantime, my mother's auto bills will bounce because of their deceiving advertisement. We will also have to pay to ship them back. It will be a lot because I'm getting a signature on each so I can prove they got it. Obviously, if there are so many complaints about this company, their website is deceiving at best, a lie at worst. This predatory company needs to be brought to justice.
allegro/brio return
I called and struggled with several of the reps for these products. They hung up on me and/or put me on hold for long waits.
Finally told where to return products which I shipped on Sat 3/25.
I was told that I would have to pay re-stocking fees if $20 for both shipments I received. I was told to use up the product which I didn't d NOT do. Why am I paying the $20 each? I want ALL OF MY MONEY BACK FOR RMA#47205 and RMA# 47217
allegro & brio day & night serum
BEWARE! My complaint is the same as every other you will read! A trial order of Allegro (only) was placed online for $4.95. I also received a second package of something called Brio Day & Night Serum which I did not order, but was billed at $4.95. Before placing the Allegro order, I carefully read thru the "fine print" just to be sure I would not be on an auto-fill program after a trial period. Nothing! Realizing how many "scams" are out there regarding "Trial" products, and having fallen prey to one once before, I phoned Customer Service. I was advised by a rep with a very strong foreign accent that my "trial period would be extended for another 2 weeks to give me the opportunity to try the product further". Fast forward to near the end of the extension, I phoned Hydra Skin. I was SHOCKED to learn that $109 had been charged to my credit card for Brio Day & Night Serum. I never received that product -- no confirmation with the order number & tracking info -- nothing! But a $109 charge.
I threatened to turn it over to my credit card company & after putting me on "hold" two different times, the Rep stated they were crediting my card for $109. He gave me an RMA number to return the used product to an address in Bluffdale, UT. After reading dozens of other similar complaints, I've decided I will not spend the money to return "used" product. I will call the Utah Better Business Bureau instead!
As an aside: These products are sold all over the internet. On one site -- either Amazon or eBay -- the combo of Allegro & Brio Day & Night Serum (brand new in their packaging) was offered for $50! Allegro alone (new) was $30. These "scammers" discourage customers from trying products that may actually be beneficial. Don't care what kind of new product appears next ... I'm done!
allegro anti-aging cream. and. brio night and day serum
I did the promotional thing where pay postage only - the day I cancelled and the day they charged my account were the same. $103.00 for one and $109.00 for the other. Since they overdrafted my account only the $103.00 went through. I was informed that if I returned the product within 30 days, after much discussion and asking to speak to a manager, WHO NEVER DID CALL ME BACK, I was told that I was being. Charged for the product I had already received. The product didn't show up when they said it would (arrived on a Thursday not Monday as they said it would I had 8 days to try their product). I cancelled the day I needed to but they were quicker on the draw than I was and the charge had gone thru and basically got a "too bad" from the company. After much distress it was perhaps? Agreed that they would only charge me $20.00 ?+ and they would then refund a portion of my $103.00. After they received the returned product. If this sounds confusing it's because I am VERY confused by it all. There was not one piece of info with the products telling you how to get ahold of them. I've also found many different names they go by. They are a back door SCAM. The product is like every other anti-aging cream - right down to the packaging and promotional advertising and testimonials. People need to know these creams are all the same. And they'll sneak in charges when they can.

allegro & brio
An identical complaint has been submitted and I am having the identical problem. Free sample ordered, plus I pay S&S; 14 days later they are billing me for the product I did not order offering a refund LESS $20 which is how they make their money from the complaintants. This is fraud and should be reported as such. This seems to be an on-going SCAM to consumers, mine on FACEBOOK.
skin cream, eye cream, fruit exfoliant
I responded to a Facebook posting regarding the closing of several Macy's department stores. Because cosmetics have a "sell by" date, they were being liquidated and offered to customers for postage only. I completed a questionnaire and was offered the anti aging cream. Before ordering, I looked at the website for Allegro and was impressed with the eye cream and exfoliating combo.
So I answered the marketing promo on Facebook and on my own, ordered two more products are their regular price. I was delighted with my free product (customer pays postage) and my combo order was delivered shortly thereafter.
Not long after their delivery, I saw a charge for $103.00 on my credit card. I rang the contact number and was told that I was inadvertently enrolled in some program and products were being billed to me at their total price. I was totally confused having replied to the "free offer" and spending my own money for more of your products. Evidently there was some 14 day "pop up" menu that I did not see or access. Why would I? I had simply responded to an offer for a free sample and order and paid for two more products on my own.
Other products totaling $109.00 have also been sent to me.
This is an appalling "bait and switch" effort on the part of this company. I acted in good faith to an offer and in addition, because I was impressed with your product, I ordered more.
Hundreds of dollars have been charged to my account. I started as a person impressed with a product and have ended as a customer feeling ripped off and cheated.

allegro anti-aging cream
To Whom it may concern,
I see I have involved myself in an unscrupulous marketing scam by
ordering a "Free Trial" of Allegro Anti-aging Cream from Hydra Skin Sciences. I received the order having paid S/H mistakenly thinking that was it...no, that wasn't it. In January, 2017 I received a second shipment and was charged $103.00. This charge occurred on January 20, 2017. I sent the product back, unopened, by return mail. The second shipment arrived on/around February 23, 2017 with another charge from my account in the amount of $109.94. I again sent the product back, unopened, by return mail. These shipments are coming from a fulfillment center so I had no actual company name to contact, until now, as you have it posted above. I wrote on the returned packages "Not Ordered, and Stop ALL further shipments which has been totally ignored. I have received NO email communication, no acknowledgment of any kind regarding the fact that I have returned the products. The products do not work as advertised so I have no desire to continue to pay these exorbitant prices. I have had to cancel my bank card and order a new one in order to have this nonsense stopped. Also, I have been charged overdraft fees both months...I am on a fixed income and this has caused me financial hardship. I need to be re-reimbursed for the return of the products and I am not having an easy go of it. Is there any help available concerning my issue? I would be very grateful for any advice or help you can be! Thank you so very much for your time.
Sincerely,
Michel Chiasson
I also had the exact issues with them!
was to be a free trial
I requested the Allegro only and did not agree to the 2 Brio products. I received all 3 and was charged shipping for all 3. I tried to cancel because I haven't noticed a difference while using and was given an extension to do so. I called back again today to cancel and was given RMA# told that I must return all 3 products within 30 days from today 3/20 or be charged $109.00 per month. Why must I return free trial products? I also declined the Brio products in the beginning but they were sent anyway.
Why are you charging people $103 00 ? all we wanted was to try the free sample.
Not because you our bank card # that gives you the right to charge what ever you feel like charging.
We are senior citizens on fixed incomes so do not waste time sending me any more because as I said before I will return your product .I have also notified my bank not to send you any more of my money.
I ordered 1 thing and you sent me 3 and charged me shipping for something I did not order
please do not send me any more of your product.I will return them unopened.
i just wanted to try it and i rally dont see any difference
I repeat do not send me any more It was a free trial .I wanted to try the Allegro and you sent me 2 Bio products and I charged for shipping for all 3 .

very bad rash on my neck and face
I called the phone number provided on their terms and conditions statement, to inform the gentlemen of what has taken place after my use of their products, he gave me 30 days to return the products that I paid for, with the notion that I would be charged half price, ill be damned if I will pay for a free sample after already paying to use products that I am now covered with a rash from my forehead to my my neck, first it is a two week trial that has already been paid for and secondly they want the products back and wanting to charge me half of the full price for products I can not use are they for real, I will be contacting the uttah better bussness bureau after I submit this complaint as well as my bank so no more money is taken from my account, ladys beware this is nothing more then a scam
allegro and brio
Ordered free samples just pay shipping of 3.96 +.99 each so a total of 9.90 was charged to my credit card. Received the free samples with no paperwork or bill saying I had to send it back in 14 days or was going to be charged $103.00 and $109.00 to my credit card. Called the company and they said if I sent the free samples back to them - they would only charge me $40.00 for a restocking fee. So I called my credit card company and they said this is a new scam that the crooks are doing to steal from us. So I disputed the charges. What a bunch of thieves!
allegro and brio
My complaint is much the same as most. I saw the 4.95 free sample just pay 4.95 shipping. Ya right they then send you a product called brio and tell you they want you to try them together. I called to cancel the order after a hospital stay and the indian? Speaking man just said i'm sorry. And continued on that my account was already charged over 100. And I could send the remainder of the product back with a re stocking fee. They must reuse what you don't use and send it to someone else or why else would there be a restocking fee? Nasty. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he would just tell me the same thing. " you can pay for it or send the remainder of the brio back and minis the restocking fees and amount used or keep it and pay the price) terrible business! Do not try this product!
allegro anti aging cream or serum
My complaint is consistent with all other complaints. Please contact the Attorney Generals Office and or Police in Bluffdale Utah and file your complaint so Hyda Skin Science can be shut down.
Hydra skin science advertises free sample just pay for shipping and then hour sent 2 products in 1 box, then charging you $97 for one and a $103 for the other. No mentioning of a 14 day free trial or you will be charged the amount above. If this were true no one would order. Instead they use your cc information and charge shipping for both products when only ordering 1. Then when I called for refund the company that charged me $97 gave me a full refund after my call. And when I called Hydra Skin Science they said they would only refund $83 dollars and charge me $20 for a restocking fee of a used product. Call and complain.
total scam operation
I saw the ad on Facebook and went to check it out. I did give them my debit card but when I saw the cost, I did not complete the order. Then I noticed in my online banking, they had debited my account the cost of shipping on two products, something called Brio. I was livid. I called and the person said that I had agreed to both of these products, which I did not. I received the products about a week later. I did not use them but was told I had a month to send them back. Then in 2 weeks I noticed that they had debited my checking account $103 and $107. Again, I called and the person (probably in India) said that I was past the 2-week trial and the only thing they could do was cancel the shipment for the following month. After complaining to him about this whole scam operation, he agreed that if I sent the products back in the next week, he would give me a refund, less a $20 (for each restocking charge). Again, I was livid. Then he said he would only charge me $10 restocking charge and that is the best he could do. He told me to be sure and save my tracking numbers. I was also told I would have my money back within 3 business days of them receiving the products. I tracked the packages and they were both received on Monday, March 3. Today is Tuesday, March 14! I called and he said he had not received word that the packages had been received. I then gave him the tracking numbers and he acknowledged they had both been received on March 3. He said he could now authorize a refund, but it would take about 5 business day. That will put my refund on or about March 21. This is an unacceptable way to do business. This company needs to be shut down immediately. I am a person on a fixed income (social security) and $210 is a lot of money to me! I am sure they are scamming more people. Please help!
false information given by representative
I too saw the trial offer on facebook.. I submitted for the trial offer and paid the shipment fees. After receiving the product I found out that the product costs were over $100 each. I called the number included on the tracking email I received. I too had to speak to a foreign man and he told me that if I cancelled I would have to pay full price for the product. He than stated that if I kept it for the trial time and called back by the 15th I could cancel. So I called today and spoke with a foreign woman. She then preceded to tell me that I would have to pay half of the price of each to cancel. She also stated that I had been given an extension. I went off because the guy lead me to believe that if I kept the product until the trial offer was completed I would not pay anything. Nope that didn't happen. I ended up paying anyway. This company is a complete scam operation. Just so you know in the future the fine print that you check off but do not read is where they put the part of giving them authorization to send you product monthly and bill you that crazy price.
