wrong non-standard process in icici bank
In every ICICI Bank branch, there is an automated token machine with many options for the customer to get the token and one of the option is 'Deposit 50000 or more'. This facility is applicable to only the account holder who has got the branch as his/her home branch. For any other customer they can deposit a maximum of 50000 if the account holder has updated PAN card details.
This limitation is not mentioned/displayed anywhere inside branch and a normal customer gets the token, wastes his time in the queue infront of the teller and finally comes to know a deposit of more than 50000 not possible. Another loop hole for this process is the same person can deposit from different branches on the same day and this is not validated by any system, making it possible to deposit more than 50000.
I am not able to understand this logic behind and is a very frustrating process.
I written complaints to ICICI bank already, but looks like I wasted my time again.

deduction of money from my account without dispence cash
Dear sir,
I am an icici bank account holder. I was using my atm on 3rd march-10 in sbi atm counter to with draw cash of rs6000/- but I was unable to with draw cash as the system shown that sorry unable to dispense cash but later on the above said amount was deducted from my account, which is not yet recovered yet.
Hence, requested you to do the needful in this regard to recover the amount as soon as possible.

cc shows pending even after account settled - remove my name from cibil report
I am Sathyamurthy Iyer from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I owned a credit 2 years back from Centurian Bank - CC No. - [protected]. Later recovery of credit cards was managed by ICICI bank and I had settled my credit card with ICICI Credit Card department in Sakar I, Ahmedabad office for INR Rs. 32, 800 (Ref/ICICIAHM/08-09/1208/67/FW/N/MAR). Even after two years of payment my account was liened last week for 2 days without any intimation. I was unable to withdraw any amount from account though my family was hospitalized. I have forwarded the request to your local credit card department at Sakar I, Ahmedabad. regarding the settlement and necessary information as required. And even after a week of the same, am informed that my name still shows in the RBI CIBIL report with pending amount for the credit card. It is my humble request to your bank that please remove the pending amount on my name from CIBIL report.
Please check your records properly and do the needful. Early reply to this email would be appreciable.

I am having credit card of ICICI bank. I use it regularly. Today I got call from ICICI Bank Kandivali East Mumbai branch regarding special offer for the loan.
The lady on phone told me that ICICI bank is offering me loan of 10000 for year with easy installment of 12 without paying any extra interest or other charges except 150 Rs for transaction fee.
Actually which was totally wrong and they were about to charge about 13% interest on amount paid as a loan on year bases. Total Due amount was coming around 11320 Rs.
As we all know that we usually get so many Phone Calls from Banks to Offer Us Credit Card and if you are interested then, Bank send their Executive to us. At that time they are not bother to come to your Office / Home at any time as per Customer's Convenience.
With the same procedure I had applied for A "Solid Gold Credit Card" ( which has been offered to me by ICICI only & I knew I am eligible for the same ).
But, I received "Silver Credit Card" through courier.
When I contacted to Customer Care, I had been told that "You use Silver Credit Card and after 6 months you apply for Solid Gold Credit Card".
Is this bad system of ICICI?
This is in reference to my ICICI credit card.
Brief History:
I have been using my ICICI credit card with aforementioned number for the past 3-4 years. I had an outstanding balance of 25,000 and have planned to settle the same in the month of June 2007. ICICI employee (unsure about name – think Tamizhan) from Chennai helped me settle and close this account for me. He called me 3-4 times in this regard and told I can go head with the settlement and should continue using the ICICI service. Initially i did not agree to the same but later he convinced me by telling, i will get a new card with higher credit limit. I was least interested in receiving and just wanted to cancel and close the account.
He called me later in the day to inform about the settlement amount (sum of Rs.18000) and i would receive the settlement letter in a week’s time from Chennai office. In the meanwhile he pushed me to make the settlement amount by sending some one from Bangalore office. The day the bill collector visited my office, he called me from Chennai promising me that i would receive the letter on 5 July 2007 and i can give him a post dated cheque dated 5 July 2007. I trusted and gave the collector cheque (HDFC Bank – Chq no.289620 dt. 05/07/2007) and in return received the payment receipt with a receipt number C0507 3146285.
Till this time, I did not receive any settlement letter and during the first week of Aug i received my new card with new card number. I was convinced that i now have the new card with a letter stating... "my old card is deactivated".
Every month i receive SMS and call center calls asking me to pay my outstanding. I am trying to make people understand that this account is closed and I have paid the settlement amount. They close the call telling… they will inform Chennai office and get my letter soon.
This morning (25 Sept 2007) a person visited my office telling he is from ICICI and i should pay him the outstanding. Later spoke to his manager in ICICI bank, MG road branch and he told they can give me the settlement letter but have to pay the difference. Which is current outstanding - what is waived out. I totally disagreed and felt cheated and told him to do what he wants but i can’t may this payment as this already settled.
What i can’t understand here is he knows the credit given to me but cant issue the letter. This is a clear case of cheating the customer over phone and i have fallen prey to this kind of business ICICI is following to get the payout out from customers.
If I have not opted to close my account, why did I receive a new card without my request?

ICICI banks credit card department is filled with cheats and frauds from all over the city here in Mumbai as well, my account was settled in the september of 2006 and its september 2007 now and i havent recieved my settlement letter. I had the settlement of 18000/- made on an outstanding amount of 25000/- which I agreed. The amount was paid but the letter never came. Now the outstanding is 54000/- approx and now i have completely denied payback because of this fraudulant expierience.

I had bought a policy Life Stage Assure from icici prudential on 08/12/2009. The policy number is [protected] and whose premium is 25000 yearly. According to company representative guidelines the policy term is for 3 years and on maturity i will get my fund value as per NAV. Secondly there is no allocation charges in the plan as per agent said. I have not received my policy bond till date. Regarding this i had a word with customer care excutive and he told me all about the product features. He told me that the plan is for 15 years and my first premium will be zero if i will not complete the policy term. He also told me that if i surrender the policy then surrender charges would be deducted from my fund value.Then i visited the company office in Sector-9 D Chandigarh and requested to cancel the policy. Company executives refused my cancellation request. Now i don't have any need of this product.Plz do the needfull things.

I am prashant mohite taken a home loan (Floating) from icici bank in 2007.
At the time of full disbursement they give me repayement schedule of tenure 180 months but after 3 years when I downloaded file of my loan account from internet it shows repayement schedule of tenure 244 months, this change in tenure till I cant understand becuase there is no increase in interest rate from last 3 years, as it decrase in interest rate.
So please try to solve my problem.

My name is Vikram Singh, H/O of Manisha Singh. She was using ICICI credit card hold number – XXX, In the year 2007, month Nov-Dec, I got a call from XXX number telling this call is for due amount on my credit card. I had conversation with 2 gentlemen, however now I cannot say then as gentlemen, I got call from two fraud people, they were from ICICI collection agency, they said I have some amount due on my card of around 19000, out of which there are some late fine also in 19000. I asked them to remove the late fine. They agreed upon the same. I asked them that how much amount do I pay to close the card, so that I need not to pay a single penny more in future, they told me 15400/- is the amount which I have to pay. As this was a confirmatory call on total payment, it just happened that I recorded all the conversation. Their names were Rajesh & Ankit. I asked them to send their executive to collect payment. I gave them cheque of 15400/- at one instance, so to clear all my outstanding. The amount got cleared from my account too in 2-3 days.
Now since last 1 year they have again started asking for money, saying that you should have letter against the same. If not then you have to pay the amount. They keep on calling on my cell, I have moved out of DELHI, reason being my JOB, now they have started calling at my inlaws place as the card when was given to Manisha, she was unmarried. They have started misbehaving with our family members. 1-2 days back they called up at my inlaws place and told that “Manisha paise lekar bhag gaye hai, apna ghar check kar lo, kuch waha se to, lekar bhagi nahi hai na”. This has become so embarrassing for us that I cannot express through words.
This is my complaint against ICICI collection agency & Bank both, please help us.

nonpayment of claim amount
I have purchased overseas student insurance policy under plan gold-w100 from the icicilombard on 8/08/2008 for 2 years for my son who is studying in USA. In the month of march 2009, he was hospitalise there for 2 days in STRONG MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN ROCHESTER NY for the treatment of malaria for which he was charged $ 5029.91 by the hospital. Apart from this, ambulance service agency charged him $436.50. Out of this my son needed to pay $ 100 as per the clause in the policy, which he paid immediately. The company approved rest of the bill amount (I have company's mail for the proof).The payment was to be made in USA by UNITED HEALTHCARE GROUP which has a tie-up with icicilombard. In the month of Aug.2009 my son Aditya received a statement from the hospital which stated that an amount of $ 1715.21 is still not paid by the UNITED HEALTHCARE.Subsequently ambulance service agency also sent the statement stating that their bill for $436.5 is still remains to be paid.
From then onwards my son is receiving threatening calls from the hospital as well as from the ambulance service agency regularly.Recently they have warned my son that his degree would be withheld and he will not get a job in USA unless the payment is made within 15 days. This is putting immense mental pressure on my son and it is hampering his studies. I have been following up this case with ICICILOMBARD'S Delhi as well as the Mumbai offices frantically.However no one has been answering my queries satisfactorilly. I fear that it would harm my son's career and thrwing the poor boy in mental depression.After approving the claim how can they withheld the payment for so long.Why cannot they put pressure on UNITED HEALTH GROUP to pay the bill in full? I would be grateful if someone helps me out in this regard. If I have to arrange to make the payment, it would put me in additional financial burden, because already I am paying from my nose for my son's educational expenses.

I am a very old customer of ICICI Bank, credit card, prudential, Lombard.
I had icici Platinum card no. [protected] that is now blocked because of non payment od dues.
I had a quaterly auto payment of Rs.15000 on my credit cardof my Max New York Life Insurance policy .I was charged twice in one quarter.Which i already paid.Then i stopped this auto payment facility on my card.Still i was charged.Which i didnot wanted to pay.Still i paid that amount to the bank.But i have not paid the late fee and interest chanrges.This interest and service charges has now increased to more than 6000 Rs.My card is now blocked.Now I wanted to pay my basic principle charges which is Rs.2200.But Icici credit card staff says that card will be blocked and i cannot use this card again.
Respected Sir?/ Madam, I will request you to look into these matter.You can look into my history.I have been a cutomer of ICICI company more than 10 years.I wa very happy with the services of your company, but this incident schoked me. I have joined a company here in Chandigarh (punjab). My company called there regular bank executive to open my salary account. I submitted my license and Voter id card as a proof. (Mostly only one proof is required, but I given voter id card on depand of next proof). And then I met a ridiculous condition imposed by ICICI bank.
"LICENSE BELONGS TO UP AND BIHAR ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE"
I belongs to UP. What point they like to prove this way? What they want to present? It just increased my grievances two folds man. I never thought of such a kind of Term before. When I asked them in written they never did. It means they know its not legal to pose. So, following this illegal activity of discriminating among the states?
Do they want to prove that RTO department from these states are not Corrupt?
OR the peoples belong to these two states are different from what belongs to others?
There are so many thoughts went through my mind since then..

unauthorized deductions of provident fund
Sir/Madam, I had applied for my provident fund money after I resigned from my previous office Convergys India Pvt Ltd., Bangalore, last 2 years back. They (pf Office) debited the amt of 72, 000RS to my ICICI Bank Ac: [protected] which were provided at the time when I applied. Previously I had taken a personal loan from this same bank. Loan Ac no: [protected]. And I paid EMI’s:2734.00Rs every month from my salary without any break. Then In between due to my health problems I had to quit my job. So The Emi's was pending for few months. I spoke to ICICI bank Rep's and requested them to give some time to start to pay the Emi's with Interest. In between, I also paid for 4months Emi's even when there was no source of income. Now ICICI Bank Personal Loan Dept has completely deducted my PF amount towards my Personal loan without my authorization. And they never informed me about my PF amount which was debited last october2009. I applied for my PF because of my surgery which is scheduled for the month of Feb. It was delayed for long because my PF took too long to debit the amount. Please reimburse the money back as I need this money for my surgery. So that I can get a job and things will be normal. I am requesting you, please just for a moment put yourself in my positions and think for a while. I have my mother and ailing father whose depended on me. Please help me to reimbursing the amount on humanitarian grounds. If needed I will enclose my medical records. Looking forward for your reply. Regards

harrassment from collection agents
Dear Sir,
I hold credit card with ICICI Bank since 2005, CC# [protected]. I had been regularly paying EMIs till July 2008, when outstanding amount was around 30K. I had family problems, and could not maintain my ICICI account and paying EMIs on Credit Card. On 18th Dec 2008, they forced my account on lean without informing me and deducted Rs. 32, 864.0. I called up customer care, but it was in vain. They were not ready for any settlement less than Rs. 50, 000.00 which was interest amount. And bank never communicated further to talk in lines of settlement.
Meanwhile I got married and started staying with my husband. In Sept 2009, some lady name Anita Sharma called up saying she is lawyer from Delhi High Court and ICICI bank has imposed some fraud case against me. Also, a guy called Chauvan, said he is from Delhi police and they are hunting for me. Later I learned they were collection agents, and throwing all dirty tantrums for harassing me. That guy named Chauvan even called my husband and tried to spoil my personal relationship by telling all abusive about me to him over phone. I have contact numbers of both Anita and Chauvan. I called up call center to get in touch with settlement department, they said they could not reach settlement department and cannot give me any request number as department is not available.
On 22nd Jan 2010, a man named Harish Gupta, [protected] again called, this time called my father and threatened him. My father is paralyzed from past 5years, bed-ridden and is hardly able to talk. He used abusive language and threatened him that he would call my Office. I am ready for settlement, but the amount must be after waiving off excess interest. They don’t want to waive off interest and use all gundaism techniques to harass customers. To my disbelief, this man actually called HR head of my office and threatened him. Again today on 25th Jan 2010, I contacted customer care, and I am with same response of Settlement department not available on line.
I had personal loan with ICICI bank in 2005, which I had pre-closure done in 2006, without any discount, by paying full interest and charges as I had some funds available then. I have life insurance policies with bank, which I have decided to discontinue. I am not interested in having any relationship with ICICI.
I am really upset, and facing nervous breakdown because of torture from bank agents. I want contact details of Settlement Accounts Officer, minimum amount to be paid to close my account and NO DUE CERTIFICATE from bank. I am not interested in talking with any collection agents who uses abusive language. Please advise, what should I do.

U r not alone. In fact the same issue happened to me as well. I had not so good dealings with ICICI bank when I worked in my company in bangalore.
First of all, the credit card and debit card name issued to me were in different sir name initials. Its really sad that the customer care guy who noted my complaint said that a new credit card would be issued to me with the correct first name and initial, which I never got. I then applied for a change in my correspondence address since I was leaving bangalore for my hometown in kerala for marriage & that I wanted to follow up with the remaining payment of my credit card dues which was INR 35k. I was a regular payee and never even missed one payment( I really hope they have it in their records). But the way the customer representative talked to me was simply arrogant & had mails coming to my address. After marriage & reloacating to UAE I was still ready to pay off the amount in one shot and tried accessing the account. To my shock I found that they had taken whatever PF amount was leftover in my debit account without any notice. I then contacted the ICICI office nearby to find that they could not provide any help or information. Just in a couple of days when I tried accessing my account again found that I could not even access account online. They never send me any mails regarding my debit/credit card accounts position inspite of having my email ID in their database.
Yesterday I got a call from a person named harish and said that the last day for my payment is 24th Feb 2010. he said he is calling fom the Fraud & Legal Department & said to that a case was already filed against me & that they have been sending postal mails to my hometown address & I had not responded to any mails or made any payments after 2008. Also said that after 24th the case would be taken to a different level. Informed me that my outstanding balance is now INR 44K. I never even alarmed to know that a 'CASE' was filed. It is a fall from the banks side to even let the customers know what is happening in their accounts. I told him it is not fair to call me just one week before the final hearing of the case & to give me some time so that I could make the arrangements for the complete balance payoff which he said was not possible.
He wrote to me an e-mail saying :- --------
"Hopefully I lined up with you for the settlement of the due amount. In spite of having all information you are ignoring our calls. So as far I told you we are going to take further legal step against you. We will send a copy of legal notice to the HR of your present company. and a copy to your Permanent address and raising a query in passport office.
Again we are giving you reminder to settle the amount and close your account immediately, otherwise as mentioned above we will look forward and your name will be updated in Blacklister/ Defaulter list in Banking sector.
Kindly take this on high priority.
If already settled the card please ignore this mail."

If they had my email ID why did they not send me any mails regarding my account status?
Due to personal reasons I am not in a position to get in touch with the bank in person. I am from a very reputed & respected family & do not want any further issues or any connection whatsoever with the bank.
What I ask for as a customer is that a customer care representative should atleast do his/ her job correctly and with care and dont mess with anything in the accounts. Its not even necessary that customer support rep speaks sweetly. And that would be the bare minimum that a good representative can do to the customers

I, Sucharita Bhowmik wife of, Subimal Bhowmik-Age 51, Resi: H-101 VIP Enclave, Opp to Big Bazaar, Ragunathpur, Kolkata -59 submit the below written complaint on behalf of my husband for the fraud and illegal transfer of money from the salary account of my husband with the ICICI bank at Salt Lake, Kolkota. The details of my complaint are given below.
My husband is working with Areva T&D India Limited having located at A-7, Sector-64, Noida, U.P. and is currently on assignment at CGPL, Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat as Site Project Manager. He has salary account with the ICICI bank, Salt Lake Branch, Kolkata in his name and bearing his account number is A/c no.[protected].
On 4/1/10 after the withdrawing money from the ATM my husband came to know that fraudulent money transfer has taken place from his A/c no.[protected] on 2/1/10 and 04/01/10 through net banking by hacking his password and other confidential information.
The illegal access of his account by hacking his passwords and other confidential details of his account took place 4 times on 02/01/10 and each transaction involved a withdrawal of Rs. 25, 000/- and in this fraudulent transfer by hacking on 02/01/010 amounted to Rs. 1, 00, 000 in all the four transaction.
Again the illegal access of his account by hacking took place on 4/1/10 and this time 9 transaction were carried out and during 8 such transaction Rs 25, 000 was withdrawn, one such withdrawal constitute of Rs. Rs. 24, 990 and total amount withdrawn in these 9 transaction was Rs. 2, 24, 990. Due to fraudulent transfer on 02/01/10 and 04/01/10 a total amount of 3, 24, 990 were transferred from his account.
On the knowledge of above mentioned fraud transfers on 04/01/10, my husband tried to access his account through net banking and found it was disabled. After returning from site on 04.01.10, my husband went straight to Bhuj City Police Station and submitted a written application disclosing about the fraud transfer from his account by hacking confidential data relevant for net banking and obtained signatures of the police station incharge officer on the copy. Same has been intimated to ICICI Customer Care, Executive Director & Managing Director through e-mail and requested them to do the needful by restraining the withdrawal of his money by account holders of the beneficiaries account and deposit the same fraudulently transferred amount to my husband’s account.
My husband is not aware or has no knowledge of the beneficiaries account as how they were added and has never met or had any sort of communication with those account holder and does not have any kind of financial or any other social relation with them, they are complete strangers to him. Person accessing his account have hacked and carried out all the activities of transferring money to the beneficiaries account. This is a well planned conspiracy to hack the account through net banking and a team is working to implement this conspiracy and involvement of an insider from the bank cannot be ruled out.
On 5.01.10, ICICI responded and assured that beneficiaries account will be locked and a verbal assurance was given but when my husband asked for written reply or confirmation through e-mail, no steps were taken by the bank and till date no such information has been furnished to him regarding the freezing of the account in which the money was transferred either through e-mail or in writing. Hence a larger conspiracy to rob the customer’s hard earned money cannot be ruled out. As advised by the ICICI bank a written application has already been submitted with the police at Bhuj- Kutch, Gujarat and an FIR is being launched with your police station as it has the jurisdiction where the branch in which my husband has his account is located and details of it are furnished at the very start of my complaint. As per banks instruction the cyber crime cell of all locations which can investigate the threads of this fraud has been intimated by the e-mail. Accordingly, Cyber Crime Cell Gujarat, Cyber Crime Cell Mumbai and Cyber Crime Cell Delhi have been intimated over e-mail to take up needful at their respective end as some of the beneficiaries accounts are of Mumbai and Allahabad.

shares assigned as security for loan sold without information in 4 months

please note that icici bank mira road branch bombay where i had assigned shares as securityfor loan sold off the
shares without information to me when i had gone to ghaziabad on employment. what they have is proof of sending a telegram
which was received by some one in the building which i had vacated.
my address and phone no changed and the bank was informed by e mail which was never changed and by contact change form
of bank .the bank is not replying to several points raised by me and cut off receiving complaints by customercare id.
the banking ombudsman replied only after 6 1/2 months and 10 letters and dismissed the case without going through the reply filed by me. presently appeal is filed with deputy governor rbi and is pending.
loan was sanctioned with one year agreement, renewable. but bank collected 65% of loan in 4 months by selling off the shares.
apparently the rbi is allowing selling of shares when the price falls but the same banks do not give loan to buy back the shares. this is a very treacherous situation for people availing loan against shares.

opening a salaried account goes to infinite loop

I have submitted a form to open a salaried account in ICICI, SCO 59&60, Sector 15, Gurgaon to Ms Ragini Sharma, Key relationship manager on Thursday Dec 24th'2009. At that time there was some problem in her system so she was not able to match the authority signatures mentioned on my form with the signatures saved in her system. So she asked me to call her and said that she wil send her executive to give a welcome kit. She didnt tell me the documents required for opening a form. Her executive came and said that he can not open the form as I didnt have the required docs. He asked me to deposit the docs in bank n saturday. I went to the branch but the person was not there. So Ragini took the docs but said that my form is with Vikas and she can't open a acount. Today, on monday, I again called her and she said that the person is not coming to office and the form is with him so she cant open a account.
This is not good at your part. Its almost one week that I am waiting for my salaried account to be opened. How can you be so irresponsible that the forms are kept with a person and if he is not there nobody can open a account.
This is very bad. I am really disappointed at your services. This is the first time i was going to open a account with you as I always have my accounts with other banks but i am really disappointed with your services.

miscommunication on emi scheme

In the month of October 2009, I have received a phone call from ICICI Chennai CC Dept. offering me a 12/24 months EMI facility The customer care executive told me the processing fee and EMI for 12/24 months and assured me that it will be converted. But after seeing my e statement and the monthly statement I received, that total amount was not converted to EMI. After calling the bank they are telling me that they are helpless.
When I try to convert a transaction into an EMI Customer Care people say EMI is not available. They are telling me before convert in EMI you need to pay 3300, Rs (near about). I did a shopping on 28th July, 2009 and called customer care to change that amount to EMI option. The customer care executive told me the processing fee and EMI for six months and assured me that it will be converted. But after seeing my e statement and the monthly statement I received, that shopping amount was not converted to EMI. After calling the bank they are telling me that they are helpless and they have withdrawn the scheme on 28th itself and I will have to pay the whole amount. I approached the senior members of the bank but they all are forcing me to pay the whole amount and clearly stated that inspite of being their mistake they cannot do anything. I told them that I will be taking the help of consumer forum they were fine with that also. I dont know, highlighting the complaint on this site would help me or not, but if seriously this site is monitored by any authorized person I would humbly request to take an action against these types of frauds by the companies so that the should atleast value their customers. I have the record of people, (Meeta, Chetan, Usha Rani) involved in this case so if you require to follow-up I am always there.
These types of companies or banks feel that the customers cannot do anything and they can do whatever they want. fraud on my icici bank account
This is by far the worst banking experience with a so called "renowned bank" as ICICI.
ICICI Bank has stopped responding to my mails even after three follow ups.
On end of August, 2009, there was a fraud on my online ICICI bank salary account and my account was locked.
I requested for new password from ICICI and got the passwords by first week of October.
On verifying my accounts, I discovered that RS 1, 96, 000.00 was transferred out of my account.
I raised a compliant at ICICI bank providing them with the details of the fraud.
I provided the payee names, the other ICICI accounts to which amount was transferred, cell phone number to which my mobile alerts were routed.
They asked me to report the issue with Cyber crime cell.
After raising the complaint with cyber crime cell, I provided ICICI bank with the complaint number.
ICICI notified me that verification is in progress and they would be providing the update by 16th Nov 2009.
Until Nov 16, ICICI bank was responding back with a standard template response. You can see all these in the below mail chain.
On 16th Nov, I followed up again to find out that verification is still under progress.
I requested for an ETA and if anything would be needed from my end.(details in the mail trail)
Two months have passed since I notified the issue to ICICI bank. However, I am not clear what has been done and what is going to happen.
I am not sure what verification process is going on and how long will it take to complete?
Is there anything they require from my end? Would I be able to assist them in any way?
Is there any way to expedite the process?
Are they going to credit back the lost amount or at least do something about it.
There are even more questions in my list…but do i've an answer? I've not got one responsible reply from them yet.
This money is hard earned from the work we do. And to loose this is very tough for me to realize. and on top of that - i see such an irresponsible act from my banker not responding and not keeping me updated about the proceedings of their so-called verification team in this issue.
Years of savings goes away just like that and we do not know if anything can be done about it.
Are the bank authorities so busy that they do not have time to look into this issue?
Till this point - its only one ended communication happening with ICICI bank. I don't know what is the next course of action from my end. Not hoping this to happen for anyone else…but I'm sure there is at least a small group of people who got affected in a similar fashion who can guide me making the next move…please advice.
I request each one of you who ever reads this blog to do me a simple and a very small favor. Can you publish this issue in all communication medium you can - may it be blogs / may it be a simple chat or mail with your kith and kins…i just wanted to keep reaching out to the whole world until i'm heard and given justice.
