Hello I am facing washig machine since MAY i have raised 5 to 6 tickets but no fixed solution engineer came and watching the mahchine going away with out any solution after they repaired its not working more than 2 hours.
And we discussed with enginner its seems they are not technical and they supported from Vinayaka Associates Mr. Pradeep is the co-ordinator worst customer communication skill he will not understand the customer problem whenever we call him he will tell us 48hrs it will take i was raised a ticket 5 days back even though he will consider ticket consider only the calling time when we called him.
First of all I have received my product hour 24 hours of purchase, machine was been installed after 72 hours since I had a less time to replace it, I was not satisfied with the product, so I placed and complaint against IFB company but the technician has came after 48 hours and more than that also, rice I have launch the complaint and and the technicians have came after a week also. And later on the technician and the customer care service centre didn't resolve my problem but they have given me a excuse, that the machine cannot clean the clothes more than that so the company should inform the customers before purchasing the machine that your machine will not remove the normal dirt stains also from the shirts. Now on 6th of August I have placed and complaint but yet I haven't received any of the technician yet now and the customer care and the services centre does not responsors properly

We had very bad/worst experience with IFB service, we had issue with our washing machine, we are getting huge noise from machine so we have raised a complaint # [protected] Dated : 29th April 2023.Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace one of the part, which he said he will do next day. But, till now no one turned up to replace the part. We (customer) were tracking the complaint daily and no one are attending the complaint till date . New Delhi. Senator WXS 8.0 Kg. Mob. [protected]. I have tried to get a servicing done of my washing machine by calling the IFB number [protected]. Called them on 06th, 07th and 08th Apr 23. I only received assurances of a call back from service engineer but no one called. My last call was also raised to next level and they tried to connect directly with service centre in Delhi. But that service centre owner refused to continue the call stating he is in hospital.
It is three days since I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to get a service request through.
I have also downloaded the MyIFB app and raised a complaint but to no avail.
The front loading 8 kg washing machine has been behaving erratically from the day we purchased it and during standard inspection after a month or so, they refused to even accept there is a problem with it.
This company's product has turned out to be an expensive buy, of poor quality and with non-existent service
Desired outcome: Would appreciate if Someone responds to service request and sorts out the issue. Have paid over 40K and its within warranty. Cant be a waste.

I am from Jagatpur, Cuttack, Odisha, India(pin-754021).
I have a 7 years old front door washing machine. Serena Aqua 6kg machine. I was having water leakage issue from the front rubber slive. I raised a complaint on 1st march 2023. The technician changed the rubber slive on 9th March. I paid Rs. 1850 for rubber slive and Rs 590 as service charge. The next day the rubber slive totally came out. I contacted the technician, but didnt find any rosolution. I raised the complaint again on 15th march. Another technisian came and said many parts will be changed. Total Rs 3000 will be billed. I was shocked. Had he said that before fitting the rubber slive, I would have disposed off the machine without repairing. I feel the technician wasnt trained properly. Due to his negligence, the whole rubber came out and damaged other parts of the machince. Now I asked him to take back the rubber slive and pay back my money, so that I can disposed off the machine. But they refuse to do so.
Desired outcome: Please take back the attached Rubber slive and refund my Rs 1850.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Ifb sangareddy service I received. I have had a very poor experience with IFB service center, which has caused me a great deal of mental trauma and frustration.
During my interactions with service center, I felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously, and that the representatives were not interested in resolving my issue. This has caused me a great deal of stress and mental trauma, as I rely on my washing machine for daily use.
Going into detail, I raised a ticket ([protected]) with IFB on February 22nd regarding my broken washing machine door. A technician visited the next day and informed me that a new door was required, which would take a week to arrive. On March 3rd, the IFB team informed me that the door had arrived and a technician would come on the same day. However, nobody showed up, and this continued until March 6th.
On March 6th, I contacted IFB customer service to escalate the issue. To my surprise, I was informed that the previous ticket had been closed, despite the issue not being resolved. I requested a new ticket ([protected]) and asked for the issue to be escalated. However, it appears that the Sangareddy team and their manager do not care about these escalations, which I will elaborate on in the next part
On March 10th, my ticket ([protected]) was closed again by IFB, stating that I was out of station. However, I have been at home, and no one from IFB contacted me to verify my availability. I called IFB customer care again to escalate the issue and question why my ticket was closed without contacting me. When the customer care representative called the Sangareddy IFB center, they avoided the question and promised to send a technician the next day to replace the door.
However, when the technician arrived the next day, they informed me that the new door had not yet arrived and would be available by the evening of March 11th. Today is March 16th, and the issue has still not been resolved, and no one from IFB has come to fix the problem
I don't understand why IFB team in Sangareddy and their manager are treating customers in this way.
a) If the door has still not arrived, how could they have called me on March 3rd to say that it had arrived? Are you deceiving us with lies?
b) How could they have closed my initial ticket without even fixing the issue?
c) How could they have closed my second ticket without contacting me, stating that I was out of station? Is this not cheating?
d) It will be almost a month by next week, and my door has still not been fixed.

Hi, this is the 2nd time I am complaining about IFB service, as I have AMC, I registered for a complaint, the service man came and rectified it, but the worst thing is,he charged me Rs 2,320/- fot the part known as ' water level sensor' which the market price is less than that, and he told that the part is not covered under AMC, I have read completely all the points written in the AMC form which I didn't find any where that has mentioned not covered, I have massaged about the issue to the manager and service department where I didn't get any type of response, so decided to complaint to consumer forum.

Duplicate Payment
I purchased a Washing machine on 3rd June 2021 by HDFC debit card EMI.
Because there were not order confirmation mail or pop up, i done the same order again and both were placed duplicate by IFB.
I mailed them on June 3rd to cancel one order and only want one order.
It was delayed for 4 days, the back started charging both the EMI's from Saturday. Still no one has mailed me or called me from IFB.
They dont care anymore for customer's money, and do i need to use 2 washing machine at my because of this irresponsible behaviour.

IFB 6.5Kg Fully automatic washing machine
My ticket no.is [protected] generated on 9th April 2021 but till date no technician is provided to visit. I have purchased this machine on 26th Jan 2021. Only 3 months we have used & after using TUB Clean programme machine stopped working. Please resolve this issue asap. We are facing lots of problems. I didn't like the service of IFB. I have IFB washing machine AW 650RB whose pulsator is not working.. I have raised ticket ID [protected] which has been closed stating part is not available.. now my point is Is this our prob that company is selling any model but not making it's spare parts.. it's just 5 yrs old and still parts are not available.

It's regarding the poor response from IFB team in Hyderabad... I purchased a new IFB microwave in February and since April it started with multiple issues. Within 2 months the main pcb was changed twice... Followed by grilling heater next month... Followed by coils and wires... Followed by convection heater and here also it didn't stop followed by immense sound and vibrations and sparking. Everytime our microwave is returned to us with new problem and our complaint ticket is clised down without resolving the issue and on top our area manager and the IFB team suggested us to buy another new microwave as this can't be repaired..instead of replacing and showing some responsibility to our under warranty microwave they said we cannot help you... in Hyderabad IFB is just fooling the people... shame on IFB team... I have just wasted my 16K on useless company... Samsung and LG are much better

I am writing here to complain about the horrible experience we had with IFB Bangalore. We took a demo of dishwasher and happy with the product, we decided to buy it. However, when we started using the product we found it did not operate as demo one. The wash quality was poor and it spillls the detergent over to the utensils. Also, the entire machine is dirty after every wash.
So, we complained IFB after 2 days and they assured someone will visit. The engineer visited and confirmed the product is faulty and he raised a request for replacement.
However, we heard nothing from IFB for next couple of weeks. After several follow ups, they said we would like to see the machine again. The engineer who visited this time mentioned the product is fine and this is how it works. He mentioned we cannot put big utensils or plates in front. I told him it wasn't the case in demo product as we've used it in a similar way for 3 days but he wasn't ready to listen anything.
I suggested him to try the machine the way he wants. He started a 50 minute wash cycle and left. He wasn't kind enough to wait for the entire cycle to complete. I even sent him pictures that the problem is still there but he did not respond to any of my messages.
Now they have stopped taking our calls. It's been more than a month now I'm struggling with this piece of crap.
The IFB filed engineers are not skilled enough to troubleshoot the dishwashers.
Please do NOT buy dishwashers from IFB. The product is poor and the service is worse.
