Horizon White pack of 50
I have been smoking these for over 20 years so obviously a fan. I buy them by the carton to save a few dollars. After opening a new carton I noticed there was a lot of loose tobacco in the bottom of the first packet. I put that down to tough luck but, after smoking just a few from the second packet I found the same thing so I took the cigarettes out of the pack and found that a lot of them have the tobacco very loosely packed to the pint where some actually have about 3mm of only paper on the end of the cigarette. With the price we are paying for these now this is unacceptable. I can provide photos if necessary.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a replacement carton.

Parker and Simpson red 30s
Hi thankyou for taking the time to read my letter. I have been smoking Ur brand and product for a long time I recently brought a pkt of reds in the 30s and it's was full with lots of tobacco at the bottom of my pkt and alot of the smokes were like half full of tobacco iam on a centerlink benifits and I can only afford one pkt a fortnight and I really don't want to change brands but in this case it really was a horrible experience as I payed for a pkt of smokes that were sealed and I showed the Cole peploe and because I opened it they couldn't give me a replacement or my money back I also looked at the numbering of the smoke and it had the number for a pkt of gold on the cigarette I really don't know how this has happened but it a duty of care to make sure Ur products are fully expedition before ship or sale thanks for Ur time.
Desired outcome: I would like this not to happen again as I can't afford to lose money as Iam left with $70 dollars for the fornite.i would like a replacement or some kind of response thanks once again
JPs abundant gold tobacco
Hi, have been smoking for over 45yrs, spent a lot of money on Tobacco, JPS Gold Tobacco (RYO) is $58.00, for 25grams, not cheap, especially when it is full of hard /multitude of rough hard sticks, there seems to be to many in the small packet today, as well as it won’t pull apart to roll, what’s going on guys! Really annoying , big Disappointment 🤨
Desired outcome: Repacle last 3-packets, at the least. Threw them out, don’t have pictures, believe me I’ll photo next time.

Champion ruby
My pouch has blown out, smokes are through the roof right now and have lost half my pouch, as it is brand new and lost half my tobacco due to faulty packaging.. I would like to be reimbursed as it is expensive enough for tobacco
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of tobacco
Riverstone premium rum blend
I went to roll a cigarette today (27/04/2022) and found a big black clump in my pouch
25 gram champion ruby tobacco
Bought my packet of champion ruby tabacco 25 gram 26/04/2022 at Nanango Qld 4615, at the local IGA. I am not happy with the quality of the tobacco, as it has a complete different taste also I have noticed the colour of the tobacco is lighter and weaker. I have been a loyal customer of champion ruby for over 18 years now. I would like a full refund of $58.95 or a packet of quality champion ruby. The last 3 packets I have bought from the local IGA in Nanango Qld 4615, I have not been happy with the quality.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of $58.95 or a packet of quality champion ruby 25 gram. I would like a response as soon as possible. [protected]@gmail.com

Hi I brought a 25g of JPS RED POUCHE at Woolworths INALA 4077 on Thursday the 21st of April 2022 at 4.20pm when I open the plastic cover and open the sticky tape the side of the packet opened up a lot of my tabacco fell out it looks like the seal wasn't healed properly .
Desired outcome: I would appreciate if my packet is replaced for a new one it's like buying gold now it's that expensive. Thank you
Champion ruby 25 gram pouch
I've been smoking Champion Ruby for years, and I've never had a pouch that is a zip lock pouch similar to what inferior tobaccos as JPS are in. Upon opening the pouch its clear it's a different tobacco to Champion Ruby. The tobacco is not champion ruby, although the packaging states as such. It smells, tastes and looks like a Rothman or Riverstone tobacco.
I look forward to my new Champion Ruby every week and have been left rather disappointed with what is obviously not champion ruby.
Desired outcome: Please refund and a response.

25 gram pouch tobacco
Purchased a 25 gram of jps blue from marion bay convienient store on 17/4/2022 . Opened it to find it very dry and full of sticks and seeds. Quality burnt very quickly and causing burning to lips and fingers. Disapointed as only half the pouch was smokable and costing $61 .
Desired outcome: Replacement of unused tobacco or a refund

50 gram champion ruby RYO
Today I found two big black nugget looking things in my tobacco not able to roll into a cigarette and not able to smoke. I found one then threw it into the garden but then I found another and thought I might let you know. Found today 18/04/2022
Desired outcome: 50 gram pouch without big nuggets or some promo gear
Jps 25 gram pouch
Bought the 25 gram pouch of tobacco for $61 aus dollars . Opened it up and was very dry and full of sticks and seeds . It smoked very quickly and burnt my lips and fingers . Very poor quality and taste very unsatisfying.
Desired outcome: A refund on purchase
White ox 25 g pouch
Brought pouch from service station on the 11/4/2022 Monday night about 7 pm ish. I purchased it on card so have proof of purchase in Strathfield and it was as stale as anything. It was dry and rough
Desired outcome: The company to know about its dodgy packets of tobacco so it doesn't happen to anyone else in my position that doesn't have much money but spends at least 60 a week on it or a replacement pouch
Parker simpson 20s blue firm filter
I have been smoking a packet of 20's as above, I dismantled a cigarette to utilise the tobacco inside the tailor cigarette and there was, is a piece of black plastic, which looked the same as a piece of roughly cut hard long strip piece of tobacco, but on closer inspection this piece inside the cigarette is not tobacco but something like plastic, almost like a small piece of electrical tape looking like piece of plastic. On one side it looks like it has tobacco stuck onto it and looks brown but th other side is shiny and black. It definitely does not look like tobacco. I have kept th remains of the cigarette casing and this piece of tobacco for reference if required. I would appreciate a new packet/ or carton preferably for the inconvenience and also risk of inhaling what I assume is a piece of plastic found within a parker simspon blue cigarette.
Desired outcome: As above

JPs blue 30’s
Cigarettes purchased today Wed 13th April, at regular retailer ( Lucky 7 grocery, Brooklands shopping center Glenbrook/blaxland NSW, Australia. A tear was in a cigarette rendering it unsmokeable. The outside packaging was in no way damaged so obviously an issue in production. For the money I pay I expect ALL of the product to be smoke able.
Desired outcome: Replacement product
White ox tobacco
I buy regularly and find there is a lot of long stems and bark in the pouch .. I like the tobacco but the weight of the stems and bark material is significant and costly when paying over $100 for a 50g pouch
Desired outcome: A response and possible refund

White ox rolling tobacco.
2nd last pack was too severely dry, packet just bought way too many uncut pieces of tobacco which are unable to be rolled. Brought from Coles Central market Adelaide
Desired outcome: many times, I accepted the dryness and unrollable pieces. I don't wish to stop, but over 35 yrs never complained. Please if not replace the dry white ox it's only fair I be sent a packet, not dry or full of pieces unable to roll or smoke

Champion legendary ruby 50g
31/03/2022 approximately 7pm I found a chunk of black tar/resin stuff in my tobacco, it’s a brand new pouch and I have had similar smaller chunks in previous pouches.
It’s around the size of a large pea and I don’t know what it is so cannot smoke it and am concerned about what else is in the rest of the tobacco

Cigarette was empty when I took it out.
I purchased a packet of Parker & Simpson Ciggarettes from an Apco Service Station last night. After smoking 4 smokes it was the 5th ciggy I had pulled out of the packet placed it I my lips it was then I noticed hang on this cig looks empty once I looked closer yes I was right. The tobacco had somehow emptied its self out and into the bottom of the Packet. This brand I changed too due to fullfillment at the end of the ciggy.
Kind Regards
Lyndon Tetley
