I've only been smoking white ox for the past 3 years and have noticed more and more the amount of bark I'm getting in my pouch and sometimes the tobacco seems to still be wet... I also feel that sometimes when buying a 25g pouch it's not the right weight they seem to be smaller can anyone help with who I can contact about this as I feel it's not right

I a packet I bought yesterday at Coles Westfield in Geelong. I have just tried to smoke my 3rd dud cigarette. The paper seam not sealed properly. As 1 cigarette costs more than $1, what a waste. I will attach photos.

Absolutely disgusted to find hard black nuggets throughout my tobacco today, presuming it's some kind of manure used in the growing process. Stomach churning revulsion actually. Not happy. Please see accompanying photo.

Found this chunk of tobacco in my pouch today only just got it from Foodworks not impressed... Never had a problem before this and would like something to be done thank you...

I've been smoking White Ox Tabbacco for years,
I've noticed that the packaging is cheap and nasty l loose alot of Tabbacco & It seems to be massively under wait too with more than usual bark in it lately. Does anyone know who l can complain too ?

I have brought a packet of 25g white ox had couple of smokes and then seen it and this is what is in my packet I have been smokeing white ox for ten years never had this a moth in my packet what the hell

Hi my dad recently bought a piuch of white ox which he has smoked for 30 plus years he is on a pension and had parkinsons when he baought the pouch it was driest he has ever got compared to a pouch he had out in a bowl for 2 weeks it came dryer then that almost turned to dust when you touch
