Today I went to Indane Gas Agency for gas booking. But I was shocked to see that they were forcing consumers to buy a gas pipe which costs 170/-. I was not agreed to buy this pipe because I renewed my gas pipe only few weeks back. I have been very aware of these things such as gas cylinder and its accessories.
Now agency officials are not ready to book my gas even in this festive season, when a person needs it most. When I tried to contact to the Sales Officer Mr. Swarn Singh, he doesn’t pick my phone. Even on land line number.

I am also the victim of these bloody gas agencies. I have booked the cylinder 20 days back but did not get till now. They ( gas agency) do not pick the telphone... I had once gone to thier office to remind...I was shocked to see that they have made a separate counter for " Gas booking reminder". What the hell these ### are doing. Can any one tell what strict action can be taken against these dogs.

The above Sree Venkateshwara gas Agency delays too much to supply Gas cylinder to us and takes nearly 20 days to supply a Gas cylinder from the booking date.We Have a singal cylinder connection Most of the time we are running short of Gas cylinders and we are in trouble due to too much of delay in Gas cylinder registration and supply.

Again call to call talk Ms.Sarkia, sarika said your gas is booked but after 3-4 day i went to indane gas agency and ask my booking agency officer said your gas in not booked. and i said update my gas book but agency officer not update my gas book.And my gas cylinder not recived till date.

I am a consumer of indane gas with "BinduShakti Gas Agency" Safilguda, Hyderabad. My customer no is 23776. I week before I booked for a cylinder and today the supplier came with a cylinder which was expired on 1st quarter of 2007. when I told to the supplier about this he told me that all cylinders are like that only so they can't do anything, that's why I returned him.
I want to know that if I will accept the cylinder which is expired and anything will happen to me then the gas company will take the responsibility or not.

I live in Godda, Jharkhand. In our town there is only one Gas Agency and that is of Indane named "Kaushalya Gas Agency." We all are very much upset from the rude behaviour of the agency. My complaint is that there is a problem in my gas burner and I want to change it. But the agency is not changing it. According to them there is no provision of changing burners. They said that indane does not provide accessories. If it is true than kindly say h0w can I change my burner or else please take some action against the agency.

I have taken LPG Gas connection from M/s Vindh Indane Rewa Road Churhat Distt. Sidhi. Consumer No. VI0498, IOC No. 708356 and SV No. and date 2689298 dt. 02.08.2002. After dt. 22.04.2009 agency did not relever any Gas cylinder to me. Now I have been transfered to Distt. Rewa (MP) and I want my connection get transfered to Rewa but the agency is evesconding. No one is found in the head office churhat or Branch office Sidhi. Kindly help me to get the cylinder transfered.

Yesterday dated 15th June '10 I received a gas cylinder refill which has heavy leakage & the leakage kept on increasing gradually. I keep on calling the emergency number +[protected] for help & replacement of the cylinder, but the guy responsible or on duty at that time kept on assuring that the damaged cylinder will be replaced yesterday night itself. But till now, no one popped up with some solution.
The scenario is going on worst & worst. I am not sure about the level of disaster in the near future because of this negligence from the gas agency.
This clearly shows the irresponsible nature of these guys which leads to public disaster.
I guess some serious action should be taken on such irresponsible agencies to avoid such unwanted & avoidable disasters in future.

When we tried to replace the empty cylinder with the new refill which was delivered by the Gas Agency a couple of weeks back, there was too much pressure and and gas leackage was found. Immediately we replaced the cap and registered a complaint with the Indane Gas Distributor, M/s. MJV Indane Gas Agency, Ambattur Indl. Estate, Chennai-58, who has delivered the cylinder to me and I asked them to come by 5.00 pm on 28th June 2010. We could not reach home by 5.00 pm on that day and the Mechanic came sharp by 5.00 pm and went back saying door closed. The next day we took leave and waited for the meachanic duly infoming the Agency. To our surprise he did not come on 29th June. Again I requested on 30th June and took leave on that day also and waited for the mechanic who has again not turned up on 30th also.
I am using Indane Gas for the past 25 years and I had neve got this kind of response from any of the Indane Distributors in the past. This is my 3rd Distributor. My consumer No.2947 with the distributor.
Considering the nature of the compalint, I request that serious action has to be taken against this Distributor.
Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and confirm.

I had booked an LPG gas cylinder about three weeks back but I have not received the cylinder till date that is 05-07-2010.
I am repeatedly trying to contact Rohini Enterprises but in vain. Nobody is picking up the phone. Even the hotmail is not being answered.
I have also informed the agency to deliver the cylinder after 2:30pm.
Hope appropriate action will be taken to improve the services of Rohini Enterprises which has been giving us a poor response whenever the gas cylinder is being booked by us.

The cyclinder tht was booked was through the 24 hrs booking by dialing 1260 . later when contacted shirdi sai distibutors #7/31, 2nd main, near telephone exchange, domlur layout Bangalore-560071 manager: chandrashekar, called with due requesting for gas as my father is heart patient but response recieved from the manager and staff is of o use as they donot respond to the query in fact ask question when we booked the gas and its one cyclinder it will take one month for the next gas to be booked,
cn u plz tell us wat should we do till the time we get another cyclinder as a heart patient my father cannt eat out side food but the response recvd frm the other side or rather the agency and manager of the agency is one of the worst case

I am a customer of INDANE with customer no 27050 and have been registered
with M/S MAA GURGA GAS SERVICE, Gomti Nagar Lucknow LUCKNOW. I booked my gas
cylinder on 19th Aug, 2010, till 31nd Aug, 2009 no delivery has been made by
the agency. Whenever I make phone call to gas agency, either he don't pick
the phone or he says it will take another 3-4 days for delivery due to
non-supply of gas. I called 3 times, he says same reply. I have also called
FO Lucknow II on [protected], but no response till date, you are requested to
kindly do needful and ensure that no customer will suffer further.
I had booked my indane gas for refill on 14/11/2010. Till today i haven't recieved the full cyclinder from vasant enterprises, indiranagar, bangalore. But how they are delivering to other customers. I hope they are selling the gas in black market and cheating the regular customers.So i suggest IOCL team has to take serious action on these dealers and cancel their license. During my DBC also they cheated me
by taking Rs. 2000/- but other dealers in bangalore are taking on Rs.1500/- only as deposit. Why the IOCL is not take care and encouraging this type of distributors/dealers in market by cheating the customers. If IOCL is not ready to take any action i am planning to send this message to the public through press.

I have been trying to book the gas since three days at Dwarka Indane Service, and I always get a busy line, and by chance I get connected the lady picks up and simply places the receiver down with out reaponding and then hangs up. People are playing with us helpless people who sit all day to just get conncetd to speak to these agents who are so irresponsible. It is absolutly annoying. Every time it is the same story, and they send us half filled cylinders and sometime cylinders that leak playing with our lives. Is there no body to check all this, are people so mad of money that they forget ethecis and honesty, shameful to our nation. I request somebdoy to check this as it is an esential service and we need desperate help.

I went to a gas agency (Trimurti gas agency Vikaspuri ) situated nearby to my residence and asked for a gas connection. He told that he will be giving the new connection only when i will purchase a gas stove from the agency. I may please be intimated whether it is mandatory to purchase a gas stove from the agency itself. I am living in Delhi - Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar .
With regard to the Indane Gas Connection public are not aware of the documents and the policies and procedures. The agents are forcing the public to buy the Gas Stove even though they posses a Good Gas Stove. Trimurti Gas Agency Vikas Puri New Delhi were forcing its consumers to buy the Gas Stove which costs around Rs. 3500/- while getting a new gas connection.
My suggestion in order to control the agencies a flying squad has to be appointed by the Indane and their number should be compulsorily displayed in the front office of the gas agencies. Each and every customer should be respected properly.
When I tried to get a new Gas connection they asked me in total of Rs.5000/- ( including their commission). Since I am not aware of about the compliance team I writing here for a good solution not only for me but also for my people.
I am a customer of Indane with customer No 19572 and have been registered with gas agency D.S Gas Agency at Shop no 2 Pooth kalan New Delhi 16.04.2011. I have booked refill online, confirmation of booking received through SMS at my phone booking no 6149 & cash memo no 6174 & received SMS on 22.04.2011 Your cylinder has been delivered today, but till date(26.04.2011) they have not delivered the refiil at my home but delivery show on website on 22.04.2011. They say the refiil will be delivered within 15 days of booking & they want difine calculatation of LPG use per day i want to complaint regarding lazy or rude behaviour of gas agency staff. i am in very much trouble. tell me is this type of attitude is appropriate with the customer. pls. take the matter seriously and kindly solve my problem.

Hi All, there is no point in discussing or complaining online or through on call. We need to find out some other way to solve this issue. Almost all of us are facing the same problem but it is of no use, we need to go for consumer court to solve this officially otherwise either these gas agencies will not respond or the respective regional manager or who ever is responsible for this will not lift their phone (both personal as well the official land line numbers). We all unit can solve all these problems. Please respond to this WE WILL MAKE THE CHANGE.

On 22 June 2011, 3.10 pm, I got an SMS on my mobile stating that my gas cylinder refill had been booked under booking no. [protected]. Today, 27 June 2011, 12.30 pm I get an SMS confirming delivery against the said booking no. 10169, paid for vide cash memo no.10166.
Shockingly I have neither asked for a refill on the given date 22 June 2011 and nor have I received any refill today, 27 June 2011. Someone is fraudulently using my customer ID No. M-39711 at Mohanil Gas Service situated next to Essex Farms, Hauz Khas which please investigate under intimation to me.

The cylinder is never delivered home against home delivery bookings.Recently i booked a Cy for home delivery and i gets a SMS massage on 24 Jun 11 Cash memo No 8478 has been generated against my booking No 213747. Till date i have not got the delivery. This is a regular affair.

I am an Indane LPG consumer from Anand gas agency Palarivattom Janatha, Kochi, Kerala.I had booked a cylinder on June 1, 2011.Till this date (july 11, 2011) the product is not delivered.On enquiry, they will say next week..So many weeks passed by..They are not giving genuine reason.Hope some black business is taking place.
So I humbly request to take appropriate action.In cities no other way than using LPG..
