I hired Infront Roofing on Oct. 20th, 2020 and paid them $2992.16. Repairs started on Oct. 30th, 2020. Workers showed up and started working before 7am while we were still sleeping. They gave no notice they were here or when they were to be here. The roof was completed in 9 hours. Infront hired workers to do the inside ceiling, which we were not satisfied with. These inside workers stood on our buffet, used our vacuum cleaner, and our ladders and step stool. They did not come prepared to do the job. I called KiKi, one of the managers, and told her what was going on. I told her we did not want them to come back to our house again, but she told me I did not have a choice. It took them 3 more times of coming to our house to make it look better. They sent us a bill for the remainder of the balance. I then called Infront for an itemized statement. I was told they would get that to us soon. I have called them 3 more times to get the itemized statement, and we still have not received it to this day. Zack F called me, and I told him what the workers had done to the buffet and the other items I listed above. I told him we deserved some compensation because we had to get a new vacuum cleaner. He then said basically we wanted to keep some of the money we owed them. I will never recommend them to anyone.

My house received a new roof and the final bill was issued shortly after. I soon noticed damage and discovered the shingles were incorrectly installed. They weren't nailed through the nailing strip, causing them to separate and slide off. I contacted InFront, who initially claimed our warranty had expired. I argued the installation was flawed from the start. They agreed to inspect the issue. Alex from InFront acknowledged the poor nailing job and criticized the workmanship. InFront lacked documentation of the installation process. I reported water damage to InFront and sought a temporary fix but received no reply. After persistent follow-ups, InFront promised to repair the damage and inspect the roof the following week, also planning a preliminary visit to assess material needs. However, InFront neither showed up nor reached out further. To avoid more interior water damage, I hired another company for the repairs. I discovered the shingles were not only high nailed but also missing nails near the ends, violating installation guidelines and voiding the manufacturer's warranty.
