It was like he couldn't do simple math or take the time to attempt some customer service skills to check and correct the issue. At this point my Son used a curse word when describing the price was inncorrect and simple to see, Shawn asked him to leave the store. We both left the store but I came back in to get his name. He stopped me at the door with one of his employees asking them to wait with him for a min because he was having trouble with me. Which he wasn't. He just didn't want to do his job. I retrieved his name as he showed me his name badge. Then I left the store. This was a ridiculous experience that should have never happened. Very very poor management on Shawns part! He should not manage any store in the future.
Desired outcome: Get rid of dud management like this one.
