fake attempted delivery twice
On Sunday morning I was notified that my parcel would arrive within 3 hours. At 11, I received another email stating an attempt was made to deliver . I proceeded to check my security camera and there was no attempt . I called and complained and they had the gall to record a second attempted delivery which was also a lie. Please don't lie to your customers.

Delivery are exeptional but pick ups, no so much.

i had a pickup date for dec 4 i received a message on dec the 5 that they are on there way to pickup still waiting . i called and got a new delivery date wich was for dec 8 got a message at 11h57 telling me thay are on there way to pickup it is now 9h27 pm and i am still waiting i have to be up at 4h30to go to work untill what time do i wait ? for them not to show up i have allready wasted 3 days waiting for you to show up .if you showed up three times and no one was home would you be happy i dont think so .
Desired outcome: pick up with a time window of a few hours and not days i think in the year 2022 we have the tools to give better service then what you are offering

Pickup for a return #intlcmr103202778
I am trying to return an item to Amazon.ca becuase it didn't function when it arrived. I was told that Intelcom would pick it up on Dec 5th at some point between 8am and 9pm.
I waited at home all day and finally received a notice saying that I needed to reschedule my return. After being on hold with Intelcom for 45 minutes, they told me that the driver had attempted delivery. They sent me a picture of my house taken from inside a vehicle on the street. Not from the side that my house door is on. There was a skiff of snow on my sidewalk that stayed all day. The footprints from the kid who delivers the flyers in the morning were there all day but there were no other prints in the snow. The guy didn't even come to the door and attempt to knock.
I rebooked the pickup for the soonest available time which was Dec 7th. I switched my days off so I could be here.
Again, I waited all day. This time there was no notification at all. Nothing. Just the continued absence of a courier to pick up my return.
I just got off the phone with their customer service and they said that because of the business of the season, they weren't able to pick up my package yesterday. I can't take anymore time off work this weed, so they suggested I contact the seller and arrange an alternative method of returning the item.
I haven't had any problems with deliveries yet, but their service with returns is abysmal.

I just checked my email and they've now scheduled a return for Dec 9th. Even though I told them I'd make alternative arrangements because I couldn't take any more days off this week.
I am filled to the brim with confidence in Intelcom!
Desired outcome: I would like Intelcom to either allow pickup without someone present, make alternative arrangements for pickup and leave me out of it (eg: local courier,etc.) or compensate me for the 2 days I stayed home waiting.
Return pickup
I had a pickup scheduled by Intelcom on Dec 7, 2022. The tracking number was :- INTLCMR103243672 and the driver’s name was Lakwinder. Firstly the driver refused to come up using the buzzcode. Then when i asked the driver to wait so that I can come down to hand over the package, he was very rude and refused to wait. I still went down, and could not find him anywhere. Please note, in a building with 29 floors, it takes some time to get the elevator and come down. Additionally, there was no time mentioned for the pickup. This behaviour is not acceptable.
Desired outcome: I would like some action taken against the driver.

At 2:49 today December 7th your driver Nithesh delivered a package to my home at 483 East Floral Beach Road Suniah Ontario
Intel package number INTLCMD187564913.
When he went to leave rather than use all of my driveway to make his 3 point turn around he only backed up part way and in going forward drove over my lawn which happens to be my septic field.
I have this on camera.
I will watch to see if my septic field has been damaged and expect that you will keep this notice on file

I got a notice in my email and on Amazon that Intelcom had attempted to make delivery of my parcel at 12:!4pm yesterday. I was actually sitting outside on my front entrance deck eating lunch between 12 and 1. Clearly Intelecom drivers are working the system or just outright lying. My package showed scanned back to intelecom a few hours later. Where the heck is my package!
Desired outcome: I want the driver to answer for his or her actions. I want to know what their response is to the fact i was actually sitting right at my front door when i got the notice that delivery had been attempted. What is their excuse?
Package not delivered
I received an email at 10:04 pm tonight telling me my package is scheduled to be delivered in the next 3 hours by driver Sahib. I am thinking do I really need to wait until possibly 1 am for a package delivery? So I am waiting expecting someone will deliver to my door, and then I get another email at 10:29 pm telling me the package i ordered from the Bay has been delivered at 11:27 pm? ( I am assuming this is eastern time since I am central and it is only 10:29 when I got the email).
No one has come to my door and no one has driven into my condo complex bay. I decided to check anyway. I looked in my mailbox, and at both of my neighbour’s doors. I even went so far as to check my garbage and recycling bins because it is garbage day tomorrow so the bins are out. But there was nothing. The email also says to scroll down to see delivery proof image? There is no image? I’m curious to know where it was delivered. The worst part is it was a clothing item and the last one of its size so I can’t even have another one reshipped.
This is horrible service with zero proof of anything. Even if there was a photo how does that prove it has been delivered? Anyone can take a photo at an address then just walk away with the package after they take the photo?

Drivers and customer service
I’m sitting and reading all these complaints! I can so relate to all of it and I’m extremely exhausted from it. They don’t care about anybody but themselves and we pay for their screw ups! I’m repeating myself over and over on the phone and that’s even if I get through! I will no longer use intelcom for deliveries . If I can’t get something delivered then I don’t order. Amazon is definitely going to lose customers if they haven’t now.

Delivery person claims that address is wrong. Have been using the same address for a few years now. Package keeps being delayed. They said that they try to deliver and get no response. We have been home for 3 days straight waiting and it doesn't show up. This is ridiculous. Stuff should come when it says it will. I am a very disappointed customer. Something should be done.
About Delivery
I had a clear instruction to leave the package by the door of suit 9. They ignored it for 2 times. The third day I waited home all day and literaly I was sitting by the window to see the intelcom van and do not miss the package but suddenly I received an email "Your delivery has been postponed".
Then I called customer service, and no one answered. And again I called and asked them to deliver the package "the day after tommorow".
Now I am waiting for my package while the tracking number shows that it is not even shipped!
I tried to contact the customer service 3 times and noone answers.
Desired outcome: I simply just want my package 🥲

First delivery I got a call but were closed so I requested next day before 5 pm then The second delivery was to be delivered to address I requested with a time line of hours open I stayed late to receive it and I got an email stating Prabnoor Singh was to deliver my package and then I got another stating undelivered to which no driver showed up nor called me and I waited at the office till 6:45 pm and the email notification can at 5:58pm
Mr Singh never even showed up nor called me like the previous day driver Smit Hiren Bhai. who took the time to call
I’m not happy as we are now closed for the weekend.

Amazon return pickup
3 times i had a verified e-mail, stating they were on the way to pick up a package for return. All 3 times, no one showed.This is the last time I am rescheduling a pickup for return, then it will be beyond any doubt that they have NO intention of picking up the package and I will need to try another option to return this package, that Intelcom refuses to pick-up. Very disappointed in this company because of the 3 and now 4 confirmations of a driver on the way but no driver showing up. Very dis-honest and unethical.

Package was finally picked up by Intelcom for return, Then 30 days later I was contacted by Amazon informing me that since I did not return the package, I was being charged the full amount. So who-ever picked up the return package, I hope your enjoying those new sweatpants.

Courier took Wrong Package
On December 01,2922 I had a package ready to be handed to the Intelcom courier (Ravinder) for return to Amazon. Instead of contacting me (like others have done) or knocking on my door to get the item, he made the decision to put the return label on a newly delivered non-Amazon package and took it. Ravinder's proof of pick up photo clearly shows him putting the rerun label on my newly delivered package. He did not follow protocol and this situation is causing a lot of unnecessary stress.
Intelcom's customer service was unhelpful, claiming that they couldn't escalate to a supervisor/manager. In addition, the driver was unresponsive to their attempts to contact them.
Desired outcome: I want my package that he was not authorized to take back!
Item ordered on Amazon by my brother, to be delivered to my address, in another province.
• First email. Intelcom had received the package.
• 2nd email confirmed thar they had received my delivery instructions (buzz apartmet, with alternative drop off if i didnt answer - not out of the way; just to Reception in neighbouring bldg on same property)
• 3rd email - package on the way to be delivered in next 3 hours
• 4th email - your delivery has been postponed. It will be delivered tomorrow
These 4 emails were received Nov. 30, 2022. When I hadn't received my item, I phoned. This is a pointless endeavor: the operator had no access to any information that I didn't have access to by tracking my order. The only thing she could do was to add my phone number so driver could reach me.
Intelcom is obviously in possession of the package. It is now mid-afternoon on December 2nd. The package has not been delivered. Tracking doesn't confirm delivery, and I've been home the entire time, waiting, not going out, so I would be there when it arrived... 3 wasted days. We have received no new emails. Still waiting at home. VERY DISSATISFIED

i have contacted Amazon 4 times who said they emailed Intelcom because my packages were not delivered on time. I also contacted Intelcom directly and spoke to 4 different people on 4 separate dates who ensured it would be delivered next day. I left delivery instructions as well as a contact Tel # to call when they arrive to deliver as well. Update says delivery attempt failed when I was clearly there waiting . They also did not call the telephone number provided. I even placed a sign on the door. the tracking #’s are INTLCMD164574823 and INTLCMD164575503. please can these get delivered asap. please have driver call [protected] if he is having issues. I can come meet him . I can change the delivery address if it makes it easier. a I don’t want these packages sent back to Amazon because Intelcom is not bothering to read instructions. Kristen Exelby

Intelcom are been losing my parcels or delivered them late. I got no support from them, I been told the same thing over and over they will have my orders to be deliver and they don’t. Since the 25th November I been calling them to know why my two orders : [protected] & [protected] are still in their warehouse and not been deliver! Every times they told me they will look at it and they will be deliver the next day….. 6 days later. Still no not deliver and I’m missing two more parcels since them.
Amazon told me to deal with Intelcom services and Intelcom services told me to get refund if I don’t get them. It takes so long or not at all to get a refund ou get them ship again and the worst be deliver again by Intelcom who will be not deliver them on time or not at all

My package was delivered today at my door and the package was opened and an item was taken I want my item that I paid for returned to me if your drivers have to resort to stealing other peoples items that I work hard for to buy they can darn well stop stealing this is a Chris gift and I want it returned and I will not except an apology I want it returned

I have received several notices stating that the Intelcom driver was “ON THE WAY”, but never showed.
As you need to be present for P/U, I have literally been kept locked up in my house waiting for Intelcom.
I think that the system sucks big time, and I will NEVER! use it again. Sounded like a good idea, but is NOT!
I need you to :
1. Send me what I need for printing a label so I can take to post or Purolator before the Dec. 1 deadline for return
2. Extract an apology from Intelcom. Preferably with compensation for many hours wasted waiting for them to show up, AS PROMISED!

Further to my complaint, going back to Nov15 when it all started, I have received several notices, the two last notices on Nov,26 stating that the p/u would be on Nov.25...? and another note on Nov. 27 that p/u would be on Nov 17... huh?
The deadline for the return to Amazon, is December 1, so I will have an issue with Amazon about being late, of course caused by Intelcom.

On saturday November 26 2022 My package was thrown half way up my front lawn in the rain! There was nothing impeding him from making it up to my door. Or wven my side door! I have pictures to prove from the delivery driver himself! I have a front door and side door even he could have put it at. Pictures will be attached
