Would not deliver and lied about reason-zero stars
Ordered a carport from Amazon on Oct 18th. To be delivered by NSD. Had delivery date that was changed. 2nd delivery date 1 week later. Day of delivery checked for time to find it had been rescheduled a 3rd time due to "weather". No call or contact from NSD about not showing up. There had been NO weather for the last 8 days and it was clear and warm day of delivery on Nov 13th. Item was 3 hours away on flat freeway and flat straight 2 lane paved highway to our house. Dry and clear all over our State. They auto-rescheduled for another week later, when we would be out of town. The following week after that is Thanksgiving so probably no deliveries on the next date. Was unable to contact NSD after 3 HOURS between them and Amazon trying to rectify this and their lie about weather. Ended up cancelling order after waiting all this time due to their inability to get it delivered. The constant rescheduling then lying about the weather is inexcusable.
Recommendation: Beware and try to use another carrier if possible unless you have indefinite amounts of time and are willing to be home for deliveries that never show up.
NSD scheduled all the delivery dates with zero input from me or contact to even ask if I would be here, or could be here. Zero contact when they self cancelled as well. 1 MONTH of waiting and no idea when they would decide to deliver since they will apparently cite "weather" when there had been NONE., if it is not convenient for them to drive 3 hours on perfect roads.

NSD shipping is the worst I have ever encountered. I took a vacation day because someone had to be available to receive the package. I checked the status of delivery the morning of, and it was "out for delivery" at 4:00am. Except, is was never on a truck and now we are "scheduled for delivery" in 8 days. They are costing me two vacation days and their "customer service" could not understand why I was upset by this.
I was the company and had no choice over who shipped. That said, I will not do business with this supplier again because of what it has cost me in vacation time.

I am writing to request assistance with filing a claim with NSD saying I never received the item I ordered and I need a refund of $1,307.68 that I spent on an exterior door that was never delivered yet marked delivered as of December 8, 2023.
I have tried filing a claim on NSD's website but the website does not function properly (see screenshots). I have called NSD many times at [protected] and provided my tracking number but the automated program hangs up on me saying my item was marked as delivered.
On December 15, 2023, NSD was conducting a dock search and on December 22, 2023, a Home Depot Associate told me NSD said it was still conducting a dock search. I was told that I would have an answer by December 27. I did not hear from NSD about the whereabouts of my door.
I have security footage (see attached) that shows the delivery was never made. My bank is investigating this issue.

mattress delivery
Worst customer service...never answer phone. And managers are no help...I ordered a mattress from Jcpenny on July 31st 2023 and it said it was shipped on Aug 9th. I never received and email or phone call from NSD. I called JcPenney and they said that NSD has had the product sine August 13th. It was the end of August and I still has not received the mattress. after numerous call to NSD they claim they have called to set up a delivery date, they have never called my husbands or my phone to set up a delivery. I spoke to manager several times and was told give them a few more days and they will reach out to you. I explained I was leaving the country Sept 6th and i needed it delivered before then. Still nothing. I Called and Jcpenney again and they said to wait a few more days it will be delivered. come to find out the order was canceled and retuned to Jcpenney.

Delivery
Nsd and hubgroup have the absolute worst customer service and delivery practices. They scheduled a delivery then cancel. I then chat with them and they say someone will call me in 48hrs. How does it take 48hrs to figure out when they will deliver. Then I call because the person chatting with me didn't answer my questions. The lady just kept making excuses and when I asked to speak to a supervisor at the terminal she said there wasn't anyone to speak to. Absolute worst shipping company.
Desired outcome: Them to delivery my order tomorrow. Or tell me exactly when I'll have my over $1000 item.
NSD not picking up
NSD was supposed to pick up a package from Home Depot that was broken during shipment. The box has been sitting in the same place for over 3 weeks waiting to get picked up. NSD sent an initial email stating, “you will be contacted directly from our terminal normally within 3-5 business days” regarding pickup time. No one bothered to contact me, so after 5 days I followed up. They replied with, "Our records show our terminal attempted pick up on 08/18/23, someone told the team nothing to pickup. Please contact Home Depot to submit a new order if still needed." So they either sent someone unannounced, or didn't bother trying to pickup and just claimed there's "nothing to pick up". I have since tried to reach them, but no response.
When entering the tracking number on their website, it shows that the package has been picked up, but it clearly has not, as it is still where it's been sitting since August 1!
Desired outcome: I would like them to pick up the item I am trying to return to Home Depot.
2 floor pallets delivery
I placed an order on July 26 with Home Depot for 2 pallets of flooring. The items where supposed to be delivered on August 10. Here we are August 21 with no floors. Home Depot uses NSD for their delivery services. I'm starting to belive that it stands for NO SUCH DELIVERY! We have called and checked on the status of the floors up until today with no resolution. NSD was supposed to do a dock sweep on the 15th, and they have never returned or calls. Finally had to just cancel the order. Shame on you home depot for continuing to do business with a shady company
Delivery of a chipper I bought from Home Depot
The incident was on August 15. The Delivery truck tried to deliver a rototiller that was suppose to be a chipper. He said he dropped the chipper off at his previous stop by accident. He ask me if my Name was Leonard and I said yes. He had the chipper paperwork in his hand. He then said he was going to call and tell his boss and that he would be back in an hour. I haven’t seen hide nor hair of them since yesterday. Would be nice if someone would call, text or even email me about what’s going on. I bought the wood chipper on line through Home Depot. Bathtub
Delivered a bathtub from Home Depot which I rejected due to heavy damage. Driver never sent an email or marked the order as rejected so it appeared to Home Depot’s I was asking for a refund for something delivered. Their computer program for customer purchase/return flagged my account and wouldn’t allow any action on my order. I’m supposed to use snail mail to some PO Box to dispute their decision. Now I’m out $1300 and my project is shut down all because some driver didn’t do his job!
Desired outcome: I would like this cleared up with Home Depot’s “TRE” affiliate company so I don’t have further problems /buying/returning items.
NSD Delivery Carrier
I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a vanity from Home Depot which was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. it has not arrived and I have made numerous contacts to NSD with absolutely no solutions. I have called and attempted live chat. They can’t tell me where my package is located or when it will be delivered. We need our vanity to finish our bathroom. We are out our bathroom and it is putting a great stress on our large family. I have reached out to every possible outlet with NSD and they are not sympathetic or willing to help in any way. The company is a disgrace to work ethic or compassion of quality work. I will never recommend NSD. We are still waiting for the vanity. I have very little faith it will ever arrive. I absolutely need this to be resolved now. This is unacceptable!

Delivery.
Ordered a sink top on July 18, 2023. It left Weslaco, TX on the 20th and arrived in Cincinnati on July 21 at NSD warehouse. On July 26, they posted it was out for deliver and would be delivered between 8:00 and 12:00. No show, No call.
On July 28 they took it upon themselves to reschedule it for August 6 delivery. That date is a Sunday. Thank it was delivered? Called Home Depot trying to get answers and all I get was they contacted the deliver service who in turned did nothing more than tell me what I already knew BUT did tell me it was escalated to a higher priority in delivery but couldn't tell me when that time was because they didn't schedule over the phone?
Desired outcome: A phone call when it will be delivered and delivered when promised.
Mattress not being delivered
I originally ordered a mattress from JCPenney on 5/23. Here it is 7/27 and I have no mattress. I have made numerous phone calls over this mattress. We even had to refund and repurchases the mattress. Finally after multiple "we'll call you back" my mattress was finally located and I received a text to schedule the delivery which was scheduled for yesterday Wednesday 7/26 after 5:15 PM. No one ever called or showed up. I finally talk to Barbara at NSD today and was told that a truck was not in my area at the time that was scheduled and basically implied that my after 5:15 PM scheduled time was a figment of my imagination because the information on their end was different. Please see below on the photos of the texts and the screen shot of their tracking page. The part that pisses me off the most is no one cares and they make you wait 24-72 hours to get a supervisor involved. Oh and that's 24-72 BUSINESS hours so with it being a Thursday I may have to wait till Monday before I hear from anyone because apparently these supervisors need that much time to follow up on an order that has been grossly mishandled for weeks. When I asked if this was a common problem Barbara said "No" which is clearly a lie because these escalation supervisors wouldn't need such a large window of time to contact you back when NSD has messed! Also I have been reading recent complaints about NSD for the last hour. This is absolutely unacceptable! I want my mattress! I spoke with Barbara at 10:00 AM today and as you can see my account was updated to "rescheduled" at 11:25 AM and I have not heard from anyone. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and I will be asking for this order to be comped completely. You literally have one job which is to deliver items that are purchased. The fact that I can't get communication when there are numerous ways to communicate is absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER purchase anything that is to be delivered by NSD again. This company is an absolutely joke and I intend to share this situation with as many people as possible. With the numerous complaints about this company I will be contacting our local news to ask that they investigate for their "Don't Waste Your Money" segment.
Damage to property

My name is Glen D. Romero, I have been trying to file a claim for property damage after a pickup by NSD for an online Home Depot order. It has been approximately 4 weeks now. After endless hours on the phone with Home Depot I was finally given this information to file a claim to your company. see pictures attached. On approximately the 26th of June 2023 this driver drove into my property (note: driver failed to utilize the driveway and drove on my lawn) causing the damage in the photos. I have the following information PO#[protected] tracking number 7525529, CP 6598028. I was actually able to speak to the driver when he returned with another delivery. Delivery damage
They delivered a fridge to my house. They were rolling it on its side on not an appliance dolly. There was damage to the box. Upon opening the box, I was able to see the damage that they caused to my product. I wasn't even able to say anything to the people who delivered it as the only time I saw them was when they were running down the street away from my house with the small rolling dolly. I didn't even have a chance to refuse the delivery because I would have given the serious damage to the cardboard box outside which let me know that's something was going to be messed up on the inside. They don't deserve their $55 delivery fee. I deserve $100 for dealing with their awful, useless delivery. They also did not show up in the window that they were supposed to. They did not alert me that they were around. There was no communication whatsoever. That doesn't surprise me as all of my dealings with this company have been absolutely horrific and I am making my mission to never in my life use them.
Desired outcome: I want my delivery fee back and additional because you guys damaged my product and ran, as the cowards that you are since you knew I was going to refuse it as soon as I saw the damage of the box.
Just need an item Picked up.
Home Depot is unfortunately going through NSD to pick up an item. First request went through May 9, 2023 NSD dropped the ball and never contacted me. So, it is now July 11, 2023. This is the 5th time Home Depot has submitted a request through NSD for pick-up and NSD still has not scheduled a pick up time or contacted me. How they are in service, blows my minds. Next step, is sending emails to Home Depot corporate office, letting them know.
Desired outcome: Contact me and pick up the item for Home Depot. Seems pretty simple, but maybe it’s to tall of a task for this shipping company.

Terrible customer service..keep changing delivery date. I want to pick the product up and nobody can give me any information on the location of the product. Lot's of foreign people to talk to but none of them have any info. Please just give me an American to speak with.
NSD needs all sorts of form from Amazon and even the Amazon guys said NSD is a pain in the [censored] to deal with.

Never delivered
I order 3 bathroom vanities from Home Depot and NSD was the delivery service they chose. I had nothing but a horrible experience from the very beginning. I received an email on June 28th stating the vanities would be delivered that day between 9-1 and they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I never received a phone call or my vanities. I called NSD that evening and was told they were running late but they were still out for delivery. They never showed. I called Home Depot on the 29th and after a long wait of them trying to contact NSD I was told that I would receive a call in 24-49 hours to reschedule delivery. Never received a call or my vanities. Checked status online on July 2 and it showed the vanities were delivered on June 28th. They were not. I called Home Depot and was informed that NSD was showing them delivered on the 28th with signature but conveniently, there were no delivery photos. And I still never received a call or my vanities. I told them what a terrible company NSD was and the rep informed me that they were usually really good but that they have a really hard time with my service area location. Yeah you know why? Because it's MEMPHIS! THAT'S WHY! My vanities were sold off the dock probably. And some "delivery guy" probably chicken scratched on the signature line. This company is a theiving joke.
Desired outcome: Home Depot corrected the issue for me so basically NSD or one of their theiving employees scammed Home Depot and not me.

Delivery driver coat message.
On June 22, 2023 I had an online order from Home Depot deliver a bath vanity.
There were 2 drivers a man and a woman.
As the male removed the vanity from the box truck, the female employee walked around the truck.
As she walked past me I saw she had in large bold letters "[censored] YOU" on the back of her jacket.
I live in a cul-de-sac and numerous neighbors were out noticing this message and walked away.
I am shocked that any company would allow this behavior from an employee. I am guessing this is a message for the customer.
I contacted Home Depot and they also were upset this behavior is permitted. You cannot be this hard up for drivers that you would allow this to occur.
This makes your Company look terrible and also makes Home Depot look likes fools for hiring your Company.
I will never use your Company again.
You need to address this issue.
My order has not arrived
I ordered a ping pong table from Amazon on 5/25/2023. It was scheduled to be delivered on 6/8/2023. It is now 6/21/2023, I have called multiple times and keep getting the same answer "someone will contact you soon to schedule your delivery". I contacted Amazon who reportedly have a dedicated line to contact NSD, but they could not get in contact either. I recommended that Amazon discontinue using this company because of all the complaints.
