On FOUR occasions, I have had packages delivered from Amazon...instructions clearly state that I have a small dog and to close the gate...and they leave the damn gate open! I was waiting for my delivery at home and suddenly received a message that there was an attempt and they were unable to deliver the package. I WAS HERE ALL THE TIME LOL
Very upsetting since it is my second package for such an item, first one was LOST and refunded. This ruined my plans today!

The delivery person had to walk up the snow covered step to drop the Amazon box in the snow in front of the door. To the left of the front door, approx 8ft is a carport, mailbox, covered side door. You would have to be blind to miss it. Your drivers continue to place parcels at the front even after my repeated calls and messages to Intelcom. The standard line" I will send a note to our delivery supervisor and he will speak to the delivery person" Really, has this ever happened. Today I spent about 16 minutes trying to contact Intelcom by phone. All I ever heard was " we are registering your call".
Today, I am going to put a barricade across the front railing leading to the front door so that they might see that there is no access. If they do leave a parcel at the front door, they will either jump over the barricade or throw the box in the snow at the front door. Everyone delivers our mail, parcels, etc... to the side door, even the person who delivers our newspaper.
Before the barricade, I am contacting Amazon for the 10th or 12th time to register another complaint against Intelcom. You're delivery people really do not care how much work it leaves for the customer, when a parcel is damaged, stolen ...Thank you. Robert

Took a delivered package off my porch as a return!
Two days ago the driver showed up, did not knock on my door but instead picked up a package sitting on my doorstep from the States address to me, took a picture of it, sent me "Proof of Return" with that picture and left with my parcel. I called this company right after and they contacted the driver who said he would turn around, he didn't. I called 6 hours later and was told he would be returning the package by 9pm and again he didn't. Called again this morning to find out he took it to the warehouse instead. I cannot get any answers, no managers have called me back even though the CS agents have said they would, and no status emails as promised either. This is basically Porch Pirate stuff since their rules specifically say "have your tracking ID on hand so that the driver can validate they have the right package. This email will do." and "For security reasons, the return cannot be completed if the package is not handed directly to the driver.". So now I don't have materials for my conference that starts tomorrow and no answers as to when I will. Worst company for CS and worst drivers ever! Here is a picture of the item that was delivered to me and a video of him picking it up and taking a picture of it and leaving with it.
Desired outcome: My parcel from San Diego must be found and returned to me asap!

Assuming this a pallett and your tracking system says delivered on November 6, 2022. This did not get to 730 8 ave wainwright. Do not know where it was delivered. It snowed heavily on the 6th an there was no footprints leading to my front door. We are usually home early afternoon. Best gift just tells me that it was delivered and signed for and to go after intelcom. Now I am stuck with no products and I paid the bill. After 4 phone calls and many emails I've not gotten any farther ahead. This is not good business. I never received a call or email stating when the driver would be here. Your website paints a pretty picture. My cimplai t is on the driver who cannot find a proper address and drops packages off wherever they can. ive checked with our post office and they deal with these issues with your company constantly. Wainwright even has a Facebook page dealing with lost packages and packages that do not belong to them. Intelcom seem to top the list. Please respond to me as I would like this dealt with. Thank you

Saturday November 19th, 2022 at 3pm My friend and I were picking up another friend at Foodland in Frankford, Ontario. The one driver was pulled partially in parking lot more so diagonal. Another customer to Foodland rolled down their window and stated that he was pulled in diagonal and instead of just fixing the issue stated to the other driver that she should just shut the f*** up... And this is the type of people that represent Amazon in Foodland in Frankford, Ontario. I got the license plate where this driver was driving a white van license plate number CSZR305
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate some acknowledgement that this was inappropriate behavior, and that there is consequences to his actions.

Pickups for returns/ lost or damaged packages
I have my complaint in email form and need your email address to get it to you. Im not wasting anymore time dealing with such a useless rude company.
Theyve failed to pick up 2 returns for a whole week. Ive hadto be home each day that was scheduled. Thats more time than I spend at work. I cant do anything but wait. Havent been getting my day sleeps for my night shifts.
Remove yourselves as neing Amazons Vernon delivery company and ill be satisfied.
I hada full year of hell dealing with Intelcom.
Desired outcome: A different company doing Amazon packages as im leaving Amazon asva customer because of Intelcom service or lack of.

They never follow delivery instructions and they always leave my order in the driveway or at the gate so it gets soaked and ruined or stolen.
I have asked multiple times for them to stop being so lazy, no other carrier has a problem delivering this properly and I order tons of packages delivered by tons of different delivery drivers.

Intelcom is useless. I've had more than ten issues with them out of probably 15 amazon orders in the last year. They rarely deliver at the scheduled time. More often than not, they'll also post that they 'attempted delivery', yet I've been home all day and received nothing. They rarely call, knock, follow schedules, etc.
Most recently, I tried using intelcom to do an amazon return pickup at my home rather than printing the label and delivering it myself. WOW. Never do that again. They failed to pick it up 3 times and have just never showed up for the last pickup time. The three times occurred over about 1.5 weeks, and the last pickup time was set for 2 weeks ago. No contact. No attempts. They're [censored]ing useless.
Desired outcome: COMPLETE MY RETURN!!! AMAZON NEEDS TO USE A DIFFERENT COURIER. INTELCOM IS TERRIBLE.

EVERY time I have an Amazon package being delivered by Intelcom it arrives at least 2 days late. The tracking info says that the delivery attempt was made but I work at the mailroom in an office that receives couriers all day long and I know no attempt was made. I constantly have to call Intelcom daily to push them to deliver it. I've had Intelcom include out office hours in the notes as well as my phone number and instructions to call me when the driver arrives but they never call. I've even had instances where the driver leaves the package in the unsecured lobby and I get an email with a picture of my expensive package sitting on a couch!

as you can see from the picture that your driver left my parcel on my front porch that is less than 10 feet from sidewalk! There is a sign on my front door to take parcels to side. Either they shove my parcels in my mailbox and they get damaged or left in the rain and this needs to stop. If they are doing a job then do it correctly and stop annoying customers of Amazon. Look at pictures and tell me what is wrong with your drivers eyes or brain? They can read signs as well as signs not to park in driveway or turn around in the back of my house or my neighbours driveway. You need to have a serious talk with your drivers!

We have been waiting for this shipment for 3 days. They have been trying to deliver at 12:02 AM PST and 12:10 AM PST, which would be 1:02 and 1:10 AM MST, our time. I don't think our business will be open at this time of night. This is also the second day in a row with a " three-hour notification of delivery, email" from the company to no avail. Calling doesn't help as they are clueless to what is happening, other than what the web site says. I am on hold again, as I am getting the same standard answer, that it is out for delivery. I would never ever use this company as I have over 35 years' experience in Logistics and have never seen such incompetence. Run away if they arrive at your location to offer their service.

LOL, after twenty minutes on hold. They can't get ahold of the driver; they have no Manager available, and they guarantee that it is out for delivery today. Hmmm, haven't heard that before.

I would like to complain about the lady Intelcom driver's bad attitude from last week and today. Feeling entitled, She has a very bad customer
service in front of my house with a rude way of communication. I left a negative review , I don't want to deal with her again, so I left a very detailed message that if no one's answering the door, just leave. Now she message me which is not appropriate.

Intelcom Delivery driver drove through barrier tape at the end of our driveway. That was in place because the driveway had fresh asphalt on it and we can't (or aren't supposed to) drive on it for 5-7 days. This was Day 1. Such ignorance is unacceptable, fortunately we got it on our security camera, we were out of town at the time.

Desired outcome: Pay for any damages incurred for this grossly unnecessary incident. Driveway will be inspected by the asphalt company that put our driveway in to assess all of the tire marks for indentations.

My street has 7 different parking because I live in a rowhouse the one in the parking beside me has the same house number but it's 545 nameofthestreet
mine is 555 nameofthestreet the sign is clear of three or other things you can clearly see them when you drive by them the driver go in 545 put the package in the door take a picture and when she goes in front of my parking take a picture of my sign 555 and send me those pictures, they steal the package I contacted them, and they still haven't answer me for this mistake.
Every time I order something from amazon, they always do this and when someone finally answer you the answer is just try to retrieve the package

Package not received, falsified signature
2 of my 3 items were delivered today. The missing item states it was delivered and the time stamp is a time in the future! The signature on the other package isn't even my signature and I was never asked to even sign anything.
It is completely disturbing that your drivers are signing on behalf of customers!
