Intelcom Express Horrible company!!! Scam

I live in Canada. I was waiting for my package for three weeks from the USA. I got a notification that says the package will be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow I got a message the package will be delivered in 3 hours. After 3 hours I got an email your package has been delivered with another person's signature and no address proof. I went outside but It wasn't any package outside. I called customer service and he said let's contact the driver. after waiting for a minute the guy said the driver is unreachable. and you will get an email from us within 24 hours for your package adjustment. After 24 hours I haven't heard anything from the company After calling for the second time he said to ask the merchant for a refund. Now I am sure that my package has been stolen by the driver. This company is a scam and doesn't care about the package and they hurt people's feelings with poor functionality, especially in a country like Canada. Someone has to do some serious steps about this. please see the signature on my package.

Intelcom Express Livraison

Je n’ai jamais vu une gang d’incompétents que sont vos livreurs . Même pas foutu de livrer un colis à une adresse sans qu’il soit oublié dans leur camion. Je suis au 3510 de la montagne Montreal et ça fait au moins 5 fois que cela arrive..Vraiment! On ne parle pas de ROCKET SCIENCE ici mais seulement livrer un foutu colis merde!

Intelcom Express Packages were stolen! left out in the open for anyone to grab!

Once again I have lost packages due to Intelcom's driver's incompetence! Two of my packages were left out in the open and were stolen. There was even a sign on my door to instruct the driver to call me before leaving anything in an unsafe area! This time I am out nearly $200 Can. I cringe everytime canada post contracts out this garbage company!

The tracking numbers were LPKEN000001120737814 and LPKEN000001122485271

Delivery was made today 09/27/22

Desired outcome: Intelcom owes me the cost of my lost packages!

Intelcom Express Delivery driver

Nnemeka The intercom delivery driver!

He refused to take my return items bc they didn’t have labels. It clearly states YOU DON’T NEED TO HAVE SHIPPING LABLES

So I printed the labels bc he said he changed the pick up date to today September 22 and just now wouldn’t take them again bc he said it’s in progress to change the date

I don’t want him back to my home. I spend so much money on Amazon and I can’t believe I would be treated this way about something so pathetic.

Now I have to pay 7$ per items and there’s 4 to bring to two options other than having intercoms pick it up.

Intelcom Express Delivery Person

To whom it may concern,

I’ve attached a video of our delivery today. It’s time-stamped as 12:44 because I’m currently in Ontario (1:44 Atlantic time) but James Emslie, my husband is currently in Green Hill Lake.

He was not home at the time of delivery. We are very concerned with the actions of your delivery driver. He took photos of the side of our home and preceded to go around the right side. We have a canoe, kayaks, paddle boat and tractor lawn mower around the sides and front of our home.

Please explain why your driver took pictures of our private property and decided to explore the surroundings.

James is reaching out to the police to see if there is something we can do about this. Not feeling safe now.

Intelcom Express Pick up for Amazon return

I have been trying to return an Amazon purchase for over a week now. Intelcom is the pick up carrier and they continue to just not show up for the pick up. It is becoming increasingly frustrating to have to reschedule an appointment that I did not break. They should automatically reschedule when pick up is unavailable.

It's highly likely that if they do not come on the next scheduled pickup date that I will miss the returns window for a product I tried to return well within the specified time frame.

Intelcom Express The worst courier service ever!

The pick up boys are NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. They do not care about picking up your items.

I live in a condo, on the 4th floor, they don’t like to come up the lift.

I work from home and cannot go down to meet them, I explain that to them and THEY JUST LEAVE!

They leave without notice.

They don’t care.

I’ve been trying to return a package for 2 weeks now and I’m so tired of re-scheduling all the time.

WORST COMPANY EVER!

Intelcom Express I have a complaint about the delivery man

The delivery man, from intelcom delivered an Amazon order,

He parked away from my driveway and walked up a front ramp to a home residential business, title name business shown big with a big logo in the window, it’s a hair salon,

One person in at a time,

He didn’t knock, he didn’t make any attempt to get noticed,

He opened the door wide open to come in,

My client and I gasped in fear,

My dog (8 lbs white) who is friendly, felt this persone was intruding with all the right reasons, my dogs gave him a warning scratch on the drivers thumb…

The driver didn’t speak English at all,

I tried to talk to him, calmly, and he had someone on the phone asking to speak with me.. in less time I can say anything at all.. using his home language, not English at all…while the driver was trying to squeeze his thumb to make it bleed, cuz it wasn’t bleeding and it was a warning surface scratched only…

Never had a delivery person open my front door of my house/business before,

This is unexceptable, and I want him

Charged..

He had no rights to open my door to walk in, a residential private business. That the government only allows one person in at a time.. this delivery man isn’t capable of using common sense at all

All other times, the delivery was delivered at the back door, unless adresses to the hair salon. And all other delivery knock first

Or make eye contact through the big picture window or the glass door… this is a horrible experience

This package was adresses to be delivered at the back door.

Desired outcome: I want this delivery man charged with breaking in a residential house

Intelcom Express Amazon return pick up - Order date Aug. 30, 2022 Order # [protected] Order total CDN$ 38.07 (1 item)

I have a big question about your pick up service. We were working in the house but was alerted by the notification of our security camera that someone was at our front door. By the time we opened the door, your staff had already left. When I checked the footage of both my security cameras, your staff didn't ring the doorbell and as a result of that we wouldn't know you were here for the pick up. According to my footage record, you staff was here at 11:55am and he he sticked the note on my front within a few seconds and by 11:55:19 he was already half way walking back from the drive way. I found this an intentional act so we would miss the pick up. I hope you can seriously investigate this matter before I will consider how to proceed with my return method

Intelcom Express Delivered to wrong address

My Amazon package was delivered to another, different building. The building it was delivered to is adjacent to my building, but has a different street name and number.

The wrong address that my package was sent to had its address number right in front of the building, as you walk up to the entrance.

The problem is that my building and this other building are joined, aesthetically (but not by address or in their interiors). So, it may look like the same building, but that's not the case. The building my package was left in is comprised of social housing and my building is comprised of condos. I don't have access to the social housing building.

Now, Intelcom sent a photo of the delivered package, and I knew right away it wasn't my building - but, while I was out for a walk, I had a hunch that maybe, a time-pressed delivery person, glued to their phone's GPS and not prone to looking around at their surroundings to decipher locations, may have dumped my delivery in this building, not realizing and probably not caring that the real address was down another street entirely. A look at the apartment buzzer panel probably would have also helped, or a quick glance at the numbering of the mailboxes in the entrance. Alas, our delivery driver had no time to spare for such visual cue follies.

Due to a less than discerning resident from the building where my package was dumped, I was able to gain access to the entry area to try and retrieve my delivery (I could see it!) There were also a bunch of other packages dumped in the same area. Curious, I looked at the addresses and names. The packages were all for addresses in my building. I even recognized names I'd seen before while searching for other deliveries from the past in my own building. I couldn't carry them all back to my building, I was struggling to carry my own package which was very heavy. I thought about going back to collect the other packages. But, I'd have to wait for another resident of that building to let me in and not consider me an opportunistic low-life, trying to steal packages from their building.

I decided to post notices in the lobby of my own building, addressed to the names and addresses I took photos of while I was collecting my package. They would be able to at least collect their own packages, if they wished to do so.

Desired outcome: Confirm a package's address with the number on the building where you leave it.Take a picture of the building's address number & send it with the picture of the delivered package.Don't rely solely on your device to locate addresses.

Intelcom Express Poor delivery service

My tracking number is INTLCMC951256394. You said I sign when my package was delivered [protected], 11:10 AM) but I didn't. The signature you jointed in the email was the letter W.A. and it doesn't match with my name at all (Abel Tremblay-Labbé). You delivered it at the wrong address. You can contact me at [protected]@hotmail.com or at my phone number [protected]. Service in French would be apriciated.

Desired outcome: I want my package or I want to be reimburse the full amount witch is 162$.

Intelcom Express The delivery driver took an apple from my tree

We received a package from Amazon on September 9th, 2022 at 10:03 AM and on his way out the driver took an apple from my tree.

The driver pulled in, tossed the package containing light bulbs on the portch and on his way out took an apple from the tree and caused another to drop before it was ripe.

Amazon ORDER # [protected]

Delivered September 9th, 2022 at 10:03 am.

Desired outcome: I want an apology and the driver reprimanded.

Intelcom Express Delivery drivers don't care

Driver delivers package on Labour Day Monday at noon. Of course I'm not home nobody is on the last day of the last weekend. So they leave the package on the front step so the whole street and ever one walks/drives by can see it. As shown in the driver's own pictures. I put a red circle where they left my package. When I get home at six of course it's stolen.

Every other delivery company's drivers care enough to put my package by the garbage bin. You can clearly see the garbage bin and the room beside it in the drivers own pictures.

When I complain the company wants me to ask the seller for a refund! Come on this is clearly on you guys

Desired outcome: I'd like a refund. Especially of the shipping charges considering you put 0 effort into protecting my package from theft

Intelcom Express Pickup

I had scheduled a pickup for Amazon for September 1st for a return to Amazon. I waited all day and no one showed. I called customer service and found ours the driver went to the wrong address. Rescheduled for Friday. September 2nd. Waited all day and no one arrived to pick up the package. I again called and found out that in fact no driver came here for the pickup. I rescheduled for pickup today September 6th. Again waited all day and finally called at 5:49 to he told the driver would be here in a few hours. At 8:45 pm. I called again and was told the driver was an hour out. It is now 10::45 and no pickup

I have not been unable to leave my home for three days as I have to be home waiting for this pickup. Today customer service was not at all

I am beyond angry. I need this package to be picked up in order to get a refund from Amazon

This situation is outrageous

Intelcom Express delivery service

I received an email around 8 am saying to state delivery instructions. I sent it back stating deliver to the back and received reply stating information received.

I have 5 notes on the front door and mail box DO NOT LEAVE ON FRONT STEP, PLS TAKE TO THE BACK. the parcel would have fit undetected in the mail box (small thin envelope) but the driver obviously made no effort to lift the lid and put in the mail box. It was thrown on the front step. My front step is right on the street. I am fortunate it didnt get stolen. I am not sure why amazon is using intelcom as delivery as I have never had amazon delivery issues when they deliver themselves.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THIS IS THE 2ND TIME DELIVERED BY INTEL COM EXPRESS AND SAME RESULT.

VERY POOR SERVICE IN MY OPINION

Desired outcome: ADVISE YOUR DRIVER TO PAY ATTENTION. MAYBE READ NOTES POSTED ON THE DOOR OR WHEN EMAIL RETURNED STATING DELIVER TO THE BACK.. ITS ONLY ABOUT 10 OR 12 STEPS. (lazy_)

Intelcom Express Drivers NOT reading signs

How many times do I need to tell your drivers to read our front door. It says " Shipping & Receiving at rear door" Every other courier company can read, and follows these instructions. Not Intelcom, Never Intelcom. The driver today got real mad when I told him shipping & receiving is at the back door of our business! We do not have anyone on the first floor, and at our front door! Now, we had to go buy an extra license for our access control system to lock our front door indefinitely, to lock your drivers from opening our front door because they're to much in a hurry to read signs. I cringe when we have an Intelcom delivery arriving. Worst company in the world, with the worse drivers. Absolute madness there is no control over all the complaints.

Intelcom Express Very poor courier service

September 1, 2022

I have had several packages transported by Intelcom and I can tell you the service is absolutely terrible. Twice my packages sat in a warehouse in Toronto for six days awaiting pickup by Intelcom and my current package in transit is who knows where, the tracking offered by Intelcom is now out of action, their tracking always lagged well behind anyway. I cannot understand why any business would use this company considering the large number of bad reviews out there, they too will lose business because of this.

Intelcom Express Package not delivered

Event took place on Aug. 25, 2022.

Despite being home at the date and time of delivery, my package was not delivered even though I received an email notification saying it was delivered. the driver never rang the doorbell. When I looked outside by chance maybe a half an hour later, there was no package. I don't know if the driver just never actually dropped the package off. When I tried to contact customer service, the rep was so incredibly rude and unhelpful and kept trying to just hang up on me. I just want my package to be delivered or to be refunded.

Desired outcome: Please refund or deliver the package.
