no customer service
I bought an Invicta watch from an authorized dealer and within the first 6 month the band was broken. If you ask my wife, she will tell you that I treated this watch better than I treat my own children !
I called the company to complain and of course the band is not covered but what is a watch without a band? at any rate i called customer service and they are very polite and empathetic but they just say sorry we can't help you, I have to pay $58 for the stupid band. I asked for a supervisor, no supervisor. I asked for an 800 number to complain, doe s not exist. I asked for an email or just an address, just the ones posted on the website and of course they don't go anywhere...
I guess its the business model, sell good looking stuff and the hell with customer service. In other words, "snatch" business. Very sad because I really love this watch. I hung up and I tried to overcome my anger with no luck. About 2 months after I gave up and said I will pay the damn $58 and don't look back. After placing the order, the rep. tells me as part of the "disclouser" that it may take up to 90 days to get the band !
pay all that money for the stupid watch that does not last then pay another $58 for the band then wait without a watch for 90 days ..(*^%#$#&%^&*^*&(*
RIP OFFFFF !
lackluster service
Ordering parts has never been so hard! Or should I say receiving parts ordered has never been so hard?
On 8/24/10 I ordered a simple link for my Invicta watch, I was told upfront that it could take from 1-3 months. I was ok with that.
On 9/24/10 I called to check on the order and was told the part was in but they didn't have my credit card #, so I gave it to them and they said it would be sent out in the next week. Once again I was ok with that.
On 10/5/10 I called to see what was going on with the order and they stated they couldn't ship without my CC #. I explained they already received my CC# on 9/24/10, but gave it to them again to make sure I got my order.
On 10/13/10 I again called and got the same story about my CC#. Customer service girl explained they don't keep the CC#'s in the computer as to protect the consumer. She sounded sincere so again I gave them my CC#. She guaranteed the part would go out the next day, Thursday the 14th of October. So, I figured I'd give it time to arrive.
On 10/27/10 Again they said they didn't have my CC# but they do have the part ordered. This time, I told the girl to figure out how to look at their computer and find my CC# because I have already given it to them 4 times. She came back after about a 10 minute wait and confirmed my CC#. This told me they always had it and were lying all the time and were just trying to buy time for their errors. The girl in customer service apologized and said it would be sent out on Thursday the 28th of October. Once again it was a empty promise.
On 11/4/10 I called again and the customer service girl wanted to apologize due to it not getting shipped because they didn't get the part in yet. I rejected her apology and asked to speak to a manager. That's when I got Melvin. Melvin should be fired if that company wants to stay in business! Melvin told me in a sarcastic tone that that customer service girl didn't know what she was talking about and the part would be shipped the next day. He then proceeded to tell me they have been having problems getting parts in. I proceeded to ask why customer service told me the part was in back on 9/24/10 and it would ship on Monday 9/27/10. I explained it's not a receiving problem, it's a customer service problem. I had been told 4 times they lost my CC# and 5 times my part would be shipped the next day. Now you're telling me it would be shipped the next day, why should I trust in you? He said because I have the part in my hand and I manage the parts department. I asked for his supervisor and of course she wasn't in. So I asked for her name. He responded with Roxanna, ext. #3030. Left my phone # via voice mail and asked for a call me back.
On 11/8/10 I called back at 5:20 PM East Coast time and the gentleman said it's almost 5:30 and we quit at 5:30 so let me get your # and we will call you back in the morning. I refused and asked if the part shipped out yet? He said it didn't ship yet, so I asked to speak with Roxanna. She went home for the day, so I left my name and # with him and asked to transfer to her voice mail as to make sure she got the message. No response again.
On 11/9/10 I called and again Roxanna wasn't available. Customer service rep again stated they have the part and it will ship out tomorrow. I said that is not acceptable to a consumer and asked to speak to Roxanna's supervisor. I was asked for my name, put on hold for five minutes then told she was in meetings all day. So I said she was supposed to call me yesterday. Response was she was in meetings all day yesterday, too. So again I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told they along with Roxanna were in a board meeting.
I hope they were terminating Roxanna, Melvin and every customer service person below them, cause that's the only way they will fix their problems. Over promise and under deliver. Unbelievable, this company keeps these people on when there are so many qualified workers looking for jobs.
The only way Invicta Watch Company is going to respond is to send the complaints to QVC and The Home Shopping Network. Sales will stop do to poor customer service because these two companies don't want to be pulled down because one of their suppliers doesn't have customer support from quality issues to customer service issues.
I have to say, Invicta doesn't realize what poor customer service can do to a company. Even though my part was only a $6.00 link, I love my watches and have approximately $8000.00 worth of watches and was looking at buying more from their company. Not a chance in hell, now.

dont buy invicta
Don’t but invicta watches – they are scams I bought j1709202 men’s watch and it broke within a week. It just would stop and the hour hand did not match up with the hours. It had a diamond bezel. I do believe invcita must have stock of the smallest diamonds in the world. You can hardly see them with the naked eye. The quality of invicta watches are poor...

I own 3 invicta watches rhat were bought at the same time.Just as the warranty expires, the faces of the watches(dials)are literally, falling apart. This complaint is about low quality build that the maker will not own to.
quality
I brought 2 Invicta watches. They look great, they just don't work great. They want $30 for shipping for them to evaluate each one. Both are less than 1 year old. Plus I have to pay to have them shipped in, not included in the $30. Neither works. When I emailed to ask questions I got no response. Better off with a Pulsar or Seiko.

i own many invicta watches thru shop nbc and i agree eyal laylo president and ceo is untouchable i wish i ould contact him because of poor quality issues they expect you to pay more than shipping to repair your watch, i have several that need repair, im not gonna shell out 25.00 each to send them back for repairs plus my shipping cost to get the watches there
I agree, never again for me.

Invicta does a massive amount of business on ShopNBC. I am a new comer to the watch scene and purchased two Invicta watches during the television shows. After less than three months wear on both watches, one fails to keep time and looses hours a day, while the other one is defective due to a very large piece of glue or adhesive that has broken off the watch dial.
Each watch costs $25 to send in for warranty. So the total would be $50 for both watches...which basically adds up to almost the price of another watch.
Two watches should not fail in less than 3 months. I have emailed Invicta to ask for either a discount or waiver of the warranty fees since both watches failed in such a short time. That was three weeks ago...no response whatsoever.
Next, I called "customer service" and I use this term very loosely. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. When I finally was able to get someone online, all I got for my troubles was to have my call transferred to another person who was not there.
I left a detailed voice message and a contact number. Guess what? No one has returned my calls.
I feel that Invicta does not stand behind its products, rather, they hide behind a wall of phone reps and a horrendous call waiting period probably in hopes of the customer giving up and going away. I was not one of them.
It is evident that although Invicta has a large market for its watches through television and ShopNBC, it has no intention of providing any resemblance of customer service or quality control in its products.
I would appreciate it if everyone would post this up in as many watch sites as possible to put pressure on Invicta to not only address this severe problem of ignoring its customers, but to also have better quality control on its products.
I am totally dissatisfied with Invicta's lack of customer service, and even more appalled at the shoddy products I received in my purchases from them.
Not everyone buys its high end watches that cost upwards of $500 or more. But Invicta's lack of care for its low end line speaks volumes about just what sort of company it is.
Eyal Lalo, the CEO of Invicta boasts proudly whenever he is on ShopNBC that Invicta is unsurpassed in price point and quality. I would respectfully disagree from personal experience on this.
Mr. Lalo, just what sort of an operation are you running when you cannot even stand behind your own products? I'll tell you what sort of company, its a company that neither my friends or myself will promote or buy from again.
I am not disputing that things sometimes happen in production. What I am concerned about and frustrated about is the seemingly lack of response and care for a legitimate problem that I have encountered with its watches.
Ignoring your consumer base is the first step in getting a bad reputation and the resulting effect of bad publicity and eventual slowing of sales.

I purchased the watch May 2023 . Not long after I noticed a crystal missing. I wrote to Invicta customer service and was advised to ship the watch and $28.
to repair the watch. I paid $129. for the watch and ha e to spend another $28. due to poor workmanship. I have another watch, same issue. Upset.
I ordered a watch from Invicta got a confirmation of the order in an email as my account was charged right away. I have not received the watch nor has customer service responded. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Makes me think that this place doesn't even exist-they may just be a scam do not purchase from Invicta.
Junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk
what more can I saw your watches are garbage dont last, dials needle fall off, crown dial fall off, cheap rubber bracelet dries out and breaks.
junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk
Will never ever refer your garbage to anyone.
Purchase new wacth at inivcta watch mall of georgia in buford georgia brand new watch ask for resize they broke my watch send to warranty same day and after 1 month and half no answer no solution .
I too have had or more precisely having a similar experience with Invicta, I am, actually as I write this on hold attempting for the third time to get them to send back my watch that they refused to cover under warranty when, now get this, the stem fell off. Setting the time and the stem came off in my hand. I was told several times that it was not covered although a technician told me it was incorrect to charge me because the failure is a warranty covered item. I am just trying to get them to return my watch. I refused to pay and have been for the last two months trying to get them to return the watch as is. It was a good thing that I purchased the watch through Amazon. Amazon gave me a credit for the price of the watch and informed me to do whatever I pleased once I got the watch returned. I am not giving up on getting the watch back because I do not want the shoddy business that is Invicta to get away with perhaps reselling the watch as refurbished or some other nonsense. Needless to say I tell ANY and EVERYONE my story and recommend they do not purchase anything from Invicta!
I'm using 8932 model of Invicta, and I am really too happy with it... you can also check my review here Invicta Watches http://21streviews.com/invicta-watches-review/
I bought the Invicta Reserve and within 6 months the band broke and it costs more to fix than I paid for the watch. All the replacement bands online are generic and don't really seem to fit. Customer service? That's a joke, if and when you manage to get thru to them they let you know real quick by their attitude that they don't want to fix anything. You have to pay to ship it back and a charge to 'fix' it but they don't promise to fix it, that's an estimate only. Then they tell you it will be 6 months before they get to it. I may like the looks but I will never buy another Invicta product.
I got a 9938, worked great for a few months and the bezel insert fell out. Sent the watch back only to be told after they got it, that it would be gone for three months, cost me 81.00 for something that was their defect- they tried to tell me that bezels were not covered. The warranty doesn't say this, and once I pointed this out, they dropped the price to 30.00. I think waiting three months is excessive and unnecessary to fix a watch, and I asked them to replace it instead. I let them know their policy is problematic, and they were most unhelpful. Even the threat of legal action didn't budge them. I don't get how they stay in business as they just don't care about the customer's time and money. I know the watch was only 350.00, but I think it's appropriate to cost them far more. Papers filed today.
I recently purchased an Invicta Minute Repeater. After about 3 weeks one of the function pushers fell off. Luckily I found it. It cost $25 for me to have my watch sent. They state on their website that "Please allow 90 days" for return. They received my watch on 3/13/13. Here it is 6/17/13 and I just received an email that said they shipped my watch today. Does that calculate to 90 DAYS!? This is the second BAD EXPERIENCE I've had with Invicta. I'm done with them. They're not the only inexpensive, high quality watch company. They need to be taught a lesson just like you would teach a CHILD! I'm TAKING MY $watch somewhere else. :)
I have a defective Invicta $70 watch from World of Watches that leaked the first time it saw water. Invicta required that I not only pay to return the watch to them at the US address, but they also required that I pay a $28 fee to send the defective $70 watch overseas to be repaired. So now I'm $35 into a repair on a $70 watch. It's been 4 months now since I sent the watch and I still haven't received it back. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I discourage everyone from ever buying an Invicta watch.
