Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior at Invicta Stores
I really gotta say that my experience with Invicta Stores left me feeling pretty bummed out. I talked to one of their reps and even their boss, but nobody would give me a break when it came to my tax exemption. Now, I'm not trying to be a difficult customer or anything. I actually have all the registration and paperwork from the state of Texas saying that I'm tax exempt. And when I sent it to Invicta by email, I thought everything was gonna be chill. But nope. The manager I talked to didn't wanna give me an exemption, despite there being no rules on their website or anything about it.
To make things worse, this manager lady was acting all snarky and sarcastic with me. She told me that I needed to be some kind of fancy business person in the watch or jewelry industry to get an exemption. Like, what the heck? Who made up that rule? And even though I told her what was up, she wouldn't give me the time of day. She even pretended like she couldn't hear me and then hung up on me!
Honestly, I think this is just totally unprofessional. Why would a manager act like that with a customer? It's not like I was asking for something unreasonable or anything. I just wanted what I was legally entitled to. Instead, this manager made me wait on hold and go through a whole new round of customer service nonsense. It was frustrating and annoying. I mean, come on Invicta, step up your game!
Misleading Advertisements and Poor Customer Service from Invictastores.com
So, I recently bought two watches from invictastores.com and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. The first watch I got was the 80059, which was advertised as having a "SWISS MOVEMENT" quartz. The description even stated that it was powered by a finely crafted Swiss Quartz movement with a 6 jewel, SWISS Ronda 5030.D movement. But when I finally got the watch, I found out that it was a Japanese quartz movement. Now, I'm no watch expert, but even I know that this is a major difference in quality.
The other watch I got, the 7044 / 6984, had the same issue. It was advertised as having a "finely crafted Swiss Quartz movement" with a 6 jewel, SWISS Ronda 5040.D movement. But when I received it, I found out that it had a "Japan Chronograph". I mean, seriously? How can you advertise a watch with a specific Swiss movement and then send out a Japanese quartz movement? It's like buying a Mercedes Benz and then being handed a Toyota Prius instead. It's just not acceptable.
So, I reached out to their customer service reps to ask about the discrepancies and I gotta say, they were not well informed at all. They didn't seem to understand that you can't advertise one thing and then send out something else entirely. And to add insult to injury, they even tried to reduce my refund by charging me for the shipping costs of the return, even though the error was on their end.
Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with invictastores.com. I feel like their advertising was misleading and their customer service was lacking. If you're thinking about buying something from them, I'd definitely recommend being cautious and doing your research first.
Review: Invicta Stores' Customer Service - Great Deals but Disappointing Experience
I placed an order for a Glycine Combat Sub on August 18th during one of Invicta Stores' famous weekend sales. The price of $398 was too good to pass up on this particular timepiece. However, after an entire week went by with no updates, I decided to call customer service to find out what was going on with my order.
The representative I spoke to informed me that the company was currently awaiting inventory from the manufacturer. I was disappointed to learn that Invicta Stores had sold product they didn't even have yet. However, I appreciated their honesty and was assured that additional stock would be arriving either that day or the next. The representative said my order would be shipped as soon as stock became available.
Days passed, and still no updates. I called a second time to follow up and was informed that inventory still wasn't available. However, the representative assured me that I would receive a $50 refund for the inconvenience and that they would call me back as soon as the watch was ready to be shipped.
Unfortunately, the refund was not processed and I never received a call back. I had to call Invicta Stores a THIRD time the following day. Thankfully, THAT customer service representative was able to finally get my order processed, get my purchased watch shipped, and process me a $100 refund for the inconvenience.
In the end, I received a Glycine Combat Sub for $298 - an amazing deal on this particular watch. However, the fact that I had to call three separate times to get my watch shipped was an inconvenience that could have been avoided. Despite this issue, I appreciate Invicta Stores' commitment to making things right in the end.
Buyer Beware: Invicta Stores' Terrible Customer Service
So, I gotta say, I'm a big fan of Invicta watches. I have 10 of them already and my one-year wedding anniversary with my lovely wife is coming up on February 8th. I decided to order us some watches to celebrate and went to their website, Invicta Stores (invictastores.com), to make my purchase.
Now, the website said that they would ship my order in 1-4 days, which seemed reasonable to me. But after 6 long days, I still hadn't received any tracking information. So, I decided to reach out to their customer service team and see what was going on.
Their response? They told me that they were experiencing some delays "Due to the Holidays". Fair enough, I thought. But when another 2 days went by without any tracking, I decided to send another email to remind them that the holidays had been over for nearly a month. I requested, very nicely, that they please ship my order.
Their response this time was that the delays were now due to COVID. Okay, understandable, I guess. But then, just when I thought things couldn't get worse, they sent a third email telling me that it was "Due to the high volume of orders". I mean, come on, which is it? The holidays, COVID, or high volume of orders? Make up your mind!
After 10 days, I finally asked for tracking information again, and they did send it to me. However, all they did was generate a label and not actually ship my purchase. Can you believe it? That's just unacceptable in my book.
And to make matters worse, the email saying that the delay was due to "High Volume of orders" was sent AFTER they sent me tracking information. And even now, the shipment still shows no movement on the tracking. It's been 2 whole weeks since I made my order, and my anniversary is just around the corner.
I gotta tell you, this is just insane. Invicta Stores has terrible customer service, so buyer beware! I'm sure the product will be fine, but don't expect them to keep their word on anything. And to prove it, I've even included the original email reply that promised 1-4 days to ship - and they never once mentioned anything about holiday delays, COVID, or high volume of orders. And they don't even mention any of this on their website either.
So overall, I would advise you to think twice before ordering from Invicta Stores. Their watches may be great, but their customer service is just atrocious.
Shady Business: My Disappointing Experience with Invicta Stores
I gotta say my experience with Invicta Stores (invictastores.com) was not the best. I wanted to get 2 of my watches fixed, and it cost me 70 bucks just to send them in! Can you believe that? I had to pay $28 bucks for each watch just to get it evaluated for repair, and another $14 for shipping. I was hoping they'd be able to fix it for a reasonable price, but boy was I wrong.
After a while, I received an email saying that one of the watches would cost $159, and the other one $138. I replied to them saying no thanks and asking them to return my watches without fixing them. That's when I received a call from someone at IWSC saying they would do it all for $100. I figured it was better than the initial cost, so I agreed.
But the next email I received said I needed a new casing for my watch, and it was going to cost $149. What's up with that? I told them I still didn't want to fix it and asked for my watches back. But then, when my watch finally arrived, there was a pin missing from it! And now they won't send me the pin back without me sending the watch in again.
These guys are so shady, I don't even want to think about buying an Invicta watch again. When I was supposedly getting my watches fixed, I decided to buy 7 Invicta watches for all my groomsmen for my wedding. But when I got them, I sent them all back because I never want them to deal with these crooks.
Oh yeah, and I'm also wondering about that $28 dollar evaluation inspection they did. If they did such a good job, how come they missed my supposed broken casing? Clearly, these guys aren't intelligent enough to do their jobs properly. And to think, all I wanted was to get my watches fixed!
Disappointing Experience with Invicta Stores: Technical, Quality, and Customer Service Problems
The Invicta Stores website seems to be having some issues lately. The checkout keeps looping back to the general order viewing page which is quite frustrating for customers. It's not just technical issues that customers are facing though. Invicta also has many quality-related and customer service-related problems. On top of that, they do not allow any feedback for customers who have purchased their watches or encountered any issues with them.
It's quite disappointing that there is no other outlet but Invicta themselves. They refuse to address any problems and instead, they make it the customers' fault for receiving damaged, defective, or used items. If you complain too much, they make it your responsibility to return the item which can be quite a hassle. One of the watches I purchased was not as advertised, yet I was forced to keep it without any regard from Invicta. I have spent thousands of dollars on their brand and the least they could do is treat their online customers better.
Shipping is also a problem as they use FedEx which has a tendency to damage items during transit. Today's experience on the site was a nightmare of glitches, but eventually, I chose to use PayPal. However, I am not hopeful that they will send me an undamaged watch as it has happened before. Despite having a bent crown, Invicta refused to sell me a replacement and I had to argue with them to print me a prepaid return label.
Overall, my experience with Invicta Stores has been quite disappointing. They have many problems and I am sure it is from the top down. If the people with more authority don't care, neither does the rest of the company. It seems like all they care about is making money and not about their customers' satisfaction.
Disappointed with Invicta Stores' Customer Service & Delivery Delays
I just want to start off by saying that I am not a very satisfied customer. I ordered from Invicta Stores on December 26th, and I specifically paid for overnight shipping, thinking that my order would arrive the next day. However, that wasn't the case at all. I waited anxiously, hoping my package would arrive, but it did not. When I called customer service after several attempts, I was put on hold for over two hours. When I finally reached a live person, they told me the company was closed for the holidays. But why didn't they mention that before? I mean, I understand businesses close on certain days, but not shipping anything at all without prior notice isn't something you should do.
I was then told that my order would take 5-7 days to process, which is completely different from offering overnight delivery. I mean, if you are going to offer such a service, then at least make sure that you can fulfill it, or else what is the point? I told the person on the phone that these were gifts I was getting for Christmas, hence the overnight shipping, but I still had to wait until January 7th for them to be delivered. And I still didn't receive anything even after that date.
I called again, but I was again given the same run around. I even emailed a manager, but still, there was no resolution to my problem. Due to the delay, I received my package on January 13, 2020, at 6:15 pm. We love the products offered by Invicta Stores, but the customer service we received was not satisfactory. I was really hoping to get our Christmas presents on time, and the delay caused a lot of inconvenience for us. I understand it was essential for Invicta Stores to fulfill a lot of orders, but they could have communicated the delay and provided better customer service.
There are other watches and 8-slot cases that we're interested in buying from them, but right now, we're not sure if we want to do so. I went one step further and sent an email to the CEO of the company, but to my utmost surprise, there has been no response. I work in an industry where our customers come first, and if we do make a mistake, we own up to it and make sure our customers know we're sorry, and try to make it right. Invicta Stores needs to improve their customer service significantly.
Poor Customer Service at Invicta Stores: Frustration and Delays in Receiving My Order
I recently visited Invicta Stores (invictastores.com) to place an order for a watch that my husband had been eyeing for a while. I placed the order on December 21, 2019, but it is now January 7, 2020 and I have yet to receive a shipping tracking number. This has caused me a lot of frustration and stress, as I have called the company over 6 times to inquire about the status of my order.
Every time I call, I have to wait on hold for at least an hour before I can speak to someone. On one occasion, I even waited for 1.5 hours before the phone suddenly went to a voicemail. To add insult to injury, the customer service representatives have been giving me contradicting information about my order every time I call.
I requested to speak with a supervisor, but was just sent to a voicemail yet again, even after an hour of waiting. I have sent three emails to the help desk, but have not received so much as a courtesy response. When I contacted my local Invicta store for assistance, I was told that they operate separately from the online store and couldn't help me resolve the issue.
It is very disappointing that there were no delays when debiting/crediting my card for payment, yet there seems to be a lot of delays and lack of verifiable information when it comes to shipping my product. I love your company's watches, but I am very discouraged and disappointed with the customer service I have received.
I understand that this review may go unanswered or unaddressed, but I wanted to express my frustration with how my order has been handled. I hope that these issues can be addressed by the company as a whole in the future, as this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
Variety and Value at Invicta Stores: A Letdown in Service
The variety of watches available at Invicta Stores is amazing and their deals are hard to beat. The checkout process is a breeze, and I have always had great experiences with them. However, this time around, my 13th purchase, was a bit of a letdown. It was the most problematic and disappointing experience so far. I had to spend close to 2 hours on hold, spread across 3 calls, just to get an update on when my watch would arrive. The first time I called, roughly a week after placing my order, I was greeted by a rude agent who told me that Invicta needed 4-5 days just to process the order, and that this information was there on their website. The agent further told me that the watch I ordered was not yet available from the manufacturer, and that I should wait for the required time and then call back.
I did exactly that and called back a few days later. This time, I was told that my order had received a tracking number and was going to ship from Hollywood, FL in 2 days. The agent even mentioned that I should receive my watch the next day itself. He sent me an email with the tracking number, which took 2 days to show any activity beyond the pre-shipment status. After waiting for another 2 days, I called Invicta a third time, only to be told that my watch will ship that day and should be delivered over the coming weekend. The watch did arrive over the weekend, but I did not receive the cleaning cloth that usually comes with all the watches I have previously purchased from them.
I even sent an email to Invicta a day before making my first call, but it went unanswered, and the reply I ultimately received was from a phone call I had made earlier, which had a long wait time. I also sent them an email around Veteran's day, seeking a watch with a camo case but never received any response from them. I understand that the holiday season can be a busy time, but even in such situations, good service is paramount. This experience has made me re-evaluate my association with Invicta. Although they did send me a BOGO coupon for an in-store purchase, I am not more inclined to visit a brick-and-mortar store for my watch purchases. Overall, my interest in Invicta watches has decreased significantly due to the service issues faced this time around. After all, no matter how attractive the discounts may be, service is what differentiates an excellent experience from a subpar one.
Invicta Stores Review: Poor Customer Service, Unhelpful Manual & Inconvenient Policies
I recently made a purchase from Invicta Stores (invictastores.com) for the Bolt Tria watch. Unfortunately, the watch came with a manual that only provided generic instructions, and no information on operating this particular watch. I attempted to contact customer service and the service department for assistance, but to no avail. Despite their efforts, they were unable to help me with my problem.
Feeling frustrated, I had no choice but to drive over 100 miles to the closest Invicta store located at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY on Long Island. Although I asked them to size the watch band, they charged me $15.00 plus tax despite it being a complimentary service when purchasing the watch directly from Invicta. I showed the salesman my sales receipt to no avail; he simply stated that he had to charge me.
On a positive note, the staff at the store were able to provide me with instructions on how to operate the watch, but it was disappointing to have to travel such a considerable distance for assistance. Shortly thereafter, I discovered that by entering a special code, I could have received a 45% discount on the watch. When I contacted customer service, they were able to deduct the discount from the original price, which I thought was kind of them.
However, I was then informed that the deducted money, which amounted to $550.90, could only be placed back into my Invicta account, and not my checking account or issued as a check. This was a terrible inconvenience, and after taking all these various aggravations into account, I eventually returned the watch as it proved difficult to read in low light.
Despite all the incurred frustration, I decided to purchase two more watches, one for myself and one for my sister, using the remaining balance of $159.04 in my Invicta account. However, this credit can only be used to purchase Invicta watches, which I do not wish to do now, or ever, given my experience.
Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with Invicta Stores. While I appreciate the beauty of their watches, the difficult procedures of purchasing online and their unwillingness to reimburse customers for their purchases is simply unacceptable. I will be seeking to have my remaining balance returned, with or without their cooperation. Ultimately, unless they make significant changes to their business practices, I cannot recommend buying from Invicta Stores.

Invicta Stores: Delayed Replacement Watch for My Best Bro's Birthday
Yo, so I ordered this watch from Invicta Stores for my best bro's birthday on May 30th. But when it came, the second hand wasn't moving and the bracelet was all busted up. Like, missing a pin to hold it together and everything. So I hit up customer service and they told me to send it back for a new one. But it's been a hot minute and I still ain't got the replacement watch.
I'm super bummed 'cause now I ain't got no gift for my homie and I'm straight up embarrassed. Like, come on Invicta, get your stuff together and send me a new watch already. I don't know what the hold up is unless they're trying to fix the busted one instead of hooking me up with a brand new one. But if they do that, it's gonna be some refurbished piece instead and that's not what I paid for.
So listen up Invicta, I need you to get on that and get me a new watch ASAP. 'Cause I don't want my bro thinking I got him some janky refurbished watch for his b-day. That's just not cool. But if they can hook it up quick, I'll be willing to forgive and forget. So make it happen, Invicta.
My experience with Invictastores.com - A Review
Watch from invictastores.com that I ordered arrived goofed up. Didn't know what to do since it was my first time buying from them and no other dealers of Invicta brand existed near my area. In the end, I reached out to Invicta store service wing and told them about watch's faulty features. They claimed it defective since, even with their comprehensive instructions, there was no way to set the date and the time was okay. They transferred me to the sales division, who very first asked if I purchased it from Ebay or what! I told 'em with some push that I grabbed it from invictastore.com itself. The sales agent then proposed me whether I wanna return it for replacement or money back. Since it was the only piece and I couldn't find an official dealer around, I settled for refund. Then, they mailed me a FedEx return label, which came in handy for me. And the sales rep, boy he was so helpful and never once hung up until the e-mail appeared in inbox. I packed up my watch, made my way to FedEx outlet and sent it. Today is Friday and purchase payment hasn't been refunded yet, although FedEx delivered watch on the Tuesday to invictastores.com. I'm giving them few more days to process and make it right. If things don't go my way, I'm reaching out to my credit card company. That's all I've got to say about my experience with Invicta stores.
Disappointed with Invicta Stores: Faults in both watches, poor customer service
I done went n' bought me two watches from Invicta Stores, both with that invincible guarantee. But to my dismay, both watches came with faults and I ain't too pleased about it.
The first watch I got was that vintage quartz movement with the black leather strap. When I opened up the box, I saw that the crown was broke. What a letdown! I done sent it back for a replacement, but ain't heard nothin' yet.
The second watch, which was that I-Force with automatic movement, had a tiny hair on the underside of the quartz above the dial (you know, inside the watch). There were a few bitty dust particles visible on the dial as well. But when I got in touch with customer service, all they told me was to wait until the 30 day window was up so I can use that invincible guarantee for a replacement or upgrade. I didn't appreciate the attitude either - they didn't seem to care about my frustration and didn't even bother to apologize for the problems.
If they don't handle this properly and make it right, I ain't ever gonna buy from them again. And you best believe I'm telling all my watch community buddies to steer clear too!
Can someone please fix this mess and help me out? Much obliged,
Casey

Frustrating Experience: Unresponsive Customer Service & Long Wait Times for Purchase from INVICTA Store
This store is not good at all. I waited for ages to get my purchase, and no one in customer service could even bother to pick up my calls for at least 30 minutes. I even tried hanging on with hopes of someone answering, but they never did. I finally sent an email and got the same response that was given to me while I was on hold.
It would be so cool if they could allow people to leave their call back information instead of keeping customers on hold for what feels like all their lives with no one to pick up.
The price was good, and the watch I ordered was all that I expected, but my advice - you should order your INVICTA watches from an online 3rd party that is reliable so you can easily reach them whenever you need help with your purchase.
This is honestly the most frustrating experience that I've had in years while making online purchases. I even thought of contacting my credit card company to cancel the transaction due to the long wait.
Although I understand every store receives high volumes of calls during the festive seasons (read: holidays), it's only right that you have a plan in advance to service customers. I'm writing this review hoping that it helps them improve their customers' experience of doing business with the company and they can work on their faults going forward.
Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Invicta Stores
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my recent experience with Invicta Stores. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years, spending up to $1000 on watches each year. But now, I'm not so sure that I want to continue doing business with them.
Let me tell you what happened. I recently placed two orders on 5/12 and 5/13. On 5/15, I noticed that the price of two of the watches I purchased had gone down. I was excited to find out that Invicta has a policy of giving a credit if items are sold at a lower price within 3 business days! I attempted to receive this credit, but ended up speaking to someone who was pretty rude to me. That wasn't a good start. I then tried emailing Invicta and was eventually in contact with someone, but they have stopped responding to my messages. Talk about poor customer service, right?
To add insult to injury, when my 5/13 order arrived, one of the watches was a Star Wars c3po but it arrived in a Marvel case. I was pretty disappointed, naturally. So, I contacted Invicta to ask if they could exchange the case for the correct one. But they refused to do so! They told me that they are out of Star Wars cases, but I can see that they are still selling them on their website. What's up with that?
I've had enough of Invicta's shoddy customer service and I'm not going to take it anymore. I've decided that I won't be buying anything from them in the future, and I'm going to let my friends and family who are Invicta fans know about my experience. Honestly, this kind of treatment is just unacceptable. If anyone from Invicta wants to talk to me about this, I can be reached at ***153. But I'm not holding my breath.
Beware of Invictastores: Broken Watches and Poor Customer Service
Me open the box and something missin from the watch. That thing that make it go when you push button A. Found it in the box but had to fix it myself cuz don't wanna deal with Invicta customer service. They no good. I'm old and been around a while so I know bad customer service when I see it. And how could they not notice that the arm was missing when they packin the watch? I got lots of Invicta watches from lots of places but Invictastores is the worst. Lots of broken watches and bad customer service. Don't waste your time with them.
Invicta Stores Review: Slow website, delayed shipping, poor customer service - Needs Improvement!
I had a really hard time ordering from the Invicta Stores website, everything was sooooooo slow and the images would take forever to load. So when I finally placed my order, I decided to pay $30 extra dollars for expedited shipping cuz I wanted my stuff ASAP, you know? But it took FOREVER to arrive, like nearly a whole month! I was so annoyed and angry, I had to reach out to customer service and I didn't even get a response for DAYS. And when I tried calling their hotline, I was on hold for like, ever, and their robot lady was driving me crazy. I couldn't even talk to a real person!
I ordered a really special watch for my mom for Mother's Day, and even though I got it two weeks ahead of time, it STILL arrived late! I was so embarrassed and disappointed that I didn't have a gift for my mama on her special day, especially when I had worked so hard on finding something perfect for her.
So yeah, Invicta Stores really needs to get their act together, like seriously. They need to fix their website, get their customer service to be more responsive, and improve their shipping times. They gave me back the extra shipping fee, but that ain't the point. I paid for expedited shipping so I could get my items on time, and they dropped the ball big time. Come on Invicta, you gotta do better than this!
Disappointing Experience with Invicta Stores: Incorrect Watch Shipped and Poor Customer Service
So, I went on Invictastores.com and ordered a sweet watch, but unfortunately, it took forever to get here. I waited 14 days and still hadn't heard anything about shipping updates. I shoot them an email, then got a response the next day telling me about my order's progress. Another week goes by, and the watch finally arrives-- and to my dismay, it's the incorrect watch! Even with the right model number (1328) on the back, it was the wrong one! I got pretty heated and headed over to the website to search for the watch I had ordered; it was listed under 1328, alright. I sent in a message to customer service to tell them about my issue and waited. And waited. A whole week went by, and still no reply. I got fed up and called, but they had me on hold for 35 minutes! I eventually just hung up and sent in another email telling them how bad this whole thing was. Their website said they'd respond in 24 hours, but they lied to me! I decided at that point I was just going to send back my misfit watch and get a refund due to their abysmal customer service. They finally send me a return label-- but I'd already lost 12 bucks in shipping and needed to get to a UPS store to send it back. I would have to pay those fees for returning a product that was incorrectly sent to me! I decided to just keep it and try to sell it on Craigslist instead. My advice? Go somewhere else to buy your watch. Invicta Stores, you disappointed me. I won't be back.
My Disappointing Experience with Invicta Stores' Freezing Checkout System
I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with Invicta Stores. It appears that the team responsible for building and running this website has done a terrible job. I can't help but feel cheated out of opportunities to purchase discounted merchandise, and it's all because of the constant freezing that occurs during checkout.
No matter what device I use, whether it's a tablet, phone, laptop, or desktop, I always experience freezing during checkout. This causes me to lose out on the chance to purchase products, and my frustration levels go through the roof.
I am not the only one who has experienced this issue. Many of my fellow collectors have also expressed their frustration, and we have all gone on a search to find alternative options for buying Invicta watches. If necessary, we will even switch to other watch brands as long as we can avoid using the people who operate the checkout software and servers for Invicta stores.
What irks me most is that Invicta Watch Group still retains the services of this website despite all the issues we are facing. We have not received any compensation for our losses, not even an apology. It is unacceptable that this problem has gone unaddressed for so long.
When designing websites, it is crucial to keep in mind that not everyone is well-versed in web design and operations. Many users do not possess degrees in software engineering or web mastering. It is important to make the checkout process as simple and user-friendly as possible, while also making sure to buy enough servers to handle daily business and any additional traffic that may come with sales.
In conclusion, I would caution anyone against using Invicta Stores until they fix the issues with their checkout system. It is simply not worth the frustration and disappointment that comes with losing out on discounted merchandise.
