iOffer bedding set 2 time

i, order in ioffer 6 of july bedding set the seller wrote me that they just exept westion union i trast him the name his is happennes he said me to send, to chaina i send 6 of july to chaina he gave me tracing number in 1 mounth the item came i call almost2-3 day to know the post ofice tell me that the item dont have adress name they send back to chaina after that seler never respond me i wrote to help desk nothing to help me a few timei wrote complain, nobody help me not money not respond in august seler the name is zhaodongxiao 369 he emaild me that he has the same item but very chip he was very nice he said weston union it was 10 dollar chiper i send to chaina after he gave me tracing number wich was fake and never send the seller not respond no item no money i call westion union wrote that 2 time i dont recived item they open the case and asked me to go police department and tell the case that they send me police but police no help me 2 time i came there they dont want to listern to me i dont know who help me i dont want to forget this they lied american people i want to help me something to do i hope that somebody help me i am depresed that icant do nothing

iOffer being ripped off by seller

I bought a pair of sunglasses from seller me95588 and when they arrived in a flimsy envelope they were totally destroyed. Contacted the seller and after ignoring me, he finally asked for pictures. I sent them. Few days later he asked for order number. I sent it. And I haven't heard from him since. DO NOT BUY FROM me95588. He is a scam artist and a piece of crap! I have purchased and received other items from other sellers with no problem. IOffer just lets anyone sell on here and then takes no responsibility when people are ripped off! I'm sticking to Ebay from now on. At least they provide help to their customers!

iOffer 2 items from china

i order 2 items in ioffer they order from chaina it was set bed i pay 43 dollar the name is versace and bag moscino i paid 20 dolar i month ago carer emailed me that items is coming its gone delivery tomorow after she emailed me that items is update castom cleaners untill 10 august after that nothing no email no leter, i was very depressed novbodu knows where is my items i call usps i call ioffer to help me my seler not respond no money back yhose items is fake from chaina when i order from them thay said me that thry work 4 year nothing problem i trast them please help me to find moy items i wrote to lower to post ofice its fake thank you i call castom the women cry me you never get this item

iOffer poor quality!!

I have purchased a DVD set from www.ioffer.com and I really regret that I did not read the reviews.
When I finally received my order first thing I've noticed that DVD boxes looked nothing like original ones. But when I saw the video quality I was shocked! The picture was blurry, sound was so terrible that it was really hard to understand anything! These DVDs were not the original ones and when I explained that to iOffer support he really did not care. These people are selling fake merchandise! Avoid at all costs!

iOffer don't buy anything from these thieves!

Me and my sister ordered some items from www.ioffer.com and we paid separately.
After they got the money we both were informed that none of what we have ordered was in stock even though their site stated that items were available.
We contacted customer service and asked for a refund but there was no reply.
In the end I did get my money back because I paid via PayPal and they helped me a lot. But my sister was not so lucky and since she paid with her card there was no way to get a refund.
This site is a scam and I do not recommend buying anything from them!

iOffer robbed!

I have ordered several things from www.ioffer.com and when I wanted to pay for my order they said that they were not able to take my money and that payment wouldn't go through.
But when I checked my bank statement it clearly showed that my card was charge and that was the total amount of my entire order.
I also contacted my bank and they confirmed that iOffer did charge me.
I contacted iOffer and they kept telling me that they did not have my money!
Scammers! They robbed me and pretended they did nothing!

i got robbed from them by thousents of dollars and idint know that they are taking money out of my account
around 4000 dollars bloddi dogs scamers and very bad website

You do not understand how your card works. Every time your card is swiped (entered electronically) it will show on your account. Debits, even declined ones, will always show on your account as an attempt. It will show a pending transaction until the merchant submits the charge for payment. After a few days, the pending charges will fall off. If your bank did not explain this to you, then you got an inexperienced bank employee. What you should do is ask why the purchase was declined.

iOffer site is full of scammers.

Do not order from iOffer website and save your money! Too bad I did not check the reviews before I made my order! As many others I received nothing and have no information regarding the status of my order! They took my money immediately and since then I heard nothing from them. Since it is absolutely impossible to reach someone from iOffer I can't even cancel my order and get a refund.

iOffer I did not receive the merchandise I ordered and paid for

I placed an order on February 28, 2016 for a pair of athletic shoes which were paid for at the time of the Order. As of April 22, 2016 I still have not received the merchandise that I ordered. I have had multiple conversations with the Seller via message and all they do is make excuses as to why the order hasn't arrived yet, or tell me to be patient. The Seller is wshjt15. Please beware of this Seller and do not purchase anything from this person, because they are a fraud.This site is a scam. DO NOT USE!

placed an order with CAISHENDAO 2013.(227) Feb28, he doesn't respond back to any massages he still has not shipped my order, i have been SCAM for $50.00 what a shame.

i also ordered from the same seller WSHJT15 back on Feb the 1st. i have received nothing but excuses and a fake tracking number. keep telling me the goods have been sent wait 15to28 days, nothing. i agree do not order from this seller

iOffer I made an order and then found out that my account was deleted

I have purchased an item from iOffer website and paid for it. I thought that everything was fine, but few days passed and there was no confirmation notification or tracking number, so I went online to check what was going on and found out that my account was deleted! Contacted customer service and they said that I never placed any orders. I don't know what happened, maybe I accidentally deleted the account myself but I don't remember that I did anything wrong. After I paid for my order I logged out and that's all. I need some help here.

iOffer horrible!

I am so disgusted with the lack of customer support! I ordered a bag from iOffer website and after my card was charged I received a confirmation email. Several weeks later I finally received my bag, but it looked nothing like the picture. I immediately contacted the seller and demanded a refund, but unfortunately there was no response. Then I contacted iOffer customer care, sent them some pictures and asked fro help. They said that there was nothing they could do. No wonder there are so many complaints on BBB's website as well as online. I will never do business with iOffer again! I was scammed by their seller, they gave him my money and I'm stuck with an ugly bag! I'm very disappointed.

iOffer criminal activity!

I am absolutely appalled! iOffer service is non existent when it comes to help the customer. I bought a bag and money were automatically deducted from my account. Several days later I received a message from the seller stating that I still needed to pay for the bag. I said that I already paid for it, but he would not listen. So I cancelled my order and demanded a refund. Now the seller refuses to issue me a refund! He claims that he does not know anything about the money! No wonder there are so many complaints on BBB. I contacted iOffer customer service and was told that there is nothing they could do, since it was not their problem! I will never use this website again! They all are criminals, both the seller and so called customer support!

iOffer poor customer service

I purchased a pair of shoes in women's size 8 and received them in a size 6. I contacted the seller immediately when I received them. Actually the time period for resolving any issues is very small but because the shipping time is up to 45 days. I explained what happened and the seller said I could ship the shoes back to him. Since it was international shipping it would cost me $60! There was no point in sending the boots back because I paid only $45 for them. By the time I received the package and the time it took the seller to "resolve", PayPal would do nothing about it. It is very sad that shipping costs may leave you with an unusable product. Also, iOffer has no contact information to resolve issues.

iOffer really bad service and extremely rude agents.

I had bad experience with this company and learned a valuable lesson! I wanted to get a best Christmas present for my son! So I ordered some items from this website. I placed my order on November 15, it's now December 28 and still nothing. In the end I lost everything! This company has a really bad service and extremely rude agents. Asked them about my payment, because I didn't receive any confirmation emails. No reply. I got very angry and extremely mad! I sent them messages every day and few weeks ago I even tried to cancel the order, but I nothing worked! Today I got an email asking for a reason I wanted to cancel the order. This company makes me crazy! I just want my money back and nothing more.

iOffer disappointed

I purchased a pair of shoes in women's size 5 and received them in a size 8. I contacted the customer support immediately when I received them. But the time period for you to resolve any issues is very small, because the shipping time is up to 45 days. I informed the support and he said I could ship the boots and they'll give me a refund. Shipping back would cost me $70 since it was international shipping. There was no point in doing that because I paid only $30 for the shoes. Just be careful when getting packages from a different country because the shipping costs may leave you with an unwanted product. And you can't be fully protected by PayPal.

iOffer hexianwei888 - I sent payment on 23rd october 2015 for trainers and I still not recieved them

I ordered and paid for a pair of trainers from the above seller on 23/10/2015. I was told it would take 20 days maximum for delivery. I then received an email saying it would take 6 weeks. I asked them to cancel and refund as this would be too late, but they assured me it would be 10-15 days maximum. 5 weeks later there is still no delivery and this seller will not reply to any of my emails, yet they still have my money! I'm foaming as I trusted the site to have reputable sellers and not rip-off merchants!

iOffer not receiving items i've paid for

I bought 2 items from iOffer last month and still haven't received them. I have left several messages with [protected]@c2coffer about the seller and still haven't received a response yet. I found items in the seller's store and sent him a offer, we came to an agreement and I asked for his information so I could send the money through Western Union, after that I did email him the tracking number and was told that my items would be sent off within 24 hours. I asked for a invoice and tracking number(s) he gave me two that were invalid I messaged him again that the number(s) were invalid he gave me another one, I tried that one it was invalid also. He told me that it takes time because of customs but even went so far to guarantee me that I would receive my items within 10 days which was on the 21st of October, I even asked for a refund and still nothing. The seller stopped all communication with me but everyday I send a message to his email and on his page asking when will he send me either the items I've paid for or a refund and yet again nothing

iOffer unauthorized credit card chargers/scam

I purchased Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac from two people and each person stated they had the software and when I paid then they said it was not available and wanted me to take 365 and That is not what I paid for and I have ask for a full refund that my card was charged. crazy110= advertised $20.00 that is what I paid on 11-3-15 and I did not authorize any other charges and my card was charges $22.58 sungyang= advertised $19.99 that is what I paid on 11-5-15and I did not authorized any other charges and my crd was charged 21.91 Neither one of these people have refunded my money and I have ask several times and sungyang has never responded since I decline office 365and ask for my money back. Crazy110 just keep trying to get me to use office 365 and I said no and crazy110 told me in the email that he/she is the same person who is advertising all software.

iOffer never received item ordered

I ordered a LV iPad cover. It was my first tIme ordering on line. I didn't know you had to be specific. The order was placed on June 6, 2015. I received the item on July 8, 2015 but it was the wrong color( again didn't know had to be specific) after sending email to the buyer I was advise to return the item to the factory to get the corrected item. I returned the item and needless to say it's August and I've never received the item! I sent several emails and all I got was he was going to check with factory to re ship and again I never received the item

iOffer unfair ratings from buyers & no support from the staff to investigate & correct them

I am a Disabled Vietnam war Veteran who depends on the income gleaned from my store on IOffer...
I work very Hard to provide the best level of customer & to offer quality items...As we all know perfect rating are the backbone to ongoing flow of business...One less than perfect rating can & will place you in jeopardy...
I'm sick & tired of being raped by unscrupulous buyers, who misuse the rating to manipulate the seller out of the item & force a refund...
The staff offer mostly Copy-N-Paste responses which are usually irrelevant to requests for help & have a threatening spin to their other responses...
Many times they've required me to issue a full refund & provide proof of same, before resetting a bad rating...
Today I received a very frustrating type of rating & buyer has not responded to any of the several emails sent...No help for me on ioffer...Now i'm stuck with that black mark eyesore on my record...Very snotty & arrogant are the staff I've encountered on ioffer...Also laziness, with regards to responses to obtain help...

iOffer item not received

I ordered a michael kors handbag from a seller on ioffer on march 27th 2015 it is now 3rd july 2015 and still no handbag, it should of arrived on the 2nd may 2015 ive emailed the seller numerous times and was sent a link to track the item when visiting the link it stated that my item was not found? Emailed seller again and again an still no reply.
