Hi
I am from the UK and have been purchasing regularly for the past 4 months, but on notice of my bank account there is more money taken out than ordered, for example i buy item at £5 British pounds on bank statement it shows £6 .84 then next day £2.99
But to many transactions coming out of my bank when not ordering and when make an order final payment different than comes out of my bank

iOffer espadrilles

Dear sir or madam,
I have to complain about seller taobaoba888 on ioffer because i ordered my espadrilles from him on November 27, 2016 (order number: [protected]) and still haven't received them. I paid almost 25€ and i left a feedback some time ago that i haven't got them but nobody replied.
I believe you can do something about it.
I am waiting for your reply.

iOffer don't buy anything from this store!

I am very unhappy and regret I've ordered from iOffer!
I made my order on February 17 and they said I'll get my order within two weeks, but it is now more than two weeks and still no sign of my order.
Contacted iOffer in mid March and they said that due to some issues they had to change the delivery date and promised I'll get my order on the first week of April. Nothing arrived!
I recently sent a cancellation request but they did not reply anything yet, but I don't expect much and I don't think that there is a possibility to get a refund. Don't buy anything from this store, very poor service!

iOffer mac brushes/ nike men's top/ baby nikes

I ordered months ago and was told my items would arrive, they never even turned up. I ordered Mac brushes, Nike men's top, and baby Nike roches shoes.

I would like someone to get back to me ASAP as I need to either be given my money back or have the items re sent out to me.

I'm really disappointed at the service you provide, I think it's shocking, the only thing I could do was say my item arrived, I couldn't say it hasn't arrived...

iOffer trainers

I ordered a pair of trainers from seller fudeju18 and they sent me the complete wrong size! They refused to send me a refund or a pair at the correct size! I even sent a comparison picture of a pair of my shoes at home and the ones the sent and it was a apparently difference! Not a happy customer at all
Below is the image on my Nike next to the shoes they sent, they state that there shoes (light grey) are a uk 11.5 and my shoes (dark grey) are are uk 11

iOffer nike tns

Hi, I ordered shoes (NIKE TNS) off 2 different sellers, both ordered on the same day, one has just arrived yesterday which is also 2 months over due and the other one hasn't come in. I have messages and emailed the seller several times and still no reply. I've tracked the shoes and seen that it hasn't moved from Global Post or CHINA EMZ so I'm not sure if it has been taken by mistake or what's happened. Would just like atleast a refund of my money or for the seller to resend a different pair.

iOffer order

I bought a pair of shoes from iOffer and had nothing but trouble with my order! First of all iOffer sent me wrong pair and moreover shoes were super small. I contacted their support service and they said they'll ship me a replacement but that never happened. I even returned the incorrect pair and paid for return shipping and as a result I lost my money and didn't get the shoes. iOffer is nothing but scam, these people are not to be trusted. I can't reach them!
After they received the shoes back (tracking number said they did) they stopped replying. I bet they planned this from the very beginning! What a bunch of scammers! Please save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere!

iOffer trainers

I purchased trainers on the 17th of January. I emailed the seller and he told me to wait a few more days and if I don't receive them then he will resolve my issue. After waiting a further 7 days, I emailed him again and I have had no reply. His username is wuyuanjian118. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com. I would like a refund please, that's all I've asked for but it seems he doesn't want to give me the money back

iOffer watches (3)

I purchased 3 watches from this seller for Christmas Gifts. To date I have not received them and tracking says they are in NY. I tried contacting the seller MHYTDHF472 and they kept saying check my post office. I have contacted the post office and Nothing can be found on the items. I contacted the IOffer Help desk and they told the seller to contact me about a refund, they are useless telling me they are a market place and have no control over sellers. The HELL they don't, they could tell the seller MHYTDHF472 the seller they will not be allowed to sell items in their MARKET PLACE. The seller, MHYTDHF472 now doesn't respond to my emails. I am out $61.31. This seller MHYTDHF472 are crooked, do not buy from this seller MHYTDHF472

iOffer trainers

I ordered trainers about 4 months ago I have sent loads of messages and have not had 1 reply you was quick enough to take the money from me this is theft and I demand a refund I orders 2 bottles of perfume which arrived ok but I have been told that wen you first order everything is fine so you order again and don't recieve the goods to me this is theft and surely illegal and even more frustrating that nothing can be done about it

iOffer my account was hacked. company won't help with my account.

message appears invalid . When prompted to enter my email; message appears" A password reset link has been sent to your email address "

After dozens of attempts. I have not recieved a single message sent to my email.

I do not know if my account is further hacked by that individual. i want to be able to log into ioffer. Nobody cares .

I kindly ask after ( so many attempts ) for someone to help me with the account i have with ioffer.com.

iOffer delivery of merchandise. paid for.

Purchased merchandise before Thanksgiving. One order was paid for three different times. They lied and said merchandise was detained in Customs. Order #2 was supposed to be enroute but somehow ended up archived . Order #3, For some reason has not been shipped. Notified but got no response . l have messaged Seller#1 through the Ioffer website a total of 31 times, requested tracking number. All I got was no response or lies. All I want is my money or my merchandise.

iOffer never received items I paid for

I bought a pair of shoes from seller named liyichen20101024 and make up from a seller named yingtao66 on nov.8th 2016 totaling up to $126.00 ! both sellers had no problem taking my money right away ! I requested tracking information and you can even track it ! I keep messing both sellers and I cant get a straight answer and the ioffer website will not help you it is now Jan.16th, 2017 and still no items . I'm very ashamed of myself I should have looked more in to this website before ordering and whats worst I didn't use paypal I directly took it out of my checking account now the bank is having issuses even tracking them down ... I file a report on the site and still nothing

iOffer hasn't been delivered

I ordered 3 tracksuits and a sweatshirt from seller o8c9t6 and the order number is;[protected]...the order was placed on 16th November 2016 costing me £37.24.i was given a tracking number but it has never worked i.e. Messege the seller and stated this and asking were my order is 18 times to which he replys with "be patient"..he has now stopped messeging me back.i have been very polite but now I'm starting to think he hasn't sent the parcel.i made this order to give as Christmas presents as the lasted date it would be delivered was 21st December 2016.the tracking number given to me is:LX218042735CN...my email address and user name for ioffer is; [protected]@gmail.com...I would really appreciate if you could give me some help with this dispute please.many thanks

iOffer failure to deliver merchandise ioffer order number [protected]

I made a purchase from iOffer on September 18, 2016 at 12:33 pm in the amount of $289 for a latex suit. I confirmed payment via paypal on September 19, 2016 at 11:06 pm, and the payment status on iOffer shows confirmed by seller. Further the amount of $289 was debited from my paypal account. I was advised delivery could be 8-10 weeks. After 8 weeks I had still not received merchandise. I went to check on ioffer and was told I could no longer check on order status or leave feedback. I have not received the merchandise I ordered and have paid for which is mail fraud.

I would either like a refund of $289 or immediate delivery of the merchandise I paid for.

iOffer item not arrived

Estimated item delivery was the 20th of december. Paid for my item the beginning of november and it's been over a month and I havn't recieved it. I have tried to track my parcel the carrier's name in Yanwen but says doesn't have anymore info than that. So wjere is my parcel? I have messaged the seller but no reply.
I want my refund as it was supposed to be an xmas present that now i wont recieve in time.

I won't be buying from ioffer again. Can't get hold of the seller to sort anything out. Prob won't get a refund either.

iOffer purchased 4 bluetooth headphones which never arrived

Purchased 4 Bluetooth headphones on November 9th 2016 and did not arrive until now and the tracking number provided is invalid and i was speaking with the seller through messages and he answered once saying he will check and thats it he was gone and ioffer doesn't answer emails and dont handle disputes and refunds at all so i dont know what to do really because i know if i would of made a purchase through eBay or aliexpress this would of have never of happened

iOffer bunch of scammers!

Do not buy from www.ioffer.com! There are a lot of scam sellers on iOffer and the worst part is that iOffer customer service doesn't care about that! I ordered from this site twice and first time I received only half of my order. My last order did not arrive. When I contacted the seller he said that I did get my order and he called me a liar! I reported him to iOffer and they did nothing to help me! Just a bunch of scammers!

iOffer nike sneakers ladies.

I bought a nike ladies sneakers but when I complete the payment I recieved a message that my email was not good beacause i, m not have an account with you. My money was taken off from the visa but the item was not shipped about that reason and I want my money back pls beacause when I complete the application form and click sign in doesn, t come anything.
