service, bad management, poor food quality
I visited the Jack In the Box location located at San Gabriel. JIB #3566
I ordered 2 Sausage pocket and 2 Sausage Croissant.
The wait for my food took 10min to received. The service was super slow and you have employees standing around doing nothing.
When I finally received my food, 1 of the sausage pocket had a clear wrap plastic protruding out from the pocket. My husband showed it to the manager Magalena who gave a dirty look back. I thought that was very unprofessional and rude of her. Then I waited 15 more minute for them to remake that sausage pocket because there was 3 customers orders at that time. Again, employees are standing around doing nothing. So I walked up to the cashier and the lady worker clearly sees I'm standing there but did not offer help. Instead she had her back facing me and she went to wipe dry the baskets. I yelled at her saying "excuse me? Do you not see me standing here and you don't ask me if I need help with anything?" Then I told her I've waited 15min for them to remake the sausage pocket at this point I want my money back. I asked to speak to manager who refuse to come out, I had to tell the other employee to get her out. Then she stood there looking at the receipt as if she did not know what she is doing. I complain to her about the situation and ask for my money back. Not once did she apologize for there mistake and bad service, I also mentioned you have poor management with employees standing around doing nothing. I told her I was going to file complaint with corporate. She mouthed "Oh my god" with an attitude on her face.
Want I want for my resolution is to have the owner of this locations clearly know the kind of bad service and employees that work here. The manager Magalena and the employees that work there needs to be fired. Magalena needs to have some training in management and customer service as she was super rude. No wonder when I was at this restaurant they did not have much customers. If they continue to be like this, you will drive customer away and be out of business!

I've already wrote my complaint on Jack In the Box website and I will be posting on Yelp for everyone to see.

ribeye burgers
My husband sees your commercial all the time with the ribeye burgers and so I went to get him one but apparently the Jack in the box in Lemmon valley Nevada doesn't serve those. I think that sucks. Why do they not serve them? I wasted my time and gas just to disappoint my husband. The menu has a million things but not this. What the heck? If dissatisfaction is what you're selling, then you're good at it.

charged twice for a coupon order and was told they wouldn't refund my money back
Store#3530 employee name: Viniece on Jan. 10, 2018 @ 9:05:37. I had one coupon for 2 for $5 chicken sandwich and was charged twice for it. I thought it my total was a little high but paid cash for my meal. When I received my change and receipt I told cashier I was charged twice for the chicken sandwich and only wanted one order. She stated I van receive another since they charged me for it but could not refund me my money. I didnt want another order. So I ended up leaving with no refund or gift card for HER mistake and I had to do without $5. Not fair lived in this area and shopped at this jack n the box for over 10 years. I spent. $16.17 that night and was ripped off $5.

We Went to the drive thru and waited for 15 min so we drove up to the window to see if they were open
and to tell them our order they didn't want to take our order or hear us out and they wanted us to go back around to the drive thru so we drove away. We don't understand why they couldn't take our order especially if were waiting for 15 min with 4 kids in our car

There were 7 employees working they handed the front end orders out the drive threw multiple times they didn't communicate one girl stood watching the fryer count down instead of working on other orders while waiting. The manager was not delivering tasks or checking the orders as they went out. We asked 10 times where our order was there were only 4 orders for the front end. I spoke with the manager and she laughed and said sorry we are just busy

Im a hispanic employee with the right to work papers, witnessing other coworkers with out proper could say social security numbers overlooked. Mgr uses this oppertunity to hold over the employees heads not to give allowed breaks or paid holidays that are worked. GM mentioned after a surprised visit that their complaints laid on deaf ears. A holiday gift of $ 100 dollars given to the Mgr to purchase dinner for the staff at christmas was with held by the Mgr.
She was approached about where the food or even the money was and her reply, Two days after christmas was she spent the money on buying couple of the ladies small box of candy kisses given to the employees. Remainder of the money she kept for her self.
I would like to know how to proceed with reporting to Labor industries and then social networks how this is allowed by jack in the box executives.
I would recommend contacting whoever is directly above the GM or your human resources department.

I recently visited the Jack in the Box in Mesquite the service was horrible . I ordered a tacos and two cheesecakes to go tthrough the drive-through. when I got home I had four tacos one cheesecake I go to eat one and it's really messy and cold my husband pulled out another taco and it was disgusting it look like it had been on the floor the shell was completely cracked very dull and when we opened it there was a dry meat or beans on it whichever it was he couldn't even tell I go inside the store tell them look at this Taco where did it come from he said that they just made it like that or that somebody else was making the taco I asked to speak with the manager he was behind there he came to me and said what's the problem I said look at this would you eat this he responded with no and I said well what are you going to do about this he said I can give you another Taco I looked around the establishment behind there where they're cooking there's grease, food, tacos everywhere on the floor the the place where they were cooking the tacos was disgusting the fountain drink was disgusting so I told him no I don't want any of your food at all this is gross I want my money back he said" I can give you the money back for one Taco, taco that was messed up "I said they were all messed up and I layed them out to him he said ma'am I can only give you the money for one I said well I need the number to your corporate office and he gave me some fake name until I looked it up on the internet this is how I got this that place needs to be shut down gone through by the health inspector the people working back there did not have gloves on they were sliding all over the floor from how greasy it was. Their hair was a mess it could have fallen inside the food and the manager just said Well ma'am sorry about this and you can call them which means the corporate office. Below is a picture of the taco that I took out of the bag he would not let me take pictures behind him to show the nastiness that was all over the back where they supposedly cook this food.

Grilled breakfast sandw. combo: posted price $4.99; they charged me $5.78. The cashier lied and stated the difference of $.79 was sales tax, though of course that was separate and below the base charge. Then the supervisor explained that the falsified charge was ok. Because we got small soft drink instead of coffee though that was not disclosed in the posted menu nor verbally by the cashier. So this is basically theft and fraud, occurring on a large scale, possibly multi-state. Or it could just be this store.

I ordered a #2 burger at The Stuebner and Louetta store in Texas and It was a number two it was a piece of crap burger the worst burger I've ever had in my life come on Jack get your burgers back up there they used to be fresh meat off the grill and this was the square burger looks like a soy burger maybe that's what I ordered but it was terrible I'm disgusted I paid $6 with a coke I left McDonalds cause they had so many cars in drive thru ya'll had none I see why it was awful no I don't have my sale slip I cannot find it I should call the store and let the manager have it! You need to FIRE all those people in there they were useless! Today 12/15 we came to jack in the box and we order 3pc egg roll. "Make it fresh" I even told to the cashier and as I go and eat the egg roll that I ordered it wasnt even fresh looks so old. And my other half went and complain about it and as they give back our order looks like the previous one the we got and I guess they just re-fry it. I cant even handle coming back here anymore.. those employees need to learn how to replace an complain order..

I visited one of your locations yesterday I ordered 4 tacos and a value chicken sandwich and a large curly fry... I was disgusted when I found hairs in my food. At first I found a hair in my fries but I simply removed the hair and disregard it and continued eating. But when I took a bite into my tacos there was a hair inside my taco. Not only did they take 30 min to give me my drive thru order but it was a mess. I'm very disappointment. Jack in the box is normally my go to place after work. I work 30 min away from my job and I get out of work at 8 pm. The only thing I want to do is get something quick and go home to sleep. I called the restaurant to complain and they did not pick up. Which is why I took it to here to complain.

My family and I were headed out of town for the weekend on Sat Dec 2nd, we stopped at the Jack in the Box on 83rd Avenue and McDowell to grab some dinner. We ordered 2 Jumbo Jacks, a kids meal, 2 drinks and some jalapeno poppers. After exiting the drive through with our food and getting onto the freeway we noticed that we only received a bacon cheeseburger, chicken tenders, french fries and a Jr Jack something. We were very disappointed that we had to stop at another fast food restaurant to purchase more food so that our family could eat on the way out of town.

on 11/29/17 at 11:43:05 I visited jack in the box. I ordered a club salad with crispy chicken and an extra ten piece nugget with Franks Red hot sauce on the side. when I ordered the rep did not have a goo greeting, I placed my order for the chick club sald, the rep did not ask which dressing I wanted. when I pulled up to the window she took a long while before greeting me at the window, she told me the total of my order and quickly took my card during this time she still did not have a good greeting and she still did not ask me which dressing a wanted. she then gave me my ordered and said here then closed the door. I didn't check my ordered as I needed to get back to work from my lunch break. when I did check my order which was correct but I received vinaigrette dressing with my salad. The salad portion was about the same as the Value salad portion, some of the lettuce was soggy, the bacon was ligh-ish color and soggy, the cucumbers was also soggy and did not taste good at all. Just the look of the salad did not look pleasing at all. when I eat it it just didn't taste right. I have been going to this jack in the box for a little over 5 years and have always ordered the salads, this salad was by far one of the most horrible salads. I am also very unpleased with the rep that is there.
1 sourdough jack combo and three egg rolls
went to the drive thru at 1:43 am located at University parkway # 3105 ordered 1jumbo jack combo w/ regular fries and three egg rolls a sprite drink for the combo and sweet and sour sauce and honey mustard. WAs told at the window to pick a different flavor of drink they were out of sprite ok Dr Pepper. Paid $11.74 recoeved my food got down the street reached for a fry it was cold. Got home all my food was cold and there was no honey mustard only ranch and the sweet and sour. Point is my food was cold I️ am too tired to go back but not to tired to complain after paying my hard earned money. Good night.
ice coffee unavailable
I have visited jack n the box two nights in a row after work to get ice coffee along with other food items and I have been told that the ice coffee is either unavailable or not just not made. Is the ice coffee seasonal or should it be readily available for sale just like the other menu items? Also, they failed to give me a receipt the second night until I asked for it.
over charging on my bill
today, nov 18, 2017, I ordered two surpreme breakfast sandwichs listed at 3.79 each at the Des Moines, Wa store. After going thru drive up window I saw they over charged me. Charging me 3.99 each. I parked and went in to get my over charge back. The menu in store also said 3.79, but I was told I had to pay 3.99 because they raised the price today and forgot to change menu price. When I asked for a manager they told me he left for the day, his name is Raj. The girl at the counter was so rude I returned all my food order.
Instead of good custom service, they took the food and threw it away. I feel they should of honored they listed price, and not have been rude to me. It's not much the 45 cents over charge, it was their attitude about it. Des Moines JIB has lost a loyal customer.

sausage and egg wrap /poor customer service and hygiene from management
I ordered a bacon ultimate combo two sausage breakfast wraps, large fries, lg strawberry shake and two LG vanilla shakes. I didn't get what I ordered, no napkins, straws. I went back in to get the correct order it took five minutes just to replace two sausage sandwiches for two sausage breakfast wraps. The manager was rude also his sanitary habits were not satisfactory.
Ever since I ate my food tonight my stomach has been hurting, nauseated feeling along with stomach cramps.

There is a Manager at your Madison and College Oak store in Sacramento that is horrible and should not be representing your company. I don't know how he made it to manager because he has less maturity than my eight year old. I went in to use the restroom after going through the drive thru. I ask Danny for a key he tells me I have to slide a dollar into the door slot to use the restroom. I looked at him because that was a strange thing to say. He finally opens the restroom after a long silence then he laughed at me. I just expected more from your industry I guess Ill just start going to burger king at least they don't act like children when customers walk in. The guy was not even wearing a name tag. I just wonder how much money your company has waisted making that [censor] a manager.

I live in Yuma, AZ I went to the one on Fortuna Rd I was there October 25, 2017 around 10:15 p.m and I asked for an order of Bacon chedar potato wedges and I asked for the cheese to be spread because it's always on just the top and on the side the wedges are all dry and in the bottom as well I got my order and they didn't spread it out I was upset so I was like I'm going to try going again today and I went and asked for the same thing and I got home and it was the same and the young lady who took my order had an attitude because I asked for the cheese to be spreaded out I still have my receipt and will be going in there tomorrow talking to the manager I was just really disappointed 😔
