Jacobs Mitsubishi - They lie and will do anything to get you into the dealership
Well first off the I wish I had read the reviews before embarking on this journey. Please think twice before dealing with this place. The salesman was very kind and tried to help. His manager “Bo” literally will tell you anything but won’t tell you the truth. From day one it was yeah I got you approved with 4k down and my trade. Then we talked about adding...

Jacob's Mitsubishi is the bomb, man!
Jacob's Mitsubishi is the bomb, man! The dudes there, especially Eugene Rogers, were super cool to us. Eugene was all like, "Check out these sick features on your new Audi RS7!" I gotta say, I totally recommend these guys! They know their stuff!
They was able to find and resolve a problem that has been persistent with my car
They was able to find and resolve a problem that has been persistent with my car. I've took my car to 3 other dealerships for them to just say that nothing is wrong with it. Jacobs Mitsubishi was able to not only find the issue but get it fixed in the same day. I am so happy i brought my car to them.
So, I went to a bunch of other dealers, right?
So, I went to a bunch of other dealers, right? And they were all like, "Yeah, we got that car you want," but then they didn't actually have it. It was so frustrating, you know? But then I found Jacobs Mitsubishi, and let me tell you, they're the real deal. They only advertise cars they actually have in stock. Can you believe it? Finally, someone who's not playing games.
I gotta give them a big thumbs up for their excellent service. They really came through for me. Oh, and by the way, when the new Outlander arrives, give me a shout. I'm totally interested in checking it out.

Beware of this company, they sold me a car with almost gone brakes, a mismatched tire on the right front, and a bent strut on the right front that makes it impossible to align. I spent $40,000 on a 2018 BMW, and now I had to spend $1100 to replace the strut. It still needs another $640 to complete the front end alignment. I bought the car in March this year.

I went to Jacobs Mitsubishi to buy my first car at 17, and if it wasn't for Mr. G, I wouldn't have been able to do it! He didn't stop working until I got a car that fit my budget! He went above and beyond what I expected, and I'm super happy that I could leave with such an awesome vehicle! Thanks again for everything!

We was talkin' to this dealership nonstop for like 24 hours, puttin' down a deposit on a car, sold our own car 18 hours later, and called 'em to finish up the money stuff. And guess what? They told us they sold the car to someone else today. The finance guy, Troy, we talked to yesterday said he'd call us RIGHT AWAY if anything changed. But he didn't, and now they got our money and we ain't got no car. This is some real messed up business, man!
So, here's the deal
So, here's the deal. I gotta admit, I had a change of heart about Jacobs Mitsubishi.
I put my money down and all, but guess what? I never even got to take that baby for a spin 'cause it was in the shop. Can you believe it? I had to wait a whole three days just to get my hands on the car. And when it finally arrived, guess what? Turns out it had some kinda lien on it from before. What a bummer!
Now, let's fast forward a bit. It hasn't even been two months, and already I'm dealing with a slow leak in the valve and frozen windshield wipers. Can you believe my luck? So, I go to the dealership, thinking I'm covered by some 30-day warranty they mentioned. But nope, they hit me with a bill of 95 bucks an hour. Can you believe the nerve?
They used to be great, but now they've changed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, no sir.
I bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot from Jacobs Mitsubishi
I bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot from Jacobs Mitsubishi. Just one day later, I had to go to the Jeep dealership because I needed a transfer case and an electric rear clutch. On top of that, they claimed the car had a tow package, but it turned out that it was only held on by two bolts and the hitch was the wrong one. The wiring for the hitch didn't work either. I talked to Ray, a manager, and he said they only sell used cars, not hitches. But the hitch was supposed to be part of the deal. I can't trust this dealership. Andrea talks a lot about putting customers first, but when I asked for help after the sale, she didn't have any time for me.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I called 2 weeks ago and a sales rep said she'd get back to me, but she never did. They ran my credit over 10 times and messed it up by 50 points. I talked to the manager George a week ago, gave him all the info and explained the problem again. He said he'd call me back, but he never did. I called him again and he said he'd have someone call me, but no one did. I called today and he said he'd call me back, but it's been 2 hours and still nothing.
I bought my 2018 Ford F-150 from Jacob's Mitsubishi last year and my salesmen Todd and Duane were really helpful with my purchase of this cool
I bought my 2018 Ford F-150 from Jacob's Mitsubishi last year and my salesmen Todd and Duane were really helpful with my purchase of this cool truck. Also, my son needed a car, so I called Duane and we arranged everything for my son to buy a 2016 Subaru Forester. It was a great deal and the car is amazing. I would totally recommend Jacob's Mitsubishi to anyone who wants a great vehicle and a great deal. Just ask for Duane and let him know that Randy referred you. Thanks, Duane!
Be careful with Jacobs Mitsubishi, they got problems, nobody talks to you or calls you back
Be careful with Jacobs Mitsubishi, they got problems, nobody talks to you or calls you back. I bought a used car a month ago and when I called to ask about the warranty for the new tires they put on, they said there ain't no warranty. But when I called the tire manufacturer, turns out there is a warranty. I had to handle it myself, Jacobs didn't help at all. Been waiting for over a month for my tag and title, still nothing. Left a couple of messages asking about it, but they never called back. Finally called again and they said they just got around to it after 30 days. Asked for the corporate number, Patty gave me her boss's number, but she lied to me. Her boss didn't care either, he just gave me the corporate number. Turns out Jacobs is independently owned, got nothing to do with Corp. Got lied to again. Don't deal with them, it's trouble. They never tell you the truth. Stay away from them. I'm gonna tell everyone I know, and you should too. Not a happy camper.

Jacob Mitsubishi made a bad loan on the sale of a Land Rover
Jacob Mitsubishi made a bad loan on the sale of a Land Rover. I told them it was bad, but they still went ahead with it. The police had to step in and stop the loan. But the dealership took the money from Bank of America in my name. They haven't told the bank about the fraud or given back the money to fix my credit. The police say this dealership has done bad stuff before.
I got a 2014 Ford mustang from Jacobs Mitsubishi on 12/1
I got a 2014 Ford mustang from Jacobs Mitsubishi on 12/1. After a few weeks, I went for an oil change and noticed that the vehicle didn't have catalytic converters, which is against the law in Florida and federally. We both signed a statement saying that our vehicles hadn't been tampered with. I called multiple times, but nobody ever returned my calls. So, I decided to stop by today, 12/30, to talk to a manager. He told me that it's not a law in Florida and they weren't willing to do anything about it. He also mentioned that if I ever wanted to sell the car, I couldn't because of the tampered emissions. I want to return the car.
I called Jacobs Mitsubishi about our car that had a recall with the backup camera and the display screen blacking out
I called Jacobs Mitsubishi about our car that had a recall with the backup camera and the display screen blacking out. Also, the hood doesn't latch down properly, so when driving 60 miles an hour, the hood shakes up and down abruptly. I called and spoke with someone at Jacob's numerous times, and they said they would call me back, but they never did. I even left messages for the service department manager, but they never called me back either. We've been on the waiting list to get the hood replaced through the dealership, but we haven't received any help or assistance from anyone.

The loan manager at Jacobs Mitsubishi kept us stuck for 4 hours and spilled our credit info to a non-employee at the dealership
The loan manager at Jacobs Mitsubishi kept us stuck for 4 hours and spilled our credit info to a non-employee at the dealership. We asked to talk to the owner, but they denied us for 6 months. When we arrived at the dealership, we had a lease from a third party. Both the dealership and the individual assured us that they would finance us. We signed the paperwork to have my credit checked, and it was clear that we were supposed to get a $9,000 loan. We paid $10,000 for a 2012 silver Chevy Silverado. We saw the finance manager bring the owner of the vehicle, whom we were leasing from, to the computer. They shook hands and said they would be right back. Then, the owner left in a new car. We were left sitting there for 4 hours before anyone even approached us. The dealership was empty, but a salesperson eventually came and told us we needed $4,000 down for the $9,000 loan. We had just made the truck payment for 2 years. They told us to remove our belongings from the truck because the dealership now owned it. When we contacted Chad Rylander, the owner of the vehicle, he told us information about my credit that he never knew before, which he got from the dealership. The manager claimed my credit was so bad that I couldn't finance a cup of water if I was on fire. I asked to speak to the owner and informed them that I had these statements in text. They keep saying someone will get back to me, but it's been going on for 6 months. This has cost me a lot of money, and now I can't afford a down payment on a vehicle. This is a violation of privacy laws, but when we explained it to the dealership, they denied it and said they would get back to me.
We bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from a Mitsubishi dealer on 04/27/2022 and had to return it for repairs
We purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from a Mitsubishi dealership on 04/27/2022, and within two months, we faced issues requiring a return to the dealer on 06/24/2022 due to coolant leakage. Post-diagnosis, Scott L. from service reported the need for a new radiator, bypass oil filter, and upper intake manifold gasket, none of which were covered by our SecureOne extended warranty. The repair costs were quoted at $3000, and Scott questioned the initial inspection but deemed the van unsafe to drive. After discussing our inability to afford the repairs, Scott refused further assistance upon our mention of legal action. Later, the general manager was unresponsive, and Scott only offered a $500 discount after some time. Despite the high mileage from work commutes, Scott's attitude upon vehicle pickup was dismissive and unprofessional.
I bought a BMW from this dealership on 10/17
I bought a BMW from this dealership on 10/17. They changed the cost of the car after I signed. Very crooked dealership. Buyers beware. I agreed to the price of the car and signed the buyer's order to close the deal. When I went in to see the finance manager, he informed me that he had to lower the price of the car because the numbers didn't work out. Then he tells me that he can't show me the finance contract because it's too long to print, but he would email it to me. When I received the contract, I noticed they charged me $900.00 more for the car. I confronted the finance manager and he said that I was confused but called me the next day and admitted to raising the amount by $400.00. When I told him that no, it was raised by $900.00, he then told me that I was supposed to give him a $500.00 deposit that I never agreed to nor did he ask me for at the time of signing. I contacted 3 managers and they refused to help me. One of them even hung up the phone on me. When I went into the dealership, the salesman who couldn't be nicer when I bought the car, told me that I should shut up and enjoy the car. The store manager would not come out and talk to me. He sent some guy out who said his name was George and told me he was the GM. I told him that I knew he was not because I talked to the GM and his name is Ray. This man would not answer my questions on the issue but did admit to changing the numbers and told me that he was only going to refund me $400.00. I asked to see the buyer's order and I noticed that they put in a $500.00 deposit that was not there when I signed it. But the bottom line was correct. I told him that it was proof of what I agreed to buy the car for. His response was that it is not the buyer's order, it's only a scrap piece of paper. It clearly was a professionally printed document that I was told is the buyer's order at the time of sale. I don't know how to contact the owner Daniel J., but I did contact Mitsubishi to let them know what kind of dealership they recently signed on. I don't know what else to do at this point and I could really use some help.
On 8/12 I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from Jacob Mitsubishi
On 8/12 I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from Jacob Mitsubishi. Turns out it ain't safe to drive and has some big recall issues that they didn't tell me about. On August 12th, I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from Jacob Mitsubishi. I think the salesperson's name was Jeremy. That night, I didn't get the car because it needed to be cleaned and the tire pressure light was on. They said they would fix it before delivering it to me, but they didn't. When they finally brought it back about a week later, the check engine light was on, the tire pressure light was still on, and the glove compartment was falling out. It just seemed like the problems wouldn't stop with this car. About a week later, I went outside to go somewhere, but the car wouldn't go into gear. I tried putting it in reverse, drive, 1st gear, 2nd gear, 3rd gear, 4th gear, but it just wouldn't move. After messing around with it for a while, I finally got it to go into first gear and decided to drive it. I didn't want to walk to the store again, especially since it was raining and I had just bought a car. I thought it was ridiculous that I had to play with the gear shift just to get it to work. I let Jacob Mitsubishi know about the issue, but they hadn't done anything about it. After two days of walking, I got tired of it and decided to try driving the car again. I played with the gear shift for about 30 minutes until it finally went into gear. I started driving because I didn't want to walk to the store again. It had been raining, and I had just bought a car, so walking was not ideal. I thought it was stupid that I had to go through all that trouble just to get the car to work. I let Jacob Mitsubishi know what happened, and they told me to bring the car in when it started and they would give me a loaner car while they looked into the issue. It was really inconvenient because they had to come to my house and switch out cars every week. I had a different car every week until the third car, which I had for about two months. They had my car for two months, claiming they were fixing it every couple of days. I would call to check on it, and they would always say they were waiting for a part or had some other excuse. After about two weeks of that, I decided to just wait for them to call me. Two months later, I finally got my car back, but the very next day, it was having the same problem. They told me they couldn't replicate the issue and that it hadn't happened to anyone else. I told them that when the car wouldn't go into gear, me and my daughter almost got into an accident. We were coming out of a parking lot, and cars were coming at us really fast. We couldn't get out of the way because we couldn't shift the car into second gear. It was really scary, and I told them about it, but they didn't seem to care. They just kept saying there was nothing wrong. I have no reason to lie. I don't know why I would make this up. Just last week, I almost got rear-ended twice trying to take the car back to the dealership after being in a loaner car for two months. That's when I found out about the recalls on the car. The mechanic told me that there were recalls on a major part of the car, and they knew about it before they sold it to me. They should have never sold that car to anyone. He also admitted that they didn't have it for very long before they sold it to me, and it wasn't thoroughly inspected. You never know if and when it's going to go into gear. I lost my job and got suspended for five days from another job because the car didn't work.
