poor customer service! cancelled service request ignored month after month
we do not have a contract with Jasper ...We are purely on a month to month basis!
We sent cancellation 2 months go and the service and request is ignored!
i am forced to seek legal advice, it is passed from consultant to consultant and empty promises!
disgusting service! i strongly recommend that you think twice before doing any business with these people!

My contract and debit orders with Jasper for several months due to poor service and non-resolution of issues which had been going on for several months. Eventually I get a snotty email threatening to cancel my subscription as the payment had not gone through. Several emails were exchanged explaining the issues which to date have not been resolved yet five months later they still

Received a call for a lady called Karen and after 2 could have been 3 call was confirmed into meeting one of the consultants which did not Show up! Or as promise will received a call from the consultant to confirm! Not one of the two commitment was honored!
"Got convinced into meeting with one of there consultants at 10:00 and is sitting no one showed up! Maybe not the best company for business!
And after posting a review of my experience about this company an employ or owner called me and start threaten me! And was harassed by this individual, called me More the 27 times 12mins!

they are bullies, all about money, dont listen and insist to bill us for a service we have already and are paying for inhouse

The worst company ever. Stay away.
After the worst service from them since late 2020 and the beginning of 2021 we were forced to cancel our hosting service with them from March 2021. They stopped hosting our web site and it was transferred to a new company. At the end of October they send invoices for hosting from March to October. No service what so ever was rendered in this time and our website was not hosted by them at all. Although they gave permission that the website can be transferred we needed now to supply an original letter of cancellation to make it viable. They keep on insisting on payment and kept on harassing us threatening to hand us over to ITC and blacklisting us... Stay away

I was contacted by the above company for an interview. I was called 3 times to say I should come for a 2nd interview - I hadn't even gone for a 1st interview. Eventually the first interview was set up, which was 2 hours of testing/fillng in of forms. That same afternoon, I was called by the same lady that set up the interview to say they'd like to see me for a 2nd interview on Monday 27th October 2014 at 11:30. I was there promptly at 11:10, told the receptionist who was filling in that I was there, she said I should take a seat in the waiting are and someone would be with me shortly. I waited and waited and waited. Eventually I got up and asked what the problem was as it was 12:10 already. The receptionist - "Leandre" said she had no record of me coming for a 2nd interview. But, she would see if someone could do the interview. Came back with another lady saying unfortunately no one can see me and I would have to reschedule. I was not amused and openly told them not to bother as they are wasting my time. I left and as I got out of the door - the whole lot of reception as well as the lady that suggested we reschedule burst out laughing and made me the laughing stock of the company. I am not impressed with the way I was treated. Most unorganised company I have ever come across. They are unfriendly and definitely unprofessional.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Disgusting service - not following procedure
We signed a contract with Jasper and found out they were charging us R1000.00 more than what we can get the website for and were not happy with the webpage. We then gave them 20 Days written notice to cancel as per CPA They have now removed the website and disabled our email address which we paid a once off fee for and refused to hand over the domain to our...
