Re: communication with “Tracy” who claimed that this program is “her baby” via email in response to email announcement of 2 changes to the jewel-osco bourbon program. (I have the thread of this conversation).
I responded to the accouncement email I received at 2:20pm asking about a list of the people who actually win bourbon drawings for the sake of transparency and fairness. “Tracy” responded suggesting this was not possible due to some “privacy” concerns. I suggested that the so-called “privacy” concerns is a breeding ground for corruption of the program. We are all aware of previous instances of this exact thing occurring both at jewel and elsewhere. She ended up telling me that I should just unsubscribe from the program and no longer participate - suggesting that my insistence that this be a fair and transparent process was unreasonable.
Someone needs to have a conversation with “Tracy” if that’s even her name, and let her know that a customer’s suggestion that this process be fair does not warrant her push for me to just keep my mouth shut so whatever is happening can continue. That suggestion of hers is a very questionable sign of possible misconduct on her part and should be investigated.

Desired outcome: Make the entire process fair and transparent. IE: if someone wins, they agree to allow themselves be identified by first name last name initial and photograph.
