Service I am complaining about is late to send my parcel
J&T SGR999 what is your problem. My parcel doesn't even move from there. It's been a week. I am a seller and my customer waiting for their order. Just sent our parcel fast. That's the only thing we can do during the landemic, selling. Please. I'm from Perak. Just please I'm begging. Sent our parcel. My boss sent it at 10 August and now is 15 August. It's almost A WEEK!

This is repeatedly happening to me. Because of your courier service very low quality. My items always missing because of your staff carelessness. How did you train your staff? If the period time tooks long from the shipping date. U should inform us as a your responsibility. Untill now im still curious to using this service courier. Wrong delivery
I am complaining about a package that has been delivered to us and we accidentally paid for it because I thought it is my package that I am waiting for but when I looked at the address and the name of the receiver on the package it has a different name and we don't know who it is.
